I did everything. If you scroll it with your hands, then it goes hard. I turned it on, but the screw did not move (
Anamashka
I still don't understand how it should spin. The cavity in the center is round, flat and hollow. And the tip from the pin on which the screw is attached from one side is cut. The screw enters on it, but what is it then implanted on and what should it turn?

Very strange. Is the screw itself spinning in the bucket?

So there in the hole in the middle is the grips for the screw. There are protrusions at the bottom of the bucket, which are captured.
Anamashka
I can scroll it with my hands. And in the cavity below there is no capture (
Anamashka
Capture, probably, is still there)))) I'm interested in the screw. Maybe it should be developed by hand to make it easier to walk? I’m very tight.
Masinen
I say, try to turn the screw with your hand
Anamashka
The answer was simple. We, really, do not have one detail - the most extreme mount on the bowl. Factory marriage. We were able to find a demo video and looked at what was missing on the pause. So they returned to the store for a replacement) Thank you for your attention)
Masinen
Well, thank God that you figured it out)) you were just out of luck) the binaton is good and the bread bakes well.
Anamashka
I would like to share about my first experience of making yogurt in Binatone BM-2175.
I read a lot of forums beforehand and took into account all the nuances.
I have homemade milk, och fat. Boiled and cooled to room temperature. Then I dissolved the VIVO yoghurt starter and put it in the yogurt bowl on mode 12 (yogurt), temperature mode LOW (very important, because the default is medium and girls on forums complain that yogurt is curdled into curd). I covered it with a lid. No screw is needed for the replacement !!!!!!!!! Let it mix in blank. After 4 hours, it turned out to be a great thick yogurt. From the above I draw a conclusion. Milk should be fatty and homemade (as advised above), and the temperature is Low (as opposed to the set one), do not set the mixing screw (then the yogurt will be as thick as possible). And everything will be OK. Next time I'll try to cook in jars right away (this time there were no suitable ones).
I hope the information is useful to someone)))
Masinen
So you changed to another binaton? And now everything works) I'm glad for you) and I have never made yogurt in a binaton))
Anamashka
The bowl was replaced and now everything is fine. The first bread came out very well. I took my oven-cooking for bread, yogurt and pilaf))))) to make my life easier. But I think that I will experiment on many things.

I also got one recently

please tell me, who already knows, on the "whole grain" mode, how long do the kneading and proofing stages of the dough take (not in general, but each separately)? and how many times does the mixing itself take place, as in the main one in 2 stages or not?
Irinkasion
Please tell me, just got this miracle! Baking is cooked only in containers for kneading and baking, but in order to cook a round cake in MV, not in HB? And I already understood that there is no frying here?

Exactly. You won't be able to bake in MB mode, but I make curd casserole in it))

And there is no secret - we take a tambourine in our hands and start dancing! But seriously, I do it on Plov mode. I start the mode and after 10 minutes. I hear a sound about the end of the program. I press Stop and start again. Depending on the amount of curd mass, I can restart the program 3-4 times. I am guided by readiness - the top is already with a crust, which means it is ready (it must be borne in mind that at the bottom the casserole will be fried, while the top will seize, but remain pale). After the last automatic shutdown of the program, the MB will enter the Heating mode. I usually leave it so that the casserole would be ripe and very tender, like a soufflé. I take it out of the saucepan when it is completely cool

Sorry for the persistence. But you can ask to share your recipe, so that you do not reinvent the wheel, and that you can probably do it given the amount of ingredients. Pliz)))))))))

I use this recipe Kindergarten casserole ... Sometimes I put more sugar, if the cottage cheese is sour, and I add vanilla. And kids also like raisins, dried apricots, candied fruits, banana - delicious with any additives

p. from. I repeat that in MV the casserole turns out to be more airy, juicy. In the oven, the effect is different, but also delicious

Girls, does this model have the function of kneading dough without baking bread (interested in yeast and non-yeast, on dumplings, dumplings, etc.)? And then I'm looking for her in Ukraine, maybe in vain, I'm more interested in kneading dough than the bread maker itself
irza
Elena, Yes there is. Mode for dumplings only kneading 15 min. Yeast dough 1 hour 30 min., Kneading + proofing.
p. from. I advise you to look for model 2175, it already has an insert for a double boiler and the disadvantages of 2170 have been improved. A month ago, our mother-in-law bought 2175, so I made a comparison.
MilenkaJa
Thank you, I also liked it, but I can’t find it yet. Where did you buy your mother-in-law?
irza
on the outlet

Girls and boys! To me this forum is just a godsend! Yesterday I received my multicooker 2175. For half a day I tried to figure it out and everything was in a daze ((Now I'm making soup, I hope that it will work out)) In what mode can you fry with the lid open, what should you stir? Thanks in advance for your advice)
Masinen
Evgeniya, why pause in multicooker mode?
They just opened the lid and mixed and that's it)
Gatta
So after all, the lid seems to be impossible to open during operation? the soup was cooked - almost all the stars crawled ((I cooked soup ((
Masinen
Can!!! In the multicooker mode, you can and should! And put the macaroons at the end, in about five minutes)
Gatta
Thank you! So, after all, in what mode is it better to fry beforehand?
Masinen
I would probably fry on a fast one.
I don’t remember how all modes work. Maybe she's not in Moscow.
Gatta
And another question: did anyone try to bake Easter cake from recipes? The fact is that it uses the "Home baker" mode, which I do not have ((Which one can I bake it with then?
Masinen
First you need to knead the dough, then you can use the Kneading or Dough mode.
Kneading 15 minutes, and dough 1 hour 30 minutes.
There are also several batches.
I would go to Kneading, then proofing, then Kneading, and so on. And the oven is on the Baking mode. But it's all in the HP bucket
Gatta
Girls, tell me the bread recipe, so that it is not so crumbly. Those that I tried in the recipes (simple white and classic) are delicious, but it's very hard to cut, it crumbles heavily) Or maybe you can change something a little in the recipe? Thank you!
AnastasiaK
Gatta, rubberiness and moisture, the crumb can be added with the help of boiled potatoes and its decoction. Try replacing the water with potato broth and adding mashed potatoes when kneading. Correct the flour, you will have to add, the potatoes thin the dough, control the bun. The bread is springy and moist, I love it very much, it does not crumble.
irza
From the recipe book for 2 years I have baked only French, very cool. And all the other recipes from our forum. The first was Quick Bread from Elena Bo, I only bake it in Basic mode. Good white bread, tasty, not crumbly, by the way, semolina is added to the dough.
Gatta
irza, Do not share a reference, I am not very familiar with the forum yet) thanks!
irza
I'll try to add a link

The author bakes in fast mode. I mostly like it better.
Gatta

irza, do you have a Binaton multicooker? If you bake according to this recipe, then for a serving of 750 or 900 grams? Thank you))
irza
Yes, binaton, multi-cook. The size of a loaf is 900 g and I take a darker crust.
Gatta
irza, thanks for the recipe, the bread turned out very cool! The first time it crumbled a little, and the second I baked it in the evening, cooled it down, wrapped it in a bag and only cut it in the morning, so this one doesn't crumble at all!
Gatta
Girls, how do you get jam in Binaton? I want to try strawberry) (There is no way to scroll through the topic now)) Thanks in advance!
Svetlaya39
Hello, dear forum users!
For several months now I have been using my "miracle pot" and I want to share some of my experiences.

I got Binaton in connection with moving to another city, I used a multicooker and a bread maker separately at home, both Panasonic units. I chose this model, being flattered by the versatility and compactness (2 in 1) and was right

I cooked yogurt, baked plain white bread and with whole grain flour, cooked pilaf, baked meat, cooked porridge (I laid it in the evening, breakfast is ready in the morning).

I'll start with yogurt. I always get it and the secret is very simple - bazaar (home) sour cream.
I cook like this - I heat a liter of milk (store) to warm, 40 degrees, pour it a little into a cup and dissolve two tablespoons with a slide of sour cream in milk. I pour it into the rest of the milk and put it on yogurt for 8 hours, at medium temperature.
I repeat - yoghurt always turns out, thick and tasty.

I couldn't make bread according to recipes from a fan. From which I concluded that measuring flour on bread in cups is complete nonsense, I bought a scale, I used the recipe tested from HB Panasonic and the bread began to turn out great.
Here is the bread recipe:
warm water 270g
olive oil 1 tablespoon (stir in water)
flour 400g
salt 1 tsp
sugar 1 tbsp
saf levure yeast 1 tsp

Whole Grain Bread:
warm water 300g
olive oil 1 tablespoon (stir in water)
whole grain flour 30g
flour (simple) 370g
salt 1 tsp
sugar 1 tbsp
saf levure yeast 1 tsp

Bake both breads on a high temperature, 900g.

If you have any questions - write.
Happy cooking!
Gatta
Girls, can you make jam in a slow cooker with a double portion? and then make a jar of jam - just burn the light)) thanks)
Fleurdevie
Hello, I bought Binosha MBS 2175 a year ago, I bake bread, and I cook in it like in a cartoon ... today I decided to make a cottage cheese casserole and realized that the program that the manufacturer advises - "dessert", is not in my model. Can you tell me which mode you can replace this program with? re-read almost the entire site, girls ask this question, but do not receive answers (((
irza
I make casseroles regularly. On pilaf mode.I turn it on, after 10 minutes the mode turns off, I start it again (if there is a lot of cottage cheese, then maybe 2 more times should be turned on). After the next automatic shutdown, the MV goes into the Heating mode, I leave the casserole on it "to reach". The result is a juicy, tender, airy casserole. I'll make a reservation that I do it without flour, but with semolina and milk (or sour cream).
These are the dances with tambourines. But I had already forgotten the oven when I baked.
Sone4ka
I read the topic in scraps, I will read it later, but for now the following question has matured:
can a binaton replace a regular bread maker and multicooker?
that is, a person does not have a bread machine, but a multicooker and a pressure cooker are available.
By and large, you just need a bread maker (other functions are a nice bonus)
Does it make sense to consider this model?
Olga622
Tell me how to sterilize IV before making yogurt, tell me !!!!!!
Olga622
Fleurdevie, it seems to me you can try on the "cupcake" program
crista
Sonechka, hello. I am the would-be owner of this "miracle", I would say "yuda". Thing is extremely disliked. I tried to bake different bread recipes - the bakes are disgusting. Can't be compared to just bread makers. I only use it as a slow cooker for making stews. And then the problems began.
crista
Hello dear multi-owners.
Tell me, who can, how to deal with the fact that in the multicooker mode (in different modes: rice-pilaf, soup-stew, etc.), the device begins to beep and cooking stops. Heating stops. Everything on the scoreboard is zero.
I would be grateful for your answers.
irza
If the liquid has evaporated ahead of time, the program is turned off so that there is no burning. At the same time, if in the pilaf mode the liquid has not evaporated within the allotted time of 40 minutes, then the MB continues to cook.
