I agree!
Yesterday I got 2 more (and maybe all 4) multicooker to buy, two more of my girlfriends non-multicooker. She advised, of course, 60. And it was like this - she invited me on one occasion, but it turned out that it all boiled down to praising the multicooker. Now they decided to buy magic equipment for themselves and their daughters for the New Year. There was already joy - and the quality of the saucepan suits them, and the letters of the menu, and the timers. Well, it's delicious ... (paella, pate, brawn, compote, steamed vegetables for salad, filling for pies)

and today I will again cook tavern porridge in Deksika

Are you going to cook a faq?

All with sweets! Straight soul rejoices when everyone succeeds at once. For this I respect the Dacks.

Incidentally, I also flew on Boiling Water on Chocolate. I decided that I would have a lot and made half of the portion, it did not work out. Then I made the whole portion for one baking cycle, there was also no ice, everything was not baked. And only then I read that Chocolate on boiling water needs to be run 2 baking cycles in a row without interruption and opening the lid. Then everything worked out. That is, in Dex 50 - 45 + 45 minutes, in Dex 60 you can safely put Baking for 1.5-2 hours. I cut a circle of parchment to the bottom.

I also advise Vanilla on boiling water - a favorite biscuit in a cartoon, for cakes.

I put it on for 60 minutes + 20 minutes on the heating and everything was baked, and I don't like dry cake, that's why I was probably satisfied with the consistency of the cake I got, now it's soaked right now and my husband winds circles around and waits with a plate when you can grab a piece)))

Maybe it's just me, who knows. But for 1 baking cycle I have this sponge cake inside in some places, well, as if not baked to the end, I don't like that. But for 2 baking cycles, it is completely baked inside, well, a little crust is already hard in such a time, but under the cream everything goes away. But inside everything is as it should, but not dry at all.

well, everyone does it to their liking))) I don't think that you or I have something wrong)) just tastes are different)))

Exactly! I also meant the same.

But Vanilla on boiling water - 1 baking cycle is quite, as for almost all other recipes. For more than 1 cycle, I only bake Chocolate with boiling water and rye bread (with whole grain flour, 1.5 servings at once, for the whole pots, so I turn it over and bake more than half of the cycle). And for the rest of the standard baking time in Dex is enough. I've been with a multicooker for 2 years now, and I'm still surprised - well, how is it, the same time for tender biscuits and for heavy muffins, and everything bakes perfectly.

and I will make the casserole again, my daughter did not get it and she made a noise, and I will also make a zebra.

About the casserole - there was an impromptu during the week: there was a little rice milk porridge (I cooked for three, and only 1 had breakfast), the same amount of cottage cheese boiled (about 200 gr) + 3 eggs + sugar + defrosted cherries + vanilla. Such a rice-curd grandmother turned out to be delicious. That even "not too fond of milk casseroles" ate.

Lozja , and you Vanilla on boiling water, how many eggs do you make and how much time on the "baking"?

I do it according to the recipe here on the forum - for 4 eggs. It, of course, turns out to be not as big as Chocolate with boiling water, but it is quite enough for a standard cake. I bake the standard baking time, in Dex 50 - 45 minutes (there is a bit more temperature for baking, so that's enough), and in Dex 60 I baked the standard 1 hour.

I used to want to put it up as a separate recipe, but I won't, there are several similar ones on the forum. I say in advance, it contains a carrot, but do not curl up right away, but try it, EVERYONE who tried it could not guess what he was taking the recipe from. And I just cooked barley porridge for the first time. Worried that she was problematic, foamy. But everything turned out to be normal. The saucepan on the side is only 1 cm above the surface of the zamazyukan a bit, and then, I suspect, that when I interfered with a spoon so that the sugar dissolved, I could smear it a little.

Signally, rinse the cereals and pour boiling water 1: 4, and then, during the preparation of the additive - greaves, onions, etc. in 50 I cook it on stewing, not on automatic programs and it is cooked for 2.5 hours. 3, barley is still a hard grain
Mona1
And I made a barley milk one, maybe some of the newcomers are interested: I poured my son milk into a cup from a 1000-gram package. The bag contains about 800 g left. I poured 1 multi-glass of water into the cartoon and all these 800 g of milk + 4-4.5 tbsp. l. cereals (with a slide, how much is typed) + 3 tbsp. l. sugar, + a bit of salt on the tip of a knife. Stirred with a silicone spoon, closed the lid and turned on Milk porridge. The lid was not opened in the process.

P.S. I did not scald the groats, did not rinse them and did not pour boiling water over them.

Well, in the 50s, perhaps, it is worth pouring boiling water - there, this porridge ran away steadily, even without milk. And in 60-ke you don't need any boiling water. Rinse the egg well (5-6 times, no less), pour liquid 1: 5 (usually 3/2 milk / water), salt-sugar to taste. This is if dairy. Milk cooking 1.20-1.30 is enough.
Non-dairy, of course, in water or broth, and the proportion is smaller.

Well, any filth, in principle, should be killed when boiling. But there is a lot of dust-litter in the cereals. Not all cereals can be washed - for example, I don’t wash semolina (although there is a friend who even washes it). I haven't washed oatmeal before. Not flakes - crimped groats. And she puffed on me steadily (not in 60s). Now she began to wash the oatmeal - a fine dusty dust leaves with water, it is she who rises. The yachka is also rarely clean - there are even pebbles, not to mention the husks.

Girls, how to cook semolina in a slow cooker? on the stove I interfere with it, but how?
Pour milk into a saucepan, switch on the Milk porridge program. When the milk boils, add semolina, stirring the porridge continuously, and turn off the program. Let it brew under a closed lid.

The husk contains all the vitamins. This is the bran, the most useful.

Girls, how much fermented baked milk should be kept on the "yogurt" mode, so as not to over-acidify the curd? Maybe it's better on manual at 40 degrees? Who does what?
Once I missed it by hand, it went to "Heating" and everything was gone. But the cottage cheese turned out to be cool.

Yarushka, yeah, you can catch fig stones if they don't differ in appearance from cereals. But often you come across black, either pebbles, or compressed earth - you can see that, you can catch the mona. And sometimes the yak comes across - one feast for the eyes! Moreover, it does not depend on the brand. You can always take the same company, but one time it will be clean, and the other ugly
And I'm not washing the lentils. I haven't tried ours, I don't know how clean it is. And at first I tried to wash the Italian one, then I gave up the bad occupation. She is pure, not a single dusty dust, and everything pops up - you will try to catch

Angie, I ferment fermented baked milk on hand (not on yogurt) - in my experience, on hand it keeps 40-40.5 *, on yogurt it reaches 42 *. However, for ryazhenka and 42 * it is not scary, she loves the temperature warmer than yogurt. I ferment for 3 hours, then for another half hour or an hour I leave it in the cartoon under a closed lid, and then on to the balcony.
And in order not to miss and not send the fermented baked milk for heating, I set a deliberately longer time, 5-6 hours. And on the mobile phone I set the timer for 3 hours. It certainly won't go into heating.
inucya
azaza , I realized, almost like on the stove

And I keep fermented baked milk in yogurt mode for 5 hours, then it cools down for an hour, then it is normal, and if for 6 hours then whey appears on top

Sorry, I forgot to clarify an important point: I'm fermenting over-fermented yogurt. Not dry leaven, and not even mother's! In the case of the mother and the more dry, the leavening time will be longer.

No, it will definitely not be raw, everything is baked at the Bakery as it should. It's just that the top will not have that cheese crust as in the oven. The cheese will melt and that's it. I think that this is not so critical.
