Sestraaa !!! (c) I also do this, especially before the new year, when the price of fresh meat soars in recent days. Only I immediately freeze in the marinade, grease and in a bag for quick freezing. A day before cooking, I put it in the refrigerator so that the meat is slowly thawed there.
And meat rolls in foil, stuffed chicken legs, etc. I do this in advance before the celebration - it frees up great time.

Yes, yes, an uncomplicated recipe. And today, on May 9, a slightly modified one was applied by me. With the ingredients he did not become modest. For the same 5 pieces of meat (I had ribs ...). Marinade: Soy sauce 2 tbsp. l, teriyaki sauce 2 tbsp. l, ketchup 1 tbsp. l, sweet paprika 1 tsp. l, seasoning for meat 1 tsp, suneli hops 1/2 tsp, nutmeg 1/3 tsp, garlic and its amount for an amateur. No vinegar. Without salt. The steaks were marinated overnight in the refrigerator. Cooked in the microwave under the grill for 30 minutes, turn over and another 20 minutes. Further, the culinary imagination. Top with ketchup, mayonnaise, cheese - like for pizza and up to 10 minutes more. Greens after cooking. We had white wine as a side dish, who's red is also good.
