Good evening! My experience with the x / p Binatone BM-2170 turned out to be sad. The bread was good, but the lid of the appliance did not fit very well, so there was a hole between it and the body. The heat necessary for normal bread preparation escaped through it, due to which the crust was not fried enough. In addition, the inner edges of the stove are slightly melted. Such a build quality of the device was very upsetting, and I had to hand it over from "where it came from". Fragrant bread for everyone!

Did you choose it yourself in the store? Or ordered through the Internet? It was impossible to understand before the start of use that the lid would not fit snugly? Tell me what exactly to look for in order not to get a defective one?

you yourself did not take a new one instead? What do you put your eyes on now?
Zolotse
Ordered over the Internet. When buying, they paid more attention to the appearance, the set of all components, the absence of damage to the coating of the baking dish. It didn’t even occur to me that there could be such a space between the lid and the case. It was not so easy to notice it right away, only when I was already faced with it. Now I am absolutely sure that I need a c / n with the possibility of programming, since I often bake sourdough bread. I think it will be Kenwood BM 450.

Explain, is there no programming option in Binaton? What do you mean by it?
p.s. Kenwood is generally delighted with Kenwood as a brand ... but they don't cross anything with anything: x / n is x / n, slow cooker = slow cooker and nothing more.
Zolotse
The choice of Binatone BM-2170 was due precisely to the fact that it is not just an opportunity to make homemade bread, but also to prepare other dishes. Now I tend to think that a multifunctional device is not always good. It is in this programming model, that is, there is no possibility of changing the time of fermentation-proving of dough, zeroing individual stages of the main program, and, where necessary, adding additional time. Most often, unfortunately, attempts to achieve everything at once do not lead to the desired result (I'm talking about Binatone BM-2170).

Hi everyone!!!
Girls, read all the pages and nevertheless decided to take a chance, ordered a multi-cook. I really hope that I will not be disappointed. And marriage happens in everything, even in the most super-duper manufacturing company, it is everywhere, in any production, you just need to believe and hope that you will not get it, I really hope that my multi-cook will come without marriage and complete integrity so to speak, and I'll be happy! Regarding Zolotse's marriage, I don't understand exactly where exactly there was a large gap, or rather a hole, where is between the lid and the case? if it's not hard for someone, then take a picture of me on your normal cartoon, in what place should I look, if anything, what to pay attention to when examining? Thank you.
now I will re-read the pages on a new one, I want to copy and save the posts I need, so that I do not look for a long time in the subject if anything ..I saw about Admin baking and laid out references, but I also want to ask, who is not hard, please write a recipe for a white bread, well, so far the most common, how much to put, in what sequence and in what mode to bake.... Thank you so much.
Binosha
Hello everybody!!! Well, here I am again ... In general, my cartoon is broken ... now in the service. In general, the lid body fell off. I treated her well ... I can say so carefully ... but the trouble came when you didn't expect it ... I cooked pumpkin porridge for the children, and when the porridge was cooked, I carefully opened the lid of the case, the lid remained in my hand ... there is still some kind of wire ... well, in general, I'm in sorrow and 7,500 into the pipe

Damn, it's kind of sad how long she worked for you?
Zolotse
Good evening! If the gap between the lid and the body is more than 3-4 mm, then there will already be problems with obtaining a medium and dark crust, even if you cover the window with foil. In my case, the gap was about 10mm. You need to look from the side. This defect is better visible if a bread pan is installed in the oven. I have a photo of this marriage, but have not yet figured out how to post it here.
Binosha
By the way, at the expense of the gap on the side, I also had this, though I didn't measure it. And the cartoon served only 3 months.

How did the service react to the appearance of such a miracle with a flying lid? What do they say? Can you fix it?
Matilda
I had such a problem, I wrote a few pages ago ... They changed it to a new one, but I really don't like how the body behaves now ...
Redginger
I am also inclined to believe that it does not bake for me .. (I have to put for another 1 hour on Baking), because there is a distance between the body and the lid .. ((
and he also decides how to cook for him !! .. I put on the "fast" mode. and he does not cook for 32 minutes, but more .. until I turn it off myself .. and he maintains the temperature after the program is not 1 hour, but more .. what's wrong with him?!?! ...

so I think with horror, if this happens to mine too ... there will be a cry from my husband ...
Binosha
Hello everybody!!! Well, in general, in 10 days they will bring me a new multi-cook Binatosha. They said that it is difficult household appliances and cannot be repaired. Bought in a store, not through the Internet.

The service responded normally, they promised to replace it within 10 days.

Binosha, well, that will be replaced! Let's hope that everything will be fine in this one. I myself am now sitting and worrying, I got a little upset, after I ordered, after your posts, I hope that everything will be fine ... Pick up tomorrow, I don't even know what to pay attention to when examining, what to focus on, so to speak, so that don't miss anything ..
Natalia2170
Hello
I bought a bread maker yesterday, and today I baked my first bread
I took the recipe somewhere on the site, I don't remember, I shoveled so many things here.
This is how my bread turned out
Multi-cook bread maker Binatone BM-2170
Multi-cook bread maker Binatone BM-2170

Now I want to try making yogurt
Button
They took a multi-cook today! So outwardly beautiful, but the main thing is to last a long time! I've already baked some bread By the way, I have a gap of about 3.5mm
Olka
So I became a user of the "multi-cook"
As an HP I give him a "four" (compared to my former HP - Mulinex), and as a slow cooker - he helps me out and makes me happy - the whole family is happy to eat our "works"
But I haven't made friends with yogurt yet. According to the recipe given in the instructions, nothing happens at all. Everything that came out had to be boiled in a water bath - and converted into curd. I found a lot of things on culinary sites - while I try all the recipes in a row. There are some results, but until I say that I am 100% satisfied - the search for the perfect result continues
Let's share our "findings"

Natalia with a purchase !! Congratulations!!! Let it serve for a long time !! Please write down the bread recipe, literally how many things and in what mode! I'll pick up mine tomorrow if everything is fine!
I can also share my recipe for wheat bread - I have a long-standing and proven one (you can do it with or without bran)
1 tbsp. a spoonful of sunflower oil
if with bran - 320 ml of water (warm)
if without them - 300 ml of water (warm)
1.5 tsp salt
1 tbsp. l. Sahara
3 tbsp. l. powdered milk (you can and without it - for an amateur)
if with bran - 420 gr. wheat flour and 30 gr. wheat bran
if without them - 450 gr. wheat flour (sift, of course)
1 and 1/3 tsp dry yeast.
Program - "French bread", temperature - "high", weight - 900 grams.
(I have not yet figured out how to insert a photo here - otherwise I would have boasted)

Let's share our "findings"
Olka, try to make yogurt on low temperature, no scoops, 6 hours. I succeeded only once according to the instructions, then began to curl, but according to this method it turned out.
EnyaSvetlana
And I stopped making oatmeal. I put on a timer, 1 tbsp. flakes for 2-3 tbsp. water. In the morning I come, and the porridge is all outside from all the cracks, I tried it in different modes. What to do? Does this happen to anyone?

here the other day I was cooking rice ...
horror .. the whole lid is in milk ... this was not ((
solnishko_nata
I also bought this slow cooker, put it on the soup / stew mode, and it turns off after 2 minutes, the same thing happens with the SLOW mode .. rice and fast two modes work fine. no one faced such a problem?

I also bought this slow cooker, put it on soup / stew mode, and it turns off after 2 minutes

I wrote that I turned off when there was not enough liquid. Worth adding and it works fine.
solnishko_nata
Thank you, I understood that .. but it’s equally strange that it also turns off in slow mode

Apparently, it is designed so that the quenching takes place in a large amount of liquid.Unfortunately, she does not like to cook (fry) without water. Girls faced this problem with other models.

Yes, at the expense of the shoulder blades, I immediately subtracted - that it should be removed! By the way, the instructions do not say a word about this ...
I got used to doing a little differently (I found a recipe in the forums for multi Panasonic) - I pour a warm mixture of milk and sourdough into small glass jars, put them in a baking dish, pour water there - so that the jars are closed by 2/3, I close shape with a lid, set the "heating" mode for 30 minutes, and then - for 6-7 hours the "yogurt" mode. After that, the yogurt should "reach" a little more in the refrigerator - 1.5-2 hours.
At the moment, it was in this way that I managed to get the desired consistency and appearance of the yogurt.
Helha
They also became the owners of this device, although a lot of questions immediately arose and decided to turn to those who have been dealing with it longer than me. Chose Binatone BM-2170 after reading this thread and hope I won't regret it. True, at first I will probably get a little questioning. I studied the instructions - the instructions say that before the first use it is necessary to warm up for 10 minutes, but which mode is not said, I try to set the heating mode, a plate with steam appears and the minutes are counted, is this correct? Or is it necessary to do this warming up in some special mode?
Thanks in advance!
one more nuance ... the bowl for hot dishes seems to be installed correctly, but the icon on the screen, which is wrong, is almost impossible to understand from the instructions .... can you help me figure it out?
dopleta
Greetings, Helha! You can heat up in any mode, and the "smoke" in the picture shows that the heating has started. But if the saucepan is crossed out, this means that either you have turned on "baking", and the pan is set to a multicooker, or vice versa - the mode is "main", and the saucepan is bread.

thanks for the answer! that's the point, I understood about the smoke by typing, as they say, the situation is more confusing there - I checked the bread pan in the baking mode - everything works fine, twists and buzzes, but the main one, for hot dishes, is set to the main mode and the icon is incorrect there are settings both with an empty and a full saucepan and we do not know how to fix it.
dopleta
Exactly? Is the main mode and the function one of the multicooker ones? I only had this when I tried to bake a sponge cake in a baking dish in a large saucepan ...
irson1971
Quote: xxxooo

is the bread baked normally?
I just thought to buy a Panasonic bread maker and a cartoon, and here everything together and the price is like for one Panas bread machine. somehow embarrassing ...
Do you like the multicooker mode in multi-cooker? is it tasty?
but still the bread does not stick to the bucket? non-stick bucket?
Hello! I apologize, I also decide on either two Panasonic devices or this one ... Where did you stop, otherwise you already ordered the Panasonic cartoon and I don’t know what to do, refuse ... or gradually buy Panasonic, and the kitchen is small and ideally it would be Binoton ...
dopleta
irson1971Although your kitchen is small, nevertheless, a separate multicooker and a bread maker are safer than two in one. Well, if Binaton breaks, you will remain in your little kitchen without bread, and without dinner!
irson1971
Yes, after reading something to the end about this device, I was disappointed, and I almost gave up on the Panasonic cartoon, it was too lazy to enter the order page ... after reading it I decided that it would be better to buy a Panasonic cartoon, and a little later, when the money gets better, then the Bread Maker is probably I will also buy a Panasonic 257.Moreover, the godfathers have so far given their Mulinex to use, but I will not make friends with her in any way and they have not made friends ... I think that everything is buried in the scales that I do not have and I measure it with a tablespoon as 25 grams ...
dopleta
Quote: irson1971

I measure with a tablespoon as 25 grams ...

No, no, don't do that!
irson1971
Advise what and how to measure while the weights are not there, since it makes no sense with glasses now ...
dopleta
Well, it's better then with a special glass from a bread machine, it should be included.
irson1971
I have a glass and I measure the liquid with it ... so here's an error ...
oregano
Please tell me, your cooks have a large gap on the side between the lid and the body, otherwise I have it about 5-6 mm and when it cooks in modes where it boils a lot, steam comes out from the valve from above and from this gap, is this normal or it has me defective? And even when it was just brought in, this gap was less than half, and when I cooked it several times in it, it increased
Keti
dopleta tell me honestly (since you have been using this device for a long time) do you regret that you bought it (it would be better to buy something else) or are you more happy?
Keti
I'm talking about the Binatone 2170 Multi-Cook-Bread Maker. For some reason, the pictures on the Internet are surprising - some buttons are multi-colored - orange, yellow, while others are all the same. The site has a photo with multi-colored buttons. And how is it with whom? Maybe monochrome is already a fake?
irson1971
I, too, at first, because of the price and variety of functions, wanted to buy this unit and the kitchen is small, but after talking here I concluded that in fact, if something breaks, then there will be no stove not HP and decided to press the kitchen into two devices separately from each other and standing and working. And for the buttons I remember somewhere already read ... if I find it I will write.

Pictures on the internet are made with another Binaton modification. You can notice that t-pa is highlighted on the display, but we do not have it, there are only levels - low, medium and high.

To be honest, I never regret anything, but enjoy the extra experience! As for buying something else - I already have so many of this other that they have not yet invented something that I would still like. And nevertheless, for experienced housewives who cook a lot, I would not recommend it. Although in "contact" there is a group whose members are delighted with it.
