I can't say exactly about this model, but a week ago I bought the 1068th I'm happy as a boa constrictor.

Have you already bought it or are you looking closely? Friends were given such a model. owners were dissatisfied (n) Too small bun 450 gr. There are only two old men in the house, but this bread is not enough for them, and baking twice a day is not profitable. And very little test is obtained. There are only five programs, but you can survive. But the size is small. So there is a stove in a corner in splendid isolation.

Where can I get instructions for this BINATONE BM-1008 model?
I have not found it on the site either. The children have lost the instructions, I can't try the oven, the instructions contain all the recipes ...

all recipes in the instructions ...

Bake according to any recipes from the forum. Recipes for all HP are universal.

I have been using it for six months now and I am very satisfied

The instructions say that the weight of the bread in this model is up to 450 grams, but in many ovens the bakers manage to bake the product 1.2-1.4 times more than the one declared for his bread machine (including myself). What is your biggest bread?
taraz
The cupcake is 800 grams. But so tasty that even this amount is not enough.

My friend has such a model recently. The bread is dense. Has anyone managed to translate the recipes from cups to grams to use the scales? I think she has a lot of flour, because yeast and so on seem to be the same. I have Panas 253.

Yesterday we bought this wonderful oven! Considering the fact that I have no experience and this is the first such unit for me, I am happy - yesterday I baked white bread for testing, and today I tried French !!!

I bought this oven for testing, for baking bread not at home. Due to the cheapness, I have to bake every day, as a small loaf. There are few program modes. I wish I had bought another stove.
Pros: 1) bakes well; 2) primitive control; 3) low price.
Cons: 1) small form; 2) primitive control - lack of programs and time modes; 3) lack of a clock, timer, stopwatch; 4) poor recipe.
As soon as I tried it, I want more. Perhaps few people will look here before buying, but if there are any, then make a choice in favor of a multifunctional stove with a large set of accessories included. So that there are many programs and recipes For me, the important thing now is the program for fermenting and holding the dough without kneading for making rye or multi-grain bread. I'm not a specialist, of course, but I think that this exists in other stoves. I lack the capabilities of this stove. I love sour rye bread, and you cannot cook such bread in this oven using the recipes and programs of this machine. It turns out rye-wheat bread, but not sour and rather dense bread, although, to some extent, tasty. White wheat bakes easily, who needs just such bread and does not need another, then this oven will do. If you get tired of baking every day, you may lose weight.
I can't talk about reliability, because only 6 loaves have been baked. "Honor the Criminal Code!", That is, observe exactly the order of the foodstuffs. I use milk, kefir, whey and mixtures of them as a liquid. I baked simple white bread in water 2 times - both times successfully in the absence of knowledge and experience.
goodwine
I forgot to say that I myself violate the Criminal Code - I dissolve yeast and sugar in a heated, but not hot liquid and quickly put everything in. Salt on top of dry flour or after kneading, sprinkle the bun, but not cool - lightly. This is for those who are new to the forum. It may not be right, but everything turns out great.
And yet, a stove for those who do not want to get their hands dirty. The bread turns out well, kneaded by hand in an electric oven.

Did anyone bake wholegrain bread in this oven? The fact is that it is the small size of the loaf that attracts me to it. And I want this stove to be paired with 255 Panasonic (which is now out of order after 4 plus years of brutal exploitation, but, I hope, it will be in order again soon). Panas is enough for me, but when it comes to bread made from central flour flour ... Well, a big loaf for me alone in Panasonic turns out!

And another question (this is just curiosity, but I will be grateful if the owners of the stove enlighten me): the weight of the loaf is indicated, but I wonder how much (by weight) flour is needed to bake it?
Ukka
Lydia, I bake bread from whole grain flour and wheat-rye in this oven. Everything works out !!!
To bake one loaf of bread, you need 2 measuring cups of flour according to the recipe (this is about 330 grams of flour, more precisely - I will bake - I will weigh).
I am also satisfied with this cotton with the small weight of the loaf and the fact that the color of the crust is always the same !!!
Lydia
ukka, thanks for responding quickly. How long have you got this stove? (I know that any technique breaks down - an example of this is my Panas 255, but to some extent it must work fine!)
Ukka
Lydia, soon two years.

Lydia Today in Lenta I saw an exact copy of BINATONE 1008 ---- Supra BMS-150
🔗
though I didn't remember the price, something about 2 rubles
Lydia
sazalexter, and this stove would suit me - at least judging by the characteristics. But I have already found Binaton where to order and with suitable pick-up points. Delivery to my daughter in the office does not suit me, since it will not work there to check whether it works or not. It remains to configure the family accordingly, so as not to get money from your personal stash.
Lydia
Yesterday my daughter brought me a Binaton 1008. Ordered in MoscowByt and taken from a self-pickup point near metro Bibirevo. Since KP came to me late, I only had time to wash the bucket and the measuring cup with a spoon. She laughed for a long time when she took out a bucket from HP: so small! Moreover, for comparison, I put it next to the Panasov bucket. Now my baby is making whole grain bread, the dough is being kneaded. And I walk in circles with one wing down - like a black grouse during the mating season.

Binatoshka baked 2 whole grain loaves for me, 1 rye loaf (on the "Wholegrain" mode) and made a dough for pies. Everything is approximately as expected - that is, normal. But this HP was accompanied by a hook for pulling the scapula out of the finished loaf. So: out of 3 baked loaves, the spatula got stuck in all. So the hook is not superfluous. In Panas, this also happened (that the scapula got stuck), but rarely.

For three days I was the owner of such HP. In principle, everything in it suited me, except for the size of the loaf. I would have easily survived without the attendant functions. I gave it to my mom. For one or two people, the size of the loaf and the price is quite acceptable.
The biggest plus I want to note is the gorgeous crust of bread. The current LG doesn't get that crisp.
Since HP has left close, I will follow this Temko. Suddenly I'll find out something useful here and tell my mom.
Sens
Binatone 1008 owners, please tell me
1. Does she have a baking program?
if not, how to bake rye bread?
2. What is the algorithm of the "cupcake" program?

how to bake rye bread?

I don't bother much, I bake on the WHOLE WHEAT program.

: this: Owners of Binatone 1008, can you please tell me how much the volume of a measuring cup does a bread machine have? They gave it to me, but without a measuring glass, respectively, "it got up" (... I really want to try to bake bread .... but after reading the reviews that you need to put the ingredients in the exact amount indicated in the recipe, I do not risk the "poke" method "guess ....
help me please....
Lydia
2 cups - about 300 g of wheat flour. If I saw correctly, the volume of the measuring cup is 250 ml.

I will describe my impressions.

This oven became my first assistant in bakery matters. I will say right away: I didn’t like baking in it: the bread turns out to be gorgeous, tall, but ... when baking, it lifts the lid, due to which the Sami top is not baked ((I picked up just a couple of recipes that produce not so tall bread.

A big (as for me) minus is a small bucket. When kneading, flour already flies into the oven itself. I have to vacuum it a couple of times a week)))

Pros: reliability and durability. I already got it second-hand (they used it for about a year), it serves me well for almost 2. During this time, the coating of the bucket was somewhat damaged (though I sometimes climbed there with a spoon) and the spatula staggered (not without my help - the smart girl washed it well wire sponge%). A pin began to fall out on which the blade is attached (((

With all this, I use it almost every day. She kneads the dough for me, then I put it in a bread pan and in the oven. Or I make pies. Or buns.

IMHO: it's worth buying if you just want to check if you need a similar device in the kitchen. Just immediately prepare denyuzhku for that more))
