Matilda
Nettle, I made dough for dumplings, in kneading mode, but she does not want to fry! I tried it in different modes, it works for 3 minutes, and then it turns off.
vetta13
Hello everyone: hi: I got a binosha yesterday and now I'm all in thought. It turned out that she did not stew or cook for more than two hours: '(So it turns out that the jelly cannot be boiled and the peas cannot be cooked in 2 hours
I wonder if anyone tried to cook milk porridge? And please tell me on what mode to make the curd dessert? I bought it to replace a bread maker and a cartoon with one device, but it turns out that it won't work. ... not enough programs. And I also realized that it can be opened on the programs of rice and soup?
dopleta
vetta13 , everything can be cooked. Read pages 14-15, "Setting the keep warm function", the maximum time is 12 hours. I cook milk porridge constantly. The curd dessert is baked. Of course, you can open it. And what kind of slow cooker is not allowed? These are pressure cookers that work under pressure. Why are there not enough programs? Which ones do you miss?
vetta13
I'm just used to being in a slow cooker. There you cannot open the mode of milk porridge, Grech, etc. The extinguishing mode can be set. at least 10 hours will extinguish. But here I don’t understand. That is, if I have a stew soup on a slow cooking mode for 2 hours, then can I add (using the keep warm buttons) time? excellent thank you
went to figure it out. And what mode of milk porridge? milk does not run away if you do not follow?
dopleta
I cook milk porridge on pilaf (for two measuring cups of cereal - 4 milk), but if you need liquid porridge, take more milk (or better dilute with water) and turn it off earlier, since on this program the liquid evaporates to the end, I just like drier.

Matilda, Nettle, I fry everything that is needed on the "heating".
vetta13
Well, I'm dull. time is not added: pardon: can I spell it? What should be done to make the stew soup work for 5 hours or does it just cook and then keep the same temperature? how then to cook jelly?

it says that that soup stew the maintenance function is not available. and I have on any mode in the warm-up and keep warm 00 pop up. and the hour or minute buttons do not work.

can you program the warm-up?
dopleta

it says that that soup stew the maintenance function is not available.

This means that after the end of the program, the finished dish will not remain heated, as, for example, happens in all bread makers. As for the jelly, I have not yet tried to cook it in it, but after reading these points, I decided that it was possible. Let's figure it out.
dopleta
By the way, it's a pleasant coincidence for owners of electric pressure cookers - I found that the wire from Unit (I think, from Landlife too) is absolutely identical and fits perfectly into Binoshi's nest Multi-cook bread maker Binatone BM-2170
Capricorn
I read, I read ..... and I cannot decide !!!! And here I read about this stove. Owners of this MIRACLE and bread makers, explain to me that it is better to have a separate bread maker and a slow cooker in the kitchen? Does the multi-cooked bread taste the same as in the bread maker? And does she bake rye bread? HELP??

Nettle
So I am also in throwing, I think some devices may be more abruptly, but the kitchen area asks for "Universal soldiers". Several different gizmos, like a bread maker, a slow cooker, a long cooker, an AG, etc. my kitchen cannot accommodate ...
Matilda
Capricorn, Nettle, it is better to have at least a bread machine and a cartoon separately. It often happens that the bread is still being baked, but it's time to cook.In my case, there is simply nowhere to put these two assistants (I simply do not have a kitchen), so I had just such a choice. I haven't tried baking rye bread, but with the addition of rye flour I often bake it, it turns out great!
dopleta
Rye bakes, tested repeatedly. By the way, in continuation of the topic of maintaining the temperature. It works on the stew program, and does not turn off even after an hour. I already forgot that I checked this moment and as a result I turned it off myself after 1.5 hours.
vetta13
Many thanks for the help . With your help, I figured out the bios. ... And the bread really tastes different from other ovens. Although baked according to standard recipes.
But still the thing is necessary. Come in handy
Capricorn
vetta13, in the sense it is different in taste? Tastier? Or not? Here you have a multi-cook and a multicooker, can you get by with one mulitipovr, or not? Tell us !!! And I read everything, and I think so as not to regret buying. By the way, my kitchen is small too, but I want everything ...

True? Is different? I didn’t notice. Is that the crust is baked stronger. Yes, I got into a non-core topic here - frying in a "cuckoo", so there too, it seems like the same problem: when frying without water, the saucepan turns off.
vetta13
Differs in taste for me personally. ; D I've been baking bread for over 10 years. Hitachi first. Alaska is now Panasonic. Hitachi is the tastiest. Although the recipes are the same and the proportions are the same. And the taste is different: red: One multi-cook would not be enough for me. ;) BUT this is for me personally. And I dearly love the cartoon. And it's more convenient for me. But she won't make the dough: nea: So if you need both, probably a multi-cook is good
Capricorn
vetta13 wrote: But she won't make dough
She doesn't knead dough, does she ??
vetta13
The Panasonic multicooker does not knead. And the multi-cook Binaton kneads and bakes and cooks porridge and. etc.

After my Panas, even on a dark crust is pale.

Yes, apparently, in my Binaton the temperature is still too high. On the contrary, in all my bread makers and cartoons, the crust is normally ruddy, and here, even on a light one, it is baked.
Ms Smith
I bake in the "light crust" mode, it turns out just. the middle is too dark for me. on the dark did not bake.
yogurt at medium t also overheats.

Maybe overheating? how to find out?

Definitely overheating, don't go to the doctor. So far, I manage, changing recipes taking into account overheating. But, perhaps, I will contact the service.
Matilda
... and mine is weakly warming (la) .... crying and sobbing the lid fastening cracked, tomorrow I'm taking it to the service
Nettle
What an ambush. And also the time to fix it, but take it, bring it, and they got used to it already without it, as if without hands. Somehow the unstable quality is alarming ... If you use it every day, day and night, then it will live in the service, the entire warranty period.
Matilda
.. so let's see what the service says. And the stove, yes, helped out great. I have lost the habit of the plate (I'll tell you a secret, the cutlets burn out somehow strange that it does not turn off itself and does not turn the cutlets over). They promise a week to fix it, and then it will go like a suit ...

Tell me, please, is it possible to put ingredients in Multipovar in the evening, set a timer and get hot porridge in the morning ?! and then I heard that it is impossible .. heard you can only milk powder .. who tried it? what result?
EnyaSvetlana
It has been a long time since I visited you. So much new!
It has been experimentally verified that binatosha does not fry on the main program. As I understand it, there is some kind of sensor, the presence of water in a saucepan. Fry on heating ??? Need to try!
The baking programs do not work with a large saucepan, which is a shame, I wanted to make a bigger pie, I had to transfer it to the baking pan.
The top cover is heating!
In principle, I'm happy! I wanted a unit for making yeast dough and stewing meat. I got it. Since I don't have an oven yet, I really like that you can bake fish, meat, as well as various pies and muffins in it. But the portions are too small if the family is large. My husband and I have enough for now. I rarely use the hob, only if something is fried or boiled (potatoes, pasta, eggs, etc.), so to speak, out of habit in the traditional way.

MMM, how can you not ??? Where did you hear ??? This is the main function for which we purchased the binaton! You can lay porridge in the evening! The instructions say not to use perishable foods when postponing the program, maybe this was meant? I only cook porridge in water and then add milk, so I don't see a problem with that.

I am not yet the owner of this miracle of a saucepan, but on the forums often, I found here about frying onions, for example, 🔗
Matilda
Well, they called me from the SC, my little one cannot be repaired, they issued an act. And the store where they bought is no longer working (at least they said so on the phone). It is necessary to contact the binaton dealership, tomorrow my husband will go, he will sort it out

I also fried this way, it still turns off after a maximum of 11 minutes.
Nettle
Matilda, tell us later how you solved the problem.
I fought for 2 years over a dishwasher, exhausted a lot of nerves and the result was zero, until I bought a new one. And if the problem with Binatosha is solved and solved quickly, then this is a plus for the manufacturer.
Matilda
Girls! Along the way, you can put a plus sign (or even a plus sign) to the manufacturer! The service said that there was a defect in the case, issued an act and said that they had to go to the store with it, where they bought it. Yes, this is what happened: the store is "like it closed", the store is there, but they say "it's not us, we are" another company "and that one closed a while ago." My husband called the dealership, where they redirected to the warehouse ..... and ..... gave out a new one. The cartoon has just arrived, the lid is really different and sits tighter and looks different. So now I dance and dance
Matilda
dopleta, now I'll try
Multi-cook bread maker Binatone BM-2170

The first had a matte valve and a button that opened the lid, and the plastic itself was different (to the touch), in addition, there was a gap between the lid and the body, 7-8 millimeters
Matilda
and the bucket is covered only on the inside, like a saucepan
Ms Smith
Matilda, indeed, different. and the menu is Russian?

and I like my multi-cook more and more, the more I understand it and get used to it, I ordered a hairdryer and bathroom scales from the same company))))
Matilda
Everything else is exactly the same, the body, the menu ...
And the hair dryer (the most common) is binaton, I have had it for 7 years ...

Immediately after selecting the "yoghurt" menu with the "minutes" button, press until the desired time.
dopleta
But I want to warn you - I only got normal yogurt once with increasing time. Subsequently, I curdled it several times, and I began to do it at a shorter time and a lower temperature. I don’t know if it’s a matter of sourdough or overheating ...
Matilda
dopleta in overheating business, I began to get it at a low temperature and time 6 hours (for 4 it just turned out sour milk). And for the sourdough I use the activity
Matilda
but today I baked a rich bread for the first time, this is what it turned out Multi-cook bread maker Binatone BM-2170

girls! that's horrible! my stove bakes badly! for example, I put on French bread, the temperature is high, the size of the bread is 750 ... 3 hours 40 minutes is spent, but the bread is white! even without opening the lid, you can see that it is damp! not even rosy! .. have to put an additional 1 hour on the Baking program .. another 1 hour and the bread is ready! .. but it should bake in the first stage ... what's wrong? maybe I'm doing something wrong?!?! ...
vetta13
Redginger don't worry. I had the same. On the advice from the forum, I simply covered it with foil and a towel on top. Everything worked out as it should. Good luck .. My last one turned out to be very, very ruddy. and without baking.
Redginger
Well, of course I'll try another towel on top! .. but I've already tasted the foil .. just as well ... well, except that I put on the "Baking" mode not for an hour, but less.
Thank you))

Good winter day to all
My husband has just brought my Binatosha !!! First of all, I read all your tips and "tricks" Now I'll go and put some bread! I was very friendly with my previous HP - let's see how things go now.

Girls, but I would like to ask - those who have such a cooking stove - is there a recipe book attached? or should you buy it? Are there recipes specifically for baking? for kneading different types of dough, for example for pizza. Maybe someone knows if there is a scan of this recipe book on the Internet?

And yet, do the programs match with the rest of the Binaton 2168 bread makers and others? and recipes, respectively?

Kleopatra9, there are recipes in the instructions itself, and a separate book with recipes (many of which are "seamless" from our site). I won't say anything about Binaton 2168, but the duration of the individual baking modes in comparison with my other ovens, for example, does not coincide at all. Kneading and proofing take place in absolutely different time frames, however, the bread is excellent.

Thanks for the answer! I kind of decided that I want this particular model. Isn't there a dish with holes like in a double boiler?
