... He has two forms - for MB and for bread (with a stirrer and a lid for yogurt, since there is a program - yogurt), for some reason, two measuring cups - 240 ml and 180 ml (exactly the same as in my Sanyo rice cooker ), a hook for pulling the spatula out of the bread. While baked rye bread. Despite the fact that the program is very different from both of my ovens (for some reason, two long mixes with an hour interval), I decided not to change anything for the first time and did not even pull out the spatula - the bread turned out to be successful. It can be seen that around the circumference in the area of the heating element there is a darker stripe, it is baked a little harder. However, the cupcake is very soft. Baking in HP mode, for the sake of interest I will try in MV next time.

Binatone multi-cook: the first device that can cook anything
18.06.10 17: 55BINATONE Russian Federation 🔗
BINATONE, the world's leading manufacturer of small household appliances and beauty and health devices, has developed the BM-2170 Multipovar. For the first time, one appliance will replace a bread maker, double boiler, soup cooker, rice cooker and yoghurt maker.

Housewives can now prepare soups, stews, cereals, pilaf, stews, yoghurts, jams, muffins and breads by simply placing the ingredients in the tray. The cooking process is fully automated. The multipovar is equipped with 16 programs, a large LCD display with blue backlight and a control panel in Russian.

The kit includes:
measuring cup and measuring spoon, stirring spatula, ladle;
two non-stick dishwasher-safe molds;
cookbook of recipes.

“This is the first and only technique of its kind that combines so many functions! - commented Natalya Petrova, product manager at BINATONE. - Only the BINATONE Multicook contains a bread maker, Yogurt and Jam programs. And this is in addition to the existing capabilities of a steamer, soup cooker and rice cooker. Imagine how many appliances in the kitchen can be replaced with one! "

It cost me exactly 6,000 rubles. By the way, about the description. I, of course, will study it before-oh-long, but something is already being discovered. For example, in the description - "maintaining the temperature up to 1 hour." I deliberately, after the end of the preparation, I did not turn off the stew, so it kept and kept on heating, I turned it off myself after 1.5 hours.

They are about bread programs, for sure

I understand this (tea, I have two ovens and a rice cooker have their own cups), just in the description, in the listing of attachments they have one cup.Yes, there are still two (not counting the measuring) spoons - for cereals and a deep one, they are visible in the photo, stuck on the stove in the holder on the right.

Baked white. The roof cracked slightly, but this is my fault - I saw that the kolobok was cool, but I deliberately did not change anything while I was saving information.

dopleta, round baking bucket? It will be great to make muffins (you have it super) and Easter cakes, in general, sweet pastries.
You wrote that the heating element is at the top, you thought the crust would be tanned. Apparently this is a flaw in all x. P.

I did not write what is above. A heating element at the bottom and another heating element in a circle. In the lid there is a window and a valve for steam outlet.
Janchik
dopleta at least I found one person who bought a novelty from Binaton!
I am all about throwing, what to buy - a multi-cook Binaton or a Moulinex OW 5004 bread machine ???
First of all, I would like to make excellent bread! What do you advise?
Do you need one HP or do you take a multi-cook?
Does it have any drawbacks in your opinion?
dopleta
Janchik, I will try, as far as my experience allows, to answer objectively. If a good bread maker is more important for you, then you need to have it separately, by itself. I have something to compare with, because I have two bread makers, which I have been using for several years and I am very satisfied. At Binaton, I have baked only two breads and one muffin so far. Perhaps this is not enough for comparison, but still I like bread in my old ovens more, and they will have more "bread" functions (take at least three sizes of a loaf). Although, in all honesty, I will say that if I had not been engaged in baking before, then the quality of the bread would suit me perfectly. I will definitely bake muffins and cakes in it. As a slow cooker, I liked Binaton very much. I even give up my turn for Brand's new multicooker.

Quote: Janchik

What else did you cook in a multibove, besides stew and cake?
Have you tried yoghurt? Pilaf, soup ...?

I've already cooked a lot - pilaf, soup, various cereals, and other cereal dishes, and just cooked potatoes - everything turns out great. I haven't made yogurt yet, it's next in line.

dopleta, all descriptions for Binaton refer to baking. I would like to know if the multicooker function has a snooze timer?
as another (new) owner of this multi-cook, I responsibly declare - there is a delay timer
Ussuro4ka
explain what it is.
after the mode time expires, let's say "ultra fast" my unit continues to work! the indicator lights up "warm" and the minutes go, albeit in the opposite direction. tried to press the stop button, but the unit does not respond. Is this how it should be or is it some kind of problem with me?
This is my first time using such a complex technique and I'm even afraid to breathe in its direction .. help
dopleta
Ussuro4ka, this is in all bread makers. If you do not turn off the oven immediately, then the finished bread remains heated for an hour. But, if you have not been involved in baking before, then I would still not advise you to use the ultra-fast program. Bread according to this method still turns out to be not real, or something, a surrogate ... Half-value bread also needs a full-fledged proofing. And to stop work, you need to press the "stop" button, hold the button for a couple of seconds until it turns off.
Ussuro4ka
so there was no time for full-fledged bread (it was already late evening, but I had already tried a full-fledged one, according to the recipe from the forum "white apple bread" is delicious, only my husband did not immediately pull out, and the bread damp
dopleta
Quote: Ussuro4ka

so there was no time for full bread (
Do not forget that you have a timer and you can program in advance to bake fresh bread at the appointed time. Although, if you had to use the capabilities of the multicooker at that time ... That's why Binaton is not my first and only stove (and not even the second ... and not the third)
Ussuro4ka
Yes, I own it only for the third day.on the first evening there was little time, but I wanted to urgently try it, so they baked an ultra fast one.
and so far I have enough. to be honest, initially I wanted a double boiler, but I wasn't sure if I really needed it (and if I don't really need it, then there is no point in cluttering up a tiny kitchenette that even the dining table cannot fit into), as a result, on the forum (on another), I was advised a slow cooker ... interested in what kind of beast. enlightened on the Internet. fell in love with "Cuckoo" ... but in our city and the surrounding area only Panasonic is on sale. my husband was categorically against Panasonic, said that it was "an ugly, clumsily made unit" (forgive me the owners of this device). then noticed in the store. my bee .. and that's it ... I disappeared ... for me the bread maker is not the main one, but just a very pleasant, but still an additional function ..
although I confess that in the first couples, making bread leads me into a state of wild delight and I want to bake, bake and bake ... it's a pity that only my husband eats bread in our little family
but I was even more delighted by the fact that there is no need to interfere with the jam. !!
I feel like a child who was presented with a railway !! everything is so amazing, delightful and a little scary ..
galinanka
Ussuro4ka, tell me, how long is the delay timer in the multicooker mode? and on what programs, on all or not?
Ussuro4ka
galinanka a delay of up to 12 hours (I personally tried it myself only for 8h30min). in multicooker mode, it works on all programs (soup / stew and slow were personally tested). does not work for yoghurt, jam, dough and some other "baking" functions
Ussuro4ka
now my bee is working on making yogurt. another 2 h 02 min. and it will be possible to evaluate the result.
there is such a cunning process going on .. it heats up, then mixes, then just clicks, then everything at once ... curiosity makes out .. it's a pity that you can not see
in general, after reading the forum, I came to the conclusion that she has some kind of unique yoghurt preparation system .. it seems like yoghurt makers do not heat up, and do not mix cartoons .. but here they are both, and even under a sterile lid that cannot be opened ..
the result is interesting. I really hope that you get YOGURT, not kefir or cottage cheese
OlenaS
Uuuuuu ..... I want this! The second HP would have helped me out and the second MV is very necessary. And then two in one !!!!
Girls, has anyone seen such a thing in Ukraine already? Online shopping is dull
dopleta
And I managed to make yogurt before leaving for the dacha in Binatonochka, it turned out great! True, I did not use Narine as a starter, as usual (for some reason she disappeared from Peter's pharmacies), but Activia.
Ussuro4ka
dopleta What kind of yogurt did you get? just for me the resulting hmm .. ahem ... a thin substance does not resemble yogurt a little ... maybe, of course, it is delicious, but I'm afraid to try ..
probably narine was not the best choice. and what proportions of activity to milk? I'll try with activation ...
dopleta
Ussurochka, I made a great yogurt. I took 50 g of sourdough for half a liter of milk. The time was set at 6 o'clock. And ktsati, what kind of milk did you use? Are you aware that with a long period of use (any pasteurized, ultra-pasteurized) is not suitable?

.. And ktsati, what kind of milk did you use? Are you aware that with a long period of use (any pasteurized, ultra-pasteurized) is not suitable?
I would venture to disagree with this statement. It turns out very well. With Narine it just takes much longer, and with Activia in the multo, excellent yoghurt comes out of UHT milk. I take a two-liter carton of Big Mug milk and a package of yoghurt, heated for half an hour (I usually put it in jars, and on the bottom there is a multi-silicone hot plate) and in the morning a wonderful yogurt.
Ussuro4ka
I used our local milk "Birth Side" 3.2% with a short shelf life.
the taste turned out pretty decent, especially if the husband had already drunk everything to add the jam (I made a liter at once) .. I'm going to try the second batch already at Activia
Ussuro4ka
and another question afterwards - is it possible to add sugar or fruit syrup to the sourdough and milk at once, or is it better to add it to the ready-made yogurt?
Ussuro4ka
lega Is the yogurt thick?
lega
Quote: Ussuro4ka

lega Is the yogurt thick?
Ussurochka, the yogurt is thick. If you put the jar on its side, the yogurt will not pour out. But the slow cooker does not stir it. Maybe you should try making yogurt without a scoop. I add sugar and fruits right away. The site has a theme - yogurt in a slow cooker:https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=2389.0
If you add fruit or jam later, you will have to stir the yogurt, and it will become much thinner, you can drink it, and not eat it with a spoon.

Thank you, lega, and I have always used either the market or, in extreme cases, sterilized, being sure that in the pasteurized fermentation process will be artificially inhibited. You made my work a lot easier, I'm in a hurry with the plus sign!
Ussuro4ka
I thought and decided that the first pancake should be lumpy and once dopleta yogurt in yogurt mode (with all its stirring) turned out to be tasty and kind of thick. then it’s not the unit's fault, but me ..
so I will try again with a spatula, I will take into account all the comments on milk and sourdough, if this time it does not work out too much, I will try to do it in a second saucepan, and my husband will drink "marriage". By the way, he really liked it
Ussuro4ka
I just noticed on the pictures that the temperature is visible on the display ... but it does not show for me
dopleta how are you doing with this? a trifle, of course, but all the same ..
dopleta
As far as I understood from the instructions, when the temperature is set by default, it is not displayed, and if you change the settings with the "temperature" button, the display will indicate the selected one. There is no possibility to check it myself, because, I repeat, I am now at the dacha, and the saucepan is bored at home.
Ussuro4ka
in my instructions it is written that the temperature button selects the degree of roasting of the crust. I use it all the time, but the temperature was not visible. annoying, of course, but okay, the main thing is that it bakes well.
and what a gorgeous yeast dough she kneaded yesterday ... I'm still in prostration (I remind you, this is my first bread maker, so everything that seems familiar and usually for others is marvelous for me). it smelled so delicious, and it had such a consistency ... in short, I never did it that way. when I began to fry - my whites began to look like purchased ones with such thin bubbles
my husband gulped happily, and I kept thinking how I used to live without a bread machine ... moreover, I even considered it a useless, space-consuming unit. and now you can take me for the "buy a bread maker" promotions

Help me please! I wanted to give my mother a gift, I had asked for a bread maker for a long time. Climbed on the Internet, came across your site, it became interesting. I saw a discussion of a multi-cook, I decided to please my parents. I bought them a BM 2170, and at home they found out that the instructions were missing pages from 9 to 16 in Russian. As luck would have it, there are no copies in the store, they sent a request to the company, and the mother was in tears - it is not known how long it will take. And you don't want to return it - you read your correspondence, drool flows. A big request to the happy owners of BM 2170 - if it's not difficult, post scan instructions. I think it will be interesting to read it for future owners of this unit. Thanks in advance!
Ussuro4ka
I don't have a scanner, so I took a picture. certainly not as scanned, but quite readable, you just need to download and enlarge (right-click on the photo - save the image as .. and then on your computer, increase it to readability). but in general, for good, go to the store and exchange instructions.

I saw on the internet about a multi-cook, lit up, please tell me, but in St. Petersburg where you can buy, I looked at the links that were given at the beginning of the topic about online stores, but alas, it does not show anything intelligible to me. I'm very glad I found this topic!
I thought to buy myself a multicooker, but now I am seriously thinking about buying a multi-cooker - I want to bake bread and use all the functions of a multicooker.
Who has this multi-cook, tell me how with the "Steam Cooking" function? In a press release, Binatone says that all the functions are there, but I have not seen it anywhere in the reviews. and there is no such thing as a steaming tray in the package. How does she cook?
dopleta
Yes, there is no tray, but I, for example, have a lot of steaming trays from other devices, and they fit there perfectly.
_zavarka_
That is, you can just insert any suitable cooking dish and turn it on?
Are there steam cooking in the instructions?
dopleta
No, there is nothing about this in the instructions. Apparently, precisely because there is no stand.
nid
Don't tell me, why is there a second (small) glass in it? About which there is not a word in the instructions. And where to get recipes for this model? (there are very few of them in the instructions)

one for bread (flour, etc.), the second for rice (cereals).
dopleta
nid, recipes are suitable for all multicooker and rice cookers, Binaton has no fundamental differences.
