Buns "Figushki" in the multicooker DEX DMC-50

Buns Figushki in a multicooker DEX DMC-50

Ingredients

Yeast (pressed) 7 g
Warm water 30 ml
Milk 120 ml
Butter 2 tbsp. l. or 50-60 g
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Salt 2/3 tsp
Egg 1 PC.
Flour ~ 300 g

Cooking method

  • 1. Dilute yeast in warm water.
  • 2. Heat the milk + butter + sugar + salt to melt the butter.
  • 3. Mix the egg in a cup and separate half, the other half will go to grease.
  • 4. Combine yeast with water, butter-milk mixture, half an egg and flour. Knead a soft, non-sticky dough.
  • 5. Let the dough stand until it increases by 2-3 times.
  • Next, we knead the dough, divide it into 6-7 pieces and sculpt figurines. )) I didn't take step-by-step photos, but it's very simple. We roll out the flagellum, tie it into a free knot, and wrap the ends - one up, the other under the bottom. You can see in detail the link where I got the recipe from (I will give it below).
  • We put our figurines in the cartoon (I don't grease the saucepan with anything). Close the lid and wait for the buns to double in size. Then grease with the remaining egg, sprinkle with poppy seeds to make the top pale in the future more beautiful and start the Baking program. In principle, 30-35 minutes are enough for buns. My baking lasts 45 minutes, I keep it until the end of the program. After the sound signal, we take out the buns on the wire rack to cool.

Note

I again come to you with the rolls in the cartoon.

These are actually my favorite baked rolls from the oven. But since I now live without an oven, I decided to bake them in a cartoon, reducing the original recipe by half. It turned out great! I love these buns for breakfast with butter and some jam.

The original recipe is here - 🔗lunch rolls /

Bon Appetit!

My dough is being kneaded by a Bosch Mum combine. But you can do anything, even with a mixer (hooks). The test is a little on the cartoon. You can knead a double portion, wind half of the figs at once, and put the other half a second time, and bake it with a second run. Or in two multi throw, whoever has it.
If baked in the oven, then a double portion - just on a large baking sheet, 12 rolls.
And yet, if someone bakes in the oven - do not grease with an egg right away, bake, then while still hot, immediately after the oven, grease with butter. So much tastier and prettier. They will be just like the picture in the original recipe.

ok thanks to bookmarks, I will do

In the summer, I just close the multi lid and the dough grows. In winter, you can turn on the Heating and hold your hand (on the wall, in Panas, like on the Heating, the walls are heated, not the bottom), when the walls are warm (but not hot!), Turn off, put the dough and close. Well, I won't tell you about the time, after 40 minutes look in, the dough should grow 2-3 times. If not yet mature enough, wait further.

I made "figurines" today. Especially I liked the name !!!
Sprinkled with cinnamon (there is no poppy in the store !!!). At first, the dough did not rise as it should, but then the rolls themselves in the multi moved apart. everyone liked it! The daughter, however, complained that they were not sweet. And for me so - Thank you, Oksana!
I'll try to post a report ..

Great buns! Good health to you and your daughters!

Maybe the dough was cold? Nowadays it is difficult to find the optimal place for proving. In theory, the dough should fit 2 times at least, you shouldn't be guided for a while, the main thing is to wait until it fits.

Oksan, I put it in a VERY warm place - on the boiler (I have my own boiler room at home, we heat it with firewood, live "in a wonderful time", that is, we are not given gas). Well, it's not hot there! I understand how it should be! Mommy used to put dough on the Russian stove in the village, and then bake baking sheets with buns ...
I understand now! had to wait yet! In a hurry ... Next time I'll do it right!

Oksana, and here's what I met on the VK network.Hello to you here and thank you:
"I saw this recipe on the HP website of the user Lozja and did not calm down until I baked it.
Well what can I say? - Delicious. Gently. Fluffy. Fragrant.
And without much hassle. Any hostess can handle it.
I really liked the figurines.
The smell and taste is reminiscent of the taste of Easter baked goods.
The dough is very tender and soft.
Perfect for a glass of milk.
Thank you very much Lozja for the wonderful recipe! "
It's about these figurines

I baked buns in a Panasonic multicooker, baking for 40 minutes. on one side and 10 on the other.
It turned out 6 pieces.
She anointed the top with strong tea with sugar.
Then baked in the oven. Output 9 pcs.
I liked the dough, it rises very well, it is pleasant to work with it.
As for me, it tastes better in the oven.
