Croatian soup with feta cheese and egg

for 2 servings
butter - 1 tbsp. l.
wheat flour - 1 tbsp. l.
milk - 0.5l
salt - 1/2 tsp.
ground caraway seeds - 1/2 tsp.
eggs - 2 pcs.
parsley - a few branches
ground black pepper - to taste
feta cheese - 100g

Heat butter in a saucepan, fry flour in it until golden brown.

Pour milk into a saucepan with flour, stir well with a whisk so that there are no lumps. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-10 minutes, then remove from heat.
Salt the soup (lightly), add the cumin. Beat eggs and, stirring occasionally, pour into a saucepan.

Wash the parsley, dry and chop finely. Grate feta cheese on a coarse grater, mix with herbs and black pepper.

Pour the soup into bowls, sprinkle with cheese and herbs and serve.

The recipe is taken from volume 18 "Balkan cuisine" series KITCHENS OF THE PEOPLES OF THE WORLD, publishing house "Komsomolskaya Pravda", Moscow, 2011.

I changed the amount of products in the recipe (counted for 2 servings) and instead of ground cumin I used the whole one, as I love it very much. I want to warn you that the soup needs to be salted just a little, since the feta cheese, which is then added to the plate, is usually quite salty

Obviously, the temperature in the oven is not very well chosen for standing and baking. The crumb, especially at the top of the loaf, is very porous. You can't cut off a thin slice (I don't like thick pieces), and even more so then you can't smear it normally. And the crust turns out to be thick.
But from the oven, according to the same recipe, bread is simply delicious. We buy a store one sooooo rarely. So I only have HP for kneading and standing.

And there is a slow cooker. I like her daily cabbage soup so much. At first I simmer the cabbage slightly in it, and then pour broth overnight or put a piece of meat (and sometimes without it), pour water, spices and overnight on a slow mode. I really like such cabbage soup.
