The bowl is inexpensive compared to the Redmond and others bowls, the coating is Teflon.

Good evening!
Anna-konda, thanks! I want it for a long time.
Alitka_s
Thanks for the information, I have Supra4501 and 4511, I think there are the same bowls. And what is the coating in this, the same non-stick or ceramic?
Anna-konda
Alitka_s, non-stick.

Girls, hello! I read how you can cook a lot of things in this cheap multicooker and decided to buy it for yourself too :-) because I don't have much finances, but I really want to replace the previous one. The most important criterion in the choice was that you bake all sorts of goodies in it. Well, let it be an hour, longer than in the oven, but what a result !!!
I'll try mine on Monday. They will bring it to me on Sunday evening. I'm waiting.
Elena Brand
Hello mama v kube!
A good choice! Good luck !!!
mama v kube
Elena Brand, hello! Thank you. I was puzzled by the purchase of an additional saucepan for her. I saw the photos posted here. And to which cartoon is this bowl? That is, from whose multicooker is the bowl suitable for the supra?
Anna-konda
Hello mama v kube!
About the additional bowl - this is my post, see above ... Therefore, I answer. I can't say which particular model the bowl is, there is no such information on the box: only a small photo of some kind of multicooker ... Initially, I bought this bowl for a DIFFERENT multicooker: the store also had that multicooker and this bowl, I just tried it on, bought it. I checked at home - it turned out that it was suitable for Supra. That's how it was ...
I looked at the store's website - the Swizz Style SFC-002 multicooker bowl is compatible with Swizz Style Chef One SFC.919!
With a new multicooker, mama v kube!

Anna-konda, Hi! Thank you! I'm already all in anticipation. Can't wait for Sunday already. I saw that this is your post, I just thought maybe Lena Brand has a bowl, maybe I bought it too :-) I really want another bowl, even so that not to wash it, but immediately load the second dish and that's it. Put to cook, and at this time you can wash the first saucepan. Does the multicooker smell like plastic?
Anna-konda

It doesn't smell now, of course. When they first turned on (eh, it was a long time ago ...), I don't remember that there was a strong smell ...
Elena Brand
Hello mama v kube!
I still dream of a spare bowl)))) if there are 2, it is very convenient)))
Anna-konda
mama v kube, have your first impressions?
mama v kube
Anna-kondaunfortunately negative. Didn't buy a multicooker. When it was delivered to the person who was supposed to bring it during the check, it turned out that it does not work (((there was nothing to replace (((did not buy ...
Anna-konda
mama v kube, it's a pity ... Probably, you are destined to have another multicooker. Now the choice is huge!
mama v kube
It’s a pity, don’t tell me ... I was already dreaming ... in the end I am again sitting without a multicooker. I decided to buy a staff. And the supra wanted in addition and while the staff was not brought to use. And later to adapt for cereals and baking.
Tenara
Hello girls! I'm new here. Thank you all for the great recipes! I have a question for you: did anyone make jellied meat in the cartoon ???

I share the recipe for my cupcake:
1 tbsp. kefir (sour milk)
125 g margarine (I often take a little sunflower oil "by eye")
1 egg
1 tbsp. Sahara
0.5 tsp soda pay off
Flour ~ 2 tbsp.

I mix kefir, egg and sugar + melted margarine, soda, flour. I knead the dough like thick sour cream. I often add raisins or frozen fruits, berries .. I pour it into a greased bowl and bake it for 1 hour. Perfectly cooked! The cupcake is even tastier than the oven!

I also made buckwheat on "fast" and in parallel with steam. She cooked various cereals: both ordinary and dairy. Everything was delicious and undigested. The child really liked everything, especially pressing the buttons)))

Also, if anyone made pea or pearl barley porridge, please share the recipe.
In general, I have not yet cooked much, since MV borrowed from relatives during their absence (only 4 days have passed). I haven't bought it myself yet, because I just can't choose. But after using Supra, I think there is no point in overpaying a lot of money for cool MV. I think soon I will have my own soup))))
Anna-konda
Tenara, hello!
Thanks for the recipe, I will definitely cook it!
I didn't cook jellied meat, but the recipe for pea porridge is on the first page. Pearl barley, probably, can be prepared in the same way ...

I wish you finally "get a taste" of cooking on a multicooker and buy your own! Indeed, it is not at all necessary to buy an expensive one ...
Hedgehog
Good night everybody! I got a multicooker in the evening and immediately wanted to boil the meat broth. I put in the meat, filled it, as in the recipe book, up to max. marks and in half an hour received a hot fountain of broth. Such a frustration! Sorry, maybe anyone had this .. It is necessary to master the unit in 2 weeks, before the trip to the south. Worried..
Anna-konda
Anastasia, hello!
Congratulations on your purchase! It is a pity that the beginning is not entirely successful ...
A broth fountain is very unusual ... Maybe try to boil the same volume of water in the same mode? If the result is the same, then the multicooker is faulty, in my opinion ...
If you read the topic, then you know that something similar happened with my multicooker. But this was the only time in several years.
In general, do not get upset right away! Now between you and the multicooker is "grinding to each other" - this is an inevitable process. Next time you can pour less water. And also cook excellent porridge, stew vegetables, bake - the recipes have already been worked out!
Hedgehog
Thanks, Anna, for the quick response! : girl-yes: Today I tried to cook a vegetable stew based on meat broth (by the way, the meat was wonderfully quenched overnight), it turned out cabbage soup :) Apparently, it will be necessary to adjust to the liquid. I'm still afraid that there will be little, it will burn. So tasty, we will not stay hungry. Now porridge is on the agenda, you need to try to cook for dinner.
Hedgehog
Yes, I studied the whole topic, you have something wrong with the fish. But I learned to disassemble and wash it right away
Anna-konda

And here is the positive attitude! Keep it up! I feel that we are of the same berry field ...
Yes, you need to pour a little water, adapt with time.
And today I am mastering a new washing machine. Impressions -
We will definitely make friends with her, over time ...
Hedgehog
It happens! But new impressions! Everything to help, do not wash with your hands, like our grandmothers :) Thanks again for your help. I put corn milk porridge to cook ... I'm waiting ...
Hedgehog
I saw steam coming down again. I open it, and there is already the whole lid in milk and porridge, although the liquid is poured up to level 2. Maybe you don't need to close it?
Anna-konda
It is necessary to close it. Are the proportions of water and milk correct? That is, milk was diluted with water? If you just boil it in milk, it will run away ... But the lid got dirty - nothing, you can wash it later. Sometimes it happens. If only nothing ran through the valve.
By the way, we still don't have a recipe for corn milk porridge ... Please share.
Hedgehog
You are welcome! The porridge turned out delicious, especially when it stood for a while. Cooked according to the proportions indicated in the recipes, i.e. 3 m. From. milk, 2m. from. water, 1 m. from. corn grits, but as I cooked I added another 500 ml of water to boil the porridge, I cooked for my kids. The younger one (11 months old) ate it, slightly ground in a blender, the older one did it like that. I want to double the portion, but I'm afraid. : umnik2: Thank you for your participation and kind words. In general, I cook well, but the forced development of multi something grows in me complexes: oops: My husband said that the soup (which is a stew) is not as rich as in a saucepan. But I ate 2 servings
Hedgehog
This time I put rice on it and again about 20 minutes after it starts hissing, the steam is like that, I'm already afraid that it will trample through the valve, open it, interfere, then it cooks further, but it goes a little. I don’t know if it’s normal or not.

What a horror ... Here, of course, the complexes are close. Anastasia, in my opinion, something is wrong with the multicooker, it shouldn't heat up so much ... Maybe try to replace it?
Hedgehog
It turns out that it boils once, and then it cooks .. So I'm worried. What to say in the store? She works.
Anna-konda
Yes, it boils at first, then the multicooker maintains a certain temperature (clicks are normal).
The multicooker does not make noise or hiss while cooking, only steam rises.
I think if the process of cooking in a multicooker is fraught with unpleasant "surprises", why not solve the issue radically: replace or hand over and buy another model? Your nerves are more expensive ... When replacing, we can say that the temperature does not correspond to the normal operation of the device, something like this ... I can't insist, it's up to you, of course. Maybe not everything is as scary as I see it ...

Have you tried baking something? If so, what are the results? Everyone praises baked goods in this slow cooker.
Hedgehog
Anna, thanks, I'll think about it. I haven't tried baked goods yet. She's nothing at all)
Ludens
With porridge, I also did not work out. I tried to pour less water and more, cook in porridge soup and on the usual mode. Oatmeal stains the inner lid anyway. I also usually open it, the porridge settles, then I cook on.
And at first I was also close to handing over to the store. But!

Pilaf turns out to be incomparable. And it seems like the same porridge :) I put it on the 1:30 mode - a dark crust formed at the bottom. Now I put it at 1:00. It turned out well, and without a crust.

In general, I use a multicooker in the summer. An electric stove in the heat is something ... And a multicooker is great! Heats up quickly, cools down quickly, the air around him heats up little. I bake curd casseroles all the time. Carcass chicken and fish. I got used to baking chicken in a sleeve and in foil. The multicooker does not get dirty at all. The beauty!
Now I'm trying to bake a vegetable casserole. If possible, I will share the recipe :)

Hedgehog, wait to take it, maybe get used to it some more.
Although it is certainly up to you to decide.
Ludens
I spread my experiment on cooking vegetable casserole.
I think that from this recipe it will be possible to take at least baking vegetables in a slow cooker.
In addition to the recipe, I suggest immediately working on my mistakes :)

Baking vegetables

First, I baked the vegetables. At the bottom of the multicooker she poured a little vegetable oil (literally 1-2 tablespoons), put two medium eggplants, two medium bell peppers, 4 small tomatoes. I tried to distribute everything so that the vegetables cover the bottom as much as possible. For some reason it seems to me that this is correct :)
I put the multicooker on the "pie" mode. After the whistle, I turned off the multicooker and let the vegetables stand in a closed bowl for about an hour.
Then she took out the vegetables, peeled them off and removed the seeds as much as possible (for which it was mainly baked - for those close to me gastritis, the skin and seeds of nightshade are not welcome).

In principle, these vegetables can be further used as you like. I know the recipe when they are cut, garlic, dill and vegetable oil are added and eaten. It looks not very good, but very tasty.

But I decided to make a casserole out of them.

Eggplant and cheese casserole

So, fry the chopped onion and grated carrots (both the onion and the carrot are quite large) in the "pie" mode. When the vegetables are fried, turn off the mode by pressing the "cancel" button.

Multicooker Supra MCS-3510

We already have baked vegetables (see above). We cut them into small pieces.

Multicooker Supra MCS-3510

I added 3 eggs, salt, 180 g of cottage cheese, 50 g of cheese, 2 tablespoons with a small slide of whole grain flour to the vegetables.
We mix everything and pour it into a multicooker bowl for carrots and onions. I mixed everything with a spatula, lifted the onions and carrots.

Multicooker Supra MCS-3510

We turn on the "pie" mode. And until the "whistle".

Now mistakes.
1. Now I would not add flour. It gives a bit of a bread flavor, and I wanted a vegetable casserole.
2. Do not turn the casserole to brown the other side.During the "pie" mode, it bakes well, but I retained too delicate texture, so it tried to fall apart. Perhaps because I added some liquid from the baked vegetables.
3. Perhaps it is better to add more cheese and do without cottage cheese. Although it is possible, if you remove the flour, then the cottage cheese is not superfluous. This again means that the taste was a little "bready".
4. I didn’t hurt to fry on the bottom of the casserole. But perhaps 40-45 minutes would be enough for the casserole to bake (everything is already baked there) and the bottom would become golden, not dark brown.

Multicooker Supra MCS-3510

Nevertheless, they ate it with pleasure. And I think that I will still experiment with a different lineup.
I wish you successful experiments too!

Hello.
Thanks to everyone for the recipes, and especially Anna-conde for the handy links on the first page! I am a student, I recently bought this multicooker in order to make it easier for myself to prepare food, so I chose only the simplest and most familiar dishes. While I'm making pilaf, fried potatoes, steamed dumplings and hot sandwiches in it, I'm also going to try omelet, fish soup, chicken soup and pasta with cutlets - all this is according to recipes from here.

Alas, I have not found answers to the most pressing questions here - they are probably so obvious to you that they were not even worth mentioning: S

1. How to make ordinary buckwheat porridge on the water? (what should be the ratio of cereal / water volumes, which mode should be used - "Porridge / soup" or "Normal", or another?)
2. What is the best way to boil potatoes in their uniforms?
3. What is the best way to boil potatoes in pieces? (for mashed potatoes)
4. How to cook borscht faster / more convenient / tastier with the help of a multicooker? (vegetable, no meat - only potatoes, cabbage, onions, carrots, beets and tomato paste)
5. What can be steamed besides dumplings? %)

I would be very grateful for any advice!

Best regards,
Ivan
Hedgehog
Ivan, good night! Congratulations on your purchase! Cook porridge in water in the same way as with milk, 1 multi-glass of buckwheat, 5 water. Season with salt, add oil to taste. If you like it "wet," add water along the way. On the Porridge / Soup mode.
Jacket potatoes can be cooked on the Porridge Soup mode in a saucepan, and in a double boiler, if there are few potatoes (for one double boiler). For a couple of minutes 30 will be behind the eyes, maybe less. You can always check readiness by opening the lid. By the way, at the same time: I steamed kupaty, cutlets, vegetables. You can buy ready-made minced meat, season with salt and pepper and shape cutlets, you can grate zucchini, carrots, and even cabbage, there will be vegetable meatballs. For mashed potatoes, I think it is better in the main saucepan, just knead in another bowl after cooking, so as not to damage the coating of the pot. Also porridge soup. For borscht: fry carrots, onions and beets in pie mode, then pour water, boil and add cabbage with carrots and all sorts of "flavoring", such as tomato. paste.
I hope that some of what I have written will be useful to you. Good luck! And thanks again to Anna-Conde for the wonderful theme and design!
Hedgehog
Ivan, how do you make hot sandwiches? : mail1: Share the recipe?
Wanderer
Hello Hedgehog,
thanks for your prompt help! The question immediately arose: what time should be set in porridge / soup mode for buckwheat, potatoes and borscht? Or just cook "until cooked" by peeping?

And yet - I forgot to ask right away - what mode and time is best for heating frozen semi-finished products such as pancakes, zraz, pasties, etc.?

I read about sandwiches here, in the answer # 216:
Quote: LisNa
By the way, more about the "transferred" recipes: children are very fond of hot sandwiches with cheese, they almost always require it for breakfast. At home I do it in the microwave, but now there is no microwave in the country. I tried to do it in MV. Happened! I just turned it on "warming up", put the bread and cheese on it. And the cheese melted! True, it turned out much longer than in the microwave, 5 minutes instead of 30 seconds. But, in "extreme" conditions, I think the same result
On my own I will add - the bread on such sandwiches turns out to be crispy from the bottom, which makes them even tastier. For white bread, 5-10 minutes is enough, black can be put on heating until the signal. In both cases, the lid must be closed.
Hedgehog
Ivan, you can't put out less than an hour on Kasha-soup, it seems. I usually cook for an hour. You can "spy" the potato. Thanks for the reference to the quote, I want to try. : girl_red: Unfortunately, I didn't heat anything up, but if you need to fry the same pasties, then on Pie.
Wanderer
Thank you, explained everything. Now I will try. If you have more questions, or if I suddenly open a new recipe, I will definitely write.
Can you advise any other fairly simple, "student" dishes for a multicooker for every day?
Hedgehog
The most student, in my opinion, pasta I adore naval style, the recipe here I took from the girls. And you do not need to rinse, and they are so tasty in the "Pie" mode. Bake charlotte, 2 eggs, a glass of sugar, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise, a pinch of salt and soda + a glass of flour. Well, apples, of course, this year's harvest is everywhere. I move the apples in the dough and level them already in the pot, about 20 minutes and you're done, you can turn them over on the double boiler and brown them on the other side, or you can do this :) Learn new recipes, welcome :)
Hedgehog
You can also sketch out meat (chicken, sausages, what is), fry on a pie with carrots and onions and add potatoes in pieces, pour a little water, there will be stewed potatoes. If you add any other vegetables, there will be a stew. Delicious weekdays to you! Successful study!

Yes, yes, I'm already here again ... Fuh ... (Secretly - I have three multicooker, but they appeared one after another, and not two at once!)
I read your message at the very end of the working day ... It was hard, oh ... not to choke on saliva. My "culinary" memory immediately turned on: at one time I often cooked barley porridge with mushrooms, the taste was magical. I took the recipe from the Internet, I couldn't find the source now, but from the printout:
Serves 4:

Pearl barley 1 tbsp.
Frozen mushrooms (But you can also cut champignons) 150 gr. (more is possible, it will be tastier ...)
Onion - half onion
Small carrots, grated on a coarse grater
Water 3 tbsp.
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Glass - 250 ml.

Soak the groats for 2 or more hours.
Sometimes I fry onions with carrots in a slow cooker in sunflower oil, sometimes not (for a change). Then I put everything else in. "Porridge" mode for an hour. And be sure to darken ...
