To fellow countrymen, hello, inucya! What can I tell you? I specially planned a table for household appliances in my new kitchen - no! The hood for the multi is far away. I am a lover of steam cooking, and I still need a hood. The cartoon has to be carried to the hood and put on the stove or next to it.

The only thing is that at the time of cooking it needs to be pulled out from under the wall cabinet (if it lives under it) - the steam jet on active programs is significant. But also not industrial

I steamed the brisket for 1 hour - mamadarahaya, dripping from the cabinet, and there I also had light. So she took the saucepan and dragged it onto the stove.

Natasha, what will happen without the hood? I cook like this for the second year - all chiki-spades

Oh, so she lives under your cupboard? Duc, and I told you - pull out from under the cupboard! I had a free piece specially planned for the cartoons during the repair.

azaza , Grypana thank you girls for the answer. I got it. So without the hood it turns out that it will smell fried and boiled for the whole apartment?

There are smells. But my neighbors are threatening to beat me up because we always smell delicious. For some time now their husbands began to look askance at them
I am not annoyed by pleasant smells, they are, on the contrary, high to me. But if this is unacceptable for you - then yes, under the hood.

You can open the window window during or after cooking and that's it, my whole house smells even with the hood, and if something else is baking, then turn off everything (like, there is no one at home) or wait for guests.
Grypana
Well, how to say - there is a smell, but not so much. If you fry in a pan, the smell of chtoli is "brighter". And in the cartoon it is quieter. Looking at the meatballs at night, I extinguished yesterday - there is a smell, but the intrigue remained until the moment of eating. And now I'm cooking the broth - the smell is not so much as if it were on the stove in a saucepan. In short, she explained the Conclusion - I will not cook without a multicooker already!
inucya
And I have an extractor hood over the stove, and I don't like how it hums. But the husband is capricious in relation to smells, says on top of the lid of the multicooker it will be necessary to attach a hose or pipe. So let's see. They promised to send her only tomorrow.

girls, who ordered this cartoon through the Internet, through which ones? reviews can you? and then a familiar seller for some reason says that they are not available, but they are all over the Internet

girls, what can you say about the IBUY internet store ua? I want to try to order there.
An adequate store - I took three 60s there, and something else.
And Cheaper is an excellent store, too, more than once they have purchased goods.
But with Photos, I do not really work out - they bring marriage. Then, of course, they transfer it, and again there is a marriage. But then they do free shipping and a discount on goods for a kick.
chaki2005
inucya, Welcome! I also put it on the stove under the hood, and mostly on a wide windowsill. If it soars, I slightly open the window for ventilation.

inucya, yesterday I saw such a spoon on Petrovka. I almost fell -40g.

I was also here yesterday in the Metro with one good girl named Tanya-tam Dex-50 until 11.12 in the action: -25% = 599.99gr. She stood and thought feverishly: to whom?

Then she stopped at Komfi on Petrovka and bought a gift for her mule. Silicone lid for 19g. I regret that I only bought one. She's good for everything.

Here's a Little Red Riding Hood

Yes. for different diameters. I liked the quality of the silicone.

20% is not a lot, but for the minimum amount of UAH 300, of course you don't know what to collect there, but the quality? Is it worth taking?
I bought there for a thousand exactly in a year. There is a lot. If anything, ask.
And they never added 20% to me. There the order is from 100 UAH, but you start ordering, friends want something, for gifts, relatives, and it turns out a lot. I only have rugs with markings -3 pcs. Everything is at work.

Chaki, the cover is dead, and even for such a ridiculous price! and probably holds up well, not like mine flat!
Oh, I already want, and I even want two! I hope they will not be disassembled right away, otherwise after the joint venture my treasury was empty, we must wait for replenishment

Girls, did anyone in our Deksika cook lentils (the one that is green)?
I cooked, but I'm not sure if it was 60. Perhaps in 50, but I don't see the difference at all. Extinguishing, time depends on the amount of water. 30-40 minutes for lentils is more than enough, and this is already taking into account the boiling of water. You can even a little less.
And now I cook it in a pressure cooker. This is such a weaving, I must say It turns out something rich and cold

Grain-water proportions, sister, come on
and, more secret information, come on: what kind of lentils do you buy, what manufacturer - in short, hand over the attendance-passwords
azaza

Grain-water proportions, sister, come on
Duc proportions depend solely on your imagination and desire. It depends on what you are going to cook. I cook like Monastic soup: water, lentils, and spices. 250 grams (approximately) of lentils, a liter and a half of water, or even a liter - I never measured it out, everything by eye. It turns out exactly the soup, not the porridge. If you add other ingredients, increase the amount of water accordingly. And if you want a type of side dish, you need a little water, and less time so that the lentils do not boil down into trash - it has such a feature (unlike chickpeas).
irysska
I want a type of side dish-porridge: I took 1 mst of lentils - 2 mst of water, I have 3 mst to 6 mst of water
A lot, right?
azaza
Irisik, honestly - I don't know. I have never cooked it as a side dish, only first courses. The time is definitely less necessary - after boiling for 20 minutes. But the water will not evaporate in time. So I don’t even know if there will be a side dish.
irysska
My report on lentils. Considering all the tips girlfriends Azazushki , here's what I prepared:
Multicooker Dex DMC-60 (reviews and discussion)

I cooked on the Stew program, time (total, along with boiling, since I poured lentils with cold water) - 45 minutes. During this time, I fried an onion on the stove and at the end of cooking mixed it with lentils.
Pre-soaked lentils in cold water for 30 minutes.
As for water: if you cook lentils as a side dish, then the ratio of 1 to 2 (as I did) is definitely not suitable. The liquid remains to the fig and more in general, a lot. I chose the liquid in the process. I think that if you pre-soak for 30 minutes, then 1d1 will be fine (well, maybe a little more)

And, here's another thing I wanted to add: I cooked 3mst lentils, there were no attempts to escape
irysska
Quote: azaza

Iris, but why did you soak it?
(it says on the pack)
I just met lentils today - so I have no experience in cooking it

What are you buying?
azaza

And I want to meet. What is it, what does it look like, what taste? Give me a photo, pliz !!!
Yarushka, can you see it?
Multicooker Dex DMC-60 (reviews and discussion)
If you can't see it, I'll open the pack. Actually, it looks dry, almost the same as boiled in the Iriskin photo. A legume plant, unlike other legumes, is a fast-digesting plant. Taste ... legumes are legumes, I don't know how to describe it. Rich in all sorts of usefulness, dietary, with a low glycemic index.
azaza
Quote: yara

Like kvass or peas? and so puffy?
Fluffiness is an individual phenomenon. I have a negative reaction to peas and lentils, that is, everything is OK. And the beans were soaked in soda, as recommended for chickpeas. Musical accompaniment is gone So if anyone has similar problems with legumes, I recommend this simple method.
Lentils taste neither one nor the other. Has its own taste. Quite tasty In my opinion, it tastes more pronounced than that of beans and peas. And even more so chickpeas. But not so bright as to faint. In general, a decent cereal. Not exactly croup, but still.
irysska
Quote: Mona1

Interestingly, I also see it for the first time. Still, is it closer to beans or peas to taste?
I would say that to peas, but still the taste is not the same

Azazushka, and see the face of Mona's pack? Or is it from Italy and you don't have such mulberries?

Girls, I liked the lentils

I bought this one in Velmart, price 20.70 UAH, weight 750 gr.

I have packs of two brands:
Multicooker Dex DMC-60 (reviews and discussion) Multicooker Dex DMC-60 (reviews and discussion)
From Italy, yeah. Every time I carry a small supply, and my daughter always brings it (she knows how to please her mother).
Lentils in Italian Lenchie (I cannot vouch for the correctness of the reproduction), which does not at all look like lentils. But chickpeas, not at all like lentils, they call Chechi:
Multicooker Dex DMC-60 (reviews and discussion)
Toffee, you seduced me. I cook a mix of beans-beans-lentils
Julia V
And I like red lentils more, we sell by weight for 33 hryvnia. The soup with her is just lovely. And I like to add chickpeas to pilaf, though my husband doesn't like him.
azaza
And I don't like chickpeas. I won't even carry it anymore. Dry, like an infection. And it tastes like nicho, but also nicho special. Lentils are tastier
Julia V
yes, rather dry, but for some reason I like it in a swimmer, more so far I haven’t come up with it anywhere.
azaza
I would say that the price for lentils is generally inadequate, even for green / brown lentils. That's why I don't buy it here. If cho - I'll get by with penny peas.
Lentils, of course, are tasty and healthy, but not for such a price.
Julia V
in the market where nuts and dried fruits are sold, they also sell chickpeas there, chickpeas for 20 UAH. red lentils are softer than green lentils.

I take a red one for 10 UAH, and I have enough for 3 times for soup. The soup turns out to be more noble than pea soup
azaza
Red lentils are boiled until completely dissolved, it seems to thicken the soup. Green / brown intact, due to overcooking, they can only shed the skin, and the nucleoli themselves remain intact. This is their fundamental difference.
irysska
And who has tried yellow, it is so beautiful (like the price for it)
Julia V
I didn't even see the yellow one, we only have a small red (orange) and a larger green.
azaza
And I have not seen yellow. Maybe it's an immature brown? By the way, I did not feel the difference between green and brown. In general, it seems to me that this is one variety with a slightly different color (perhaps, again, from the degree of maturity or the place of growth).
irysska
Vota, admire
Multicooker Dex DMC-60 (reviews and discussion)

Oh, Toffee, smari, cho dug:
Yellow lentils are produced in the same way as red lentils by grinding, but from varieties with a green shell, such as Aston, Richley or Laird lentils.
chaki2005
And me, and me !!!!! I also fall on the tail of suitcases ... I really love legumes: nyam: Ah, while my head swells from choosing a pressure cooker, you already carry such suitcases from Italy
A couple of years ago, I put a box of wine in a suitcase. It was unrealistic to raise it, I made modest eyes and said: You see 2 children, there are a lot of things ...

Our chickens, and this is my next lamb as a side dish ...
In the evening, she marinated with all sorts of different things, smeared with mustache ...
Today I threw it into the cartoon for Extinguishing. A little bit of water, left dry mint on top (mutton loves it very much). Has extinguished.
Then I turned it on for Baking so that it was rosy. Delicious!

Okay, don't need mine chumadan. I went to process my husband right now. He goes to the market for groceries on weekends. I say - I want to make lentil porridge in the cartoon and soup. He says yes, I saw it on the market. I told him - sometimes green, and sometimes red and yellow. They are obtained from green by grinding. But they are more expensive. And he - no, we need green, it is more useful. In short, he does not want any red and yellow. So let's start with green, well, it's true, it's already next weekend.
And soaking, I still did not understand, if in soup, is it necessary or not? I soak the beans overnight, do not soak the peas, but simply rinse them several times. I have it kind of fast-cooking.
irysska
Tan, as I understand it, it is not necessary to soak this green one. I soaked for 30 minutes. (it says so on the packet), Azaza does not soak (she does not know Italian and therefore does not know what is written on the packet). And boil really quickly - after boiling for about 25 minutes, you need to try to be sure.
rusja
Lentils in different compositions and sets, right in bags, are sold at fairs on pl. Lesya Ukrainka near the Central Exhibition Complex and the Kiev Regional State Administration. A year ago, I first met an orange lenticular there. Delicious soup with lentil and celery root turns out.
But, the price ... 50 UAH kg
