Girls this is a very tasty cake, there is absolutely no need to make roses, just stick slices into the dough. And the biscuit itself is just awesome
Masinen
Yesterday I wanted to make a Polish pie, it consists of 3 layers.
A shortbread cake, then the first layer is poured onto it and baked, and then whipped whites on top and baked again.
In general, my second layer curled up (((((I translated a hundred products in vain, just horrible !!!! And yesterday I was angry, like a dog))), maybe that's why it didn't work out ((

Masha, why didn't you curl up?

Chicken and chips on the program soup

Multicooker Stadler Form Chef One SFC.909

She put the pieces of chicken in butter on the baking program, after 15 minutes she turned over and added chopped onions, closed the lid, mixed after 10 minutes and added carrots and tomatoes. After the end of the program (45 minutes and this is too much ...) I added potatoes, salt, dried green tea, hot water and turned on the program soup for 30 minutes. FSE, it's done! Bon Appetit!
irman
Irisha, potatoes with chicken are just lovely, and today I have "cakes" on the "Milk Porridge" program - 30 minutes, having previously fryed on the "Fry" program for 20 minutes on each side. I poured the "KaKlets" with a mixture of vada, sour cream and mayonnaise.

Every day I go in, I lick my lips at Irinkin’s kakletku and leave .... And where is everyone? It seems like a lot of people bought this cartoon again and do not even appear in the topic, do not tell how things are going ..., I like it, I do not like it, they cook at all ...
AnastasiaK
Well then, I will speak out if no one else is there))). Stadler is too fried for me: the pastries are too tanned, pilaf is literally a step and will be charred (interfere - do not interfere with a signal), and it boils intensively on the soup (especially for an hour), I don't like such boiled-over-cooked soups. And besides, the bowl was scratched in one place, a red scratch, and I only use silicone spatulas (the bowl looked so strong). Here.

In the casserole, the pieces of cottage cheese, as they were not broken with the child, did not work (homemade cottage cheese), and rubbing through a sieve was honestly lazy, but it turned out very tasty
AnastasiaK
Yes, the "Fry" mode is quite delicate, nothing burns. But pilaf - everything from below - practically charred, a crust forms on the meat pieces. And when I open the soup, it boils-and-it, I don't cook the soups so intensely, for a maximum of 20 minutes on the smallest heat (on the stove), the frying is ready, but the potatoes don't need more, and indeed any vegetables are more than 10 -15 minutes - just boiled down to dust.
vernisag
Hi Nastya! I practically do not boil on soup at all and the broth always turns out transparent. (I try not to open the lid while the program is running), the time for the soup can be set from 30 minutes. On baking, you can also just reduce the time, Tina over 45 minutes in total everything bakes. We wrote a lot about the pilaf program, I don't really like it either, I do pilaf on the program rice... I really hope that you will still make friends with the cartoon and everything will be fine!
V-tina
Nastya, but my pilaf is almost never fried .. Girls, maybe it depends on rice or something else ..?
And yes, yes, I basically hold for 45 minutes and shake it out right away, everything is baked perfectly
vernisag
Teen well done! Thanks for the pictures! : girl_love: I don't even doubt it's delicious! And how did you break the cottage cheese? I usually do this with a mixer, and if it's very coarse, then with a blender. But I usually buy in packs of 5%, as a rule, it is most suitable for baking and already has a creamy consistency.
V-tina
And with a mixer, and my son, I rubbed it with my hands, but the grains still remained, they do not interfere at all, the taste is somehow even more interesting, more diverse, maybe ... we usually make casseroles on semolina, and this time - on starch, very much delicious
Here is a recipe, if anyone is interested)

Curd 4% - 1 kilogram
Chicken egg - 6 pieces
Sugar - 250 grams
Milk chocolate - 100 grams
Cream 10% - 100 grams
Potato starch - 4.5 tablespoons

Preparation

1. Stir with a whisk until smooth, the cottage cheese, eggs and sugar.

2. The mass obtained is divided into equal parts.

3. Melt the chocolate bar in the cream over low heat.

4. Then add the cream with chocolate to one part of the curd and stir.

5. Then add two tablespoons of starch to the curd part and 2.5 tablespoons with chocolate.

6. Put on spoons in the multicooker tank, alternating masses.

7. On the Baking program, cook for 90 minutes.

8 We don't get it right away, but we also keep it in a multicooker for 40 minutes with the lid closed.

Instead of chocolate and cream, I just added three tablespoons of cocoa, I took all the ingredients 2 times less from the recipe, baked for 45 minutes and didn't keep it under the lid, I had everything ready by that time, and the smell was awesome, they ate right away)
vernisag
Aaaa et curd beauty on our forum there is this recipe right here Multicooker Stadler Form Chef One SFC.909
I also do it with cocoa, I didn't notice a big difference, and there is less fuss ...

Pilaf on rice do try? Idea. And another question: I have a feeling that it is better not to leave pilaf itself in a multicooker after cooking, even if you turn off the heating, it is steamed there and you get porridge even from friable, long-grain rice. And in the broth, something is still floating (((. I like the "Stew" mode more, it only takes longer. And now I cooked cabbage soup with sauerkraut in the old fashioned way on the stove.
In principle, I use a multicooker for morning cereals. Porridge is better made from whole cereals (rice, oatmeal, buckwheat, millet), but crushed cereals (wheat, corn, rolled oats, etc.) are rolled up on the timer and the lid is spattered all over.
vernisag
Nastya, I cook pilaf from parboiled rice 1: 2, it always turns out good and crumbly, and if you keep it on the heating after cooking, it will still be on land (more crumbly) And how much pilaf do you cook? How much meat and cereals? I usually put 350-500gr of meat + 1 markov + 1 onion + 1-1.5 multi-glasses of steamed rice.
irman
Good afternoon, girls, how crowded we are here today, I wonder if Irishka has successfully unsubscribed, otherwise we will all come in, take a look and leave.
Zima
I received this slow cooker at the end of last week, at the moment I have another one - Fields, so I compare it with her.
Panas lives with his mother in another city, the rest died "the death of the brave"
Actually, I wanted a pressure cooker, but I haven't found it for my requests yet, but here an attractive price (was) on Ozone for this model in black and the issue with the purchase has been resolved!
What attracted me to this particular model:
- the presence of touch programs, in the Field there are no
- heavy bowl with non-stick
- black heating element. uncoated aluminum very quickly loses its "marketable" appearance and looks untidy
- black color (before the appearance of this color on sale, I did not even look towards Stadler, since I had already "worn out" all the white appliances in the kitchen
- as a bonus - stainless steel inner cover - looks very solid
- well, I just wanted to

This model also has significant (in my opinion) disadvantages: the absence of the Multipovar and Yogurt programs, and well, very weak Frying, if this was my only cartoon, then I would not buy it because of this, but since everything is the above is, then in this case the disadvantages turned out to be insignificant.

I ordered the delivery by mail, for some reason the shipment was from Tver, probably Ozon has a warehouse there. Paid on April 5, 6 sent, on April 10 she was already at my post office in Korolyov. In general, everything is very fast. Well packed, no damage. There is, however, a small complaint about the appearance: a scratch deep to aluminum (as if they had been knocked out by something) on the heating disc is unpleasant, but it does not affect the work, and on other grounds there was no impression that this cartoon was in operation, so left it as it is.

And so I unpacked it and put it in a place of honor, next to Fields
and who called her black? dark gray or anthracite, but not black! after all, if only it is not white for me, although I agree that this model in white looks nicer (I saw it in the store) ..

to be continued..
Zima
Thank you!!!
I will slowly write about impressions
I specially used a week to understand at least some patterns in the work of the programs, although, given that I do not have one, but I usually cook in parallel in both, I have not tried all the programs yet!
irman
In our slow cooker I really like to cook various soups, the broths turn out to be rich, and the "Fry" program, or I got it out of heat, began to fry better. While the cauliflower and peeling potatoes, frying in 20 minutes I have time to burn, I have to turn off the frying.

more impressions about the appearance and device:
+ the cup really pleased me, very solid and heavy. But the inside of the coating is more like processing than the outside. Scuffs have already appeared on the outside. The fact that it is without handles is, on the one hand, a minus, since it "sits down" deep enough and it is not very convenient to get it filled with hot soup to the eyeballs, but it is easy to wash it and wipe it dry and use it again. In the Field near the bowl, drops of water flow under the handles, you start cooking, the water flows down onto the heating element and hisses ..
+ stainless steel inner cover, I liked the system of its installation and removal - it is very convenient to press the button and remove it. True, without an inner lid, the multicooker cannot be closed, only you can cover it by fixing the lid with a carrying handle
+ interesting valve (I've never seen this). easy to disassemble and clean
+ coated heating element.
+ wide rim for collecting condensate

- I didn't like the plastic on the case and how the parts are "fitted" - not very neat

I was also afraid that the control panel located on the lid would be inconvenient for me, but no, nothing is normal, the buttons are touch-sensitive, they are pressed with a light touch, so it is quite tolerable

yes, the device had a factory unpleasant smell, I washed it in the evening, boiled water without lemon, ventilated it all night - it didn't go away, I had to boil it with lemon in the morning - that's when the smell disappeared altogether ..

Here's another observation about the bowl: I compared the lower and upper diameters of the bowls from Stadler for 4 liters and Poly for 5 liters - they match! The height is, of course, different.
Therefore, a big request to the owners of the 5-liter Stadler - please measure the dimensions of the bowl, suddenly it will come to Pole ..

I was not only closed the cartoon without an inner lid, but also managed to bake a cake like that .. I noticed that there was no lid only when I pulled it out

I hope I don’t know about you, but I have all the details fit perfectly and the plastic is very good, and the dimensions of the bowl are 145mm high, width with rim-23.5, inner diameter -21, and I also cannot close the multicooker without an inner lid. Once I contrived, then I opened it a little.

now about the programs,
let's start with positive impressions:
Express. Just super! My favorite program at the moment. Made according to your recipes:
- pasta with cutlets, I was very pleased with the result, crispy turned out:
Multicooker Stadler Form Chef One SFC.909
- just pasta
- dumplings
Soup. I cooked stewed fruit a couple of times and broth once.I often use this program, to be honest, in this model I did not notice any significant differences either in cooking time or in the quality of the prepared dishes. That is, it is consistently high, but does not differ from other multicooker that I had. It is possible that over time I will find the differences. Of course, for the purity of the experiment, it is necessary to make a dish of the same products at the same time in two mules. Well, maybe there will be time and I will try.
Milk porridge. From the pros: milk (homemade) never ran away, even when I cooked oatmeal 0.5 cups and just over 1.5 glasses of milk. Although, in fairness, I will say that today the same oatmeal porridge, but already from one glass of cereal and 3.5 milk, the entire lid was spattered, and milk splashed into the valve - but all the same, all the contents remained in the pan (and on the lid)
My first millet porridge with pumpkin:
Multicooker Stadler Form Chef One SFC.909
I always cook cereals 1: 5, this time also, soap and scalding - all the necessary manipulations with millet were done, 1 cycle + 10 minutes heating (I know it would be a little longer, but I had to feed the people), the cereal was soft, but a mess , as I love, not boiled over.
Cooked buckwheat 1 cycle + 2.5 hours on heating - the same bullshit history!
The next time I cooked rice and decided to make the ratio 1: 5.5, to get it as I like ... it didn't work, there was still a lot of liquid left, and the program had already turned off. I had to run the program again and turn it off after 10 minutes, that's when the result suited me 100%! In general, I concluded that for my taste preferences, not sensory program Milk porridge to me more suitable, as it allows you to independently set the cooking time.
Frying. My fries are very delicate (but I was ready for this after reading this "thread"). For sautéing or giving a golden crust, especially if you do not stand over it, but will go to work in parallel, but if you need to quickly fry something, for example, "seal" the meat - it will not work.
Pilaf. I tried to do it with chicken, and for some reason put the onion down (I generally know why, to fry it - we don't like boiled-stewed one), in general, all in layers: onion, meat, carrots, cereals, liquid with salt and spices. I decided to try it without preliminary frying. Well, she fumbles, I'll tell you, there was a pillar of steam, and for a very long time, after about 40-45 minutes, I had to turn off the program, since the onion had already begun to burn, and, of course, everything was already ready.
I want to try to do it again, but in a different way: meat down, and not chicken, but something longer cooking, pork, for example.
I haven't tried other programs yet.

Well, these are the first impressions: the multicooker is solid, but with its own characteristics, I will continue to adapt to these and study the rest of the programs!

No, I have imperfect, in some places the plastic is inaccurately cut .. but this is nonsense, for such a price I forgive such shortcomings)))

Right now, in between times I made a casserole for breakfast, it is not high, only 2 packs of cottage cheese, I also made a salad of carrots and threw a handful of carrots into the casserole, deciding that it would not spoil. And so it happened! Only the look of the casserole has become more attractive. (In the photo this is imperceptible, since it is disgusting)

I hope I come to you for advice
You have two multi, one FIELDS and the other STADLIR. I'm now all in thought what to buy. When I came to Technosula, one manager advertised POLYA so that I could not look at others. I liked everything about it: the design, the programs, that there is a function of yogurt, WELL, ALL, ALL and ALL.
Came next time. Another manager advertised STADLIR as good as POUL, which is a very good quality bowl. But at STADLIR I don't really like the design and that there is no yogurt program. He began to convince me that this program is not needed there, he can be done that way. It's true?
Nadia, how do you like your multi? What do you think they are and?
I'm already worn out. I would like to buy and not regret choosing.
vernisag
YuliaPos can I put in my five cops too? I can say that there is no point in comparing Polaris and Stadler, at least like a Lada with a foreign car, a stler is a completely different level, and bowls in Polaris have always been of poor quality (2-4 months and you can buy a new one). And I realized long ago that the yogurt program is not needed at all in multicooker, it is not convenient, and the multicooker is always busy, and yogurt takes a lot of time to prepare. It's easier to buy a yogurt maker, for example Brand , our girls praise it very much (they write that it does not overheat). And if you really want a cartoon with a lot of programs, then it's better to buy Brand 37501 it contains yogurt and the bowl is just excellent.

In terms of construction and materials, Stadler is the leader:

The Stadler's cup cannot be compared to Polya - 1 kg (for the 5-liter model) versus 600 grams for Paulie,
bowl with kerm. the coating that comes with the kit really quickly loses its non-stick properties, the spare bowl with a non-stick is very thin - it weighs 560 grams for me, so I already deformed it - dropped it on the table when I took out the casserole. True, there was a hope that the bowl would fit from Stadler - it seemed to pass in size. That would be super!
The inner cover in Stadler is made of stainless steel, unlike most other models: both Poly, and Brand and Redmond and many others. In Stadler, the heating disc is non-stick coated, while Poly and many others do not. Without coating, it quickly loses its "marketable" appearance.
Another disadvantage of Poly and other models with a similar design is a very flimsy open key. It must be handled carefully, I have repeatedly read messages from the owners of Redmond and Polaris that it has broken (I have a broken key in my old multi Sinbo 5024 (analogue of Redmond 4502)), so now I treat Fields very gently!

But, in my opinion, the main difference between these multicooker is in their programs:
in Stadler, this is, first of all, the presence, in addition to automatic, also sensor programs - programs that do not work for a specified time, but until the liquid boils away. Because of their presence and the quality of the bowl, I took this model too. Express program
There is not a single such program in the Field - this is its minus.
But there are many other programs in the Pole: Yogurt, normal Frying (I can't fry something for 20 minutes on one side, like in Stadler - I'm nervous, I don't have enough patience), and most importantly for me, in Pole yes - Multipovar, and with a step of 10C, and not 20, as in Brand.
Paulie has some downsides - some programs are configured incorrectly, that is, to put it simply, "raw". Although an updated version has now been released, the program Plov, Jam has appeared in the Field, and, possibly, other programs began to work more correctly. But I have an old model, so on this issue it is better to read the Temko of the new owners of Poly, better on several sites.
I.e for me , these slow cookers complement each other, and I immediately wrote that Stadler as the only cartoon I would not take, despite all its advantages, and may its owners forgive me. I also need Yogurt - it is convenient for me to make it in a multicooker, my entire work surface is full and the cabinets are clogged, and the bread maker is generally in the bedroom, I have no space either for storage or for installing the yogurt maker during its operation, and I need Multicook program. In Pole, I use the latter more often than automatic programs.

In general, there is no perfection in the world, and so far I have not had a single multicooker, about which I would say: "This is the ideal!"

That was good about 6 years ago, there was only one Panasonic, and the only problem was how to find it on sale at a normal price, it was in short supply. We never dreamed of any special program Frying or Yoghurt, much less Multipovar!
The choice of whatever it is is very individual. What I consider to be a disadvantage may turn out to be an advantage for another person.
Therefore, you must first of all decide for yourself what your personal priorities are, what you plan to cook in it, etc.
