Bread Coconut Elegy (bread maker)

Ingredients

Yeast 1 tsp
Wheat flour 350 g
Coconut flakes 70 g
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar (I took brown 2 tbsp. l.
Butter 20 g
Milk + water 280 ml (I got 220 ml of milk and 60 ml of water)

Cooking method

  • Lay as indicated in the manual for your stove (I have dry ingredients first, then liquid ingredients).
  • On the "main" program (4 hours), size "M" (smallest).

Note

The recipe is based on "Milk Bread" for Panasonic-255.
The bread turned out to have a pleasant coconut taste, slightly sweet (you could add more sugar to the taste of your favorite "judges") and very beautiful: sunny, airy.

I wish you bon appetit!

There was an impression that it would not rise without panifarin. Restart to main mode. Result: rose above the bucket, very neat. Here is such
