But I don’t have mashed potatoes from a blender - grinding with knives, it turns out some kind of slimy, I will also make mashed potatoes with a press and pour milk, thanks for the advice!

hmm, the included medium grater turns carrots into porridge with juice! tell me the number of the normal average pliz !!!
arionok
read the instructions, it is not very clear what can and cannot be washed in the dishwasher? the cube cutter is written, it is impossible for me, it is incomprehensible that it is impossible to wash where there are knives - for example, discs, are they sharp, or just a knife and a grid from a cube cutter? written may become blunt
Chamomile
I only wash the bowl, the bowl lid and the pusher in the PMM. The rest is by hand. And if I cooked something not greasy and not very colored, then all with my hands. By mood. But knives, graters and a blender are definitely not at risk in the PMM.
arionok
So I read 2 questions in the topic that the average disks are 461780 or a replacement for 468742, I did not find on the Internet how they differ, they look the same .. what is it?
I also found a disc-grater for raw vegetables, as I understand it was discussed here for potato pancakes, there are also several of them 00463716 and 00573022, 00084747 what's the difference? and what is the output?

I want to cut soft fetax cheese into cubes, for Greek salad, I'm going to cut it with my hands, but I decided to ask how the cube cutter copes with it if it can?

I think it will smear .. I cut the Russian one, and then it smears, but it is much denser than fetax

Dear forum users! I want to buy a whisk for the MCM 5529 cube cutter, which model will it fit?
Oca
I got it from the 5540th model, but it's kind of flimsy ... pampering in one word (IMHO). The most ordinary-looking mixer (bought for the same money) does better. If you need to beat the butter with sugar, then only a very soft warm butter will pull, otherwise it will break (the fastener on it has broken). I liked beating the eggs more with a disc - evenly, beautifully, you can safely pour sugar to fix the proteins. And the rim is wound around the tudy-syudy and nothing can be added to the bowl without staining its attachment to the central shaft.

Hello!
Help with advice, please. After two months of inactive use on the dicing device, the plastic melted in the place where the gray part is inserted into the yellow one. It seems to work like that, but it takes considerable effort to disassemble and assemble. Did any of them have it? Is it a warranty case or is it useless to contact the service?

I tried to knead the dough on a charlotte - somehow it didn't work out very well, it was not possible to mix the yolks with sugar, everything was smeared, the proteins with sugar with a special nozzle are also doubtful, probably due to the small volume. Is it better to buy a whisk? For kneading dough. Or a hook? or better both

The same thing happened. Well, it seems to work. But somehow the desire to use it again disappeared.

I can try to knead the dough on a charlotte tomorrow with a whisk disc. The whisk is flimsy, may not withstand the final kneading of the dough (with flour).
A question for everyone: only for me, when kneading the dough, even with knives, even special. with a nozzle, the dough crawls into this nozzle, is wound first on the central part of the bowl, and then on the entire rotating shaft? How can you avoid this? Sometimes you need to knead 200 grams, in a bread maker it's not at all an option, a mixer is also not particularly ...
Prus - 2
Soft dough always "creeps". Therefore, it is very good to use this (and this type) processor when preparing dough for dumplings, dumplings, chebureks and similar heavy dough. It also cuts shortbread normally. Now I knead soft dough with great pleasure MUM 4855 - quite an inexpensive model, but how well the soft dough does it (and there is a special beater so that it doesn't crawl)! And as for whipping creams, I generally keep quiet - it's just a song! Still a planetary bowl. That's how they both stand on my tables, perfectly complementing each other. And gobbled up the whole place.

I mix very dense dough (on chebureki dumplings, etc.) in a food processor with knives, very quickly and zero fuss.

Quote: trubotchist

Lyudmila, good afternoon! Can you tell us more about this?

trubotchist, Dmitry, I mix the dense dough for chebureki-dumplings-dumplings in a food processor with steel knives. I have a Bosch MCM 5530. the kneading technology, worked out to always work out, is as follows:

in a regular bowl with a tablespoon I mix all the ingredients for the dough into a coarse lumpy mass. I do not pour in all of the water, but the ml is 30-40 less than the prescription needs. cover with a plastic bag and put the resulting dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. then I take out the dough, transfer it to the bowl of the combine with steel knives, and start kneading. mesh at medium-high speed - 2 or 3. mesh until perspiration appears on the lid of the bowl - this is a signal that the dough is already hot enough. here you have to look at the dough itself. if it still smears on the bottom, sticks to the walls - add an ice cube from the freezer. it breaks with knives into crumbs, cools the dough and, when melting, replenishes the missing water, thus liquefying the dough to the desired consistency. so I add the missing water in the form of ice cubes. the finished dough cleans the walls and bottom of the bowl, and with such paws it sticks to the walls nicely.

in this video I am kneading loose bread dough, but here at the end of the video you can see the readiness of the dough - the bottom and walls of the bowl are cleaned with dough, a lump of dough walks around the bowl in such a "octopus" - thick and waddling, and not splashing along the walls, as at the beginning of kneading

in the final, a denser cheburek dumpling dough will be like this:

ABOUT! exactly! Tell me, did you knead it in a bowl in the first video too? You have nothing (almost nothing) wound up, I want to do that too.And tell me, by chance you didn’t disassemble the combine, because yesterday the dough penetrated onto the shaft, under the shaft and everywhere ... it needs to be cleaned.
Lisss's
the harvester did not disassemble, although the dough climbed everywhere, it then dries up and, when turned on, spills out with such dried vermicelli

I began to knead with a spoon later than I shot these videos. so that the dough in the video was kneaded from the very beginning in the combine. and in vain .. often the water immediately falls under the column and that's it, I dump all the dough, my cup completely, because just scrubbing the dough from the column in the center does not help then - it still climbs and then does not knead, but only squeals .. and then video the dough was cooler than usual, and the luck factor also worked

Lyudochka - Lisss's!
And according to your videos, as I started making dough 2 years ago, I still do it.And very, very grateful to you! Everything worked out and turns out perfect! The only thing, the yeast "crawled away", but I did not do it very often - so it was quite normal to knead it with my hands. And then the children also gave Boshik MUM 4855, so yeast - only in it!

Prus-2-Luba, thanks for the kind words! I am very pleased that my experiments with kneading with knives were useful to you. I only mix cool dough with knives, I really love this method

Lyudmila, after kneading the hard dough, do you keep it in the refrigerator or start sculpting right away?
Lisss's
after kneading the dough, follow the directions in the recipe. in the recipe that I am using now - I need to let the dough lie down for an hour at room T. and I do it. it doesn't get hot, no. does not require refrigeration. plain warm dough

Found an ad in Krasnodar, harvester for 3750 ex. condition

Girls, tell me please, I understand that attachments from the MUM combine are suitable for our harvester. Which model exactly? And where you can order them online. I really want a medium grater. That's just got confused in the models of combines. I live in a small town so there is only one option to order additional CDs on the internet. I would be grateful for your answer.

Mistletochka, really decided? I keep my mouth shut when other blenders advertise to you, but I (and not only) well, I just love him very much! And for frying, which you asked about, and the cubes are excellent, and the fries, and the whisk!
Omela
Lorik, yes, there is nothing to choose from. Yesterday I went through the entire Internet. I don't really want a blender, because I have Bamix. while in thought.

Larissa, and what to advertise them? We did not come from the street to advertise blenders and combines to do. Everyone writes about his own, painful, and what suits - then he buys and carries to the forum to show.
Phillips suits me, small and copes with its tasks, for other purposes there is a large Kenwood combine, and a zepter submersible blender, a complete set - I have enough above the roof
And if my daughter had not recently taken away Brown's set, then she would not have run after another - and so, now I'm cutting into cubes

Luda! Hello! but for me it works differently. It starts to spin only after you turn on the speed. And yours is no longer twisting - but the buzzing sound is coming ...

Girls, good afternoon!
Can I break in? I just cut everything into cubes for Andreevna's squash caviar, including onions! There is nothing to take now, but the size is just super! I'm in pilaf - onions, garlic, carrots - all on a medium grater, size, but if separately for frying - the cubes are very good in size!
Chamomile
I haven't bought a medium grater yet. Therefore, I rub the onion on a large one, and for the carrots I turn the grater and do it on a fine one. But, in principle, who likes it. You can also chop a carrot on a large one without turning it over. For overcooking - will do. The salad will be large. And I constantly make stews on a cube.Everything through it, right down to the tomato. I threw tomatoes in the freezer in two types. On a cube and circles. Excellent result!
Lisss's
but my tomatoes do not turn out either on a cube or on a grater in slices - they just spread into porridge
Moskvichk @
And I also really liked to cut the cubes with apples and cut them for pies! for the filling - sooooo great!
Svetlana1000
Hello everybody! I'll tell you about my relationship with the cube (well, with other devices at the same time).
I bought a cube in 2011, I was immensely happy, as it was my first more or less decent harvester. I used it almost every day, naturally the most popular attachment was the cube.
The euphoria lasted for about 3 months, until the blender lid began to come off. First came matches - for some time I worked with a stuck match between the lid and the body. Then this design stopped giving results and I pulled off the plastic inserts with an elastic band, everything seemed to be fine, but at some point one broke off completely, there was only one and only way out was to press the lid with my hand, which, I will say. well, it's not convenient at all. But what to do, sometimes households came to the rescue, there was no point in handing over to the service - the breakdown was mechanical.
But at one fine moment I turn on - silence, put the blender in place - silence. Everyone came, twisted, twisted all the latches, and so and so, - silence !!!
And I was so offended at him, to put it mildly, that I put him away from my eyes ...
In the meantime, I began to look for a replacement for him, I wanted something more reliable, I read great reviews about bamix, after all, Switzerland, I bought it. What to say. As a blender and mixer - great, but graters - do their job on a C grade, a lot of waste and a small bowl volume, here's another grinder for small volumes, and the coffee grinder is super there. But ... this is not a full-fledged combine, but cubes are needed ... After suffering for six months, I took a Mulinex HV4 meat grinder with cubes, I think, inexpensively, we'll see. Again, like a meat grinder - cool, the noise is not the same as from my Kenwood (but its power somewhere even calms down about breakdowns). Graters - very much, there is almost no waste, and very good. it is convenient when you chop 2 carrots or something in small volumes - you set the plate and that's it, everything is washed in 1 minute, it takes up a minimum of space on the table, in general, everything is in openwork, BUT ...
Like a CUBIC, it's something. If these are cubes, then I have obvious problems recognizing shapes
You can't put Bosch next to him. And again I remember him, and my one-sided love with him. And I decided to take 5525 (the cube-nozzle fits to it, and other nozzles were bought) and costs 3800.
I put it, tried it, long-forgotten happy minutes (no, seconds) - and that's it, everything is ready !!! I'm ready to kiss him in everything imaginable and inconceivable ..., but the question arises - WHAT'S NEXT? How can I keep this cover ?? !!! I will not use a blender - there is Bamiks, and I will not touch this lid at all, so, dear forum users, the question is - WILL THIS SAVE HIM? And me too, otherwise I will not survive it a second time. If anyone has any thoughts on this, please unsubscribe. Thank you in advance.
Lisss's
and the 5525 has the same blender closing system as the 5529?

I have a 5530, the lid closes there a little differently than in 5529, and for many years I have never had any problems in this regard. I use a blender regularly, it has a good volume of 1.5 liters
Prus - 2
I have 5529 - in February 2 years - pah-pah, everything is fine! Maybe you got such a copy? In general, to repair and change the cover in the service? And you will have 2 combine workers.
Svetlana1000
I think so, Lyuba, this is very lucky for you, since many have such problems with the lid. Eh, if I was so lucky (I envy white envy).

There is an idea to demolish the service, I would give the second daughter, but now it does not turn on even with a blender, I'm afraid at the cost of a new one.
And 5525 and 5529 are exactly the same, only there is no cube in the first one, and the cover, unfortunately, is the same. So I think, if the blender is not put on and the lid is not touched, can the lid last longer?
Prus - 2
Yes, it probably will! But do not leave the 2nd harvester either - if you do not ask the service about the cost of repairs, then it will not work. Well, if you ask for a lot, you don't have to leave it. And if there is some kind of nonsense? And fix it for 5 minutes? Be sure to go to the service with him! And let there be minor repairs!
Svetlana1000
Lyuba, thanks, I'll do it!
I tried another disc for whipping just yesterday. Only beforehand, on the pin, I put on a spare part from a ballpoint pen, the one on the bottom, pre-cut to the required size. The disk has risen higher, even though I have two bowls now, but it's a pity, I am now very anxious to the new combine Two eggs beat very good. cool! And I put them in cutlets, they turned out so tender!
Lyuba, I know that you bake cakes superbly, and all that, if possible, tell us how you use this disc? I want to try to bake a thread like charlotte, really do it with a disk? Or biscuit dough?
Chamomile
I am not Lyuba, but I will answer. Perfectly whips charlotte. The classic version is 3 eggs, a glass of sugar, a glass of flour. Everything is laid in the order that I wrote. On my old combine, it didn't work like that. And I had such a tall charlotte for the first time. I haven't baked the biscuits yet. I make cupcakes in a bread maker.
Prus - 2
Frankly, I whisk in Boshik MUM 4855 - there is a planetary bowl. And before I got it, I beat it with a mixer - the yolks - the whites separately (for a biscuit, and no more than 5 minutes in total - without sugar and with sugar - whipping time. These are proteins). And on the charlotte, I think it will turn out to be a disk, it's easy there - we don't divide the egg there, beat it with sugar (all) until white, and then add flour little by little at low speed - so that it pours continuously. Even I somehow clumsily wrote? If not clear - ask, I will write better.
