Hey everyone! So I became the owner of this miracle saucepan! Baking bread 2 times it turned out, borschik did .. zebra cupcake mmmmmm ... yum!
But today I tried to make a cottage cheese dessert ... and I didn't succeed .. it sank and does not look presentable ...tell me a proven recipe, otherwise I did from Panasonic and did not work.
I still have a problem with steam scalding .. horror .. especially when borscht was making .. horror!
Lyuma
I have been the owner of Binatoshi for 4 days !!!
What happiness it is! I baked bread for the whole family, my husband is already swearing, but I still want to try different recipes.
I didn't like the bread with rye flour ... But here's a white, egg, bun, pizza dough. This is yummy extraordinary.
I stewed vegetables once, everyone, including me, liked it
Yogurt doesn’t want to work out (I tried it with activation) ... In this regard, the question is: I bought dry Narine powder, so it is necessary to make sourdough from it, or can you just add it to the milk that I poured into the bread maker ??? and if so, in what proportions?

And another question, how do you prepare soup or borscht? ingredients are gradually pledged? I just read before that in the forums, girls generally put everything in and leave at once, and after a while they get a delicious soup. So it is possible?

Yes! That's what I do ... just put it all down and leave .. and after 40 minutes -60 everything is ready!

Oh, tell me, can you just throw the meat?
and in what mode you need to cook.
chudoula
I cooked borscht and threw meat (chicken) right away ... regime - soup! And when I was cooking pilaf, I took pork there, set the regime - pilaf and also threw it raw, but to the bottom!
Lyuma
Yesterday I cooked chicken and potatoes !!!!
I threw everything and went for a walk, in an hour everything was ready and nothing was boiled. Everything is so tasty and healthy.
All the same, it's good that I bought this model. You can quickly "play enough" with bread, but we don't eat so much of it, but the multicooker is always at hand now and you don't have to stand over the pots)))))
chudoula
Now I have fun looking for recipes for a multicooker on different sites ... I really want to try everything!

On the soup mode.
I just put 4 chicken quilts, and on top of the large potato tubers, cut into 4 pieces, I salted, lined about half a glass of water and threw in a little butter so that it was not so dry.
Yummy. The only chicken turned out to be stewed, not fried.
The whole family liked this dinner.))))))

I'm all tormented with yogurt. Well, I can't do it.

Do you need to pour all the ingredients into a baking dish?
And another question: do you need to remove the blade? Or should the paddle remain in order to stir the yogurt?

quite a lucky cupcake. mixed in a combine.
I also put my cottage cheese cake in the cartoon. Mixed from many recipes on the Internet and from what was at home. Here's a recipe:
1 pack of fermented milk cottage cheese 9% (200g)
1.5 tbsp. lies. Sahara
4 eggs
1 cup wholemeal flour (cartoon large cup)
baking soda on the tip of a knife
two handfuls of raisins
3 pcs. large apricots
I beat the eggs with a blender with sugar, gradually added flour (sifting through a strainer for fluffiness), soda, cottage cheese. Then I added raisins and chopped apricots, mixed. I greased a baking dish with vegetable oil, poured out the mixture and put on the "Baking" program for 60 minutes. I'm waiting for the result! Then I will report on the result.

The dessert turned out to be juicy and tasty !!! Yesterday I baked ordinary bread, on water, the most ordinary-superrrr !!!! And it went well and the taste is awesome and nutritious !!! Baked on a medium crust - no more! Only nuance water poured hot, almost boiling water, so the yeast went very well and the bread turned out to be airy even without baking powder, and very satisfying. My husband ate a loaf of store bread in 2 days, but here for two there is enough for 3 days)))))))
Today my husband made a stew in a cartoon - it turned out very tender - put a little bit of everything:
2 bulgarian peppers, zucchini, 5 small carrots, half a medium-sized cabbage, half-rings onion, chicken fillet, blue eggplant, 2 large tomatoes, spices, salt, herbs. And for the "soup-stew" program for 1 hour. We left it on heating for another 10 minutes after the end of the program.
Everything is very tasty, every vegetable has retained its taste, smell, I really, really liked it !!!
Sveticka
I want to share my misfortune - my cartoon did not work even for two weeks - the fastening in the lid broke, in general, the lid did not fit tightly enough, and then fell off altogether. I stayed in the service center for exactly 2 months and as a result - the expert opinion - cannot be repaired. (Now - return to store and replacement. I'm more inclined towards refunds.)
In return I will buy 2 units separately. Here's the sad news.
I studied many sites, reviews and came to the conclusion that this is a problem with this model. (Lid does not fit snugly and fastener breaks)
I do not want to advise anything. I remain with my opinion. And in frustrated feelings! ...

I have a similar situation, the product would seem much tastier than the store one. I myself don't understand why one bread is enough for so long.

Good day
So I became the happy (hopefully) owner of this miracle machine. While happy as an elephant.
The first course was soup. I threw all the ingredients and left. But when it began to boil, it poured through the valve. I opened the lid and cooked it open. It turned out very tasty.
Then I tried the delayed start function and cooked pink salmon with vegetables. I cut everything, put it in a saucepan, postponed the start for 3 hours and left with my family for a walk in the park. Upon arrival, a delicious aromatic dinner awaited us.
I put some bread at night so that I would be ready by the time my husband got to work. In the morning we woke up to the aroma of fresh bread. To begin with, she did not pervert and baked simple bread. It turned out to be plump, but my husband loves just that. Always complained that my bread from the oven was too perforated.
Only now I did not understand why she squeaked in the middle of the night for 2 hours and 40 minutes before the end of making bread. I jumped up, I thought it was already baked or something was wrong, and she was kneading dough for herself. Maybe she signaled that you can add. throwing ingredients? Does she always squeak like that?
By the way, the yogurt didn't work either. I'll probably do it the old fashioned way in a thermos.

Yes, it signals that supplements can be added. But not in all programs.

Good people, help me, I don’t know what’s the matter, I want to postpone the start, well, for example, for 4 minutes, I want to make the main bread, after choosing the program, weight and temperature I press the button "postpone the stratum" and the car sets me initially at least three hours , more time for cooking, please, but less than the allotted time for making bread (that is, three hours before the start) can not be set ... What's the matter and how can I set an example that this program of the main bread started in an hour ?? ?
VikaAll
iks-xxx, do you want the main bread to be cooked in less than three hours? If you need the bread to start cooking in an hour, postpone the start by 4 hours and you will get the start of cooking in an hour and +3 hours cooking time. That. there is when you press the delay start button, the cooking time for the Basic bread program appears (3 hours) and if you need to postpone the start of cooking by an hour, add another hour and it turns out 4 hours.

Good day to all! A month ago I was presented with a multi-cook and I also constantly experiment. But I just can't figure it out with milk porridge. I tried all the modes (in my opinion), the result is the same - half a kitchen in milk. I had already opened the lid for the last time and, stirring it, cooked. I have to cook milk porridge every day, so I thought to make my life easier. Maybe someone figured it out and found a way to cook porridge, I will be very grateful for the hint.
VikaAll
Why is the kitchen floor in milk? Is it boiling a lot? Runs away?
I usually put my son on a delayed start in the morning. And I cook a small portion. A cup of porridge and three cups of milk. Nothing escaped anywhere. I bet on quick cooking because it is soaked overnight. It turns out very tasty, so steamed. I can't do that in a saucepan on gas.
JulJul
Dear multi-cook owner!
Please tell me the dimensions of the unit.
I thought about buying, surfed the Internet - either there is no information at all about the dimensions, or the information differs ...
I would like to understand whether it will fit on the countertop.
Thank you in advance!

Thank you for responding. I also prepare a small portion of 0.5 liters of milk, 2 tbsp. l. cereals and everything runs away, and it seems to me from all the holes. It flows through the furniture to the floor.
Rina
Cucumber, much more depends on milk. There is milk that foams very strongly.
Try adding up to half of the water to get started, maybe it will help.
VikaAll
Cucumber, she probably warms more than necessary. Well, as an option. This model seems to have such a feature.
Cucumber
Thank you so much! I will try with water and with a delayed start - maybe if the infusion is not how it will run away, I still have to overcome it.
arto207
Hello. I have this model for almost a year. I just can't understand why the bread crust is not baked in any way? I tried both rye and simple and French (I haven't touched sweet pastries yet) - there is no crust, although I put on a high degree of roasting. I tried to close the window - it still does not crunch!
dopleta
So I have been writing for a long time about "jambs" in the temperature settings in a multi-cook. I have the opposite in it, the bread crust is always too baked.
VikaAll
Well, my lid broke too. Looks like a spring. Does not hold open, closes.
We'll have to go to the SC. Pancake!!!
kVipoint
VikaAll, please tell me how you make yogurt in a thermos, very good. I want healthy food cooked by my own hands
Cucumber
Please tell me, I'm trying to figure it out. Those programs that are on the left (pilaf and fast), when turned on, start counting from 0:00, and those on the right (soup and slow) count down, do I understand correctly? I have those programs that on the left never turn off after 40 and 32 minutes, respectively. The counting of time continues on. That is how it should be? Otherwise, I can't leave and leave when these programs are working - I'm afraid they won't turn off on their own.
Matilda
Cucumber, they switch off when the water evaporates. I am preparing barley on the pilaf mode, so it turns off after about an hour and a half.
Cucumber
Thank you very much, I somehow imagined it so myself. And in the "fast" mode, too, the same principle - until the liquid evaporates? It turns out that liquid porridge cannot be made in these modes?
VikaAll
Cucumber, I just put pumpkin porridge on a quick yesterday and went to the kindergarten for the child, came, and she, as I understand it, worked the right time and turned off, and the heating worked. But the porridge was not quite ready yet, there was a lot of liquid and the rice was not cooked. She turned on the cooking. So the fast one works as much as according to the program.
Cucumber
Thank you, it means that something is wrong with me. Do you cook pumpkin porridge in water or milk? I also wanted to cook something. At the same time, I will check how the mode turns off, suddenly these problems appear every other time.
VikaAll
With milk. Delicious turned out
Svetlashka
Can you please tell me, I'm here on fire to give such a miracle to my mom on D / R, is it not difficult to operate? My mom doesn't really understand the phone (she only knows how to make a call, or take a call. SMS is a dark forest for her) will she cope with her or not? What do you think?
VikaAll
Svetlashka, well, there would be a desire.
We figured it out right away without instructions, but we are familiar with the technique

Once again, I beg you, please tell me the sizes ...
Cucumber
I got approximately the following measurements 37x30 cm and 30 cm height

JulJul, there are no sizes in the instructions either. I measured it with a meter as I could: width - about 31cm, length - about 33cm, height - 29cm.

I just want to say "we ourselves are not local, help anyone with what they can" ...
in general, we bought this miracle. our first unit of its kind. only I can’t insert the baking tray - I realized that it needs to be put and turned - but it doesn’t spin!
help - how exactly should it be inserted there? there is nothing in the instructions either - just take out - take with tacks, turn, take out. insert also? maybe you need to choose a regime first or create some "magic" actions? ...
VikaAll
Twist a little and it should kind of fall through, that is, fall into the grooves, and then you need to turn it a little clockwise to fix it.
elena-a
nope ... doesn't hit (((both with pressure, and without pressure, and twisted and twisted ...
in the end, I decided to slightly expand the grooves on the cup and broke off this one trivial thing ((and just then she got up perfectly! strong and good ... she already kneaded a kolobok for us)) we admire))))
Thank you!

elena-alook HEREI think it's understandable.

Wow. I didn’t think that there could be anything wrong.

elena-alook HERE, in my opinion, is understandable.

Thanks for the link! but this was all clear to me before. and the blades are in the groove, and the "lock" - "unlock" position ... well, it is not inserted. my husband and I were jumping around like two monkeys to try to hit. one kind of clings a little, and the other two do not. and most importantly, you can't see what's what. but one broke off - and everything immediately stood up without Herculean efforts ...
Quote: VikaAll

Wow. I didn’t think you could do anything there.

I didn't think either ...but these "blades" seem to be made of plastic, nevertheless ... I would hardly have had the strength to break off the metal like that)

And it looks like aluminum to me

Hello everyone, so long ago I didn’t share with you that I was bored the day before yesterday I returned from the village and bought a Binaton 2170 tons. very tasty my husband did not believe that I knew that I was lazy
Here's what happened

Multi-cook bread maker Binatone BM-2170

Now the carcass of vegetables smells delicious. I think that we will have to ask questions of our experienced doplete / Now I am in St. Petersburg and I am ready to communicate always and in touch
VikaAll
And I took mine to repair on Friday, to repair the cover. They call me from the SC in an hour and say: "What is broken with you?"
Me: "The lid is not fixed in the open state, we explained."
He: "And she shouldn't be fixed"
Me: "Well, yes, she should fall hot on my hands when I take out a hot pot from there"
The fun is shorter. Interestingly, at least in half a year I will see my cartoon?
