For cooking you need: 2 sheets of pita bread, 1 egg, 3 small boiled peeled potatoes, about half a glass of any hard cheese (grate on a coarse grater), you can also cut any soft cheese into cubes, 1 tablespoon of sour cream, herbs, spices and salt for taste, butter for lubricating the mold (literally 1 teaspoon)
First, we make the filling: soften the boiled potatoes, add cheese, a spoonful of sour cream, 1 egg to it, chop the dill or parsley, try it with salt, if the cheese is salty enough, you don't need to add salt. Then we put 2 sheets of lavash on top of each other, lay half of the filling on the top, wrap it up (I couldn't wrap it in a bag, as in the recipe from the link, only with an envelope), spread the second half on top, wrap it again. Next, put butter, chopped with shavings, into the multicooker at the bottom of the bowl, arrange our pie with the seams down, and leave it on PIE mode for 15 minutes, this is quite enough, then another 10 on the other side. Try it, it's amazingly tasty and simple!)

I have a cartoon for a month, I guess. I am very pleased with such an assistant, so far no problem.

I didn't really like the puff pastry version. While I was preparing, it was quite lush, an hour later I turned it over for 15 minutes, it fell out. In short, in the oven, such a pie always comes out lush for me, but here, it's flattened.
And the recipe is simple: boiled chicken breast (I grind it with a fork) + mashed potatoes + fried onion + salt and pepper, and immediately add a ladle of chicken broth to the breast, since the breast itself is always dry. This is one of the options.
I also love this filling: I cut the boiled breast into small cubes + broth + many onions so that the pies are more juicy. 1: 1, but you can put more onions. But I bake this in the oven from both puff pastry and my yeast dough. So it goes. Now I will just put the dough and stir up these pies. I'll do it with apples.

Now I baked a charlotte (recipe elen29, slightly supplemented). It turned out so beautiful that I decided to take a picture and show you this beauty. Therefore, I supplement the elen29 recipe with photos!
Recipe:
eggs - 3 pcs.
sugar - less than one glass,
flour - 1 glass,
soda - 1 tsp., slaked with vinegar,
salt to taste
draining. oil - 50 gr.
and, of course, apples - 3-5 (depending on size).

Dough: Beat eggs with sugar, add salt, soda, vinegar, flour, melted butter. You will get a batter.
Filling: Peel apples and seeds, cut into cubes.

Grease the multicooker saucepan with vegetable oil, put the filling on the bottom, pour the dough on top, as evenly as possible. Pie program. We are waiting for our assistant to beep, put the charlotte on a plate and drink tea!

I decided to make cutlets in a slow cooker. As it turned out, everything is quick and simple. For 1 kg of minced meat, I added 2 eggs, salt, pepper, onion and garlic to taste. I formed cutlets, laid them on the bottom of the multicooker, added vegetable oil. I put it on the "Brown" mode without any warming up. After 17-20 minutes, she turned the cutlets over and left for another 5-8 minutes. The cutlets turned out to be very tasty, and most importantly quickly.
Another recipe for potatoes in milk.
For cooking potatoes:
1) Lubricate the bottom of the multicooker with butter.
2) Cut the garlic into slices and spread on the bottom.
3) Peel potatoes (1 kg), wash and cut into slices (rings). Put half the potatoes on top of the garlic.
4) Add salt and pepper.
5) Put the second half of the potatoes on top and add salt and pepper in the same way.
6) Fill the potatoes with milk, but not to the top, but up to half of the potatoes.
7) Turn on the multicooker to normal mode.
8) When the timer shows that there are 10 minutes left, add the grated cheese on top of the entire contents of the multicooker.

We enjoy tender potatoes with milk and delicious cutlets.
