Potato.
I cooked for a long time, I can think faster. Cut into 4-5 pieces.
Lay down - 30 minutes. I did not touch her (she was already completely ready) - I interfered - and held it for another 10 minutes. Pie mode.
I think everything can be cooked in 20-30 minutes.
The potatoes were delicious

Maybe someone will give a recipe for some kind of jam for the winter ?!
Hello everybody! I brought rhubarb from the dacha, decided to cook jam in a slow cooker. This, not for the winter, but now to use with tea.
So,
peeled rhubarb stalks - 1150 gr.;
sugar - 1150 gr.;
zest from two oranges;
water - 1 multi-glass.

She poured water into a saucepan, added sugar and rhubarb, cut into pieces. The saucepan is half full. I left it for a while so that the rhubarb gave juice. I think next time you need to put it on heating so that the sugar dissolves faster. Stirred sugar with rhubarb. I didn’t like the way the sugar scraped over the surface of the saucepan, maybe it wasn’t necessary to stir it. Turned on the "Pie" mode. The jam boiled only after 45 minutes. Threw the zest after 10 minutes, the boiling field, after 5 minutes turned it off. In total, it turned out to be 1 hour, but it could have been cooked longer. I took it out of the multicooker after another half hour. Now we drink tea with aromatic jam!
Recipe correction! Mixed rhubarb and sugar in a separate bowl. I poured 1 mst of water into a multicooker saucepan, added a mixture of sugar and rhubarb, "Warm up" mode until the sugar dissolves. It took me 15-20 minutes. Then she turned on the "Pie" mode. It boiled almost immediately. Cooked for 20-25 minutes, turned it off and immediately took it out. It turned out fine, only everything was smeared inside again. But it doesn't matter, it is washed quickly.

Hello!
I also dream of making something sweet and tasty)))
Anna-konda needs some advice.

Found a recipe:

Apple jam in a slow cooker

The most common is apple jam. To prepare it in a multicooker you will need:

apples - 1 kg (without peel and seeds).

sugar - 500-550 g (3 multi-glasses),

citric acid - 4-5 g.

There is advice in the recipe
Despite the large saucepan, it is not worth loading a lot of fruit: during the boiling process, the jam can "escape" and fill the heating element of the device.

Question 1 kg. it's not a lot of apples, won't the whole thing run away?
You have even more products by volume. Do you think you can start from 1kg. take a chance?
Anna-konda
Elena Brand, after cooking the jam, the lid of the multicooker was pretty much stained with syrup. Therefore, you should not fill more than half of the saucepan. In my opinion, 1 kg of apples by volume is more than 1 kg of rhubarb (rhubarb is a little denser), but sugar for jam is half as much ... I think half a saucepan will be, we need to check in practice. Good luck!
Elena Brand
Hello! I just cooked it))))

Vegetable stew:

Porcini mushrooms - (stocks from the forest, frozen) boiled. I think any will do.
Onion -1 small onion
Eggplant - 1 large
Zucchini - 2 young medium
Red pepper - 1pc.
Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
Garlic - 3 cloves
Various greens - (I had dried from the store)

On the "Pie" mode I fried - mushrooms + onion + eggplant + zucchini + pepper.
"Soup" added tomatoes + garlic and herbs. She held it for a while and turned it off.
Here's what happened.

Tekila
Anna-konda, thanks for the jam recipe, I will definitely cook it and the apple jam that the girls posted, thanks!
Elena Brand
Hello!
Tekila then here is the exact recipe for jam.
If you cook me faster, tell me.

To prepare it in a multicooker you will need:

apples - 1 kg (without peel and seeds).

sugar - 500-550 g (3 multi-glasses),

citric acid - 4-5 g.

Clean apples from seeds and peels, cut into small pieces of arbitrary shape and put in a multicooker saucepan.

Cover apples with sugar and citric acid.

Despite the large saucepan, it is not worth loading a lot of fruit: during the boiling process, the jam can "escape" and fill the heating element of the device.

Set the "baking" mode on the multicooker and bring the mass to a boil under the lid. After that, you need to switch the multicooker mode to "stewing" and cook for another 40 - 50 minutes.

During cooking, you can open the lid and stir 1-2 times. You can add a little cardamom or ginger to the jam to taste.

After the signal, open and stir again thoroughly - the jam in the multicooker is ready, and you can already serve it for tea.

Similarly, you can make plum, apricot and any berry (mixed) jam with sugar (ingredients 1: 1; if the berries are very sour, then the amount of sugar should be increased to 1.5 kg).

If you want to make the jam thicker, just before turning off the multicooker, you must add gelatin, previously dissolved in cold water (5 g of gelatin for 2 tablespoons of water, based on 1 kg of prepared fruits or berries).

Hot jam made in a slow cooker can be twisted into clean sterilized jars and enjoy the aromatic taste of summer all winter
Tekila
Thank you Elena Brand! I'll cook, I'll write how it happened.

The bowl was smeared with growth. put our dough in butter and in a warm place to rise for 30-40 minutes.
The saucepan smeared the growth. butter, put the dough and leave to rise for 15-20 minutes.
Mode "Pie" 1 hour (I listened when there was a signal, check with a skewer for readiness) turned over and another 15 minutes.

Hello everyone) So I became the owner of this wonderful multicooker. I decided to share the recipe for Zebra cake.

Flour 170g
Sugar 170g
Oil drain. 170g
Eggs 2pcs
Cocoa since. 2st. l.
Baking powder 1.5 h. l.
Melt the butter, add sugar and beat with a mixer. Add eggs 1 pc and continue to beat. Gradually add flour and baking powder and beat until smooth. We divide the mass into 2 parts, add cocoa to one part, diluted 1-2 tbsp. l. hot water. Stir until smooth. In a multicooker pan in the center, lay out alternately light and dark dough (I poured in a tablespoon). We put on the "pie" mode for 1 hour. After an hour we take it out, sprinkle it with icing sugar and the yummy is ready for tea

Good day to all! For more than a month I have been regularly reading the forum, but I have only managed to “materialize” now. Huge THANKS to all SUPRAvedas for advice and answers. If it weren't for YOU, my SUPRA would probably have been gathering dust in the pantry, and I would have sobbed in the corner. For a long time I was going to buy MV, I chose for a long time, and after choosing and buying, I burst into flammable tears: I have never seen a more senile instruction in my life (even my engineering education did not help). BUT, here, Oh miracle! (Hosanna to heaven) I met YOUR forum! And ... Life began to play in a new light! So, as they say, RESPECT and RESPECT TO ALL !!!!!
I tried many recipes: I liked something, something not very good, but the main thing is that I understood the principle of operation of the unit!
Special thanks to Anna-515 for the Prague cake.Without false modesty, I will say: I love and know how to bake cakes, but I have never managed such an amazing cake! The husband did not even believe at first that the cake was homemade. I had to point out some flaws in the glaze. So that EARTH BOW Anna-515.
I will allow myself to share small victories.
1. Dessert "baked apples with cinnamon"
4 medium apples (you can do more, as many will fit into the MV)
Cut off the top, make a small depression
Fall asleep with sugar and cinnamon to taste
We put it in the MV. Fill with 2 multi-glasses of water (preferably boiled)
15-20 minutes for baking

2. Apple Jam
1 kg unpeeled apples
1 lemon
Approximately 500 g sugar
Peel the apples and lemon, cut, add sugar
"Baking" until signal

I do not advise taking more than kg of apples - as already mentioned on the forum above: it boils very much, it can run away. The weight of peeled apples and lemon should not exceed 700-750 g.

3. Bean soup
I rinse 1.5 multi-cups of dry beans, put them in MV, fill with water up to the 4 RICE mark.
"Porridge / Soup" for 1 hour.
In the meantime, I peel-cut the onion-potatoes.
I drain the boiled beans, rinse and knead with a crush.
I fry the onion on the “warming up”.
I put potatoes, beans in the MV, pour water, salt (for my taste 3.5 tsp.)
"Porridge / soup" for an hour. And ... I'm going to ride bicycles with children.
Finely grated cheese can be served with the ready-made soup. Place directly on the plate before pouring the soup.
By the way, a bike ride is an essential component of this recipe! Otherwise, the soup will not be so tasty! (Joke!!!!!!!!!!!)

Anna-konda
Hello everyone, new and old! Yes, many recipes have already accumulated, thanks to you girls. Posts by Elena Brand can be inserted directly into the recipe book.
LisNa, I am also a "techie", we already know how the instructions should look when reading technical literature. I am glad that the forum helped to make friends with the multicooker and you found out what a wonderful pastry it turns out! Thank you for your feedback and recipes. I have a question about the apple recipe: are they boiled in water? For some reason, they appear to me in a steam basket or in a double boiler. Bean soup ... I haven't cooked it for a long time ... I'll post another recipe later. Good luck to all!
Offtop: I also ride my bike in the nearby park. Only there you understand how disgusting we breathe in the city ...

We add water and cook for about 1.5 hours, taste to taste, how soft it becomes, then it’s ready. Soup / porridge mode.
The broth must be removed from the pan, add the onion and fry it all in the PIE mode until golden brown.
Multicooker Supra MCS-3510

We put buckwheat, fill it with our broth, soup / porridge mode. The most important thing is not to overdo it with liquid! I did so 1 tbsp. buckwheat 1 tbsp. liquid, then added a little bit. As it will be ready to mix.

Good day!
I bring to the attention of the discerning public a recipe for a cupcake. Let's call him ... "Summer motives", but actually "... I blinded him from what was ..."
Background: We live with children in the country. Nature, beauty, cleanliness, ecology, flora, fauna, but ... not very good with food. A single store is far enough away at the station with a typical assortment of a Soviet rural store (no offense will be told to anyone) and exorbitant prices. Therefore, we live from navigation to navigation, that is, from Friday to Friday, when Daddy will "buy" us. Therefore, you have to constantly be creative. And we LOVE sweets ... Therefore, once again at the end of the week, at breakfast, we saw the boring faces of the youths and received the statement: "Why is there nothing for tea?" (Although there was a full basket of chocolates on the table), I had to urgently invent pastries for evening tea. After revising the available products and the recipes and knowledge collected over many years, the following fantasy turned out:
1 can of condensed milk
1 large egg
Flour-5 tablespoons
Starch-1 tablespoon
Soda - ½ teaspoon
Lemon - 1
Butter for coating pots MV
We mix flour, starch soda.
Grind an egg with condensed milk, squeeze the juice of half a lemon and (if not lazy) grated zest of the same ½ lemon. Add the prepared flour mixture. We knead well. It turns out a rather thin dough, don't be alarmed. Pour into greased MV. Mode "Pie" for about 35-40 minutes, "by eye" - until the top of the cake is covered with brown dots or just pierce, as usual, with a wooden splinter. The cupcake is ready!
And if you are not too lazy and cut the warm cake into cakes and smear with something, then it will already be a cake. I made the so-called semolina cream. It turned out very gently.
I make the cream like this:
For 2 glass (regular glass) milk - 2.5 tbsp. spoons of semolina. I cook porridge, let it stand a little, cool down and thicken, but not for long. I add condensed milk to the still warm porridge. Approximately ½ cans. But that's to your taste. I mix well, if not laziness, you can use a mixer, but you can also just a whisk. You can add nuts, cocoa, etc., etc. I know that many people add butter, but for my taste it turns out greasy. Without oil, a lighter cream and less high-calorie (which is equally important).
The only condition for the above recipes is that you need a good, high-quality condensed milk. Based on the accumulated experience, I advise: do not pursue cheapness! Saving is, of course, good, but not in this case. I advise you to buy not the cheapest thickener, it is better to take a little more expensive, proven and well-known manufacturers. I especially warn against the advertised thickening "Glavprodukt" - awful! I didn't stand next to the real one! Wasted money and indigestion
Unfortunately, I can't put a picture of the cake, because in view of the dacha life, the Internet is terrible, practically it is not (although the money was paid, and the mobile operator promised space speed). Photos are not loaded.
I am sorry for the verbosity.
Bon Appetit.

Good day!
Anna-konda! About apples: Apples MUST NOT BE BOILED! They must languish! Therefore, you need a little water to cover the bottom of the pot by 1-1.5 cm (Pots, not steamers). If the apples are juicy, you can add even less water. The sugar melts, gradually flows into the water and it turns into syrup, which we pour into the sockets when serving. Moved this recipe off the stove. But on the stove, the apples turn out to be boiled, and not simmered, so in MV, I like it more It's a pity, I can't upload a photo
By the way, more about the "transferred" recipes: children are very fond of hot sandwiches with cheese, almost always require for breakfast. At home I do it in the microwave, but now there is no microwave in the country. I tried to do it in MV. Happened! I just turned it on "warming up", put the bread and cheese on it. And the cheese melted! True, it turned out much longer than in the microwave, 5 minutes instead of 30 seconds. : girl_red: But, in "extreme" conditions, I think the same result
For the weekend I baked a Zebra cupcake (oops! Sorry, I already forgot whose recipe Sorry) Very nice and tasty. Thank you!

P.S. What are you, Anna-konda, happy that you have the opportunity to ride a bike in the park: girl_in_dreams: And I live in the very center of Moscow! To get to the nearest public garden, I need 5 stops by trolleybus, and 4 stops by the metro to the nearest park. So that only at the dacha I have a break!

You cannot set the "pie" mode. If I do not confuse the working time is 1 hour.I usually set and cook before the signal sometimes peep. Only the top will not brown!

Good day! The question arose about buying a multicooker, I re-read a lot, according to reviews I tend to this one. I would like to learn about the modes and evaluate in time (we rent a room, there is an old electric stove, if we are lucky with the burner, the water boils in 15-20 minutes, in other cases and for 45 it is a nightmare), in fact, this is the question: for what time and at what mode is it really possible to cook just ordinary pasta = soup with ready-made broth? (that the soup is completely -1 hour found) As I understand it will be necessary to turn off the MV on purpose? Doesn't it spoil it? I would be very grateful for the answers. (I apologize for the possibly stupid question - I never used a multicooker and did not see it in action with others)

Thank you, LisNa, for the kind words. Until now, I hadn't even thought about how lucky I was, honestly. Everything is relative.
Lenfika, welcome, welcome! The speed of cooking may also depend on the voltage in the network of your home ... If the voltage is low, it will take longer to boil. The modes, how to use them, were discussed in the topic above.
You can interrupt the execution of the program at any time by pressing the "cancel" button.
In practice, it will be faster to figure it out
Lenfika
Anna-konda, thanks for the answer. I read about the modes, probably not very carefully, I will reread
Aneis
LisNa, I am very interested in your Summer Motives cupcake. But I have a probably stupid question: shouldn't soda be mixed with vinegar? I haven't gotten a single cupcake yet, it's quite possible this will be the last attempt to cook something worthwhile)
LisNa
Good day to all!
Aneis, in this case, you do not need to extinguish the soda with vinegar. Yes, there are recipes where they quench, but in this case, no. I strongly advise you to try "Bird's Milk" by Anna-515 - really simple. The dough turns out to be quite liquid and a little, but do not be alarmed! It rises! I've done it several times already. If there is no cocoa at hand, you can do without it - you get a nice white crust!
Girls, I have a question: has anyone steamed dumplings? not in a saucepan, but in a steam basket? And how much water do you need to pour into the pan if you cook on the "Steamer" mode? I steamed, but only "twins" dishes, and specifically on the "double boiler" yet. I want to try it, but I’m afraid I’ll miss the water so that the pot doesn’t burn.
Yesterday I made chicken soup. Not a super recipe, of course, but I will share my observations, suddenly it will help someone
I butchered a medium-sized chicken: half the sternum and all the bones for the broth went into the soup. All this was perfectly cooked in 1 hour on the "Soup ..", only 15 minutes before the end I opened the lid, removed the foam. It turned out very little. Salt put 3 tsp. After the end of the program, out of habit, I decided to strain the broth, but as it turned out, it was possible not to do this_the broth was completely clean. She took out the bones, peeled them off, crumbled the sternum. Again in the MV pot, poured broth and seasoned with pasta. Macaroni I take "Rollton" of instant preparation (from small packs, I throw away dry spices). For this volume, 2 small packs are enough for me. To my taste, they are tastier and less boiled than a simple "straw". I sweated another 10 minutes to keep warm. It turned out to be a very tender soup.

Hello everyone!
Yesterday I went to Kuzminsky Park with my son and rented bicycles. CLASS Except that my bike chain fell off, a good man offered help.
I found a new recipe for a cupcake on the site, I'm baking it, if everything is ok I'll add it soon.
Great weekend to everyone.
Anna-konda
Hello everyone! LisNa, for steaming, you can pour water into about a quarter of a saucepan, it is better already hot: it will boil faster. Then, probably, 15 minutes will be enough for the dumplings in the basket to boil. I cooked this way, only in another slow cooker, but I think there is not much difference.
Elena Brand
I baked a cupcake. I found it on our forum. I liked the recipe that it doesn't include eggs and butter.
By the way, I didn't really understand, maybe I don't really like this cream (most likely it's custard). The dough is either not baked or it is so obtained with this recipe. I am posting this recipe as an experience in case someone comes across a similar recipe.

Crazy Cake by bonita--
Ingredients
flour 2 cups
cocoa 6 tbsp. l
sugar 1.5 cups
milk 2 cups
baking powder 4 tsp
Cream:
milk 2 cups
sugar 1 glass
eggs 2 pcs
flour 3 tbsp. l

To make a biscuit you need:
Mix dry ingredients and add milk (warm)
Mix everything well. The only dough does not need to be whipped, just stir with a whisk. Pour everything into a multicooker, bake on the baking program for 1 hour (in two cycles)
Cool the finished biscuit and smear with cream.
For the cream:
Boil the milk.
In a separate ymisk, beat eggs with sugar and flour, gently pour in hot milk, stir, put on fire and bring to a boil with constant stirring.
How I cooked:
I mixed everything according to the recipe, only poured cold milk, but I think it's not scary.
I cooked on the "Pie" mode until the signal, turned it over and for another 10 minutes, checked it with a skewer, it was damp, set it for another 10 minutes, it was damp again, but did not hold it any longer.
I made 3 cakes. The cakes were still warm when I smeared them with cream, there is no patience to wait when they become cold.

Hello everybody! Here's another bean soup recipe taken from the internet. I just cooked it, but half of the original volume has already remained.
So, on a full pot of soup:
sausages - 4 pcs.
onion - 1 pc.
garlic - 1 clove,
red beans - 1 mst (soaked in the evening),
vermicelli "spider line" - 3 handfuls,
tomato paste - 2 tbsp l. (as little as possible),
adjika - 1 tbsp. l. (I had "Khmeli-suneli")
salt to taste
cheese
greens

Turned on the "Steamer" mode for 15 minutes. I put chopped onion and garlic, after a few minutes added sausages cut into thin slices, fried everything. I added tomato paste and seasoning, stewed until the end of time. Then I added the beans and poured hot water into a saucepan. I switched on the "Soup \ Porridge" mode for 1 hour. In 20 min. before the end, I covered the vermicelli and salted. All.
According to the recipe, sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs when serving. But we did a good job with sour cream.

Girls, hello!
I made steamed self-made dumplings yesterday (in a steam basket). On the advice of Anna-konda, she poured a quarter of boiling water into a saucepan and put the basket down. My dumplings were slightly thick, so I put them on for 25 minutes. Om-Nom-nom! The only problem: 10 self-made dumplings fit into the basket, I had to cook in 2 passes. The second portion could not wait 25 minutes. They took it out after 15, and they all dared. The water did not boil away, it was enough for 2 servings.
I made dumplings from "improvised means": the day before I made minced chicken, wanted to make cutlets, but changed my mind, stuck dumplings. The dough was made on sour cream, and very tender dumplings were obtained.
So, that with weight loss again nothing came of it

Borscht recipe, maybe someone will come in handy. Put the meat on the bone to cook in a regular saucepan, add, in the same place, the head of onion, coarsely chopped carrots, bay leaf, peppercorns (10 peas) and stalks from a bunch of parsley. We remove the foam. While the broth is boiling, we prepare the rest of the ingredients, potatoes, cabbage (I cut into small strips) and in a cartoon, fry the onions with carrots, add red Bulgarian pepper to the same place (I added half so that the soup would not be thick, and the rest either to the salad or into the second course), a small tomato and tomato paste, we fry everything properly and in a cartoon, Then we fry the beets, add 4pcs prunes and a teaspoon of vinegar there. And we also send everything to the cartoon. We take out the meat, cut it into pieces and into a cartoon, and pour the broth through a sieve into a cartoon. We try to ensure that neither pepper nor lavrushka is included in the cartoon. We choose the porridge / soup mode at 1:30, half an hour before cooking, add a teaspoon of sugar and salt to taste. Serve with sour cream and black bread, I also add the parsley that remains. It turns out yummy, cabbage does not boil over, which is very pleasing. You will lick your borscht.

Hello!!! There was a question about buying a multicooker for my mother ... I wanted Redmond, but I read the reviews and decided to buy Supra ... Tell me, is it difficult to control? I read somewhere that the instruction is not true ...Is it so? What is Brown mode for? Can I turn it off before the time runs out and how to do it correctly? What is the best to try to cook for a start (the simplest)? In general, there is a lot of questions, but it's scary to buy, because my mother is in another city, if something goes wrong with the cartoon, then problems may arise with the delivery to the store ... Girls, help mi)

Hello Dashka2502!
Very suitable for mom. The controls are simple. All these bells and whistles and not the fact that everything will be used.
Personally, I cooked only on the modes "Soup / Porridge", "Pie"
You need to read the instructions, draw a conclusion and forget about it.
I did not use the "Brown" mode. Read, we have here a description about "Brown"
Press cancel and disconnect the multicooker from the network.
You can cook anything you want, everything will be simple. Check out the recipes. Cook borscht, make vegetable stew or stuffed peppers. My son makes himself an omelet.

Have a nice shopping.

Devchuli, I bought it today !!!))): girl_claping: True, to give it to my mother only on July 6th ... Honestly, I'm afraid, suddenly it won't work))) I also wanted to ask ... Who's easy ... The thing is, that my Internet is working very slowly, I can't open the previous pages ... Maybe you can write a couple of recipes for cabbage soup, stew, stewed potatoes, muffins ... I would be glad to anyone ... Mom is used to cooking on the stove or in the oven, but what how much to put in the cartoon, she will not understand because of the instructions ... I would be glad if you help !!!)

Girls, good afternoon everyone! My story is almost the same as LisN's, my mother bought MV, brought it, I read the instructions and fell into a stupor, tears, hysteria, my mother was in shock, then calmed down a little, got into the Internet, I was tormented by the question of what kind of program was "brown", and stumbled upon your forum, re-read everything in the evening, it seemed a little easier. I went and made a cake according to the recipe Anna-515, ate it in the evening, it turned out great, for the evening I cooked rice porridge according to Anna-konda's recipe, set the timer for 3 hours, after three hours the cooking process began, it turned out great, ate everything, it turned out not thick and not liquid, I never did it on the stove, and I rarely cooked rice, it turned out like a brick, only gnaw. In the morning I cooked compote with dried fruits, poured warm water, put dried fruits, sugar and the "Soup \ Porridge" mode peeped how it boiled, turned it off. Now I will go to my homemade "Charlotte" and try to bake it, later I will write what happens. I really want to try to bake bread. I have joy, great! I can't even express it in words. Girls, thank you very much for the forum, now in the morning I open it and read it in order to cook delicious things for my own. I am with you now

Hello elen29!
Congratulations on your purchase!
We are waiting for details about Charlotte.
Anna-konda
Welcome elen29! Yes, our slow cooker allows you to experience a "wide range of emotions" at first.
Yesterday, after cycling with a friend, we returned home, and there a charlotte was waiting for us for tea. Charlotte made with apricots for the first time, delicious, oh. elen29, success! Maybe a slow cooker will inspire you for culinary masterpieces! Then don't forget about us ...

Girls, thanks for the warm welcome. Well, as for the "Charlotte" it turned out yummy, immediately ate it, but only pulled it out badly, stuck, I did not grease the pan with oil, poured the dough and while the MV was heating, it stuck, so it seems to me that the pan needs to be greased and turned on Pie mode a little earlier to warm up. Here is my recipe, maybe someone wants to try: beat 3 eggs with 1 tbsp of sugar, add 1 tsp of baking soda or 1 pack of baking powder, beat 1 tbsp of flour, add apples to the dough, mix and bake gently. And for dinner I cooked buckwheat with meat: pork meat, onions, carrots, fried a pie with an open lid on the mode, and then closed it for a short time, added 2 mst buckwheat 5 mst water, salted and put the soup on the porridge mode for 1 hour, delicious , tomorrow I will continue my experiments, but so far I like it sooooo much! Till tomorrow!

Of course, you need to grease the bowl like any other dish before baking. I never heat up empty cookware to avoid damaging the non-stick layer.
elen29
Elena Bo you are right that you can damage the coating, tomorrow I'll try to lubricate it with oil. I will not heat
