Add flour. 2.5 cups at once. We leave the rest of the flour for rolling out the dough. We collect the dough in a ball and send it to lie down in the refrigerator for 1 hour
We turn on the oven and heat it up to 200 *. We take out the dough from the refrigerator, divide into 10 parts.
Roll out the dough to 0.5 cm. No need to thinner!
