mother of girls
Take the girls into your ranks ... my husband gave a wonderful gift for Mother's Day, today they have already prepared pilaf, it turned out very tasty and crumbly, but something is wrong with the cupcake, it turned out very heavy, in general, to be thrown away, now I set to cook pea soup, let's see what happens Lovely girls tell me where you can find more recipes for this particular slow cooker.
mother of girls
... And my milk porridge is like this: 1/2 m. Art. rice, 1/2 m. st. millet groats, 2 m. water, 3 m. Art. milk, salt, sugar to taste the same regimen. When I cooked (but in a double volume), nothing ran through the valve, but the removable lid was stained.
Did you cook porridge with a delay for the morning? milk will not sour? The first day is a multicooker, but I want to try everything!
Anna-konda
Mother of girls, welcome to our ranks! It's great that you did not postpone the development of a multicooker on the back burner! I baked the Anna-515 recipe on the first page, it turned out great. Where to get more recipes for our multicooker, other than here, I don't know. I don't really bother with which multicooker the recipe is for, I just cook and that's it. I only consider how to prepare the dish: boil, stew or bake. Based on this, I choose the mode on my multicooker. Of course, there is a small risk, but I am an optimist. If it doesn't work out right away, then you can correct the recipe. I did not cook porridge with a delay. I read that some housewives put ice in the same volume instead of water, and the milk does not turn sour until morning. Good idea in my opinion. Good luck!
mother of girls
Anna-konda, thank you for your help and support, I will continue to gttrovit, yesterday when I set the pea soup to cook, I thought that you can probably cook not according to recipes, the main thing for me is to put it and run away with the child to classes, and when we come there is something to eat and the main thing is hot ... By the way, there are a lot of recipes on the forum, I will continue to master the technique!

... the main thing for me is to put and run away with the child to classes, and when we come there is something to eat and most importantly hot.
For such a lifestyle, a multicooker is simply an irreplaceable thing!
Mom, girls, and on what mode did you cook pilaf? Post your recipe, if not difficult, please.
mother of girls
upsss .... Anna-konda, this is your recipe, when I found it, I forgot who I took it from, let's look at it, it turns out to be your recipe ... thank you very much, only I had pork meat!
Anna-konda
Mom of girls,. It’s a good idea to tweak a tried and tested recipe from time to time, suddenly it’s even better. Well, if you cook something new, interesting and tasty, share the recipe, okay? Sometimes you just have to start ...
mother of girls
Agreed ... but so far I only cook according to recipes.
Anna-konda
Hello everybody!
Yesterday I cooked lazy stuffed peppers this recipe, but made some changes. Rice took steamed 2 mst, but next time I will take 1 mst, something a lot of rice turned out. Water - 4 mst, milk - 1 mst. I had peppers from the freezer (preparation for the winter), already cut, did not defrost. Fried chicken pieces and onions with carrots on the "Steamer" mode for 15 minutes. Tomato paste put 1 tbsp. l. Then she put in all the products according to the recipe, poured hot water, milk, and switched on the "Normal" mode. After about half an hour, I added spices and salt. The dish was ready in an hour. It turned out fine. I will still cook this - there are a lot of peppers in the freezer!

Anna-konda ... what are you (can you?) Well done, but I cook and cook the same, I take all the recipes on the forum, I can’t get enough of it, now I’ll throw everything down and run with the child to class, thank you all for the recipes !

Hello everybody! )) I'm new to you and I'm just going to buy MV) I have a question for the owners of Supra - is it true that its bowl is more durable and the walls are thicker? And then I was intimidated that the coating is being erased, everything burns, money wasted select) thanks in advance)
Anna-konda
Hello everybody!
Mom, girls, you can, of course. Usually on forums they call each other on "you", but this is the first time I communicate like this, it's still unusual. For me this is the first experience, I can make a reservation, do not blame me.
Quote: mom of girls

I cook and cook everything, I take all the recipes on the forum
Regardless of the multicooker model? Wow, the right approach!

Natali-Anna, hello!

This is not about our Supra, no. Read the topic, make sure. And, as always, only you can choose.

Hello everybody!
Now we are drinking tea with a parser. Here's how I made it. I put the dough in a bread maker, it turned out about 500g. I had caramel candy in the form of pillows. I poured sunflower oil into the multicooker saucepan to cover the bottom. I plucked pieces from the dough and wrapped candy in them. The resulting koloboks rolled along the bottom of the saucepan until they were all covered with oil. So she filled the bottom. For proofing, I turned on the "Keep warm" mode for two minutes, turned it off and left for 40 minutes. Then I prepared a parser in the "Pie" mode. Delicious buns with jam inside turned out.

Hello everyone! : girl_romashka: Hurray! My husband gave me a cartoon! By the way, we bought it thanks to your advice girls, thank you very much! On the first day we cooked stewed potatoes with minced meat, everything turned out very tasty! Yesterday a cupcake according to Anna-Konda's recipe, they diminished mine for a sweet soul. Today pilaf, everything is also fast and tasty. The only thing is how our Supra is programmed, for example, if we are all at work, and I want her to cook something for dinner. That is, threw it in the morning, in the evening everything is ready? Or does our cartoons not have such a function?
Anna-515
Hello girls !!! How could I not look here for a long time, there was just very little time, but I regularly operated my slow cooker. Now my daughter (16 years old) loves to cook in it, because everything is very simple and tasty, and time is saved (you don't need to keep track of it all the time). Recently, my son (14 years old) began to look at her, I really want to boast that cooking is no worse than my mother and sister. True, I did not master many new recipes, but simply began to cook, which I usually cook (no longer fearing that it will not work out) and I am very glad to the assistant. I did not use the delayed start function, there was somehow no need, but my friends are very happy with it and constantly use it. Now almost all my friends have multicooker, and those who do not have them, they really dream of buying, so much I was glad of her opportunities and help.
Sindi
Thank you! Then I'll look for some info about the delayed start function ... Today I cooked meatballs with broth in a cartoon.. it turned out super!
I just warmed up 1 tbsp of sunflower on the pie mode. butter and 2 tbsp.l tomato sauce, then fried small meatballs on them (minced meat + 1 tbsp of raw rice + egg + salt, pepper to taste) for just a couple of minutes, turned the other side as well. I poured the meatballs with hot water up to 7.5 a little salt and put everything on the Soup mode for 40 minutes .. Ready and tasty))) I like that the broth turns out in a cartoon very rich, what a beauty all the same
Anna-konda
Hello everybody!
Anna-515, it's very nice that we looked into the topic. And the fact that children have become interested in cooking is another reason to be proud of them. Happy for you! My son was not interested, unfortunately, but my husband mastered the multicooker well.
Sindi, thanks for the recipe! As for the delayed start, this is what I understood from the instructions (I did not use it myself). First select and set the cooking mode as usual. Then press the "Timer" button, the numbers 00-30 will flash on the display. By pressing this button several times, set the time after which the preparation should start. I draw your attention to the fact that it will BEGIN, not end. Then press the "Start" button, the timer will start counting down. Good luck!
Sindi
Hello everyone! I figured out the delayed start function, but I have not used it yet)) I am on vacation, there is a lot of time
Yesterday my husband had a birthday, I tried to bake a cake in a cartoon. I found the recipe on our website, in the Forum section Baking for multicooker, "Chocolate on boiling water" cake
Sugar 1.5 cups
Egg 2 pieces
Soda 1.5 tsp
cocoa - 6 tbsp. l
milk 1 tbsp
vanillin 1 tsp
subl. 1/3 tbsp oil
boiling water 1 tbsp
flour a couple of glasses (by eye), thicker than sour cream
We mix everything + at the end of boiling water, the dough turns out to be liquid and in a cartoon (oiled) for 40-50 minutes on the Pie mode ... girls, it's just a miracle happened .. The ingredients are so simple, affordable, the cake was baked for only 40 minutes, high turned out. I divided it into 2 cakes while warm. She folded the cakes, put a few chopped walnuts on the first one. Soaked in syrup (I boiled half a glass of milk with half a glass of sugar for literally a couple of minutes. Then I also soaked the top cake and while the cake was warm I rubbed the chocolate through a grater on top. The chocolate melted and got a beautiful glaze. night for impregnation. Mine were delighted! The cake is tastier than the store))):
Mamira
Colleagues, please help
I'm trying to bake on the Pie mode, the top turns out to be white and not brown
Anna-konda
Hello everybody!
Mamira, this has already been discussed in the topic. Read, maybe you will find something else interesting for yourself. Have you pierced the pie with a toothpick for readiness inside? If the toothpick is dry, the pie is ready. And the non-browned top is so for everyone. Just flip it onto a plate and it will be beautiful, or decorate the top with something. If it is not baked, then this is what I would have assumed: the lid does not fit snugly and warm air comes out; too thick layer of dough; something caught between the bottom of the saucepan and the heating element. Maybe after the end of the program, leave the cake on the warmer for a while? The only time my manna didn't bake was when I forgot to replace the removable lid, but that was with another multicooker. I sincerely wish that everything will turn out delicious and beautiful for you.
Annutik
Hello everyone! The other day I became the owner of this miracle technique, presented to the DR
So far I am just mastering, I have already cooked several times. She stewed potatoes with meat and carrots and made pilaf according to the recipe of Mr. Dani.
Everything turned out very tasty, the potatoes with meat are juicy, and the pilaf is crumbly and does not stick together, everyone liked it at home.
Now I want to try to bake a cupcake, the recipe for which I found here on the site- 🔗

Great site and forum, glad I found you, thank you all for the recipes
Anna-konda
Annutik, welcome to our ranks! It's nice that the multicooker was pleasant. More dishes, delicious and different, cook with it. The forum is a storehouse of useful information, you get tired of scooping up, but you can't get the bottom. Good luck!
Svetlanka))
Hello girls !!! So I became the owner of the Supra multicooker !!! Accept! And immediately a question. Is it possible to cook yogurt and baked milk in our cartoon? If so, on which program? And another question: what program replaces stewing or slow cooker? Thanks in advance for your answers.
Anna-konda
Hello everyone!
Svetlanka)), congratulations on purchasing such a useful item! Unfortunately, there is no program for yoghurt in our multicooker. I have a yogurt maker separately. In a slow cooker, I just let the dough stand in the "Heating" mode. Maybe some mode can be adapted for yogurt? Yesterday I stewed vegetables with meat on the "Porridge / Soup" mode, it turns out well. For some reason, the instructions do not indicate the temperature of the modes, it is necessary to select from experience. It takes a little courage. Try it, maybe you will become the pioneer!
Svetlanka))
Today I will make yogurt. Tomorrow I will write whether it worked or not and the recipe if everything works out.
Svetlanka))
Girls, hello !!! Yoghurt is a success !!! I don't want to duplicate the recipe, I throw in a link, 🔗 , everything is written in detail and with photos. I was pleased with the efficiency: electricity was spent - 0. So in our cartoon you can make yogurt and it's very simple !!!
Anna-konda
Svetlanka)), great recipe! I followed the link, it turns out that the multicooker does not even need to be turned on, it is used as a thermos! Here is the "Yoghurt program mode" ... Haha! Well, what else is "not able to do" our multicooker?
Svetlanka))
Can do everything !!! She is a clever and helpful assistant !!! And I do not regret at all that I bought an inexpensive MV and did not overpay for the name! We are already girlfriends !!!
Anna-konda
Hello everybody!
Svetlanka)) inspired me to the next experiment, but now I have a multicooker thermos. She took four handfuls of dried rose hips, pounded them with a pestle, covering the dishes with a towel, otherwise they sometimes popped out like bullets. She boiled water and diluted it with a little cold, so that there was no steep boiling water. She poured crushed rose hips into the multicooker, poured water almost to the edge of the saucepan and closed the lid until morning. And the next morning ... It turned out to be an excellent vitamin compote! It was still warm when I opened the multicooker. BUT, before pouring into mugs, you must strain the infusion! To do this, I used a colander, spreading four layers of gauze on the bottom. It turned out tasty-oh-oh and a lot - four liters! I wish everyone health, do not get sick!
Svetlanka))
Anna-konda,
Oh, you must also make your own vitamin compote! Thanks for the idea!
Svetlanka))
Svetlanka))
Hello everyone!!! I have sad news, I was preparing porridge for a child in MV, but she turned off and does not turn on anymore. Tomorrow I will go to take it back, because only a week has passed since the purchase. Everything was fine, and she cooked perfectly, what happened to her ... It's a pity, but we just became friends ...
Eh, I probably overrated.
Anna-konda
Svetlanka)), I understand and sympathize very well. I had almost the same story, but with a different slow cooker. Only I could not return it, since I bought it via the Internet, and repair it too - there is no service center in our city. Eh, as I remember, I shudder so. But a miracle happened - after three weeks she started working as if nothing had happened, and has been working for several years.
Svetlanka)), don't be upset too much! A multicooker is just a tool in the right hands. Didn't fit - you can change it. But what you learned, your skill, knowledge remained with you! And here in this thread, your experience came in very handy. There is a silver lining - I am firmly convinced of that.
Svetlanka))
Anna-konda, thank you very much for your support! BUT, today I went to the store where I bought the multicooker, took it out of the box for checking, the boy plugged it in and, lo and behold, IT WORKS !!! It was a shame! Brought home back. Included, it works !!! I don’t know what was wrong with her. So I continue to use it.
Anna-konda
Svetlanka)), I am very glad that everything ended well! Phew, what a range of emotions - from sadness to joy.
I can assume that water or steam got somewhere, and then it dried up, and everything became the same. I hope the multicooker will not bring any more unpleasant surprises, it will only delight!
Svetlanka))
Anna-Konda, thank you very much, I also hope that she will not present any more surprises and will serve me for a long time !!! It is possible that water has also entered, the condensate flows from the lid is not clear where. Have you had it for a long time?
Anna-konda
Svetlanka)), I have this slow cooker since May last year. She doesn't have a drip tray, so I open the lid with one hand and a towel in the other. First of all, I wipe off the condensate (be careful - steam!), Then I check the readiness of the dish. Now I've become a habit, I don't even notice these manipulations.
Svetlanka))
Anna-Konda, that's probably the reason I had, I didn't know that the condensate had to be collected by hand, but it was flowing onto the case, now I will know! Another question, if possible, but what to cook in the normal and fast mode and how much time are these programs? Thank you!
Anna-konda
Svetlanka)), "Normal" and "Fast" modes are automatic, that is, until the liquid has completely evaporated (this has already been discussed in the topic). Today I cooked pork ribs with vegetables on the "Normal" mode. All the water evaporated, at the bottom a little vegetables grabbed to the bottom. It turned out such a stew, without liquid, as I wanted. And I didn’t time it. Mode "Fast", I suppose, cooks faster in time, something I do not use it.

ANNA read your recipe for pilaf, the question arose: is it possible to cook a bun out of round rice and pyrrog in which mode to bake
Anna-konda
Hello everybody!
naf, I do not understand who you are addressing, but I will try to answer. I like to cook pilaf from steamed rice, from simple I cook porridge. But you can make changes to any recipe, adjust it for yourself, for your taste, your capabilities. What if it tastes better! Then post your recipe here. More options means more variety. And for baking in our multicooker there is only one mode - "Pie". Good luck!
on 'F
Thanks for the answer . I tried simple rice for pilaf, it turned out delicious, but porridge, probably it is necessary to cook one to two. As soon as I achieve a victory over pilaf, I will have fun immediately. But the big pasta (lumakoni) stuffed with minced meat, according to the recipe for dumplings in sour cream sauce turned out to be just yummy And write a question to someone for a recipe for a cake, the child asks to bake it, but now it's not interesting in the oven !!!!!!
Anna-konda
naf, there is a cake recipe from Anna-515 on the first page of the topic. I baked it, it turned out great!

Yvette
Hello. Please tell me, did anyone bake bread in a Supra multicooker? Share the recipe? Thank you in advance.
Anna-konda
Hello everybody!
Yvette, I have no experience in baking bread in a multicooker, because I have a bread maker. In general, it would also be interesting to know about this.
And I now have a scratch on the bottom in my saucepan (Mara,). Here is how it was. I bought a double boiler, in the shape of an opening flower. She poured hot water into a saucepan, put a double boiler on the bottom and loaded it with chopped potatoes for a vinaigrette. Turned on the "Steamer" mode for 40 minutes. (it should be smaller next time). When it was ready, I tried to get it by the loop of the steamer - the loop came off and ended up in my hand! With some difficulty I “picked out” the potatoes and a double boiler from the saucepan, as a result of which I got a scratch. Fortunately, I have another steamer, already tested by time, only on the bottom, under the legs, I will lay something. "Out of grief" she prepared a manna and was comforted by it. Conclusion: you need to buy a quality steamer!
