Actually, I was more interested in "I went to the official panasonic website and ordered my charm for 5999 plus free shipping!" from LIDUSHKA. Sorry for the "clogging" of your topic, but I am not yet an active Internet user and I do not know how to ask personally, I will learn - I will fix it!

Good morning everybody! Finally, I waited for my birthday and bought myself a stove! The first bread did not work, because the flour was measured in a large measuring cup and the dough turned out to be thin. I thought there would be a crust and raw dough in the middle. But, to my surprise, it turned out to be a low baked flatbread and quite edible (my son and his friends got along for a sweet soul).
For a week I tried ordinary bread, milk, from several types of flour, rye-wheat (according to the recipe from this site) and country cake. I liked everything very much! There are a lot of plans!
mila 13
Hello dear!!!
I ordered 257 model via the Internet, today they will bring it. I can't wait ... I read your (no, now our) forum all day long. I decided that I would bake first. Easter cake from Elena Bo !!!
Rina
Mila, congratulations

Let me give you advice - start with plain wheat bread (yeast, flour, water, salt, sugar, butter), master it, and then tackle sweet pastries. Believe me, this advice is based on the experience of so many bakers.
Stasi009
Mine was brought today 256, first of all I made a pizza dough, my son loves her very much! It turned out great! Now there is simple wheat bread, there is still 3 hours of waiting ahead !!!! Before kneading the bread, I saw that I forgot to insert a knife, shoved it into the flour at the last moment! The gingerbread man turned out to be cute, like a son's ass! I hope now for yeast and flour! All went to look for valuable potassium, there is no strength to endure!
Arka
Stasi009, with the purchase !!! Happy first-born bread!

I bought a Panasonic SD-256 bread maker last week. She was the first to bake bread with cheese and dill, it turned out to be airy, tasty, only the lid turned out to be flat, well, I think it's not scary. Several times I baked French and ordinary white bread from the book of recipes for HB, everything turned out great.

The roof problem is solved by adding flour

Hello everyone!
The other day, my husband gave a 256 bread maker for my upcoming DR. I walked around her for 3 days, I was afraid to approach. And today I decided to try it. She baked the simplest white bread, a small loaf. It turned out just super! At lunch with the children, half a buckwheat was still hot at once. She hid the remains so that they could wait for her husband from work.
Arka
Congratulations!!!
Just be patient! Don't eat hot. Imagine that it is still baked, and do not touch it until it cools completely. Myakish will much better and tastier! Bon Appetit!

Yeah, be patient. I'll get it, but the kids didn't want to. Well, it's forgivable for the first loaf. We've been waiting for her. I think now what is the next bread to try. At home, no milk powder, no other special ingredients. Only wheat flour, not even dry milk.
Arka
If you want to use milk, then the water can be replaced with regular milk. If you have only flour, yeast, salt and sugar, then use only them.Is there oil in the house? Try the French mode - very thin crisp and delicate crumb

That is, you just need to reduce the amount of water by the amount of milk? How much milk do you need then? Oh, probably off-topic questions. I'll go study the forum and recipes again.
By the way, I wanted to start with French today. But 6 hours was VERY long. I would like to try some bread quickly. Tomorrow early in French and we'll start.
Arka
For the impatient:
quote from UNDERSTANDING BREAD IN HOMEMADE BREAD from Admin: "When the bread is ready, immediately unplug the bread maker and take it out of the bucket, place it on the wire rack under a towel, the bread should rest and cool. The bread is completely ready when it reaches room temperature, until this moment the final processes are still going on in it.... Bread is hot and does not cut well, is damp inside, wrinkles and unhealthy"
Stasi009
Hurrah !!!!!!!!!! The first one turned out! The most awaited !!!! The most delicious! Tomorrow I'll post a photo !!!! So I will succeed! How much happiness the whole family has !!!!
yusia25
Stasi009, Congratulations on your purchase! and with a good bread !!!!!!
The husband is not very good for this purchase, and if it does not work out, he will immediately say: "Well, I told you .............."
I wish you everything will continue to turn out super-tasty and beautiful, and the husband was happy !!!!!!

I've already tried baking a poppy curl and two muffins. Everything worked out and very tasty. (Photos in the corresponding Temko).
So the oven is super, it gets used to quickly, the impressions are only good, especially when the electricity went out during baking, and after the power was restored, the bread maker continued the program. Somewhere I read reviews about a bread maker of another brand, so there is also such a function, but several people wrote that the program did not continue.

mila 13 ,
I'm waiting for my first bread - another 28 minutes The whole family walks, sniffs, and I'm worried - what's THERE ??? I bake according to Elena Bokulichik's recipe, it seemed to me the easiest recipe. I'm so afraid myself !!!!!

If the bun was good then everything will work out !!!!!! Good luck! We are waiting for the photo.
Daryonka
Good day to all! Do you accept a newborn, not a young one?
baker? Only yesterday they took their Panasonic - 257 from the Internet store. I barely waited 2 hours for the oven to warm up, and then ... I tried to bake wheat bread according to the simplest recipe from the instructions. And he was baked: lush, tall, beautiful, and it turned out delicious! Even my husband got used to it (he had a lot of skepticism about this purchase) And today I baked wheat-rye bread according to a recipe from the forum. It is something! In general, the delight about the purchase and the first experiences breaks out like dough from a dough!
mila 13
my dear
And here is my first bread - a cake from Elena Bo. The whole family stood on their ears for 4 hours, listening and sniffing ... We barely waited for the bread to cool down ... The taste is unreal ... Eat your mind !!!!!
Hooray, bought a Panasonic bread maker! First impressions and reviews

girls - such a question arose when the puppy joy subsided over the bread - for some reason, one side of the crust is white, and the whole is a little dark ... Although this did not affect the taste ...
Vladimir006
Well, the choice is over. 257 WTS.
Have bought. Put. Disassembled. Have experienced.
Only great impressions.
Baked ordinary yesterday, French tonight.
Everything is fine, tasty and wonderful.
cheers, comrades, more buns, delicious and different!

Milaon which side of the bucket was the light side? Did you close the dispenser before the cake started baking? Maybe this is the case?
Yes, from the side of the dispenser .... and I was still in vague doubts .... how does it close itself .... That's it .... thanks !!
Today I have already visited Ashan, bought a don-understand-what-how much-just for baking bread !!! For 3 thousand (rubles) Barely dragged away: DA flour is so heavy !!! Now I sit and choose what to stir up such a thing ... I think, maybe it will be quick from Elena Bo .... like a proven recipe ...
Rina
mila 13, the dispenser has no return spring, needs to be closed manually.

I will repeat once again: do not rush, start with the simplest wheat on the main program, feel how HP works.

Quick bread has its own characteristics. The yeast dough should have sufficient proofing time.

thanks for the advice
Now I have baked my second bread - this is again bread from Elena Bo, with wheat semolina according to a quick program.
If you forget some of the overlays, I forgot to insert the spatula. After 10 minutes I found it on the table, I was very surprised I had to start all the seachala
As a result, after 2 hours, it turned out very tasty bread - tender and airy ... The husband said - that's just such a bread ...

I baked my second bread today - a cake from Elena Bo. It turned out scary, fried. I hope it will be delicious. We are now waiting for it to cool down. The smell in the apartment is awesome. Well at least the children are asleep, otherwise they would already be demanding Easter cake.

I have a question about taking care of the stove. The instructions say - do not immerse the form in water. Can I wash it? ??? Well, inside is definitely mine. There, the spatula is glued with dough. I fill it with warm water a little and soak it. But outside it still gets water. This is not dangerous?
Rina
Not dangerous. The main thing is not to wet the mixer assembly (there is an unprotected aluminum alloy, which can give oxides on the surface). The spray dries quickly so it won't have much of an impact.

Oh, I got it wet, probably the Agitator assembly - is it inside the bucket or outside? I put the bucket in the sink when I washed it. So the water got inside, and I poured it inside to soak the spatula. What to do now???
Rina
do nothing, the agitator unit, which is not recommended to be washed, is from the outside, what the bucket is inserted into the body with. If water gets there, just blot with a towel if possible and let dry quietly.

I wish you only positive experiences !!!!! I baked bread 5 times and made pizza dough once. Before baking, I carefully read the entire branch. I recommend a kalachik from Elena Bo and a quick one on semolina from her too. It turns out great !!!!!

Hello colleagues! On Saturday morning she became the owner of Panasika-257. And naturally she began to master. First, a simple little white minimum weight, so that, if anything, it would not be a pity to throw away the food. And it turned out great! And the first time. Then I made it with olive oil, dried herbs and garlic. The family waited until one in the morning! And luck again. Since I hadn’t bought malt and other stuff for rye yet, I bought a ready-made mixture from S. Pudov for Borodinsky. It turned out delicious, light enough, but somehow low.

I am mastering my assistant at full speed! Bread, pizza, and today a simple yeast dough from a Panasonic book, pies with onions and eggs, sausages in the dough, I really didn't have time to take a picture, my son ate, and a breakfast bar. Amazing baked goods! The whole family is delighted!

Today I joined the ranks of the lucky owners of Panasonic 256.: drinks: And quite naturally I could not resist until the morning ...
But I didn't make my first bread according to the recipe from the recipe book - not relying on the quality of the inexpensive flour that was at home (Kurskaya Prazdnichnaya), and probably in vain, I was reinsured by replacing 50 g of flour with 50 g of semolina. And he was right.

Yesterday I bought myself a Panasonic SD-257 bread maker for my 30th anniversary. Today I baked my first bread. It is simply divine, the smell, the crisp crust is worth something, and the taste ... mmmmmmmmmmm .... It's about bliss. All the household appreciated. I dreamed about it for many months and made myself a great gift. Impressions about the work of the bread machine are simply awesome, I did everything clearly and quietly. No complaints.

Question about Pudov in Panasonic (black bread)
To those who baked them.
Did you add raisins?
If yes, how much 7
There are doubts. which may be the reason for their squat.
The truth is, there is still a "fallen roof" - here it is difficult to understand.
Peck in Panasonic black from LANA7386 - rose perfectly,. fluffy.
You press on the crumb with your finger - the hole quickly disappears.
Rina
And it makes sense to buy ready-made mixtures if the bread maker was bought for the sake of home of bread? In these mixtures, both the components are not always identified, and "solid vegetable fats", or, more simply, margarine.

As far as I can judge from the reviews on Pudoff mixtures, you need:
1. change the yeast.
2.Add either gluten or strong wheat flour, or use the mixture as part of the flour in another recipe (say 40/60, 50/50, 40/60 ...).
3. Be sure to monitor the consistency of the dough at the kneading stage.

Mila, thank you for supporting my choice. About Pudoff, the question is: what enhancer do you add? And then I still have 1 pack of Fitness left. Better cheat and add something

The point was that there was no malt.
The malt was presented - life is getting better !!!!!!
The tremors were changing. And me and my friends - who brought me to this forum.
There was no result.
True, a lot of raisins were poured.
And me and my friends. Well, we love him.
Poured about 150 grams of raisins on top of Pudov
Items 2 and 3 are not suitable for me
Gluten is embarrassing (I don't like to use obscure formulations) and I don't want to philosophize too much
Since so far there have been no problems with recipes from the stove
I was embarrassed by the rye recipe from Panasonic - it hurts a lot of water
Took a recipe from Lana - and everything worked out great
Photo result is in the subject of rye from Lana Black air bread

My very first and literally the freshest impressions (I got my first bread 15 minutes ago :))) It's just ... delight! We bought the stove today, chose for a long time and, thanks from the bottom of our hearts to the members of the forum, who strengthened my decision to stay on the Panasonic 257! After reading the reviews, I was very optimistic, but the result still exceeded expectations. Vkuuusno))) But, I want to note one nuance (although it may seem to me, because my husband did not smell it))) - a slight smell of plastic ... But I’ll say right away, I washed the stove and immediately turned it on, because curiosity bursting, it was not up to "running in" Now the pens are just itching to try out new recipes. I am very glad to join your friendly team
PS. I just haven't figured it out yet, how to post a photo
Rina
Sherly, welcome to the friendly company of bakers!
As for the plastic smell, don't worry, it will go away. And while it still manifests itself, it will not affect the bread in any way.
Sherly
THANK YOU
PS. Now the bread has cooled down and I already don't smell any smell!
