Girls, Lozagny's promised recipe at DEX60. I cooked with two Dexica bowls, but you can also make sauces on the stove.

paste 50ml cold water
25 ml. olive. oils (can be grown)
2 eggs
300g flour
1.5h l salt
I kneaded the pasta in HP on the Dough 1h30min mode. According to the recipe, knead with your hands and 30 minutes under a napkin.
While HP was kneading the pasta, I prepared the first Bolognese sauce in the first bowl.
Bolognese sauce 0.5kg minced pork / beef
0.5kg mushrooms
1w. onion
1w. carrot
0.5-1 celery root (I added dry)
3-4toms of St. or volume. sauce (if it's pasta, then dilute with water)
100-150ml dry red wine (I added homemade)
2-3 cloves of garlic
salt, pepper (pepper mixture) thyme, cinnamon - to taste
She poured a little rast into the bowl. oil and Frying (meat) saved onions, carrots. then minced meat, mushrooms (if mushrooms give a lot of water, you need to evaporate).
Add wine, chopped tomatoes (volume sauce), seasonings to taste, salt and STEW for 20-25 minutes.
If the sauce is made in a frying pan, then seal the frying pan well (cover with foil with foil and a lid) and roast in the oven.
Prepare 2 sauce in another bowl.
Bechamel sauce 300g cheese
80-100gr cl butter
900-1000ml milk
80-100g flour
pepper, nutmeg
Bechamel cooked MANUAL. Melt the plum in a bowl. butter and slowly add flour, stir continuously, brew well. pour in a thin stream, in parts, milk. stir until all the stones dissolve. now we need to add cheese, but I did not add cheese to the sauce. poured between the layers.
Bechamel should be cooked last. if it hardens it will be badly smeared.
I took out the dough from the HP, divided it into 6 parts and rolled out thin layers. With the help of a steam basket and a wheel, I cut 6 circles.
I will say right away) there will be dough leftovers that could be cut, frozen or dried and left on the Pasta for the next grape. but I had no time, and my shepherd told me Thank you for a delicious dinner.
Now we need to collect the vine. Transfer the slightly cooled meat sauce to another dish, and line the bowl with a cut sleeve for baking. Putting it in this order: Pasta-sauce Bolognese-sauce Bechamel-cheese-Pasta and so on 5 layers. The last layer of Pasta and pour over the remaining Béchamel and cheese, then trim the plums. oil on the surface.
Cut off the extra protruding sleeve pieces and place the bowl in the MB. Cook for STEWING 60 min, then BAKE 40 min. Pull the finished Lausanne out onto the dish using the sleeve.
That's all! Lausania is ready: yahoo: Write a lot, cook quickly. And how tasty. mine said to turn this festive dish into an everyday one!
I want to say a huge thank you IrishaSM from another forum for help in translating the recipe from the oven to the cartoon (tip with a baking sleeve)

Dear admins, if I wrote it wrong and not there, I do not mind if you correct it as needed.
I never learned how to link.

And today I again made pilaf, I really like the recipe for pilaf in 5 minutes (more precisely, even in 3 minutes), I changed it a little under Dex. Multicooker Dex DMC-60 (reviews and discussion)

This recipe is on the Multicooker, but I don't know how to post links from there, it's called Favorite pilaf with chicken from Zolushka 11-Anna, and it is also here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&Itemid=218&topic=147095.0,
but I didn’t dry the rice, I took the cheapest one - 650 grams., I used to put it on Manual 120 at the end, it’s inconvenient, I need to count 3 minutes there from boiling, it was always digesting for me, this time I put it on Steam -5min, when there were 2 min., turned off and left on Heating 20 min.
There it turned out more, it was already my husband who took a sample.

I wrote this, and again not there! delicious pilaf, and most importantly without problems. but I dry the rice (washed it and drips in the druslyak). but the last time I took cheap rice, not Krasnodar, and I didn't really like it. but on the steam it is necessary to try.

Thanks for the recipe! I was just in a hurry today, so I didn't dry it. I took rice at ATB, the cheapest. And I slightly increased the amount of oil, about 0.5 cups. Previously, pilaf was like porridge, but today it's just what you need.

Maybe today I just poured oil from 5 liters, so it turned out more than usual. And try it on Steam, it can be seen when it boils, I directly heard that it was boiling, it hadn’t even started counting down, and turned it off exactly 3 minutes later.

Here I sit and think - buy Phillips now or wait for Deksik9 I really want Dex, but I've been waiting for him for 2 months for sure)
Although small, there is a certain possibility that the next batch of Dex will be at a more or less normal price. It is very likely that most of the previous supply was bought by Real for its opening (which did make a little noise). After all, the price in Real, frankly, was wasteful, as close as possible to the cost of purchase. Before the opening of Real, Dex-60 was almost impossible to buy - it disappeared from everywhere.
And even more important is the removable cover. If you are not worried about the high price of the Fil-36 with a non-removable lid, you can safely take it, this is practically the same as the Dex-60. But Phil-77 is another cartoon, and there is an unpleasant surprise with baked goods. According to the owners, it does not bake on the machine, only at the choice of temperature. And the choice is the same as in Dex - 40, 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 180 *. But in addition to manual settings, Dex also has default baked goods (130-140 *, which in a multicooker is almost ideal for the vast majority of recipes). In Phil-77 this does not seem to be the case, and in order to adapt to the existing regimes, you will have to dance a lot over the multicooker. So make no mistake with your choice.

By the way, you can buy DEX-60 at Aukro for 1050 UAH. (including delivery).
Well, I wouldn't jump at that price. Better not to rush and wait. At worst, from November 28, Metro promises a share on Dex-50 - UAH 599 (Toffee announced in the next branch). 50 is a wonderful cartoon! If I had a choice - 60 for 1050 or 50 for 600, I would prefer 50. The functionality of the 60s, of course, is nicely wider, but not by that much.

If milk is important, you definitely need to wait for 60. The wait is worth it. And the yogurt in it turns out to be normal.I actually make yoghurt in a yogurt maker, where my temperature is more delicate - 37 *. And in Dex it fluctuates 39.5-41 *, in it I ferment fermented baked milk at once 3 liters

About Aurora. This is a very good cartoon, no doubt about it. But this is not Dex. If you take Aurora - buy a stainless steel bowl for her here at our forum. It will come in handy.

Now I also cook yogurt in a yogurt maker ... but my temperature there is crazy (about 43, if not more). BUT despite this, the yoghurt is excellent - thick, tasty, homogeneous.

The only BUT: they sent the cartoon with an absolutely clean warranty card, although when ordering, I asked not to miss this moment in a conversation with them. The sales receipt - everything is filled in there, however, the amount, the model, and the seal of the store, the date, in general, is normal, I had a fight with them, now I will send them a form by registered letter, they will fill it in and send it back. Such a confusion came out. Or maybe a coupon would have been enough, I bought some goods, they said that a sales receipt is like a guarantee, but I will send the letter anyway, let them fill it in, there is no need to fool the little ones.

Good afternoon, dear forum users! I became the owner of DEX DMS-60, but unfortunately so far only the owner, not a happy user ... Frankly, I want to do everything right. I began to read both your twig and the analogue Brand 37501 ... but I can't read for a long time, my eyesight is weak and pressure rises from tension, even with glasses ... But this is not on the topic. Please tell me! I first need to wash the MV in a soapy solution, and then what to test with water and lemon on stewing ??? How much water to pour? And what to do with the valve? Does it need to be opened or is it only opened in steam mode? And while reading the forum, I realized that everyone cooks a lot of different dishes, and the smells are not absorbed into the gum on the lid or somewhere else, or are there any precautions for this? Excuse me if I haven't read something myself somewhere and I turn to YOU with questions. Maybe there is a special branch for this. I just haven't found such advice yet ...
azaza
Vikulya, with a good purchase!
You do not need to touch the valve. The only thing that is required of you is to keep it clean. All! No more dancing with him is required. Without exception, all meals are cooked with the valve closed.
Before starting to use: pour water into a saucepan up to mark 2 (there are markings on the bowl, use it as your guide). Place a saucepan in the MB nest. Connect the MB to the network. Press the Menu button to select the Par. Using the Cooking time button, select the desired time (10 minutes is enough, or you can use the preset time of 20 minutes), confirm the selected mode and time with the Start button, the multicooker starts cooking. Lemon is optional. You can do without it, or add only lemon butts. This is done in order to get rid of the technical smell of the new thing. As practice shows, running steam without lemon is quite enough for this.
After the end of the program, drain the used water and rinse the saucepan with the detergent. Dry it. That's it - MV is ready to go.
Make sure that no moisture remains on the outer bottom of the saucepan. Otherwise, dark spots will appear on the heating disc. They will appear there anyway, you can't get away from this, but at least don't add extra ones.
The odor will be absorbed into the silicone gasket on the lid. To minimize them (alas, you cannot get rid of them at all), wash the lid after each cooking. Over time, odors will still be absorbed, but they are not transmitted to the dishes.

Already they made pilaf a couple of times, roast, noodle soup, and today - pea soup. It turned out so delicious that I decided not to cook soups and borscht on the stove anymore. Probably the only thing that confuses Dexe is the lack of a service center, which will suddenly fix the MV on the ball during the warranty period. Here the mother-in-law broke a meat grinder and, in my opinion, threw it out, since there is nowhere to fix it, but they want such money for a paid repair that it is easier to report and buy a new one

As far as I know, the warranty is 2 years and in case of breakdown they change to a new one)) So the lack of repair, in my opinion, is to some extent a plus, not a minus.

Marichka, usually household appliances have a 1 year warranty. This means that within a year from the date of purchase, in which case the device is free will repair.
Dex has a TWO year warranty! And in Dex's case, this means that I will not somehow repair the device to the ball, and in which case will give a completely new... There is a difference? Or a year of repair, or two - and replacement with a new device. But if a breakdown occurs two years later, you will have to repair it at your own expense. Other equipment will have to be repaired at its own expense in a year.
What is the problem?

and you forgive you there? at that Chinese factory? about spare parts for Philips, then a bowl of 5 liters is about UAH 250, an inner lid of UAH 80. Where is Dex's advantage? In money? Something is doubtful In Russia, the Brand company really cares about its customers, makes contact and pays attention to reviews, but I haven't heard something like that about Dex. Now (God forbid!) The company will leave the market (and what should they lose - maybe the reputation acquired for decades?), And then who will deal with the purchased equipment? Of course, let them work and prosper, I want to believe in good things, but for some reason life periodically shows the opposite: one-day firms "cut down" money, and then disappear in an unknown direction. You yourself have argued that the price is already somewhat overpriced, and competitors are not asleep!

In Russia, Brand ...
Excuse me, it's the same in Russia. And we have the best here is Dex. Or why should we now, stomp to Russia for Brant? And in the event of a breakdown, stomp there again for repairs? Expensive then a slow cooker will come out. So here the people in Ukraine are not stupid, as you are trying to portray and have long since cut the price-quality balance and chooses Dax. And the fact that spare parts from Filipk are suitable is wonderful, especially in your context, that Dax will suddenly disappear from the horizon as a company. It's cheaper to change the cover for 80 UAH from Filipk than to take a new cartoon. And if you do not like my post, then go ... to the Brandt thread, there you will be welcome. Sorry for the sharpness.

Quote: exiga

Where is Dex's advantage?
At least in trouble-free baking Plus the price of spare pans. Plus an exchange for new equipment within two years. Plus a better price than Phil. Hopefully, the next batch will come at a reasonable price, and not such a crazy one, which, I suspect, was artificially created by Real for the sake of its unprecedented action.
About "leave the market" - the grandmother said in two. To cut the dough, they immediately set the maximum price for the product.Dex immediately tamed buyers for a long time, and only after creating a certain reputation for himself (note, with the + sign!), He began to raise prices. In addition, again, it is still unknown whose idea this was with the price rise: the price of pressure cookers, for example, remained the same. The company, which decided to quickly cut the dough, does not release new models several times a year.
Comparison to Brand ... Yes, Brand has customer feedback. And now compare the prices of multicooker and pressure cooker, again made at the same plant (no, I was not there, this is admitted by the brand's own people!). In whose favor do you think the comparison is? In Russia, of course, all equipment is more expensive than ours, but even against this background, Brand clearly knows his own worth.
In general, this is an irreconcilable dispute between two types of buyers. Some people want to buy quality equipment for sane price, others choose to overpay for the brand. It's the master's business, no one is against it! Everyone decides for himself what is more important to him.
GenyaF
And at the expense of repair, I will think after the end of the warranty. And before her - the words of my sellers, whom I tend to trust - bring us and we will solve the problem. And after that I don't see anything terrible, because both Dexes have already worked out their cost with interest.
irysska
Azazushka, hi!
Why don't you exhibit any works in Dex, but

Well, actually a little bit wrong with the service centers. If, God forbid, something happened to the cartoon, then it must be carried to the seller - and he, in turn, already sends it to the service center, and when the conclusion comes to him - he will either return the money or give a new one.

Today I made Vivo "Streptosan" yogurt for its preparation, the required temperature is 36-39 degrees, the jars were put in water on a silicone mat. In the Yogurt mode, I measured the temperature with two milk thermometers and a culinary thermometer and showed the same 42 degrees. I decided that it doesn't suit me, it's too hot. Turned on the Manual mode at 40 degrees. just in case, I set the time at 9 o'clock. Throughout the entire cooking time, the temperature was stable at exactly 40 degrees. as stated. I checked for readiness after 5 hours 30 minutes, it turned out to be a dense, good yogurt without separation of whey.
Yesterday I made a pita sloth on baked goods for 50 min. Everything turned out wonderful and tasty (immediately after opening the lid, I measured the temperature inside the cake at 92 degrees.)
