Hello everybody!!! Here I am on the Internet, there is no time to sit all the time (it's time for blanks). Dimochka, through experiments you will learn a lot about your multicooker. I will answer a little questions: in order to fry it is enough to use the "pie" mode with the lid open, I have not tried to cook fries, so I will not help you, you can cook all your favorite dishes, and their readiness to "peep" in the cooking process. Steam cooking will allow you to cook dietary meals, but this is not for everybody. For example, I did not use the steam cooking mode separately, just to save time and energy I can steam potatoes, and in a saucepan, meat with gravy (both a side dish and meat immediately). The steam valve allows just not to build up pressure and get rid of excess liquid, because we also open the pan during cooking). for all modes, you will have to experimentally find out the time. The "fast" mode allows you to quickly cook any cereals and some vegetables (30 - 40 minutes), the "normal" mode is a little longer, the "pie" - 40 - 50 minutes, you can peep and check the readiness, and the "brown" - 1.5 hours and there is a countdown of the last 40 minutes, the "heating" must be turned off as soon as the dish is warmed up, it is impossible to set the time here. And heating can last as long as necessary, if necessary. I usually turn off the multicooker and close the lid, the heat is kept like that.
Enaka
: hi: Hello everyone !!!
: girl_claping: I still can't get enough of the purchase !!! I only cook in it!
I already have my own little ritual; In the morning I get up and the first thing I do is go to the kitchen and put the porridge until you finally wake up the porridge is ready (of course, maybe for someone an hour is a lot, but I need just that much to wake up) Then, at lunchtime, I make sure to bake a pie or a cupcake! With the purchase of MB, not a day goes by without baking. And after baking, I'm already preparing something for dinner.
Stuffed peppers, manti, pilaf and soups I cook everything in it !!!
By the way, I cooked stuffed peppers in the usual mode, and at the same time I cooked steamed potatoes for garnish, very convenient and, which is important, useful!
The manti turned out to be airy, it's a pity that on average 8-10 manti (s) (not large) are included in our steamer. My husband and I, of course, have enough, but if you have to cook for the guests in two or even three minutes 50 cook
I do not have an oven and therefore I am experimenting with CF. Yesterday I saw an advertisement with Maggi for baking thighs in my sleeve, I decided to try to make a pie in the mode ... I did everything as in the instructions, only instead of putting it in the oven for 50 minutes, I put all this stuff in MV. The only thing I turned over after 30 minutes. It turned out just delicious. My husband liked it very much. I ordered the same thing today. So today I am not tormented by the question: "What to cook for dinner ?!"

Anna-515 Thanks for the recipe for stewed zucchini with rice True, I added more chicken fillet, I can't live without meat
Anna-515
Hello !!!
It is very joyful to read that I am not the only one who likes to make baked goods in MV. Just the other day, my husband and I had another anniversary of our life together. A festive dinner is obligatory: the husband - kebabs, and from me a cake is obligatory (especially since the children are very asking). I have a "proprietary" recipe, everyone loves it, I decided to make it. Korzh decided to bake in MV. Everything turned out very cool, and everything else, as always, is very tasty, and little time is spent. Here is a recipe (suddenly someone will come in handy): "Bird's milk" cake. For the crust, mix 1 glass of flour, 200 g of sour cream, 1 egg, 1 glass of sugar, 1 teaspoon of soda, 2 heaped tablespoons of cocoa, bake and divide in half. I cut with ordinary thread. For the cream, it is necessary to boil porridge from 0.5 liters of milk and 3 tablespoons of semolina, cool it well. Then drive 1 glass of sugar, 200 g of softened butter into it. I usually add vanillin to both the cake and the cream, and sometimes I can add a little more lemon zest to the cream (it turns out very tasty). Then, on a large flat plate, put one half of the cake layer and cover it generously with cream, then the other half of the cake layer and all the remaining cream. Do not be alarmed that the cream between the cakes can "climb out" a little, you can smear the sides with this cream and it turns out a lot of cream, which should not scare you either (it is very tasty). Then I usually rub chocolate on top on a fine grater, but you can also cook or decorate the chocolate icing as you wish. Then for a while in the refrigerator and then you can't drag it by the ears.

Thanks to all forum members for their good advice. I myself have been rejoicing at Panasonic for two years now, and today I bought Supra for my mother-in-law. I found a lot of interesting things with you girls. Who knows, maybe I'll get a second assistant myself (and if our grandmother doesn't like the present, then this one will be registered in my kitchen) Good luck with all your kitchen chores!
Anna-konda
Hello everybody! The first enthusiasm subsided, creative everyday life began. And it's good when you know that you can rely on such an assistant, she will not let you down. I recently made a moussaka with zucchini, rice and cheese. The recipe is here... The family members were extremely intrigued when they heard the name of the dish. Did everything as indicated in the recipe. It turned out delicious. But I won't cook it often: I spattered on the gas stove when I was frying rice. Probably, it was necessary to do this procedure in a multicooker. Next time I'll try. I'm used to the fact that the stove rarely needs to be washed now.
Anna-515, great cake recipe! I suspected that cake cakes would be great in our slow cooker. I wonder if anyone tried to bake a fluffy sponge cake?
Enaka, how quickly the multicooker joined your rhythm of life! Regarding steaming manti (or manti?) I can advise: try installing an additional steamer on the bottom. You know, there are metal ones that open in the shape of a flower. You will have a two-story double boiler.
klavdima, how are you progressing in mastering the multicooker? We are waiting for recipes!
K @ rin @
Girls! Tell me how to cook oatmeal porridge in this slow cooker. I cooked rice, I liked it very much, but I prefer oatmeal and five cereals. I would be very grateful for the recipe
Anna-515
Hello everybody!!!
K @ rin @, I tried to cook oatmeal porridge, but unfortunately I didn't write down the proportions (next time I'll have to experiment again), but it turned out just fine. One nuance of cooking: I did not cook the full cycle and mixed it 3 times, unlike other cereals.
K @ rin @
Hi, girls! Thank you for responding to my request. On the same day, without waiting for an answer, I tried to cook porridge "5 cereals", it turned out great! True, I did everything so to speak by the "poke" method * JOKINGLY * I cooked as usual, stirring only occasionally. I didn't see the time (but I think about 30 minutes for sure). Turning off the steamer left the porridge so to speak "to reach". And she cooked according to the recipe Anna-kondy on the very first page. I bought a steamer a few months ago, but has not yet adapted to cook on it. I cooked only vegetable stew, pork pilaf, steamed cutlets and porridge. I would like to try something from baking, but there is still no time: (I hope I will find a lot of useful things here thanks to you girls
mosia1990
Hello everyone, here they gave me a multicooker) tell me
1.Before the first use, besides cleaning all parts, what else needs to be done?
today I will stew pepper stuffed with minced meat, frozen.
Anna-konda
Hello everyone, including newbies!

mosia1990, before the first use, water is usually boiled in a multicooker on some "hot" program.I boiled on the "warming up" program, if my memory serves me right. By time - as much as you want, or until the boil stops. Good luck in learning!
mosia1990
damn it, just washed and cooked did not calculate the water. it turned out a little watery ... tomorrow I plan pilaf, throw the recipes?
Anna-konda
mosia1990, less water should be added than when cooking on the stove. This has already been discussed in the topic. Pilaf recipes, and not only him, are also in the subject. Good luck!
Jok
I want to buy this unit. I wanted to know how the steamer process is carried out. In the instructions found what to pour and where to put the food, I did not find it for a double boiler. Also, the instructions did not say anything about the steamer bowl. Is it included? As I understand it, a bowl is installed on top of the pan and food is placed there, am I right?
Anna-konda
Hello everybody!
Jok, yes, the kit also includes a steamer bowl, measuring cup, spoon and spatula, like other multicooker. I forgot to write about it in the first post. You understand correctly about installing the bowl and cooking in it, and they do it. Usually the main dish is steamed, and the side dish is below, in cooking modes. If you cook only for steam, then a little water is poured into the bottom, the "warming up" mode is probably also suitable. More precisely, you can ask Enaka, I think she will not refuse advice.
Tepupa
Hello!!! Today I bought this miracle, but I just can't understand how long it takes to cook in different modes (pie, brown, normal, fast). Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but (for example) when I was preparing a manna according to a forum recipe, dashes were displayed instead of time on the display.
Tepupa
And another question))) I cooked a manna in the "pie" mode, but it turned out completely not fried and "white", how to make it fried?
Anna-konda
Tepupa, welcome and congratulations on your purchase! Do not worry, the slow cooker is really good, you just need to get used to it a little, understand the modes, and this is achieved best in practice (have you read the posts with recipes? Try it!). Most of the modes are automatic, i.e. before the liquid evaporates - the more you pour, the longer it cooks. Therefore, special attention is paid to the proportions of food and liquid. As for the manna: I cook it often (in 50 minutes - the numbers on the display are not displayed, this is how it should be). The top will NEVER be fried: this is not an oven. After cooking, you just need to turn it upside down on a plate and it will be beautiful. Good luck!
Diana-David
Hello, just recently they gave me this slow cooker for my birthday, today I decided to bake a charlotte while I just wanted to try all the functions, please tell me, when you put on the "pie" mode, it does not show the cooking time for me, just ---- these are here are the lines, and it is impossible to set the cooking time, nothing shows, this is how it should be or I have a marriage .............
Anna-konda
Diana-David, hello! "Pie" is an automatic program, the multicooker itself determines when the dish is ready.
Diana-David
thank you very much.............
Diana-David
Girls, tell me something else: on our multicooker, what program is responsible for extinguishing?
Anna-konda
Carcass vegetables on the "Porridge / Soup" program, where you can set the time, 1 hour or more. If necessary, if the vegetables are very tender, you can turn them off earlier and leave for a while under the lid. There will probably be other options. More practice ! The multicooker does not cook INSTEAD of us, but HELPS in the implementation of our ideas. Good luck!
Diana-David
THANK YOU VERY MUCH ANNA-KONDA ............
YES, THIS IS ALREADY A BUSINESS OF PRACTICE, SO IF ANYONE STILL KNOWS THE OPTIONS OF COOKING IN A MULTI-COOKER, PUT HERE, WE WILL BE VERY PLEASED ............
mara
Hello everyone. my daughter recently gave me such a slow cooker on the DR. searched on the Internet and came across your forum. very interesting! tried several recipes. there was a question at first with milk porridge, in the book of recipes it is not, I thought, you can cook with milk or not. it turned out that you can. thanks everyone for the recipes
Anna-konda
Hello everyone!
Mara, you were presented with "... a modest but very useful gift!" (Owl from the movie "Winnie the Pooh and everything, everything, everything"). Let her be a good helper for you, as well as for us.
And in our family there are more and more multicooker! My cousin's Supra 4511 was a birthday present. She is pleased with the helper - cooking for three men is not easy. Last Saturday, another cousin came to visit with a young son. I read this forum, printed out the recipes, and then, when we went for a walk, I bought a multicooker, Supra 3510. That evening, already at home, she baked a manna. Her delight knew no bounds!
Enaka
: hi: Hello everyone!
It's been a long time since I looked here!
I was at the session, she lived with her mother's Supra 4511, but I never cooked on it (I did not cheat on my assistant!) I hoped that while my husband lives alone, he will master the art of culinary, but no, this is not for him, my magic saucepan rested for a month.

When baking, the top remains white, therefore, when I bake a cake, I turn it over after cooking and put it back on the pie mode (for 5 minutes) so that the top is browned, and if the cake, then I either sprinkle it with something or smear it with cream, and this is not necessary.

I wanted to ask who cooked the steamed fish? I want to try, but I'm afraid, because I have never cooked fish at all, especially for a couple. I'm afraid to ruin everything and what may not turn out very well And I want it to be straight: "you will lick your fingers"
Anna-konda
Hello everybody!
Enaka, you are heading in the right direction! About steamed fish. Here is perhaps one of the simplest recipes. Clean fish from scales, remove entrails, if necessary. If the fish is large, cut it into portions, the thickness should not exceed the height of the steamer basket. Fold into a deep bowl, sprinkle with spices, black pepper, salt, mix everything (do not overdo it with seasonings - everything is fine in moderation). Let it soak for a while, maybe an hour. If you have a marinator or a vacuum container (I do not, unfortunately), it will be fine. Cut the onions into rings, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Place the pieces of fish in the basket of the steamer, place the carrots and onions between the pieces, add salt if necessary. Pour water into the multicooker bowl, you can warm it (it will boil faster), about 4-5 multi-glasses. Place a basket with fish on top. The "Steamer" program, in time it all depends on the amount of fish. I think half an hour is enough to start ... Subsequently, adjust the recipe to your liking.
In other options, you can make fish in batter, fry it, then in a double boiler, you can put potatoes, vegetables or rice on the bottom for a side dish, use the Porridge / Soup program. There are many cooking options! There are other recipes here on the forum.
Enaka
Thank you very much Anna-konda! I will definitely try!
Anya ...
Hello! And I got such a cartoon, my husband gave it to me. At first I was upset, I thought few modes, there was no programming time, and then I came across this forum, calmed down and began to try everything. And now I am only glad I have to adapt to the regimes, but do it with desire and mood. I haven't quite figured it out yet, but I'm trying by trial and error. I tried to bake the manna, at the end of cooking I turned it over so that the top was browned. It turned out amazingly Then I tried to cook the soup: I overcooked it on a "pie", put the meat, potatoes and turned on the "soup" for an hour. The soup was delicious and even the potatoes didn't boil over, despite my concerns. And yesterday I roasted chicken drumsticks until golden brown on the "pie" mode. I myself did not expect that everything would turn out so delicious. At the end of cooking, I added sour cream-garlic sauce there, it turned out super !!! The chicken is both juicy and crispy. My husband concluded that it was not in vain that he gave it to me. In it, really, everything turns out to be tastier. My darling is happy !!!
Enaka
Hello!
The girls found a recipe for a pie, the dough is cooked in 15 minutes, there are few ingredients I advise!
Here's a link: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...69956.0
Found here on the forum, the pie is called "Kolobok"
Anna-konda
Hello everybody!
Anya ..., congratulations on purchasing an assistant!

You have to adapt to the regimes, but do it with desire and mood.
I totally agree with you!

Enaka, thanks for the recipe! Probably, I never met easier.

Hello everybody! I tried to cook milk porridge. Anna-Konda, tell me, maybe I took the proportions incorrectly? You: And my milk porridge is like this: 1/2 m. Art. rice, 1/2 m. st. millet groats, 2 m. water, 3 m. Art. milk, salt, sugar to taste the same regimen.... I wanted pure rice porridge and took 1 meter of rice, 5 meters of rice. milk. put on the "porridge" mode for 1 hour. When the porridge just boiled, the milk froth reached the valve. I opened the lid, then the foam didn't rise like that, but the porridge thickened, and I had to turn off the cartoon 11 minutes earlier. If I hadn't turned it off, the porridge would have burnt. Tell me how to do it. I am sure that other proportions are needed, and then there will be no running, and the gruel will not be so thick. After all, our Wife should be able to do this !!!! Maybe these 5 m. Art. milk, you need 1/2 m. Art. rice?
This morning, before work, I cut the onion, put it on the bottom of the saucepan, thawed chicken wings on top, then 1.5 m. Art. I poured the washed buckwheat and water just above the level of the ingredients, added salt, added oil and put it on a delayed start on the "normal" mode. Came home from work ...... and there ... loose buckwheat with meat !!!! The supper is ready!!!! : girl_claping: Oh, well, I'm not overjoyed!
mister tribute
Hello everybody! I haven't been here for a long time. And so much has accumulated. It has already been six months since I bought myself our wonderful saucepan, and I still can't get enough of it. Now I cook more and more Matryoshka dishes: I use both a saucepan and a double boiler. For example, you are cooking porridge - put a double boiler on top, and eggs (washed and pierced with a needle) in it. Here's for breakfast and porridge and eggs, who wants what. Today I made chicken stomachs in brine with potatoes (I put them in a double boiler on top). And I took the recipe for stomachs here on the forum. It turned out very tasty. The husband is in votorg. Another tip for beginners: there are a lot of really awesome recipes on the forum. Do not be afraid to cook all this in our cartoon - she is capable of anything. More imaginations and experiments. Good luck. If you have any questions, ask, I will definitely answer.
Anna-konda
Anya ..., of course, proportions must be observed. The recipe says "2 m. Water, 3 m. Milk." From where 5 m. Art. milk ??? Now you know what problems can be if you cook only in milk. A 1 m. St. you can take rice, yes. Instead of millet groats.
Mr. tribute, as they say, with one shot of two birds with one stone ...
Enaka
Oh yes, I had one very sad experience with porridge
I decided to cook semolina porridge So 1 m. Art. cereals, 2 m. st. milk and 1 m. Art. water, everything is as usual (by the way, + 1 m.article of milk, I always add extra, 10 minutes before the end of the regime, so the porridge is not as thick as I like) We turn on the porridge for an hour and went to another room for minutes after 15-20 I hear an unfamiliar noise, I go into the kitchen, and there ...
Throughout the kitchen, this decoy, from the valve just like a fountain all flows out, opened the lid and there the entire rim and the lid and even under the rubber rim, in general it was horror !!!
Then I washed the whole kitchen for half a day, and my favorite slow cooker!
By the way, after I opened the lid, the porridge did not rise anymore.
So that's it, but as the saying goes, negative experience is also an experience! From this I did not love the slow cooker less!
mara
Hello everyone! I really fell in love with my Suprochka, I cook only in it. Everything turns out excellent, it did not work out like that on gas. I baked a cupcake, a manna, a biscuit on boiling water and even bread, everything turned out great !!! It's just that the Enaka link doesn't open for me ...
Enaka
Hello!
mara I didn’t know how links are inserted here, so I didn’t insert it directly, but I realized what I needed to do and I’ll throw it off to you again:
Pie "Kolobok" (for jam)
I really liked this cake !!!
Now we do not have jam at home, I have worn out everything for pies, by the way, I make halves from as described in the recipe
mara
Thanks Enaka / will definitely try this cake! my pets love cooking, and now from the multicooker
mara
Girls, I wanted to ask about the cup. the instructions say that if over time the coating peels off, then it's not scary, you can use it. Is this possible? Of course I save my cup, but still I would like to know for the future
Anna-konda
Hello everybody!
Mara, I think they are reinsured. Not even a scratch appeared on my saucepan in six months. When (possibly in a few years) the coating peels off, I will buy another multicooker (or ask for a gift). I prefer to "solve problems as they come". If all is well, why worry for no reason? This is my opinion.
mara
Anna-konda, thanks for the answer. It's just that a couple of scratches appeared on the bottom on the outside, I think from the heating element ... but there seems to be nothing else. And everything is fine inside. Every day I discover new possibilities for Suprochka and new dishes. I use the timer all the time, because I need to always have something ready in the morning, my husband takes with him to work in a thermos. So cartoon is my lifesaver

I began to cook with this multicooker, my wife and Peter brought it at home in Bulgaria. Now everything is so incomprehensible to her: for the first time I tried to cook borscht in the "fast" mode. More than an hour has passed and the machine does not turn off? 2 liters of water poured in about half an hour the water boiled an hour has already passed and it continues to boil? When the package was opened, it turned out that the indication inside was in Kazakh! Okay downloaded on the net on the site 🔗 and still no time is specified? The experimental way established that the program "cake" lasts 50 minutes. The soup / porridge program also works there at least you can adjust the time! I hope the "steamer" mode also works. And the other 3 modes, how do you know how much time is going on? If the fast mode is to cook for more than an hour, then why are these 3 modes needed at all? Is it possible to cook something for so long more than an hour? And even an hour is a lot! Beans alone require an hour and a half to cook. And all our other Bulgarian dishes require a maximum of half an hour! What to do then? Do we need to cook all our dishes on a double boiler? Is there the only thing you can set up for 30 minutes? Is it like this? Hope help this stupid monkey!

I read reviews about this multicooker, (on programs, soup, porridge - the minimum cooking time is 1 hour), unfortunately, on automatic programs, it is impossible to reduce the minimum cooking time only if you put an additional timer on the outlet and set the time you need. We have such timers that turn off the power are sold in stores, maybe you sell them too.
Anna-konda
Hello everybody!
klavdima, just bombarded with questions! If the topic was read, there would be fewer questions. The "double boiler" mode, I think, is best used for its intended purpose, because there is strong boiling. Borscht (and other soups and porridges) is also better to cook on your own mode "soup / porridge", nothing will boil down in an hour. About the "pie" and "warming up" you understand everything, it seems. The automatic programs "normal", "fast" and "brown" remain. Earlier I wrote:

Most modes are automatic, i.e. before the liquid evaporates - the more you pour, the longer it cooks. Therefore, special attention is paid to the proportions of food and liquid.
Therefore, you do not need to cook soups in these modes. The "brown" at the end of cooking toasts the dish. Automatic modes are good for extinguishing, in my opinion.
First, try to cook for 1 hour, adjust the time as necessary, you can turn it off earlier.
Read the topic! Good luck!

Hello, I got such a cartoon like yours, at first I was confused not knowing how to cook and decided to cook meat and potatoes at random and you know, everything turned out joy knew no bounds, then I boiled rice in it for salad, too, everything is perfect, and today I came across your forum and read a lot took note of the good fellows girls, that you are experimenting, I realized this cartoon is capable of a lot !!!!
Anna-konda
Hello everybody!
Aigulya, congratulations on your assistant! I was also scared to start cooking in a slow cooker, I still remember. I'm glad you found a common language with her!
I decided here to clarify for myself the "brown" mode, it is for cooking brown rice, and I have never cooked it, but I read that it is very useful. I bought brown rice "Agro-Alliance", grain shape - L, type of rice - medium (this information was on the pack). Cooking method: 1 m. Art. rice, 5 m. st. hot water. I cooked the multicooker for a very long time, more than an hour, I guess. It turned out to be a porridge, slightly toasted from the bottom. I can say about the taste - not everything healthy is tasty. Or do I still have something to work on? Maybe yes. Maybe there are good recipes on the Internet, I'll look.
Aigulya
Girls please tell me on what mode to fry the meat?
Anna-konda
Aigulya, I will answer as best I can. I do not fry meat in a multicooker, I only fry it hot, "Pie", for example. I cook meat, steamed cutlets. Look here "Meat recipes in a slow cooker" "Merchant-style roast" or another recipe.
