I looked into the stove constantly during the kneading, at the end of the batch I slightly trimmed the bun with my hands, slightly lubricated the grows. butter on top and - baked goods. The smell when baking is wonderful! And here is my first KP bread. I want to say that the bread came out very fluffy and delicious. I could not resist and cut it in an hour, I really wanted to see how it was baked. At first I was a little disappointed - although the bread was springy under my fingers, but if you squeeze it harder, I crumpled, I got upset - I thought that the bread was not baked, but in Panasonic it is impossible to increase the baking time. But the next day after work they began to cut the bread and, lo and behold, the bread is cut evenly, does not crumble, does not wrinkle. After all, it is not for nothing that they say that you cannot touch bread that has not cooled down! The bread is delicious, the crust is crispy. In general, bread from childhood, when parents sent them to the store for bread, and on the way back you must bite the edge of the loaf - it smells so delicious and the crust crunches ... I can't upload a photo, for some reason additional options don't work for me.

In the evening of the same day, my husband and I went to the Metro for groceries, and while he was relaxing near the shelf with car bells and whistles, I decided to just see how it at least looks like, at least a different model. I went to the shelf with appliances and - Oh !! can not be!! 2 is looking at me !! Panasonic bread makers !! then another miracle happened - they both turned out to be 256 !! price 5538 !! Well, the next task was to calculate the cash amount so that there was enough for food and for the stove !! and now she is mine!
There I bought 2 bags of Nordic flour, a whole collection of yeast, came home, loaded everything up and sat down with the whole family as if watching TV. A few minutes pass - silence, 10,12,15 ...
silence. DOES NOT WORK!!! Well, then everything goes according to the scheme - tears, snot, thoughts to carry tomorrow to change, etc. ... I call a friend - do you immediately knead? she - yes. only I have Hitachi ... I have hysteria again ...

Now everything works out for me. I can even change water for milk and add ingredients and butter. Only French did not work out. And yet the expensive Finnish flour turned out to be "left. I bake now exclusively on Sokolnicheskaya.

I did not succeed only once - it turned out to be unusable yeast. I measure everything exactly (with scales and measuring spoons), yeast to the bottom, then flour, salt, milk powder, butter (I melt it), water on top. I turn on the program, if necessary, I increase the time on the timer, start and ... do not forget to pull it after 6 hours (or whatever was on the timer). Wish you luck.

Everything rose, baked, the hat was normal, the crust was golden, the timer worked as expected, at 11 in the morning I woke up from the smell of garlic, but in the bread itself there is only a slightly perceptible aroma, and the aftertaste provoking something else to cook up, and most importantly, the wife is happy - I am her I do not admit to all kinds of complex devices, I do everything myself - she is happy!
p.s. I added half a bag of improver to all recipes ...

According to old pastry and bakery books for yeast baking, especially if it takes a little time for the dough to ripen (as in bread makers), acids are the improver - you can use natural (!!!) fermented vinegar, ascorbic acid, lactic acid whey.
