How did you deal with the foam?

there is a principle of boiling jellied meat in a multicooker with any name. It can be cooked on both Stewing and Simmering. The languor is not a stormy program.

No way! Then I strained the broth through a strainer and that's it. And there was no foam

Grypana Well these are some mega Faberge eggs that your mother made! Here all the chicken shows, but there is a lot of fuss with them, but there is not enough food. But the duck eggs are cool (I can imagine, I myself did not hold a duck egg in my hands, it was unlucky - children of the asphalt, there is no one in the village). Natasha

Here I am sitting, puzzled))) I don't know, sho rob ... too much meat (shank pig, beef brisket, a small petia and 2 more experiences). I want to buy some turkey beef tomorrow, if possible. and where to shove all this ... as before, in the old fashioned way already in the bastard not a desire to cook ... became spoiled. I can shove it into Veska, there is 6L. but the modes there are hard to set up, boils and boils a lot.
So, for every day, when you wanted jellied meat, cook a couple of plates in Dex, discourage you.
But the New Year without 15-20 plates of jellied meat is no longer the New Year!

And I will cook in a large saucepan - although I am lazy, there will be a lot, we very much respect jellied meat

... Why is it troublesome to cook jellied meat in a saucepan? I put my hoof on for the night, I calmly, got up in the morning, threw everything I had cooked in the evening, removed the foam, and again calmly go about my business. The same body movements as in the cartoon! But A LOT !!!

Nope, you don't understand! pasta, horns, etc. (current is not spaghetti) are perfectly cooked in Dex. you can use the RIS mode (I used to cook on it), or you can use the PAR mode (much more convenient). we already discussed this somewhere ahead (I thought you read). I don’t remember who prompted us this ... someone from Brand (a girl from Peter) ... but many thanks to her: girl_romashka: for the hint of this method. much more convenient and faster. Today for 15 minutes I cooked horns with mushroom sauce + horseradish (sho bulo)!

nothing is another topic. In Deksyusha, you can cook compote from both grapes and elderberries. And wine is a bonus! My grapes and elderberry do not ripen together. But she presented 12 bottles. Class!
Well, again, out of topic! yes, they don't mature together. I buy an elderberry in advance and fill it with sugar. and so she has been with me for a month (I mix it sometimes) waiting your finest hour when the grapes are ripe. and then I pour it into grape seed and wander together. And I came to this by accident 2 years ago. my daughter had to take the elderberry infused in sugar. I did it to her, but she didn’t want to. I think, well, do not throw away such good. climbed into the no and there I found that elderberry can be added to grape wine to give nutmeg relish. and I just crushed the grapes, well, I thumped a pan of elderberry there for a sample. the wine came out. Now I do it, and since the summer my dotsya reminded me to stock up on elderberry! all ... crawling into the bushes ...
Yes, and I have never tried elderberry compote

it seems in May, on a site friendly to us, there was a competition for the best dish in MV, only in Redmont70 (and they are similar in modes to Dex). so there one dude put up a dish and it won the prize, moonshine in MV! so passions flared up about the prize!
the competition is long over))) recipes, I know, scattered on all topics and where to look, it's hard to say. I didn't need it and I didn't remember it. but if anyone is interested, you can throw it on the search engine.

Today I again cooked lentils on Stew (3 cc to 6 cc of water), added black pepper from seasonings, a little Indian curry, and when cooked I crushed 3 cloves of garlic, it turned out very tasty. Fried onion + carrot in a frying pan, added to lentils about 15 minutes before being ready.
Today I put out 1.5 hours at the Extinguishing - mine ordered one that was boiled. Lentils were soaked in cold water for 50 minutes.
Here, help yourself

Vinochek, well, I also cooked it on rice, turned it off earlier, okay, the main thing is that you don't need to drain, especially when the dotsya is 3 months old in my arms, and my mother was still starting buns in the oven and salt
how to skip to cook everything at once, you don't know what to grab))))
I theoretically understand that it is steamed like on a stove, but you never know what proportions of water have been invented, that it all boils away.

I dripped water just in case, well, about a chicken, I had about 1.2 kg and very little water, and put it at 7 o'clock at night and went to bed in the morning I realized that water, in principle, could not have been added because the chicken released its fat and juice but it turned out very supero where I did not remove the meat from the bones so the husband leaves the bone himself happy as an elephant))

I love Vienna biscuits, especially with apricot jam
It turned out two such plates

Multicooker Dex DMC-60 (reviews and discussion)

In general, it is better to bake it in the oven - and twice as fast and it turns out twice as much)) I just now do not have an oven, and I don’t want to live without this cookie for a year - so I bake it in a cartoon from zero.

Pie on a grater (aka Viennese cookies)
I baked it according to the recipe for the oven, only for half a portion.

For 1 medium baking sheet:
2 eggs
1 st. Sahara
250g softened margarine
1/2 tsp soda (pay off)
3-4 cups flour (the dough should be loose)
Filling: thick jam, jam, etc.

Grind eggs with sugar, add margarine - mix. Add slaked soda - mix. Add flour - knead a thick elastic dough.
Separate 1/3 of the dough, wrap in a bag and put in the freezer for 1 hour.
Place the remaining 2/3 on a greased baking sheet and distribute by making sides. Lubricate the entire surface with jam.
After an hour, take out the remaining dough and grate it on a coarse grater. Then sprinkle our pie with shavings evenly.
Bake until the cake is lightly browned. Cool, cut into squares.

For MV, you need half a portion, since the diameter of the form is small: 1 egg, 0.5 tbsp. sugar, 125g margarine, 1/3 tsp. soda, 1.5-2 tbsp. flour. Cook according to the same principle, only bake for about 60 + 40 minutes. Cut into triangles)

I already wrote, simmering without water and fat all night, onion chopped to the bottom. but this is more for the taste, because I had no spices. there was a lot of juice in the morning. but your chicken is already fried, there may be no juice ... I wonder how it happened?

I had no idea that I was making Vienna biscuits all the time in the oven. I just call this cake Grated. I bake it, usually when the jam is stagnant and there is nowhere to put it. everyone wanted to bake it in a cartoon, but my hands did not reach.
Intalia, thanks for the experiment!

Girls everything worked out! I really didn't have juice from fried chicken, but it turned out to be soft (relatively) and there was fat at the bottom, a little bit of it + butter. but I don't promise a photo (I didn't take a photo right away, but when I come home from work, they will eat my truncated)

Alina, well done, that she tried a cookie in the cartoon. By the way, I call it Mom's cookie. But two rates are baked in the oven. There is never too much of it.

I have now adapted the cartoon for sweets. Cooking "Oranges in Chocolate" https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=192889.0... I boil the syrup on the Steam program, and cook on the Stew. Conveniently. The photo will come later.

Milk - definitely on Milk porridge. If there is no milk, a side dish - all the same, start with Milk porridge, when it boils well - transfer to Rice to evaporate excess liquid. Immediately to Rice - too extreme Yachka is very capricious.

Girls, please tell me on what mode in DEX-60 you can cook pilaf? I really liked this slow cooker, but I found that there is no PLOV mode, and the mode is very good and necessary. Maybe in DEH some other regime corresponds to PLOV. I would be grateful for your answer.
Rice is an automatic program, runs until the liquid has evaporated.
Lozja
Quote: natalia27

Anya, thanks for your answer. In multicookers in which there is a PLOV mode at some stage of cooking, besides the evaporation of the liquid, pilaf is lightly toasted, it turns out to be very tasty, in addition, in this mode you can cook different dishes, for example, naval pasta, potatoes with meat, etc. It's a pity that here this regime was not provided.

Rice is the same mode, just the button was labeled differently, and that makes all the difference.

Today I baked cakes for cakes - mushroom and liver.
Mushroom baked for the first time. I did everything as the Mistress I ordered: I squeezed the mushrooms dry. She baked with two cakes 40 + 25 each:
Multicooker Dex DMC-60 (reviews and discussion)
It's okay, but the middle is a little gryvkuvat. Next time I will bake again with two cakes 45 + 30 each.

Liver baked for 750 grams of liver and 250 grams of sour cream. Took 380 grams of flour. Divided into three cakes, baked each 45 + 20
Multicooker Dex DMC-60 (reviews and discussion) Multicooker Dex DMC-60 (reviews and discussion)
Cooked very well. What appears to be lumpy in the picture is actually just a normal liver structure.
For one full-fledged cake, there is enough dough for 500 g of liver: cut two cakes into layers, lay the filling between them (refried onions with carrots plus garlic mayonnaise), decorate with grated egg and herbs on top. Yummy-oiled

I was finally convinced: Baking in Dex-50 and Dex-60 are two different programs. 50 amazingly in 45 minutes perfectly baked both heavy and airy doughs. In the 60's you need to try on. But I didn't like it any less
natalia27
Oksana, thanks for the clarification. Two days ago I saw DEKH on sale and for some reason he won me over, although there are already two multicooker, but I want it and that's it.
