Oca, I agree that our forum is a treasure!
But I won't tell you about semolina, since I haven't cooked it yet. I did pilaf on the "pilaf" mode

Quote: Oca

Let me clarify the question: can this thing constantly stir milk porridge during cooking? After all, she has a scapula
Here we need to clarify. The spatula is in the HP bucket. Saucepan for MB without a spatula. Porridge is prepared in MV.

Ahh, so it turns out that you can't make the mixer rotate on non-bakery programs? (sorry, if this was already asked, I didn't have time to scroll through the whole topic). I thought about doing this in my HP, but I'm afraid I will scrub milk all over the kitchen.Something I was dreaming ...
irza
There is such a system that the HP bucket is inserted into special moves and if it is inserted incorrectly, then the smart machine will not start working. And the MV pan is simply placed in the middle on the heating surface. Working with a bucket, you choose the HP mode with access to all programs for baking bread, jam and yogurt. And for MV there is a separate set of functions. Note that in MB mode there is no separate "baking" or "frying" function (this is just in case).

For jam, yogurt, you can. These dishes are cooked in a bread bucket, not in a MV pot (there is no stirrer).

I didn’t collect milk all over the kitchen, although I cooked condensed milk in “Panas” mulienne once on Jam mode. My sister (I don't remember which bread maker she has) does condensed milk on baked goods at all. True, I believe that such a rotation of the scapula is not enough for semolina without lumps. Honestly, I never got semolina with lumps, but all because I pour the cereal into lukewarm milk, not hot milk. Maybe I'm not right - but I think that semolina can be cooked on the stove in five minutes and no worries. Pilaf is another matter
And my Binaton is rather underheating. I'll drag it to the service

Bread does not depend on the model x / stove, the principle is the same.

So I bought myself a miracle chef Binaton 2175. Unlike 2170, I noticed only the outer, window above. maybe there are differences in temperature conditions, but I can’t say for sure.
I immediately baked the bread on the sweet mode, it turned out great, rose well and baked, rosy on top. Now I will experiment with a multicooker. While I'm happy, there is a crack, but not a big one.

Hello! Interested in this model. I was looking for a slow cooker, but the possibility of the oven also intrigued the bread. However, judging by the statements, binatosha is used mainly for making bread. Is it possible to cook ...

1. very interested in milk porridge, millet, rice, oatmeal with a delay in the morning. and not very large volume is needed, for 2 people.
2. Soup (on which program? I saw that someone was pouring ready-made broth. Is it really impossible to throw everything away at once, including raw meat? How much soup is obtained, judging by the fact that the volume of the pot is 3.5 liters, then 2 liters? )
3.cottage cheese casserole
4.boil the potatoes (followed by making mashed potatoes in another dish)
5. put out meatballs
6.jellied meat / aspic (did I understand correctly that the unit cannot extinguish for more than 2 hours? however, if the plastic from the temperature behaves this way, then it might not be worth it anymore).

Thanks a lot for your attention!
Grypana
Maybe they won't answer me, there’s some kind of lull. But the question is the following - you need to insert a double boiler into the multicooker bucket, or whatever it’s called - a rice bucket. Tell me the size of this bucket and if someone had experience - with which cartoon does the steam basket fit in your multi-cook?
Sunbeam
I bought a multi-cook Binatone BM-2175 bread maker, it differs from 2170 in the presence of a steamer tray. Pallet diameter: 22 cm, depth 4.5 cm.

Yes I know. But the model differs, in my opinion, only by the presence of a double boiler, and the recipes may be similar. The discussion here is longer, so I decided to settle here

Well, now you can answer some questions to yourself if anyone is interested.

1. very interested in milk porridge, millet, rice, oatmeal with a delay in the morning. and not very large volume is needed, for 2 people.

She cooks porridge, the volume is small. Just add more liquid, about 1 cereal to 4-5 glasses of liquid.

2.Soup (on which program? I saw that someone was pouring ready-made broth. Is it really impossible to throw everything away at once, including raw meat? )

The program cooks the soup perfectly. I tried the pea soup from the forum, borscht. He brews excellently, and he really put everything down at once and left.

3.cottage cheese casserole

Have not tried.

4.boil the potatoes (followed by making mashed potatoes in another dish)

It brews excellently, and I put a steaming tray on top and cook steam cutlets.

5. put out meatballs

Extinguishes.

6. jellied meat / aspic (did I understand correctly that the unit cannot extinguish for more than 2 hours? However, if the plastic from the temperature behaves this way, then it might not be worth it anymore).

I have not tried it, but really the extinguishing mode is only 2 hours.

Good luck!
Well, as it were - for me it is of principle that the stove does everything by itself without my intervention in the middle of the process.
I used three stove models. Moulinex. binaton and panasonic. Only in Panasonic ALWAYS (!!!) any bread turns out to be good. Whether fast, even standard, even large, even small, even wheat, even rye.
The rest have some kind of misunderstanding ... ... I fought with the binaton this way and that - no matter how much bread was sold out: I used the recipes of Panasonic and binaton, and "something in between", followed the bun - it doesn't work out better
Stesha
Hello! so I became the owner of a miracle machine! I watched for two days, walked around the bush, read your forum. Yesterday I decided and my first dish was milk rice porridge with a delayed start for 5 hours. I was very worried that it would not work out - they wrote a lot that the porridge was all over the kitchen, but nothing of the kind happened - delicious porridge and nothing escaped !!!! I will continue to master!

Good day! I thought about purchasing a multi-cooker, mastered all the pages of the forum, read the instructions, but still there were some questions, especially since there are no multi-cookers in the house, I cooked somehow for the time being in "real time". Took to use Panasonic 255 - she simply conquered me with how she makes dough and yeast and for dumplings (bread is also cool, but almost no one eats it here) For this, I became interested in this hybrid. Here are the actual questions:

1. Binaton bread bakes well, I already understood that. And what about him separately with the test? Yeast good for all sorts of buns?

2. Has anyone tried making a dense dough for noodles or dumplings?

3.I understand that the main difference between a binaton and ordinary multicooker in design (well, except for a bowl with a knife) is the presence of a second circular shadow (or is it the first, the second one at the bottom), and does this affect cooking? or is there no difference at all?

4. Is it possible to bake meat or fish in the bread maker mode?

I will try to answer with my 6 months of experience.
1) I often use it for kneading yeast dough, as I like baking from the oven;
2) I did pizza dough, everything was successful;
3) I did not fully understand this issue. But I will say for sure that I would not dare to bake meat and fish in a bread bucket.
In principle, I am very pleased with the device. But, now, after reading the recipes for CF, I understand that the frying and baking mode in the multicooker part of this unit would be very helpful.

Good evening!!! This is the first time I am writing, an absolute newbie here but I really want to join the ranks of Binatonov's 2170 !!!!! I really want to buy the Binatone BM-2170 Multi-Cook Bread Maker for my big family and active kids !!!!!!!!! I read a lot of positive reviews here, but there are also negative ones about breakdowns, what to do, the task is to buy this particular car, because.
1) a small kitchen area,
2) you need to cook gluten-free bread and pastries for kids
3) children need a delayed countdown for morning porridge
4) I want to cook more natural products, cereals, vegetables, so to speak, without frying and without standing at the stove, the food will run away or burn out, I do not like all this ... because children are constantly under their feet and ask for more time with them
5) give wise advice whether to buy or not! it may be worth buying a budget cartoon separately and separately inexpensive HP, write recommendations and brands of certain cars, I live in St. Petersburg, thanks

You probably won't get a definite answer. Why? Yes, because this unit suits me, but someone does not. There will always be both for and against.
Reading your wishes, I am inclined to the advice that after all, a separate multicooker (with the functions of baking, frying, etc.) and a bread maker will suit you. While KH is kneading dough or baking bread, you will have time to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner in MB.

Yesterday I tried to make yogurt .. the result was disappointing. in program 12, I chose medium temperature, the fermentation time was 5 hours (in the instructions for the ferment it was recommended 6 hours, and for the multicooker - 4, so I decided to choose the average).
Warmed up milk (store-bought, pasteurized), diluted yogurt with VIVO starter culture, started the process.
The result: something liquid, like a serum. the white mass sank down, a yellowish liquid peeled off from above, a curd white "skirt" remained on the walls of the tray (at a level much higher than that on which the liquid itself was !!!), while stirring, there could be no question of any density ... in consistency - milk .. not even kefir .. only with small flakes.
The first experience and such a bad one. It was especially upset that my husband participated in the process, was waiting for yogurt, but saw this and there was no other desire, except to pour it down the toilet ...
Temka has already gone through a little, the first conclusion is a high temperature or overexposed .. at least from this most of the problems were ..
Maybe someone faced such a situation ?? Can you please tell me what you did wrong ??

It has been experimentally verified that binatosha does not fry on the main program. As I understand it, there is some kind of sensor, the presence of water in a saucepan.
I am not yet the owner of this miracle of a saucepan, but on the forums often, I found here about frying onions, for example, 🔗

but the photo does not open
Is there a topic in contact about binaton?
Masinen
I can tell you that binaton will not work at all without liquid, therefore it does not fry)) here
And this is how he does everything
I didn't make yogurt in it, but I realized that I had to put it on a low temperature and pull out the stirrer, then the yoghut turns out, so try it)))
hottie
pull out? but the instructions for making yoghurt do not say anything about this, only about the bread tray ... and the program itself periodically turns on stirring .. I thought this was the way it should be ... otherwise, why would stirring be programmed ?? ((I already the second time I started the yogurt ... and again with a stirrer .. though I set the temperature low. and took another sourdough. Let's see how it will differ ...
Masinen
You pull out the stirrer after the first stirring, as they wrote, who made yogurt in binaton.
hottie
Thanks for the advice!
Happened!
I pulled out the stirrer, chose "low" temperature, instead of starter I used ordinary classic yogurt without additives (drinking in a bottle) ... cooking time 3.5 hours. When I saw that the mass froze in the tray, I kept the program on for about an hour and " the poet's soul could not bear "and turned off ..
Honestly, I was afraid that it would peter out, peel off and deteriorate again.
Now I want to try to make without a stirrer, but with sourdough from the pharmacy

I read the whole binaton topic so diligently so as not to ask stupid questions ... and how did I miss this moment with the stirrer
irza
hottie, and got the stirrer before starting the program?
Masinen
Krasotulya, congratulations on the yogurt))
I think that with a pharmacy sourdough, the stirrer does not need to be pulled out immediately, those sourdough is dry and it should be distributed evenly, either you mix it yourself or binaton will do it)) but after stirring it, you pull it out))
irusya1
I tried to make yogurt with sourdough, the result was C grade)
I get the best yoghurt with activation and a liter of milk, after cooking I add a tablespoon of sugar and put it in the refrigerator overnight.

Good day!
So I decided to join the ranks of the happy owners of bread makers and multicooker.
And since we are not looking for easy ways, we opted for the Binatone BM-2170.
But I found this model only on a couple of sites in Kiev and Ukraine. The rest says that it is "officially out of production."

Now I don’t know what to do. Maybe someone heard something about this?
Masinen
In general, 2175 has been produced for a long time
claireust
Thank you!!!!!! I'm going to study the market ...
LINASHA
I thought for a long time and looked for a bread maker for myself, then I found this device, but model 2175 was more interested in it, while I thought it disappeared in all online stores, I already decided to buy LG 2001BY, as I found model 2170 in the store, I was very happy and immediately bought it, though not all so far poluchaetsya and few people have it to sow. So for the first time I made bread with oatmeal, everything strictly according to the recipe, and the top of the bread fell during baking and did not bake slightly, I read at the Odessa forum that the water should be warm for the dry yeast San Levure, and they should be thrown into the water immediately and then everything the rest is in order in the recipe, is it? The yogurt did not work, I took a liter of pasteirized milk, did not boil it and the leavened fermented culture at a low temperature for 6 hours, what is wrong? Help who knows ???
LINASHA
and where you can get a bowl for a steamer as in model 2175, they have the same programs, only there is no bowl in the set.
Masinen
On the subject of bread, the top fails when there is a lot of yeast and when there is a lot of water. I don’t know about yogurt ((
LINASHA
I have already made two sweet pastries and three times bread, everything turned out fine, but you need to add more sugar to sweet than in recipes, and vice versa, to put less in ordinary bread, otherwise it is very sweet. I figured out why the top of the bread did not rise and was failed:
1) yeast saf-moment, I immediately fall asleep in warm water, and then everything else in order,
2) I do not open the multi lid during the second batch, at first it is very curious to follow the cooking process,
3) when I turn the bucket over, I carefully catch it by the side part, preventing it from blowing down my head.
LINASHA
Good time of the day, yesterday I made yogurt, I don’t know how it should be or not, I got something like kefir, although in multi it was thick and did not flow out of the jar and in the refrigerator even thicker, but when I stirred it with kefir kefir, but delicious.
I took 1 liter of salus 1.5% milk, warmed it up in a small amount, dissolved the GOODFOOD yogurt 1 g, mixed everything together, poured it into jars and closed the lids, set the function 12 yogurt with a bucket for bread, took out the plug from the socket and replaced it with mlti with jars at a low temperature for 8 hours (I put the jars on a cloth soaked in warm water). Did something wrong ???
Valerka2132
Tell me, is it possible to cook meat, such as ribs, in such a slow cooker?
Masinen
You can put it out, but not fry, because there is no frying. But I read that roasting is done on a fast)

Quote: LINASHA

To get thick yogurt, you need to take fat milk. They even add an additional 2 tbsp. l. dry milk.

Yoghurt does not interfere. Any yogurt you stir will be liquid.

In this thread it was already written - Benaton overheats yogurt.
We in our family have worked out a rule for ourselves - the heating is minimal, the duration is 6-7 hours and also - do not put the mixer on - let the axis spin at idle ... - this was the first stage,
And then another thought arose - to put a cloth on the bottom of the bucket (so as not to scratch the bottom) and put in the bucket 4-5 glass glasses (which ones you pick up) into which and pour milk with sourdough, and pour water between them for better heat distribution - the thought of yourself fully justified! The yogurt turns out to be thick and dense and already packaged in glasses
And the last thing - awesome yoghurt is made from REFINED MILK

Need advice. Yesterday we bought 2175 and decided to bake bread. It turned out that the oven was not kneading the dough. On the display, the function worked, there was a characteristic sound, and the ingredients were mixed. This morning we drove away the empty stove, we noticed that the screw does not turn. What do you think could be the problem? Maybe marriage? (
Masinen
Did you put the bucket in the grooves? Spin it up?
Anamashka
The bucket was inserted. It's a bit heavy, but when you insert it incorrectly, the display warns. The husband got the hang of it neatly put. And the cartoon accepted it, the process began.
Anamashka
By the way, about the bucket ... is it inserted and scrolls clockwise? just a little?
Masinen
That's right, you need to twist along the Close arrow. Most likely, the bucket was not completely twisted.
Quote: Anamashka

By the way, about the bucket ... is it inserted and scrolls clockwise? just a little?
It should scroll clockwise until it stops, and then the screw will turn.
Anamashka
We have it just a couple of millimeters scrolled, but should it be more?
Masinen
Yes, it should be so. Now I checked it myself on my binaton. You are all normal)
Anamashka
I can't cope with this bucket on my own, I'll have to wait for my husband from work (
Masinen
Yes, there is nothing complicated. They put it in the grooves and turned it clockwise and that's it. And try to twist the mixer with your hands in a bucket.
