Is it possible in more detail how exactly and in what mode?

Cooked a small portion, just right for dinner for two. My husband loves very much and he got me right ...
1 cartoon. a glass of cereal poured 4 glasses of boiling water, salt, a piece of sl. butter, mix thoroughly, put on milk porridge. I will take water in the trail. times less - 3.5 cups. Then, after the end of the program, I put it on baking for 30 minutes. Most likely, the milk needs to be replaced with another program, I wanted the cartoon to gurgle less and "spit" less.
Very tasty Romanian groats - malay, in factory packaging, probably in Ukraine too. We sell it only on the market.

The mother-in-law ordered a multicooker as a gift, I don't know how much she will master it, but I definitely won't master my own deksik at the price, I look a lot, and all the others are equally at least 500-550 to me on the budget. I'm looking at 50ku removed from production, I thought I would fit in on it ((I don’t know the rest of the names of a million companies, I see an action in Foxtrot, some Delfa - 309 UAH,
Vikavka, we have a Dex50 in the Metro for a promotion, I don't remember until what date the promotion and the price around 550gr. if not, the girls will correct it, they have already written about it here. I saw, but did not focus attention, because mine is not necessary. if possible, take a trip, take a look. because the action in all Metro is the same.
And on Delphu this action costs more than half a year, I think you shouldn't look at it, then Orion is better. I really do not know the current price for it, in the summer it cost 499gr in Foxtrot.

Yes, you understood correctly. Only I don’t do it to the point of cutting. I like it when it's soft.

Girls! maybe among you there are happy owners of cheaper cartoon types for giving, I see an action in Foxtrot, some kind of Delfa - 309 UAH,
I took Delfa at Foxtrot for a promotion for this ridiculous price for students in a hostel. What can I say, if you cook porridge, soups, steamed borscht for something, it's a nice thing to do. Frying takes a very long time to heat up, but if there is no other alternative in the country, then you can fry the meat. My chicken legs were fried for 1 hour 20 minutes, and steamed potatoes, the meat had a crust. And alas, there is no baking, manufacturers overdid it, as soon as it gets very hot, it immediately goes into heating. But some manage to dance, tambourines and bake in it, I have not tried. But in principle, for such a price, there is no need to expect more, and I liked it. But Dexic is of course out of competition heaven and earth

Vikavka, if I needed an inexpensive cartoon, I would take Scarlett-411. The cartoon is new, but based on the 410 model. And just 410ka showed itself very well, the only "but" - there was no baking or frying in it. I do not know what kind of frying can be with such a power, but in the new model the program is declared like that. And the pastries are probably very delicate. A native saucepan is not a fountain, but a saucepan from Dex should come up to it. The price is very democratic, but there are still few places where Skarlusha is. But you can find it.
Here we have a Temka of choice MV https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=2924.new;topicseen#new
And this is the line directly to Scarlett-411 https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=189679.0

thanks girls! I will continue to look, read to compare .. I am now reading in those topics which there are jambs, it will digest, then it will not turn off, then baking on three modes with tambourines ... quietly go to the kitchen I stroke my lid I think "my are you golden" I calm down and I go on reading
now in deksyushka I try to bake chops with mushrooms wrapped in them for the first time, I threw a steamer with a couple of chopped potatoes on top, baking mode, so I think there will be some kind of steam heat so that the potatoes are cooked or I did stupidity
Vikavka
ahh what a bomb it turned out, steamed potatoes and probably would have reached a condition, but I decided that two rolls at the bottom of a saucepan lonely threw potatoes there, listen well, this is something ... roasted meat is ruddy but tender, rosy potatoes and for all 30 minutes. . and already on a plate with a piece of freshly multivariate bread and why would I send deco meatballs to the oven if my mother would be alive, would buy her 60 without thinking, even under the threat of being left without a gift for ng .. eh

Vikavka, and I would advise you to take Orion ... Awesome cartoon, I mostly cook in it, and I have Dex for more delicate dishes. : girl_haha: Orions are on Kidstaff and not expensive .. In it you can freely switch programs, and there is cooking spaghetti, and bakes well, and the program is soup .. I am very pleased! I love both Orion and Dexic. And in the summer I think to take Orion to the dacha, let him pamper ...

The girls made yogurt today - boiled 1 liter of homemade milk, cooled it down, poured the Viva starter culture, poured it into sterilized jars, put it in dexic, poured warm water on shoulders and put yogurt on the mode for 6 hours. after 6 hours, a spoonful in yogurt is worth it, but a little whey has separated from the top. question-what did I do wrong?
Now I want to put nutria with potatoes in sour cream gravy on stewing for 2 hours - isn't it a lot (I will fry the meat beforehand)?

You overexposed in the slow cooker. If you like the consistency of yoghurt, continue to use the same sourdough, only reduce the time spent in the slow cooker.

Taia
You are closer to 4 o'clock, start watching the surface of the yogurt, if you see that it has frozen and if you slightly shake the jar, the mass does not float - then the yogurt is ready. Remember the time, then you will know exactly how long it takes for this particular leaven and you will not be mistaken next time.

I have Vivo yoghurt in a yoghurt maker is prepared from dry snack for 6 hours, and over-starter for 3.5-4 hours. And this despite the fact that I have there on the thermostat is in the region of 36-37 degrees. and the cartoon heats up to 40. Therefore, I think that 3.5 hours for the eyes is enough. This is if you re-ferment with yogurt. I have been doing VIVO for a long time, now I have run out of them, I switched to GoodFood. I liked it more, and it seems that according to the instructions, the GoodFood product needs a temperature a couple of degrees higher, so it can just come out gorgeous in a cartoon. True, I still make it in a yogurt maker and at the same temperature as before, 36-37 degrees, and it turns out wonderfully in 4 hours of re-fermentation. The taste is awesome, the VIVOs are more sour or something, and these are more delicious.

multih78! Here, according to this recipe, I baked a casserole in a cartoon, there was someone else who also baked it https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=130885.0
And about yogurt I can say that on the same sourdough in a yogurt maker it is ready in summer and after 2 hours, and in winter 5-6 hours.
GenyaF
I'm also interested in nutria, I saw carcasses on the market, but their appearance is, to put it mildly, strange. And now I cook buckwheat, and on top in a steamer basket salted and peppercorn and sprinkled with lemon chicken breast is steamed.
izumka

I bake this casserole at the rate of 700 g of cottage cheese. I counted everything else -
cream 35ml
eggs 5 large
sugar 130g
flour 85g
At the bottom I cut out a circle of baking paper (I bake everything with paper, I like it better). I put on "baking" for 65 minutes, and then on heating for at least 20 minutes, and sometimes more, if I don't wake up in time. This is our favorite breakfast. The next day I warm up the leftovers slightly in the microwave.
And further. If I bake right away, beat the whites according to the recipe separately, and if with a delay for the morning - all together well beat with a blender (all ingredients).

Nelya! Thanks for the compliments! Yes, I gave it directly to my son without running it in, literally an hour after I returned from Sevastopol. It’s so interesting, there’s snow on the sides of the track, but it’s raining in Yalta.
I just needed to take her urgently, because I was already on my way there to him. At first I wanted to give him my pressure cooker there, but then the guys called me and said to be late, we are already approaching. And I immediately took her from car to car and on the road.
Here the question was not even better or not. The main thing is that the first one came to hand, I was looking for Scarlett for him. When I gave it to my son, she said that today this multicooker is the most functional of the tested and high-quality ones. And when she said lope she now costs on average, he did, they say he was a tough student, and became even tighter.
And the bride could have been offered, the competition has not yet begun, the session. Now, if my poor student closes all the tails and passes the exams, then the competitive selection of brides will begin. He himself came here and promised to show himself in all his glory, so to speak.
And the most important thing is that yesterday I made an order in another Internet store and expect a DEX 60 multicooker from them. Now it turns out that I will also have my own personal one. But I look at me they don't call, maybe they didn't send it? Maybe refuse?

Now I bake a maximum of 50 minutes without heating, or 40 minutes and 5-10 minutes with heating. It turns out baked and the bottom is not very fried, I take it out immediately with the help of a double boiler to cool. Once she did a stupid thing, she took out the valve, closed the lid and left it until morning. In the morning I opened a saucepan that was slightly warm, and in the saucepan the casserole is wet with the impression that someone has poured water. I had to turn on baking for 20 minutes to eliminate excess moisture.
In a couple of days I also want to try baking rye bread.
I baked for 65 minutes on baking, and then I wanted to turn it off and leave it for 30 minutes (as advised by the recipe), but I forgot and it switched to heating, stood for 30 minutes while I splashed with a little in the bathroom. then she remembered and turned it off and for another 10 minutes she stood like that.

about pizza - ahde a recipe, and

Thank you)

Pizza recipe: (found somewhere on the Internet)

Dough: for 1 pc.

1 st. flour
A third glass of warm water
1 st. l. grows up. oils
1h l. with a heap of fast dry yeast
1/2 tbsp. l. honey
a pinch of salt

Dissolve honey and dry yeast in warm water. Let them stand until the frothy cap appears. Sift flour and salt into a bowl, pour in warm water with dissolved honey and yeast, add vegetable oil. Mix everything and knead a soft and elastic dough (knead in butter, not flour, then it does not stick to your hands).

Leave the finished dough in a warm place so that it comes up for 5-10 minutes.
Grease the multicooker bowl with oil, stretch the dough along the bottom of the mold. Grease with sauce (I have ketchup + mayonnaise), put the filling (I have semi-smoked sausages, ham, cheese, parsley).
On the "Pastry" 40 min + 5 min heating so that there is no condensation.

P.S. I stretched it as thin as possible, so the sides turned out. I don't really like pizza with sides.
I'll try to follow. make a double portion of the dough once and divide into 3 pizzas (instead of two).
P.S.p.s. The dough is just super! Soft, elastic, does not stick to your hands! It's a pleasure to work!
