The coating of the bucket, as I understand it, is the same as for the 257 model and all subsequent ones, the 2501 is the same as the 2502 in all respects, the difference is in the presence of a despence for yeast, but the difference in price is substantial. 257 differs from 2501 only in design, a slightly different control menu, but not at all complicated.

To cut bread, it is better to buy a special bread knife-saw, then the cut will be even and neat. Roof wrinkles will appear, because when the loaf cools down, the internal steam rises up, and the top crust in the HP turns out to be thinner than the sides and much thinner than that of bread baked in the oven. You will have to put up with a wrinkled roof ... it does not affect the taste ...
