Hello everyone! I haven't been here for a long time. forgot password. I could not come here in any way, I had to recover. Bread recipe: 350 ml of warm water, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. 1.5 tbsp of sugar, 1.5 tsp of salt, a pound of flour, 1.5 tsp of safmoment yeast. Knead the dough, put in a greased bowl, heat for 30 minutes, bake on the Pie for 6 minutes, turn over and bake for another 15 minutes. Baked 3 times, I really liked the bread. And in general I bake now in the cartoon all the time. especially cakes, biscuits. cupcakes come out very well. and in the oven I never had such pastries.
mara
I also have such a problem - dark spots of various shapes appeared on the heating element itself. I understand that moisture somehow gets in, maybe even greasy ... I tried to scrub it with sandpaper and Fairy, as advised in multicooker groups, but it didn't work out very well. ... Elsewhere they wrote not to get hung up on this, such as these spots do not affect the work of multi .... And what is your opinion? And maybe write how, after all, who cares, how washes. any other tricks? Anna Konda has already written that she opens the lid with a towel in her hand, and who else is doing what. to prolong the life of our miracle?
Anna-konda
Hello!
Mara, I put the saucepan on the oven mitt when it's not in the multicooker, so there are no scratches on the outside. When I put it in a slow cooker, I brush away the specks from the bottom, if any. And the heating element is also stained, but I don't pay attention to it. I also sometimes disassemble my valve.

I like baking in this slow cooker more than in the first one ...

If you follow the logic, then stewing is the "soup" or "porridge" mode. The "basic" and "fast" mode, like all rice cookers, should be automatic, continuing until the water evaporates. Will you be satisfied with the readiness of meat in 40 minutes of cooking? It is unlikely that it will be stew. I would cook on a slow cooker, I have 4501 supras.

I'm frying potatoes on Pie mode. Today I did not even wait for the end of the regime, the awesome smell went all over the apartment, turned it off, the potatoes were already ready

For the first time, too, when I put something to cook in the cartoon, I left the kitchen to do other things. And several times she cooked a cartoon in front of me - yes, it makes some clicks ... This will probably heat up the element is gaining momentum

Supra 3510 does not have Slow Cooker mode
Oh, okay, the porridge will turn out great. I didn't notice the difference between this Slow Cooker mode and Soup mode at all. Most likely a marketing ploy, nothing more. But I didn’t manage to fry potatoes exactly fried in our baking mode, not fried, but baked potatoes. Fried is harmful
Jul
Hello everyone, I bought this cartoon, I'm very happy. Thanks to the girls for the recipes, all decent, simple and very tasty, most have already tried it and we are already talking to the cartoon, although we have known each other for only three weeks)
And I want to ask a question to experienced girls on the eve of Easter, who has already baked cakes on this multi? if so, is there a recipe?)
I looked at the recipes for other multicooker, everything is simple, but I'm afraid to miscalculate with the cooking time and mode (
Anna-konda
Hello everyone!
Jules, I'm very glad that the slow cooker was to my liking! Regarding the Easter cake, no one answers, apparently, they haven't baked it yet ... Although there are good reviews about baking in this slow cooker (read above). She has one baking mode and it is automatic. Try it, maybe this slow cooker will pleasantly surprise us with the result again!
Ludens
Hello everyone.
I am now also a happy owner of the Supra multicooker! Cheers cheers.
Immediately baked a casserole, something like a manna.

I poured 1 glass of semolina with 1 glass of fermented baked milk, added baking powder and a little salt. The semolina with fermented baked milk stood for half an hour. Then I mixed 2 eggs (large) and 3/4 cup sugar. I took an ordinary glass, 200 g.
I added an egg with sugar to fermented baked milk with semolina. I also added 3/4 cup flour there. Stirred. Melted 100 g of butter. Added, stirred. Cut the apple into thin small slices. I had one, but a very large one.
I put the dough in a slow cooker. I baked it on the "pie" mode until the end of the mode, then turned it on again for 10 minutes. So it was in a recipe that I read somewhere on the Internet. Thanks to someone for the recipe!
What can I say? I have never had such an even layer in the oven! I brag.

Sometimes it is advised to turn the casserole, but I did not turn it over, it was already baked beautifully. Inside view:
🔗

But the oatmeal behaved disgustingly today. Spattered the entire lid. Well, but I got acquainted with washing the lid. Nothing wrong. Everything is washed very well and simply.
Probably tried to cook too much. I poured the remnants of a pack of rolled oats onto my eyes.
Anna-konda
Ludens, hello! Thanks for another recipe in our recipe bank! It feels like you are very optimistic: no smudged lid will spoil the mood! Once my husband cooked oatmeal porridge, it turned out great. But it was without me, the recipe was not preserved in the man's head. I only know that I diluted milk with water. Good luck!
vera-ya
And at first I usually boil the porridge in water, and then I add milk and bring it to a boil. So cleaner and easier
Aneis
Good day! So far, I cannot boast of success in mastering the multicooker, I cooked only four dishes: rice milk porridge, soup, cake and pilaf. I am a disgusting cook and a slow cooker, one might say this is the last chance)) The porridge and soup turned out, the pastries were completely unsuccessful and, frankly, this led me to the deepest despondency. But today's pilaf, crumbly and very tasty (Mr. tribute, thanks !!!), helped to regain confidence. Ha, how will I present the faces of my acquaintances when they find out that I made pilaf myself and I got it ... Everyone knows that I should not be allowed into the kitchen, because in terms of cooking I have both left hands)) In general, I will try experimenting further, spying on your recipes * do you mind? * While it's scary to invent something yourself, for me it's like walking blindfolded through a minefield.
Such is the question: I am completely confused in the comments and cannot understand - do you need to fry potatoes in the "Pie" mode with the lid open or closed?
Anna-konda
Aneis, welcome! I read your message and felt like a kindred spirit ... Sister! Now I understand that the slow cooker just turned my life upside down, I'm not afraid of these words. I hope it will be a turning point for you too (for the better, of course!).That there is some kind of failure when there are so many victories ahead! Try a different recipe. And to help us there is this forum! No one is against using his recipes, for this they share them with colleagues. And you don't have to invent it yourself: if you read the recipe, are there any ingredients? Yes! - cook according to the instructions, beauty. I also do not invent anything, I do not know how, and I have no time. About potatoes: I think you need to fry with the lid closed, open only to check readiness. For baking: maybe check if the lid fits snugly against the saucepan? For example, paper tape. Good luck!
Ludens
I made another potato casserole.
3-4 large potatoes need to be grated on a coarse grater. Fortunately, my combine performs this function.
Mix 2 tablespoons of sour cream (with a slide) with 2 eggs, add salt and the necessary spices, as well as a three piece of cheese on a grater (I had about 150g, maybe less). Mix potatoes, cheese and sour cream with eggs. The potatoes give juice, so I add it by squeezing lightly. It's okay if there is liquid when you put all this mixture in a slow cooker. It will then be absorbed.
Grease the multicooker pan with oil and spread the mixture. It is baked in the pie mode until the signal. The top is, of course, too light. So I turned the casserole over and kept it on the pie mode again for 10 minutes. The result is such a casserole.

Hello everybody!
Ludens, great recipe again! And quite uncomplicated (Aneis, take note). We respect potatoes with sour cream and cheese very much, I read and salivate. You can always change the spices, I would put the garlic. And after cooking, I'll try to turn it over on a plate so that the fried side is on top.
Aneis
Anna-konda, I take it! But not all at once, I still haven't finished my wonderful pilaf. Interesting recipe and really very simple, I'll try to make this casserole on Sunday. In general, I really want to bake something, well, here's a fix idea)) Girls, did anyone bake a biscuit for a cake or something like a chocolate cake in this slow cooker? I looked through a bunch of recipes, but they are all for other models and firms, somehow scary, especially since my first experience was unsuccessful.
Anna-konda

Hello girls. I haven't written anything for a long time, but I check the page regularly. I am very glad that there are more and more of us. After all, there are more experience and recipes on the pages too. Aneis, I decided to answer you, since I transferred my favorite cake recipes to a multicooker and I do not regret it at all.
Cake "Bird's milk" For the dough: 1 tbsp. flour, 200 g sour cream, 1 egg, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. spoon of soda, 2 tbsp. spoons with a slide of cocoa. Bake the cake in a slow cooker on the "pie" mode (one cycle was enough for me, but you can turn it over if you want). Divide the cake in half (I usually do this with a thread). Cream: From 0.5 liters of milk and 3 tbsp. spoons with a slide of semolina cook porridge, cool. Then drive in 1 tbsp. sugar, 200 g butter, vanillin (you can add lemon zest - I also did it, but children prefer it without it). Then coat the cakes with cream. The top layer should be larger. You can pour chocolate icing on top, but I usually just rub the chocolate. My kids just love this cake
Cake "Prague". For the dough: 2 eggs + 1 tbsp. sugar - beat, 200 g butter, 0.5 cans of condensed milk, 2 tbsp. cocoa spoons, 1.5 tbsp. flour, 0.5 teaspoon of soda. Bake the cake, divide into 2 parts. (in this case, you can divide the dough, bake 2 cakes separately, although it's not bad anyway). For cream: 100g butter, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of cocoa, vanillin, 0.5 cans of condensed milk, beat well. Smear the cakes, and the decoration - give free rein to your imagination.
Aneis
Hello everyone! There were problems with the computer, so I still couldn't report - I made a potato casserole according to the Ludens recipe, this is what happened:
Multicooker Supra MCS-3510

Delicious, not to describe! The next cake is Prague. Wanted to make it on May Day weekend, but not all ingredients were on hand. I will try to bake this week, and then write what happened. Thank you all very much for the recipes!
Anna-konda
Hello everybody!
Aneis, excellent casserole, indistinguishable from the original!
Anna-515, thanks for the recipes! Aneis, success! Maybe I will also decide to bake a cake, otherwise they are very expensive in the store.
Ludens
Aneis, I'm glad you liked the potato casserole. I myself am an amateur (big fan) of simple recipes.
Here's another zucchini casserole. Actually, there are many zucchini casseroles. Probably in this topic too. But I tried to find a recipe without flour. Here, I suggest. The mozzarella cheese was just in the fridge, I wanted to dispose of it. An ordinary hard cheese, from 150 to 200 g, will do quite well. Of course, garlic gives a smell and piquant taste. It's a shame that you can't take it to the office as lunch. We'll have to do it without garlic. 50 minutes on the "pie" mode was too much. The bottom of the casserole has darkened a little more than I would like. In general, 40 minutes is enough to bake. I did not turn the casserole. And so it turned out very well.

Ingredients:
Zucchini - 2 pcs. small
Hard cheese - 80-100 g
Mozzarella cheese - 120 g
Egg - 3 pcs.
Garlic - 2 cloves
Salt, spices - to taste

Hello everyone! We also bought a multicooker of this model the other day. I chose for a long time, read your forum, chose. They brought it, I was happy until I fainted :-) ... I cooked a couple of delicious dishes in it! ... and so this is the actual question that made me zaregatsya and ask it to you, already experienced))) I noticed yesterday that the lid on the right side is not fits snugly, the gap in the closed position is larger than on the left (when viewed from the front), it seems like it does not affect the quality of cooking, steam does not come down from anywhere, but this confuses me. I will not say that when buying 100% everything was back to back, because somehow I did not pay attention to this, but is it worth worrying? who is the same? can where to twist what? Thank you:)
Anna-konda
Hello everybody!
Ludens, and here's my casserole:
Multicooker Supra MCS-3510
A little crooked, but it didn't affect the taste! I also added mushrooms, you can think of many options, a very convenient recipe for this. Thank Ludens And I'll take the zucchini casserole as soon as possible!
4ulo4ek, welcome to our ranks! I am glad that there is more one more happy person! Something didn’t pay attention to whether the lid was tightly closed, in the evening I’ll look, unsubscribe.
4ulo4ek
: girl_wink: yes, I'm very happy) only this) I really think I can wind myself up, my husband says, if he fries, soars without problems, why then steam himself :-) ... that's all I want to try baking, but I don't have time, in the morning porridge, and then dinner :-) the fourth day everything is in it, I don't go to the stove) I really want to make pancakes for the holidays, sorry I can't multiply) the food is amazing in it, of course) I don't know why, my husband is fussy, and eats everything out of it, right under the clean one) ... I will test it, master it) I downloaded a book of recipes for supra 4511, so I think that if this one serves me for a year, I'll take it to the garden, but I'll take another soup for myself. we have a stove in the garden, and the heater at home has no complaints about these brands
Anna-konda
4ulo4ek, the husband is right, and if he likes the food from the multicooker, then he is twice right. My multicooker has a skewed lid too, I saw it only after a year of use, thanks to 4ulo4ek! Faster, forget about this feature of our assistant, just cook and enjoy such a good change in the life of your family.

Hello everyone!
4ulo4ek, try to cook what your soul desires. Baking in this slow cooker turns out well, judging by the reviews of those who make the cakes. I hope she doesn't let you down either!
Tekila
Hello forum users !!! So I became the owner of a multicooker (hurray, hurray, hurray) supra mcs-3510, in less than 2 days I prepared a casserole, soup, vegetable stew, everything is delicious, class! Maybe someone will give a recipe for some kind of jam for the winter ?!
Aneis
Good evening!
I tried to bake a biscuit. The recipe is this:
4 eggs,
100 g flour (if you measure in glasses, then 130 g in a faceted glass, that is, you need to put an incomplete glass),
150 gr. sugar (in a glass 180 gr.).
Separate the whites from the yolks, beat in a strong foam (the mass should not fall out / pour out of the pan). It is necessary to separate carefully, if at least a drop of yolk gets into the protein, it will not beat. In a separate container, mix the yolks and sugar, when the mass turns white, add the sifted flour. Then combine all the ingredients and stir gently with a spoon until the dough is smooth. Pour it into the multicooker bowl, pre-oiled, and set the "Pie" mode.
To be honest, it seemed to me, I repeat, it seemed that when the cooking time was over, the biscuit was not baked to the end. But I am a dilettante alarmist, so I pressed the same mode again) Nothing burnt, but my soul calmed down. And this is what happened:
Multicooker Supra MCS-3510

Multicooker Supra MCS-3510

Then, with a sin, I cut the biscuit in half and smeared it with curd cream. I didn’t start to take a whole cake, because I didn’t have enough energy to decorate it, and I don’t know how to do it, so just a piece:
Multicooker Supra MCS-3510

Tekila, hello! Congratulations on your purchase)) How did you make the vegetable stew?
Tekila
Thank you for the biscuit recipe, Aneis, I wanted to make it, but here you just posted the recipe! Vegetable stew, I did not make according to the recipe, I just cut vegetables, filled them with water and put them on the "Soup" mode, but I probably had to add something, such as broth or meat, because it turned out just boiled vegetables, not very tasty ( but naturally these are my gaps in cooking, not very experienced in this matter). When I reread this forum, I found a recipe for a vegetable stew. But I did charlotte, it turned out very tasty! Husband appreciated!
Aneis
Maybe boiled vegetables are not always tasty, but very useful!) Especially for those who have problems with the gastrointestinal tract. With a multicooker, it's much easier to switch to proper nutrition, the main thing is to do it gradually. Why, to the fact that I had a vegetable stew in my plans for a long time, but I was too lazy to look for a recipe, now I know at least approximately how it's done) Thank you!
Tekila
Please, I will be glad if you succeed! And the recipe for vegetable stew on this forum on the first page.
Anna-konda
Hello everybody! Welcome Tekila, cool avatar! I'm glad that you enjoyed cooking in the slow cooker, and my husband is happy with the results!
Aneis, this is progress! Was the biscuit pierced with a toothpick for readiness? If it's dry, it's done, even if it seems damp. When I have doubts about the readiness, this method helps to decide. If necessary, you can leave it on heating for a few minutes to "reach".
Elena Brand
Hello everyone! Yesterday I bought this miracle !!!! I dreamed for a long time, read a lot, stopped at SUPRA 3510. I'm starting experiments. I read the advice and started. Yesterday I cooked borsch.
Borscht. I put vegetables on the eye, the pie mode - fried: onions, carrots, beets (I already had boiled ones), instead of tomatoes I added HEINZ ketchup, beef (cut into small cubes). Added: cabbage, potatoes, poured water, salt, pepper. I turned on the soup mode for 1 hour. Everything is ready. You can turn it off earlier, as it will stand hot for a long time.
The borscht turned out to be a spoonful, well, we love it so much and I can't do it any other way. We ate 2 large plates at once.

Today I cooked pilaf, it turned out to be porridge, I went too far with water.
I will definitely share the recipes that are 100% successful.
All good appetite and slim figures!
Anna-konda
Elena Brand, welcome! Indeed, our slow cooker is a miracle saucepan. If it is pleasant to cook and it turns out tasty, then the mood is good! And I cook pilaf from steamed rice: in my opinion, I am more confident that it will turn out crumbly.

Good afternoon, Anna-konda!
Yes, I agree about pilaf, and the rice was not the same and there was a lot of water.

Hello girls !!!!!
Homebaked bread. (experiment no. 1)

Multicooker Supra MCS-3510

Flour - 500-600 g (sifted)
Water - 250 ml.
Dry yeast - 7 grams.
Sugar - 40 grams.
Salt - 8 grams.
Vegetable oil - 60 grams. (7 tablespoons)

Multicooker Supra MCS-3510

Dissolve yeast + sugar + vegetable oil in warm water. Cover with foil and place in a warm place for 30 minutes. I'm doing fermentation in the microwave. Many do not raise the dough and immediately knead the dough. It's up to you to decide, I do it the old fashioned way.
Add flour to the dough and knead the dough (it took me about 500 grams of flour, add in portions). We put it away in a warm place and let it rise. Knead the dough again (no flour was needed, the dough didn't stick to your hands)

Multicooker Supra MCS-3510

put in our oiled soup saucepan and wait until it rises for 30 minutes.

Multicooker Supra MCS-3510

"Pie" mode for 1 hour (I decided to hold it for another 15 minutes), turn it around and bake for another 30 minutes. Total cooking time in supra is 1 hour. 45 minutes.
