Luda, can you have proportions? at least approximately ... well, I honestly tried. Can it be a magic combination with a banana that gives foam? or drop milk into ice cream - then an expensive cocktail will be - I have liters of it to drink)))
Lisss's
banana gives thickness and such creaminess, ahh ..

the proportions are as follows - for 600-700ml of milk - one glass of waffle ice cream sundae (without waffle), a couple of tablespoons of fruit and berry syrup, depending on how sweet you like it (you can use jam syrup, if only without seeds, otherwise it was somehow the case) , 2 medium bananas (the larger the banana, the thicker the cocktail, and "sho zanadto, then not healthy" (c))
and beat well so that the whole mass becomes homogeneous

after noisy ball any feast, you have to make this cocktail 4 times, until the people are satisfied - it is very cool-precipitating a plentiful meal and tastes just like in childhood in a cafeteria in a deli we made

try it, and then you will correct it to your taste

and, more - a friend added orange from sour juice curdled milk so be careful with additives
Lisss's
Gal, I hope you enjoy my very respect for such a cocktail

girls, I'm reporting - I just received a Bosha-cube for my father-in-law. Immediately I tried the whipping disc, they raised it higher in the current issue, and he can no longer scratch anything. I checked it in advance so that the old woman does not have a heart attack there... so try who recently bought, do not be afraid. even when you put it on the trunk - look between the disc and the bottom of the combine - it sits high, it doesn't reach the bottom

and in my version, the plus was a grater for potato pancakes as a gift, and a minus - "gray" import, a guarantee only from the online store, and not from Bosch. God forbid that it works normally

I also had a grater for potato pancakes. And the seal and signature, just in case, I forced to put in the passport. They also did not want to put a seal at the beginning. I insisted.

Galya, just made a cocktail, refreshed the process in my memory

I put 1 ice cream in a blender, add syrup, and (preferably 2) bananas, and add milk to 1 liter. you're right, it turns out foam on top, 3-4cm thick. but also what is below is whipped, tasty
galka_exito
Well, that's the way it is - so that a mustache with continuous foam. As I decide to do it, I'll take a picture of my cocktail - I'll learn to insert pictures :-) :-)
I also forgot to say - I made sausage slices for the holidays. Super! Shredder 1 mm - 5 seconds and there is no stick. There is generally a minimum of waste. The sausage was dry - Kiev cervelat.

Krasnodar people! And also residents of neighboring cities, in Ashan-SBS for the second week on the bottom shelf there is a Bosch 5529 cubes for 4999 rubles, bored! I bought mine for 100 rubles more, and then in Moscow, but here it is so cheap ... Cat Matroskin seems to be interested. I would take it, but I already bought the 5525th Boshik for my mother in April.

klasssss, and I still do not dare. But I'm curious - remember there are jambs at the blender lid, so I bought everything for a cocktail now and I'm waiting here LISS ask, we can, already decided to cover the new ones. I have only mastered cubes so far
Chamomile
I have already whipped with a blender. The son loves cocktails. On an old combine, we whipped in a large bowl with an ordinary knife. In Boshik, of course, it turns out better. The foam is whipped beautiful. We are currently utilizing frozen strawberries in these cocktails. Otherwise, the fresh one will soon be available, but we haven't finished the last year yet.

Girls, please write who rubbed raspberries with a rub, how is it? And then, here someone wrote that it did not work out, the grinding was strong ...
Lisss's
Alena, in my opinion, the cherry did not work out - the bones clicked and broke .. I don’t remember about the raspberries .. I grinded the cooked apples and the plum plum was fine too, but the bones slipped under the blades and bent them a little, I threw a photo .. but rubbed
AILIN
And here:

And when I decided to grind the raspberries, the crackle was terrible, I thought something broke. God had mercy ... The juice came out with small bones, but large ones still remained in the nozzle. Now I know that I won't wipe raspberries anymore.

Are the coffee beans not too hard? I have never held it in my hands. But I think, since I ground ice, nuts, dried toffee and coconut, I can handle coffee too!

Take me into your ranks of cube cutters! Today I received my BOSHIK Kubik and a disc for potato pancakes as a gift! Regarding the disc: this is not a generosity of supplier firms - this is a promotion from the manufacturer, as evidenced by the sticker on the outside of the box: yes: How to try, unsubscribe. I have never had a combine before, but probably like many here, after reading Anastasia's topic about BOSH who cuts into cubes, I realized that I wanted one! From a quick purchase, I stopped a number of negative reviews about the quality of the combine, but I wanted not to lose it, and buy a thing that I will really use and enjoy! I even wanted to combine everything in one taking MUM 54251. which already comes with a cube cutter. Thank you girls galka_exito and yaallo4ka to the owners of both MUM and MCM, after talking, I realized: I can't combine it, I have to either take MUM empty and MCM 5529, or choose the one that is more necessary, and since I rarely bake, the Cube is more suitable for me in terms of the set of functions, and the rub press bribed , well, I really want to air mashed potatoes, and currant and raspberry jelly And now the choice is made. I hope that my BOSHik will not let me down and I will be happy
Thank you Anastasia and to all those who shared their experience
galka_exito
Congratulations on your assistant - let him please. Just in case, cut the ring in the center on the whisk disc and you can wash it with a milkshake :-)

And about the disc: I won't cut it, but I'll just put it on the washer away from sin, and I won't spoil the goods and I'll be on the safe side.
I am afraid to advise, but my combine is doing everything correctly. No bowl scratching. I did not trim or fit anything. I took a chance and tried it. Everything works without additional tools. Happy for you. Let your Boshik work well and make you happy.
I have vegetable salads or fry every day. Or even 2 times a day. I don’t give him a rest.
krol
Girls, please tell me. I have a disaster - the axle of the knife with the attachment for the nozzle has just broken (so gray, where there is a connection with the nozzle to the combine)
I turned it on as usual, made two circles, I didn't even have time to load anything - a crackle and that's it, kaput.
I did not understand what happened. Everything was assembled correctly, but if it was not correct, the combine would not have turned on, since the protection would have worked. I think there was some hidden defect.
The harvester is practically new; it has been used three or four times. The warranty is still valid, can someone tell me whether it is worth making a claim or "kick off" that the warranty does not apply to the attachments?
It's a shame to tears.
Oca
Krol, eh, how unlucky it is At least you need to try to exchange the part (gray - is it part of the cube cutter?). The manufacturer is quite famous, should not immediately throw it ... but it can get out, saying that the guarantee is only for the motor ...
krol
Yes, gray is part of a cube cutter and a bummer occurred where there is a narrowing and there is a silicone gasket inside (until it broke, it was not visible).
Well, on Monday I'll go and try to fight the service.
AILIN
So my cube has passed its first tests! I will say right away: I am very happy with the combine so far! All I needed in it - I got it! : yahoo: I found a place for him in the corner on the table, so that he was always at hand. Looks stylish and beautiful! Even with the blender installed, there is still a good gap to the top cabinet, otherwise I was worried that I would have to pull it out every time to use the blender.
Assembly and disassembly did not cause any problems, since I have read this thread more than once and tried to take into account all the nuances.
1) made mashed potatoes - great!
2) I bought 3 pieces of fresh oranges weighing 500 g for testing and received about 375 ml of pure juice in a couple of minutes - great!
3) made minced meat in the main bowl with knives from 500g chicken fillet and 150g white bread soaked in milk - fillet chopped perfectly, bread is not all! Conclusion: first, throw and chop the bread, and then the fillet.
4) okroshka - raw potatoes and carrots cut into cubes and boiled in a double boiler for about 20-25 minutes, since there was no time to cook in advance. Nothing got stuck under the knives, no uncut pieces were left, the only thing: to push the carrot out of the grate with a pusher, it was necessary to make an effort, since it sits there as if it were poured in, maybe the boiled one will be easier to push through, but this is so, by the way. Then I chopped eggs, fresh cucumbers and radishes. Everything is class! I cut the greens with my hands, the chicken fillet too (I just forgot about it when I cut the vegetables)
5) a blender smoothie made from frozen strawberries, frozen milk and banana. The cocktail turned out to be more airy and frothy than my immersion blender, and the plus is that you don't need to hold the button. I really liked it! Now we use only it, we forgot about the submersible. And what a delicious mayonnaise !!!
I will continue to try everything else. I bought an average grater for complete happiness.
Natawa
Girls please show a photo of a grater for potato pancakes mod 5529.. And then I ordered it and I don't know which one or not (there were 2 types on the site and two completely different), but our photo does not open

Bosch food processor - cuts into cubes!
Gerda1
Well here I am with a cube
Tried everything .. in two days

The first is cocktails - class. so thick, fluffy, fast ...
Then the cube itself ... even I was jerked by a tomato for an omelet to cut on it - porridge, but still cool .. even here and there tomato cubes met But washing the grate is dreary ... I'll get stuck pieces in the corners ... okay tomato - he low-fat and you can somehow gouge it out with a chain ... but what about the kilbass ... probably completely melancholy while washing)))
Then, in the main bowl with a whipping disc - the omelet itself ... I was afraid that it would scratch, but in fact the disc sits very high ... even if I wanted to, I didn't scratch
And finally - I rubbed Parmesan on the smallest grater ... only for me it turned out to be not at all shallow for cheese))) But he is so Parmesan .. then he rubbed it with his hands - it seems finely)))) Cheese is generally a fairy tale. .. 3 seconds and a big piece is ready, when I remember how a couple of days ago I was using it ... brrr

When the main bowl is working - the blender lid does not open ... and how ?? I hardly open it with my hands, the latch is tricky in the same place ... press here, I will stretch ...

My cube made in Slovenia ..

and for what I love the cube - that it can be in the dishwasher sausage does not get stuck like a tomato - it falls out in neat cubes. and then I squeezed out the remnants with a pusher, and in the PMM I love both dearly - both the PMM and the cube
Oca
Gerda1, quite right, pick up the blender lid with your fingers from behind and pull it up. As long as it is new, it will be tight. You need to pull out about 1-1.5 cm, then the lid will freely fold back.

I have fun with a cube cutter and a shredder for two days:
Meal 1: Vegetables with chicken breast.
She chopped two onions, lined a rug in a MV saucepan (Panas 18), put the breast, manually cut 3 potatoes into thick slices on top, salted them, then made tomatoes, carrots and zucchini on a cube cutter, added spices and herbs. Plov tormented the program for 2 hours, then turned it off, because I wanted to eat

Meal 2: Beans with vegetables and mushrooms.
2 multi-glasses of red beans soaked in water overnight, washed in the morning and set to cook for 2 hours. It turned out that in vain - the beans in the final dish came out overcooked ((Then I drained the water and threw diced potatoes, cabbage, tomatoes, carrots, zucchini, onions to the beans, threw a few champignons cut into quarters, sprinkled with paprika (for lack of sweet pepper), Salted, put chopped fresh garlic and herbs. Put on Stew for 1.5 hours, because Panas's lid barely closed. It turned out about 30 rubles per 1 kg of food

Hurray, now I have a cube, but I dreamed about it for a long time! Even in the evening I made Olivier (well, where can I do without it), even opened the vegetables in advance, while waiting for the combine. I was just wildly delighted, the children too. Then a cocktail was made (in fact, it all started with the search for a blender), mmm what a foam. Today there were potato pancakes, now this dish has moved from the most unloved to favorites. I wanted to make a bizet, but after what I read it was scary and I never saw the pictures with the fix for this problem.

So Boshik and I have a lyuboff from the first zipper.

I couldn't find a better topic than this one to ask a question about the emulsifier nozzle, and more specifically about its work when beating eggs. Rarely do I whip individual whites ... and then a difficulty arises: after 1-2 minutes they hang on the walls and do not want to fall into the bowl, but as I read in the tips, whipping cannot be stopped so that the mass does not decrease in volume. What are you doing? or are the proteins ready? But then how to add sugar to them?
Zima
Maybe not quite for you (I don't have a disk), but I beat the proteins with sugar according to this principle, thanks to Tortyzhka.
Maybe it will come in handy https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=39664.0

or at least this paragraph (on the topic of when to add sugar to proteins)

SUGAR IS NOT A PROTEIN THICKENER, BUT A FIXER
Let me explain. Often the hostess does not finish off the squirrels, but she thinks that if she now adds sugar, the mass will become thicker. But she doesn't! Sugar has anchored that state of protein. which was before his appearance. And no matter how much you try later, the mass will no longer be thicker! Therefore, start gradually adding sugar to proteins only then. when the density of the mass will completely suit you. And sugar will fix it. Toga you will not need any "lemon juice, a pinch of salt. Powdered sugar", oh, but they just do not advise .... And "the little chest just opened!" Remember this rule and you will not have any problems! More details: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...ion=com_smf&topic=39664.0

In general, if you beat the protein correctly without sugar, you can stop the mixer (combine) and nothing will be done to these proteins.
I often stop and check (turn the bowl over), and then turn on the mixer and start slowly pouring sugar
Oca
Zima Today I didn't think to take a photo. So I do it right, I stop it when all the protein hangs on the walls and shovel it down with a spatula. I looked at these pictures many times, but I never succeed in doing this with a mixer, even after 5 minutes I have "milk", not a "cloud", and by the 8th minute I am afraid to burn the motor off. For myself I took it as a rule: "beat more until the mass is very elastic, with sharp traces of work mixer harvester."I pour sugar slowly, somewhere I saw a successful comparison -" like rain ", proteins with sugar in a bowl stop in the fancy shape of a 4-petal flower
Zima
Well, it seems that the description is correct!
lyulya08
Girls, good evening !!! Today I went to the store to buy "Cube", they began to check, and this question arose: When the combine is turned on, then immediately 2 bowls should work at the same time, or is it still only one ???? The seller could not answer me. And it seems to me that one. Is it possible that when, for example, you are preparing a cocktail in a blender, the main bowl should be spinning idle? Or is it a marriage. I'm really looking forward to hearing, tomorrow I still want to buy this unit !!!!!;
Gerda1
lyulya08, both bowls work when the blender is standing .. This moment also bothers me a little ...
It would be better if they also came up with a plug for the main bowl
if you remove the blender and close the lid, then only the main one (it is possible that the motor is spinning in place of the blender, but this cannot be checked in any way)
And I have a question for experienced cube cutters
Is it possible to beat eggs in a blender at the same time, for example, and grind cottage cheese into a casserole in the main bowl at this time?
galka_exito
I think not, so as not to create unnecessary load on the motor. In my opinion, even the instructions were about it.
Tane4ka
The instructions say that the blender should not run idle.

All the same, I sawed off the ring at the emulsifier disk, now I pour it calmly, I made dough for cupcakes, so quickly my eggs have not yet been driven in
