For some reason, I remember that this pack turned out to be something similar to Zebra cake, only all the dough was dark (with cocoa) and there were also nuts (maybe peanuts).

People please looking for a recipe for Turkish bread Ekmek
Ekmek is not the name of bread, it is translated from Turkish as "bread"

I am looking for a recipe for a tender and crumbly yeast dough. My aunt used to do this, but she forgot the recipe. After kneading, this dough is immersed in a container with cold water, floated up - it's ready. After baking, it was very tender and crumbly.

Zozulka Type in any search engine Ekmek recipe and you will be happy. I'm through Pictures I looked I didn't even see such bread, it will be interesting to cook

Well, for example: from the site "Culinary notebook":

Atli ekmek - recipe
Required products:

For the test:
1 cup lukewarm water
1/3 cup refined vegetable oil
1 teaspoon dry yeast for instant dough
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2.5 - 3 cups flour

For filling:
300 g lean beef
1 onion
2 ripe tomatoes
4 pods of sweet green pepper
salt
ground black pepper
paprika
ground cumin (cumin)
finely chopped fresh hot red pepper (optional)

Preparation:
1. To prepare the dough, mix warm water, dry yeast and sugar in a suitable bowl, add salt and vegetable oil to the mixture, stir well and gradually add flour, kneading the dough well. The resulting dough should be similar in consistency to pizza dough.
2. Leave the dough to rise in a warm place for at least 5 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the filling.
3.To prepare the filling, pass the lean beef through a meat grinder, chop the onions and tomatoes as small as possible, and cut the sweet green peppers into very small cubes. Place all of these ingredients in a food processor, add salt and spices, and grind well into a soft, homogeneous mixture.
4. Cut off an egg-sized piece of dough that has come up and roll it with a rolling pin into a large oval - as thin as you can. The dough cake should be very, very thin - this is the secret of preparing this dish.
5. Spread a thin, even layer of prepared meat filling on the rolled dough - the first etli ekmek is ready for baking.
6. In the same way, make the rest of the cakes from the remaining dough and filling. Place them on a lightly oiled baking sheet and place in a very preheated oven (about 250 - 270? C).
7. Bake etli ekmek until golden brown - the cakes should be crispy and completely baked.
8. Before serving, cut the tortillas into medium-sized pieces and serve etli ekmek hot and with cold ayran

Nuuu, what it is. But everyone always immediately understood which test they were talking about. I have not seen this dough under a different name. The recipe may differ slightly, but the name and result are the same.

Melrose thanks for enlightening (I'm not boom-boom in Turkish), it's just written on the price tag in the store))
Waist I typed in a search engine, there is only Etli ekmek and gives out, and I want it with a loaf. But thanks anyway.
Melrose
Ira, and this Attlee ekmek is meat bread or meat pie, respectively.
I understood what kind of bread you are talking about, we also baked and sold this at one time, we called Turkish bread or loaf. The puff is straight and unsalted.

What the Turks used to sell here (in Alma-Ata) before were loaves without minced meat. And there really was such bread, one loaf, per person because of its splendor. It was necessary to eat such bread only fresh, it was already cooled

I found something not written in Russian, I need to translate it.

Ira, are you looking for an airy one, with a crispy crust and no additives?
Zozulka
V-tina , thanks - the second recipe seems to be similar, only without sesame seeds. I'll have to try - then I'll unsubscribe.
Waist exactly - airy, with a crispy crust and no additives.

Girls, my father-in-law made as many as TWO autoclaves (y) and yesterday we even did stew !!!!! Everything turned out fine, but then I remembered that a friend once made a stew with rice, barley and beans (separately, of course). Maybe one of our recipes will tell you? And then we are going to prick a piglet and I want to make such blanks (mind you, don't think about it, it's from savings, in fact - it's delicious !!!)

Girls, help out!

I want to bake a yeast cake with poppy seeds or honey.

The little ones really like the store-bought pie, where the pieces of roll with poppy seeds are lined with slices up. I remember that it was, according to the same principle, honey, which is filled with some kind of filling ...

Help find recipes. Plyyyyyyyz!

And these buns are very simple to make - any not very rich dough, for example - 1 glass of milk, yeast, a pinch of salt, 100 grams of sugar, 20-30 grams of butter or margarine (melted), 1-2 tablespoons of sunflower oil, flour gram 400 - 450 (how much will be included). Filling: Roll out the dough on the table, brush with melted butter or margarine, sprinkle with sugar, then cinnamon. roll up, cut into pieces, put in a greased form (it is better to cover it with baking paper - cinnamon, sugar, butter form liquid caramel during baking). Distance and bake.
