Beautiful Irin pie! And what about flour is only 150 grams?
irman
Yeah Irin, the dough turns out to be thin, and the pie is very tender, airy.

I read the pilaf recipe in our book, the usual classic recipe ..., only for 300gr of meat there are 2 multi-cups of rice a lot, I would just put one. For 400-500 grams of meat, I add 1 glass of rice 200 ml. In general, you need good meat for pilaf (imported store-bought meat turns white and does not fry a fig and does not give any taste), good rice (I buy steamed) and good spices for pilaf (I put a lot). The meat needs to be fried well (and not 10 minutes as in a book), I rub the carrots on a grater for Korean carrots and do not fry them. Try to cook pilaf in the rice standard program and after the end of the program, fry it in baking or frying.
I am interested in the "rice-water" proportion: yes: And that our pilaf program is absolutely bad ..... I still want to adapt to it .....

I pour steamed 1: 2, but just rice can be 1: 1.5. The pilaf program is not bad, just watch out for something to mix it during, otherwise it can burn ...

Girls, Stadler's husband bought me, because Brand 502 was sold out in 2 hours, and I was not ready to sit in ambush at night for MV)))
What can I say, MV is just a beauty! I haven't tried it yet: a lot of other household chores piled up. But there are two questions for you. We took a bowl of 5 liters, now I'm thinking, is it big ... maybe change it to 4 (this is already a psychosis). And I also read that the type of MV near the microwave somehow does not work correctly. Have you encountered this? And then I have nowhere to put except next to the micro, I would have to invent something ...

Girls, hello everyone! Here I had such a case with the cartoon, can someone comment on it and explain it to me! ...... In general, somehow I cooked lazy cabbage rolls in it on the stewing mode - 1 hour, everything turned out as it should. day I made the same (in shape) as lazy, only simple fish cakes, but the same number as lazy and set the same rig and time and ........: she squeaked to me after 10 minutes - it's kind of done and switched to heating! I tried to turn on the extinguishing again, but it doesn’t turn it on !!!! : crazy: Cutlets on a kind like and were ready, but I just in case baked goods still included ....... Question: WHAT IT WAS ??? She can’t determine from what cutlets and sk. they need time ......... by weight not to say that they are much lighter than meat .......
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Nastasya, extinguishing in the Stadler works only when there is water in the bowl. You apparently did not pour water.

I put the vegetable stew to cook on the stewing program for 1 hour, the program switched to heating in 10-15 minutes ... I had to add a little water and start again. The vegetables apparently did not have time to give juice, there was overheating, etc. refused to work.
So I wrote in the first days of buying a multi, the extinguishing program does not work without liquid. After overheating, the multicooker does not turn on immediately.
Manna
ABOUT! Exactly, I forgot about it. So ... this is another shortcoming of Stadler in relation to Brand.
vernisag
Stadler has many advantages even without stewing, one soup program is worth a lot! And I generally have both multi ...
Manna
Most often I use the Quench mode without water, there is enough moisture for quenching and there is enough in the products themselves to add more.
And what makes the "Soup" mode so special?

And what makes the "Soup" mode so special?
Yes, fig knows, in the instructions this is what they write: Soups cooked in this mode are aromatic and rich.Pressure builds up in the multicooker during cooking
, the steam does not escape and the soup retains its rich flavor.
I really like to cook soup on this program, it turns out just what you need. On the program she cooked stewing in all her cartoons ...
Simply Maria
I tried a cartoon, made porridge with pumpkin according to the recipe book. It turned out beautifully, no words Only the volume of hoo, I did less myself before ... Well, nothing, it's fixable. Periodically, during cooking, she came up, listened, sniffed: it's interesting, after all)))
Tell me, girls, how to conjure with baking so that there is no condensation. Take it out immediately after finishing? Or just open? Or take out the pimp, which you sometimes mention?
P.S. Manna, for me Brand's disadvantage was the inability to buy it ... At the office. The site was snapped up very quickly, but in other stores either not, or the price was so high that they did not want to take it. Although, now I think that someday I still want to buy their SV 6050.

This is what I don't understand. This is not a pressure cooker. If steam does not escape, then overpressure is created. And since this is not a pressure cooker, then, in theory, there is no protection against excessive pressure either ... Steam, anyway, should come out. Here's what I thought ... Can, it's just that there is no steam in this mode ... well, the soup does not boil and everything First boils, and then 95-98 ° C is maintained without boiling ...

Yes, that's right, Brand is selling out at lightning speed. And if you ever want to buy 6050, then it's definitely before March of this year, because in March there will be the last batch of this pressure cooker (Philips squeezed Brand out of that factory).

Beautiful casserole! What recipe did you use? Maria, how do you like stler in comparison with redmond? (I don't have Redmond, it's just very interesting ...)
Masinen
Did, to which you gave the link, on which decoy.
In comparison with Redmond, but I don't know how to compare them, because they are completely different. For example, the Fry mode, I like it more in radishes, Milk porridge in the staler, stewing, and there are good programs. In rare cases, there is a very nra prog Pasta, there are potatoes in the stager, but it is a little unfinished, it is necessary to immediately put both pasta and potatoes, and rarely after the signal. Well, in general, to be honest, now I use stadler more, and rarely when I need to fry.
The quality of the bowl and the assembly at Stadler is, of course, 100 times better than that of the radish. But I love both of them))))
vernisag
Okay, thanks a lot! And it seems that you can also go to the potato stager after the signal ... I don't use it at all ... I cook everything on the express program, I really like this program. For complete happiness, of course, there is not enough active frying in the stager ...
Viktorka
Hello everyone! In short, hands did not reach the milk vermicelli.
But over the weekend I put out the cabbage.
1. on frying mode - fried onions (1 head) and grated carrots. 2 carrots (300-400 grams)
2. Finely chop the tomatoes (6 pcs.) And add to the onion. This mass was fried in frying for 30 minutes.
3. Added finely chopped cabbage (under the very lid) - poured in 100 ml. boiled water and put on the stewing mode.
On extinguishing, the Städler gives 2 hours by default. I reduced the time by 1.5 hours.
The result is a cool stewed cabbage.
On the second day I cooked beef liver.
1. Fried the onion on the frying mode (1 large head)
2. Liver (1 kg) was added to the onion, chopped into 1.5 cm cubes - all this was fried for 45 minutes.
3. Poured 200 grams of sour cream into the fried liver. (I don't remember the fat content) and put it on the extinguishing mode - the time is 1 hour.
The liver was so tender that it melted in my mouth.

Sorry for not having a photo.

In Redmond, this mode is better done, more successful.

:) It's amazing that after such a long preparation, your liver (that is, not yours) melted in your mouth. Since usually, if you cook it, it becomes "rubbery" ........ did you take it fresh or frozen?
Viktorka
Fresh.
Not - well, the truth was a very tender liver.

Maria (masinen), after the end of the casserole program, what did you do? Did you leave the multicooker closed or not? If so, is it heated or just like that and how long? Did you take the pimp out of the valve when baking the casserole?
I baked a casserole today. Pimpochku took out, but at the end of the program immediately opened, because it was interesting as much horror and had to leave))) I took the casserole out of the mold after about 1.5 hours. Bottom line: the taste and texture are divine, but the top is a little opal and the casserole shrank a little, but did not become a cheesecake. Now I want to know what to do so that she does not fall off. And how to completely get rid of condensation, a couple of drops still dripped (
I did it according to the recipe to which Irina gave a link. But Malekho did not cope with the yolk proteins. Today I began to separate the yolks according to the method that I saw in the program of Elena Malysheva: using a bottle, you need to squeeze it a little and just "suck" the yolk into it))) In general, I wanted to traditionally select the last yolk, poured it from shell into shell and pierced it (But these are so trifles, I just wanted to tell you about this funny way of separating yolks
PS Thanks to everyone who contributes to this topic with useful tips and recipes! I feel that I will re-read and write out-copy all sorts of interesting advice)
Masinen
Just Maria, after the end of the program, I leave it on the heating for about 15 minutes, and then turn off the heating and for another 10 minutes, I just take out the sweat carefully and everything is ok)) I always bake, taking out the pimp, I forgot today, and when I realized it, an hour passed and a little I didn't get the cheesecake. When I take out the pimpu, there is no condensation on the baking itself, there is on the lid, but it does not pop.
Simply Maria
Thanks Maria
I forgot to ask again: how much do you bake? I set for an hour, like norms)
vernisag
Girls, the casserole after the baking program (1 hour) should be left in the multitool for 30-40 minutes or 1 hour and in no case should the lid be opened (although I understand it is very curious and wait two hours for a long time), without heating. But if you open it immediately, it settles.
irman

In the book, in principle, there is a recipe ... Well, we take good meat, fresh 300-500 grams, fry for prog. frying, add onions (1-2pcs), cut into half rings and fry further, stirring occasionally (sometimes). Add the grated carrots, mix, lightly fry and turn off the program. (time for frying is needed depending on the amount of meat, if 300gr, then 20-30min is enough, but it is better to set 1 hour right away and look at the degree of toasting) Add washed rice (steamed is better), I add 1 glass of rice to 400g of meat ( glass 200 ml) and 1.5-2 tbsp of water. Add salt, pilaf spices, garlic and turn on the pilaf program (1 hour) or rice. On the program, you don't have to look at the rice, but on the program you should look at the pilaf after 40 minutes and mix if it is already frying. (and if it roasts well, then turn off the program) In general, on the program pilaf, if you do not control it at the end of the program, the malts may burn ... For 300g of meat, I put one multi-glass of rice ...

Nuuuu, in my brand there is no pilaf program at all, it is cooked there on rice. The rice program works for about 40 minutes, of course it does not fry at the end, but you can simply turn on frying or baking at the end and fry the pilaf a little.
