Hello everyone!
Elen29, my charlotte also stuck and when I turned it over, it broke, so while I am silent about mine (my son liked it), I want to bring it to perfection, then I'll tell you. But while I'm still losing weight
elen29
Elena Brand, by the way, I am also losing weight, since October, already, but my own people still have to cook sweets, today I want to try to bake "Prague". And now I am preparing a dietary dish for myself: onions, carrots, tomatoes, bell peppers, green onions, and 2 tbsp. l rice, tablespoons of butter, and on the mode of soup porridge for an hour, and in a double boiler for your potatoes for vegetables, great! Girls, well, I baked "Prague" it turned out amazingly, delightfully, just no words, I can't get enough of it !!! My husband didn’t even have time to try it, tomorrow I’ll bake again, thank you all for the wonderful recipes, even today I cooked pea soup, put the soup on the porridge mode, already for 1.5 hours, the peas were all boiled, but the potatoes were not at all, yummy! Mmmmmm

Good day to all!
Dashka2502! It's great that I bought MB, but my opinion is that our model is not for mom. I don't want to offend anyone, but our mothers and mothers-in-law are used to trusting simple kitchen appliances, such as a manual meat grinder: pardon: This generation is like that and you can't do anything about it As, probably, I managed to make sure absolutely ugly instrument and you can only learn our CF by trial and reading heaps of information in the internet. Something I strongly doubt that this is suitable for someone's mom: pardon: So my opinion is: keep Supr for yourself. and for mom, look for something more expensive with clear instructions and specifically programmed buttons.
LisNa
Elena Brand encouraged me to experiment with pasta. I made something like a paste: chopped 3 small onions, 3 medium tomatoes and simmered on a "double boiler" for about 15 minutes (without oil). Then I added about 3 tablespoons of tomato paste, 1 tablespoon. a spoonful of "Calve" tomato ketchup, salt, black pepper. I steamed on "Soup .." for another 10 minutes. Meanwhile, I boiled spaggetti on the stove (for speed). I added the macaroons to the MV, mixed it and held it for 10 minutes on "Keeping warm". Delicious !!!!!!!! My small fussy even asked for supplements (This has never happened in my life): victory: So, again THANKS to our SUPRochka! Smack-smack, as they say

Well, as for "Charlotte" it turned out yummy, immediately ate it, but it was just bad to pull it out, it stuck,
In the charlotte recipe, according to which I cook, 50 gr is also added. melted butter. I added 1 tbsp instead. l. vegetable oil. Well, and greased the bottom of the saucepan, of course.

Hello everyone!
And my mother coped with Suprochka without any problems, she is very happy. It seems to me that the more programs the more complicated. I agree that add. you need to read the information.
elen29 from October to lose weight, this is POWER OF WILL

LisNa, pasta is delicious, my son loves me. Now you don't even need to experiment)))) thanks.

Anna-konda add little growth to charlotte., that's an idea.

Yesterday I cooked my favorite dish, I love it since childhood. Maybe everyone knows it. Lazy cabbage rolls. Mom used to cook for me, now I cook for myself and my son))))
1. Cabbage
2. Carrots
3. Bow
4. Round grain rice, the simplest
5. Minced meat (I twist it myself)
Mode "Pie" fry onion + carrots. We take out.

Fry minced meat in Pie mode.
Multicooker Supra MCS-3510
Mode "Soup" put rice to the minced meat, I put 1 multi-glass, and we begin to shred cabbage into strips and put.

I added water, little by little, so that the rice would not turn into porridge. I stirred.

I can eat a full pot in 1 day

Hello everyone. So I became the owner of this miracle-pot. Already cooked in it muffins, meat, milk porridge, pie .. but yesterday for the first time in my life I decided to make pilaf. It turned out very tasty and, most importantly, quickly and simply ... I don't remember on which site I took the recipe, but I will copy it, maybe it will be useful to someone:

Pilaf is a quick option

meat (chicken) 600-700 g
1 large carrot
3-4 medium onions
3-4 cloves of garlic
parboiled rice 2 multi-glasses
4 glasses of water
salt and pepper to taste
seasoning for pilaf (a mixture of ground paprika, red pepper, turmeric, cumin, barberry) 1 tsp.

The main thing in this recipe is to observe the sequence of placing the products in the bowl. So:
- you need to pour a little vegetable oil at the bottom;
- we put pieces of meat or chicken (I had a chicken, a barbecue set), salt and pepper to taste;
- then put a layer of coarsely grated carrots;
- on top - a layer of rather coarsely chopped onions:
- pour out 2 multi-cups of dry rice, necessarily STEAMED (this should be indicated on the packaging, for those who do not know how such rice looks), it is not necessary to rinse it first. We level with a spoon.
- stick 3-4 peeled whole garlic cloves into rice;
- add a little more salt, sprinkle with pilaf seasoning and carefully fill in 4 multi-glasses of HOT water. I poured water through a slotted spoon (you can use a sieve) to keep the rice layer even.
We turn on the "normal" mode, and the truth is you can go about your business :))
With such a set of products, the regime lasted exactly 1 hour and 15 minutes. Moreover, 15 minutes before the end, a countdown timer turned on on the display. After the signal of readiness, you can mix the pilaf and serve. By the way, it does not turn into porridge at all, even if left to keep warm (apparently due to steamed rice).
And now about the taste. Honestly, I was surprised: crumbly, rice to rice, the meat underneath was browned, very tasty. The only negative - it seemed to me a little dry, since initially the recipe assumes a very small amount of oil, I prefer fatter pilaf. But this is a matter of taste. And for those who follow a diet, such a recipe is just a godsend.
Anna-konda
och @ ditch @ shk @, hello! Congratulations on purchasing an assistant! I see that you have already worked with her! Thanks for the detailed recipe, I'll try to cook it using it too (I'm still looking for the perfect recipe).
och @ ditch @ shk @
Anna-konda, the only thing in the recipe says: "With such a set of products, the regimen lasted exactly 1 hour 15 minutes.", But for some reason my REGULAR regimen lasted 55 minutes. I had a question: the cooking time in this mode is always different or what?
Anna-konda
och @ ditch @ shk @, yes, different. Depends on the amount of water: the more you pour, the longer it cooks. Therefore, you must take this into account when laying out products. Also in other modes where you don't need to set the time, I think.
elen29
Hello everyone, I also had no big problem, Elena Brand prepared lazy cabbage rolls according to the recipe, and when I put cabbage in the MV, switched to the "Porridge soup" mode and after a while the program turned off itself, although 1 hour did not pass, as I set, and the "keeping warm" mode turns on, I turn on the "porridge soup" mode again, it turns off again, I add water, it turns on, the water boils, the program turns off again, I already thought that I was broken, but the next day I cooked the compote everything is fine ...
Anna-konda
Hello!
elen29, this is not a problem, but a feature of the multicooker: if there is no water, how to cook? So as not to burn, she, clever, goes into heating mode.

Hello everybody!
And it seems to me that this is a system glitch! I had such nonsense a couple of times, too, on "Porridge Soup", but (!) With a FULL (!) Pot of soup! I poured a pan to the eyeballs, put it on for 1 hour of cooking and ... after 15-20 minutes, it turned itself off and switched to the "keep warm" mode. It's good that I didn't have time to leave the kitchen, so I would have returned to dine with raw soup! No tricks: resetting the program, switching to another mode, ... and even pulling out their network did not help. She stood for 1.5-2 minutes, apparently "came to her senses" and at the next attempt turned on the mode and cooked everything to the end without failures. Now I'm even afraid to immediately leave their kitchen, I wait 10-15 minutes
Elena Brand
Hello girls!
And I have not had any problems with this yet.
Usually I turn it off myself before, or if I disconnect, then everything is definitely ready.
Girls, son ordered a duck. I will cook for the first time in my life)))) I will take a photo as always and write what and how.

elen29 And my stuffed cabbage rolls turned out? I wrote the recipe, but it was scary, maybe it's only our family that loves such dishes)))))

Hello everyone!
Well, it's not water for sure! I follow this issue very carefully! "A hundred" times I check that everything inside is clean and no water, and I never pour above the marks, even always a little less. Apparently a glitch. Let's hope it's not fatal. Speaking of defects: I looked more closely at my CF, too, the lid is slightly skewed. Looks like they have a crooked lid collector at the factory.

Elena Brand! Stuffed cabbage, for sure, awesome, just hands do not reach to do (or rather, legs to buy cabbage to the store) We also respect the darlings very much

I made Yogurt 2 times (according to the technology described above). It really works! The second time I made a starter culture at the rate of 125 g of yogurt per 500 ml of milk. I liked it more, it turned out thicker. But baked milk did not work. Sorry.
elen29

Yeah, Elena Brand the cabbage rolls turned out to be very tasty, mine liked it and my friend made it to her family, I liked it too, thanks for the recipe.
Girls, please, poke your nose where it says how to cook yogurt, I didn't find something. Yesterday I found on the Internet how to cook yogurt in a slow cooker, I did everything as written, but it did not work out, it’s very insulting, I wasted so much time, please write, I want to make yogurt

LisNa, tell me please, if I understood correctly, do not you need to turn on the multicooker at all? And everything works out? I did it according to this recipe, only there I had to turn on the multicooker to the "Heating" mode for 15 minutes in two steps, and so that the water was about 40 degrees, and I had it boiling with a key, probably because of this it did not work, I will try this recipe again

Hello everyone!
elen29, yes, you understood correctly, you do not need to include the MB. just fill in with hot water and leave for 8-12 hours. I put it on at night. At 11 o'clock in the evening she "ran" and by the morning by 9 o'clock everything was ready. But still, ready-made yogurt, it is better to hold it in the refrigerator for a while. I liked the chilled one better. Yogurt in the refrigerator becomes thicker and "rich" or something.
I determine the temperature of the water for pouring very simply: sorry, by hand. Ever since I bathed and absorbed my newborn children, 36C is the body temperature and skin in the water is comfortable, 37C is already warm, and 40C is quite hot! You can endure, but not for long, but at the same time you will not scald yourself. Perhaps my experience will be useful to someone
By the way, on this yogurt the manna described above turns out to be more tender and airy than on the "state" fermented baked milk and kefir.
Yesterday, girls, I cooked a pork knuckle! Mmm ... Yum Yum! Never before has it tasted so good in the oven and on the stove! I wanted to make a roll according to all the rules, but ... I didn't have time. Dare everything at once
LisNa
Oh! I forgot to say a huge THANKS! Anna-konda for a recipe for bean soup Cooked this weekend, very tasty! I'll write it down to the recipe box
Anna-konda
Hi, LisNa! Will there be a shank recipe? Please ... I love it very much, but I buy it in the store. And I would like to learn how to cook myself.
LisNa
Yes, there is actually no recipe like that.Take a pork shank, fill it with water so that the shank is completely covered, salt to taste (I got 2 tsp for 2/3 of the pan), put a peeled small onion (whole) , a few leaves of lavrushka and turn on "Soup / Porridge" for 1-1.5 hours, depending on the size of the shank. And that's all. It can be consumed both hot and cold. Taste.
For a roll, it is supposed to cool the knuckle, carefully disassemble it without damaging the skin, meat and remove the bone, stuff it with spices, wrap it back in the skin, tie it with threads and bake for 1-1.5 hours on the "Pie", but I never got to that moment, did not have time
Perhaps you will succeed.
It also turns out a rich, fragrant broth, you can make a soup.
Anna-konda

LisNa, thanks!

Girls, hello!
I am very glad that the golobtsy liked it))))

I can say about yogurt, I made it for the first time in a thermos, and then I bought a yogurt maker.
The most important thing
1. fresh yogut or kefir (activia) !!!
2. everything should be at least com. temperature.
3. Do not touch or peep while getting ready !!!!.

1 jar of activism + 1 liter of Milk, mix well. The fattier the milk, the tastier, you can replace baked milk with ordinary milk, it will look like fermented baked milk.

If there is no activity, the main thing is that there are Bifidobacteria.

I tried to buy Bifidobacteria at the pharmacy, but it didn't work out (I bought different ones, I concluded that they were already dead).

LisNa, and roll from the knuckle, I suppose it will be a masterpiece))))

Prepared pilaf according to the recipe och @ ditch @ shk @

I didn’t have any garlic, I put the rice Jasmine and chicken breast.
It turned out great.

1.the breast is understandably a little dry, but not scary)))
2. Cut the carrots coarsely.
3. Rice cook very quickly, so be careful with water, 3 tbsp. rice, I added 4.5 cups of water. and peeped.

Cooking time is about 15 minutes in a slow cooker)))))) the main thing here is that the chicken has time to cook.

What yoghurt did you use for sourdough before? This is for us to draw the appropriate conclusions ... And in a rural pharmacy, maybe there are dry starter cultures for yogurt on sale? I understand the chances are few, but what if ??
Elena Brand
Hello! elen29

If you live in a village, you may have a farm with fermented milk sourdough. You read how in general to the house. conditions make yogur. The most important thing is living bacteria.

Everything that I took from the pharmacy, both expensive and not so, did not work out.

I read the pilaf recipes that I have and decided to share my own, my family will run into it very much, it is eaten quickly

rice 3 m. art
carrots 2-3 pcs
onion 1 pc

We fry onions with carrots, I do it on the stove for speed, you can also use the "pie" mode. Add the meat, fry until half cooked, I add a little more water so that it is stewed a little) We put all this in a saucepan. Add rice 3 m. Art and 4.5 m. Water. So, let's begin
Multicooker Supra MCS-3510
There is mayonnaise in the photo, we do not need it, tomorrow I plan to master a new recipe))) so far a secret

Thin lavash - 3 pcs.;
kefir - 250 ml;
chicken eggs - 3 pcs.;
hard cheese - 400 g; (I put about 300 grams.)
the most common cottage cheese 200 gr. (I had a grainy one, I mixed the liquid from the cottage cheese with kefir)
butter - 100 g (I didn't put it in)

Multicooker Supra MCS-3510
Mix kefir and eggs.
Mix cottage cheese and grated cheese separately, add a little salt and stir.

Lubricate a saucepan with butter and put on it a thin pita bread greased with pouring.
Multicooker Supra MCS-3510
Multicooker Supra MCS-3510

Tear thin pita bread into pieces with my hands, I cut it with scissors.
Multicooker Supra MCS-3510

Start laying out the layers
Cheese with cottage cheese, then soak pieces of lavash in kefir filling, cheese with cottage cheese.
Multicooker Supra MCS-3510
and so we do while there is a filling.

The last layer should be lavash pieces.
Carefully wrap the edges of the lowest pita bread over the top of the layer.
Multicooker Supra MCS-3510
(the photo did not work out very well (((
Pour the remaining kefir filling evenly.
I cooked the "Pie" mode before the signal and another 15 minutes. I even managed to turn it over and about 15 minutes more, but it was still possible.
After 5 minutes I got it))) there were two of us)))) me and my son.
Multicooker Supra MCS-3510
Also the photo is not very good.
It looks like a layer cake.
My conclusion: the child liked it, cook it a couple more times and you can treat guests)))

Elena Brand

Potato casserole.

Multicooker Supra MCS-3510

potatoes 4 - 5 pieces
minced meat - 450 - 500 grams
onions - 1 - 2 pieces

eggs - 4 pcs
flour - 3 tablespoons
mayonnaise - 250 grams (you can take it in half with sour cream)
salt and spices to taste

My mistake, I got a very large casserole. I added more potatoes. I cooked for 2 hours.

Multicooker Supra MCS-3510

Cut the potatoes into thin slices, I added seasoning for the potatoes to it.
Finely chop the onion and mix with the minced meat.
For pouring, mix eggs, mayonnaise + sour cream (I put most of the sour cream), flour, salt and spices.

Multicooker Supra MCS-3510

Grease the bowl with oil.

Lay out a layer of potatoes, pour with pouring (5 - 6 tbsp. L.) - This must be done !!! the first layer of the casserole should "grab" Next, spread the minced meat all over the potatoes. The last layer is potatoes.
Fill the casserole with fill.
Multicooker Supra MCS-3510

I cooked the "Pie" mode for 2 hours, and I think so before the signal and + 20 minutes. Minced meat gives juice, you need to peep and it will be clear when everything is ready.

Duck

This is my first duck)))
Multicooker Supra MCS-3510
I found the recipe on our forum: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...ion=com_smf&topic=40587.0

Ingredients
Duck carcass - 2 kg (I had a big one, I cut it)
Soy sauce - 6 tablespoons spoons
Honey 2-3 tbsp spoon (I didn't have honey)
Grated ginger - 1 tbsp the spoon
Mustard - 1 tbsp the spoon
Cognac - 3 tbsp. spoons (I put 1 spoon)
Lemon zest - 1 pc. (cut into small pieces)
Orange zest - 1 pc. (did not add, only the orange itself)
keep lemon and orange.
Large quince 1 pc. (did not have)

I cut it, pickled it (I definitely stood for 7 hours).
Multicooker Supra MCS-3510

I fried the legs on the pie - about 40 minutes.
Delicious, now I'm preparing the rest of the pieces.
The marinade must be removed from the duck, it burns.

And we really liked to fry the potatoes:
Potato mode into 4 parts, you can make cuts on the potato.
Add seasoning for potatoes.
If without seasoning, garlic can be added at the end.
Pie mode - 10 minutes - turn over - another 10 minutes - turn over. Look at the situation when to turn over.
You can put a little plum on the finished potatoes. butter and grated cheese.
Make a sauce - yogurt + a little mayonnaise + garlic + herbs.
Multicooker Supra MCS-3510
In the cooking process.
