Simple pasta casserole (DEX-50)

Ingredients

Pasta
(preferably from durum wheat)
200-250 g
Eggs 2 pcs.
Milk 1 tbsp.
Cheese 50-100 g
Salt pepper
Rast. oil
Boiling water

Cooking method

  • I always measure pasta in handfuls, just hold the palm of the hand with a boat and pour pasta into it. For 1 serving - 3.5 handfuls of pasta.
  • We measure out 7 handfuls of pasta and carefully pour them into our MV (do not pour from a great height so as not to scratch the cover of the saucepan). Salt, pour on top with 1-2 tablespoons of rast. butter (be sure! otherwise the pasta will boil) and fill it with boiling water so that the top pasta sticks out of the water enough. Turn on the program Rice / Spaghetti Express, after 20 minutes we look, mix gently with a spatula. The main thing here is to catch the moment when almost all the liquid has evaporated and turn off the program. If something else gurgles at the bottom, but you can see from the pasta that they are already ready, then you can turn it off and leave the lid open while the cartoon cools down. Of course, those who like more delicious pasta can wait until the end of the program.
  • In a separate bowl, mix eggs with milk, salt, pepper, three cheese in the same place. Shake everything well and pour it into the MV to our pasta. Gently mix with a spatula so that the filling is evenly distributed, lightly tamp on top. Close the lid, turn on the program Bakery products.
  • After 20-25 minutes, turn off the program (45 minutes for such a casserole is a lot).
  • Everything is delicious both warm and cold.
  • If you make more portions at a time, then the baking time can be slightly increased, I think. In general, you will see for yourself when the casserole is ready - when the pouring on top has set.

The dish is designed for

2 servings

Note

The simplest, but most delicious.

Lozja,
Dex's Baking program, in my opinion, is automatic and programmed for 45 minutes, how can you turn it off earlier?

Any program in Dex can be turned off whenever you want. This is what Dex is good for. Personally, I cannot imagine all its usefulness in the kitchen, if it were impossible to interrupt any program at any time.
The only thing that distinguishes the Dex Baking program from other programs is the standard program time - 45 minutes cannot be reprogrammed for another time. Therefore, if you need to bake less than 45 minutes, just keep track of the time and press the Off button at the right time, if you need more time, start it again after the end of the program and again keep track of the time when the required period of time has passed - again press the Off button.

Thanks for the report! The casserole is great!
How long did you bake and what is the power of your multi? I see it is hotter from below than I usually get hot.

I have less power than you. only 700W, in dex it seems 900?
I tried to save your time, but maybe I overexposed it for 5 minutes.

We really didn't have hard cheese at hand, so I added Druzhba melted cheese, which you can spread on bread.
in any case, it turned out very tasty.

loved this casserole as an overnight snack. when you sit in front of the computer for a long time, you want to gnaw on something ... so she left so unobtrusively

So it’s wonderful that it leaves unnoticed!
I just thought, maybe, that I get it exactly the same from below, I just never saw it from below, because I don't turn it over.
