Hello girls! So I became the owner of binatone bm 2170. Only now I did not understand whether I was happy or not. I tried to bake bread 2 times. The bread turned out to be delicious, everyone liked it. But I tried the soup and stew vegetables. After an hour of cooking, the water only warmed up, did not even boil. All vegetables remained raw and all ingredients in the soup were raw. Tell me, when you cook, does the water boil? After the bread, the crumb is very hot. and no soup after. Is this a marriage? Probably the service should be contacted. Help! Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

Yes. Is there something wrong. I just cooked borsch. The first boiled (maybe 10 minutes), because it just languished. Everything was cooked very well. Call the service. Maybe the button was not pressed, there should be a signal when cooking starts.

Everything will boil fine with me and then, like Melania, it languishes. So it's really not normal when everything is cold.
Yesterday I made a plovi fry made on milk porridge, for a long time, but nothing went out. Then she threw in the rice, covered it with water and put it on the rice for 30 minutes in total. Such a swimmer turned out!

Girls, and I do the frying on heating, it works there for 20 minutes, but even less is enough to fry the onions with carrots. I even fry chicken there. It turns out with a fried crust.

Alas, not always. I also wrote that I fry on heating, but I fried the maximum - 11 minutes, usually it turns off earlier.

Yes, they didn't. We wrote above that the multi pan is a little more than 4 liters, and the bread pan holds a standard 900 gram loaf.

Girls, hello, so my husband gave me this beast. But I also don’t understand whether I’m happy or not. Soups and vegetables work well. But for the second day I suffer with baking. Probably I'm doing something wrong, but my dough is not baked and the middle settles, but the top of the pie remains moist. I bake it like a regular cake on baking powder, add a whole packet of baking powder, or a lot of it, or something else? Please tell me what to do. I was so upset.

Hello! I don't know, this has never happened to me, but I do everything clearly according to the recipe. I put dry or fresh yeast in the bread dough. I didn't understand, are you making bread or making some kind of biscuit (baking powder)? (Sorry that on you, I think it's easier to communicate this way). I also did cottage cheese makers and everything was in order. Look what this recipe is. To begin with, you need to make a simple one straight from a book to a bread maker to make sure that everything works fine. And then you can experiment. Now I don't know if the bread maker is to blame or the recipe. Good luck! I have Unold by the way, but they are twins. And for the first time, put the cup in there well, I'm still very tight. And this is a good thing, do not be upset.
Moryulya
I baked some kind of cake yesterday, and today a sponge cake, but according to my old oven-tested recipe, I thought what's the difference, apparently it is. I'll try to bake bread tomorrow according to a book with recipes from multi. And another question, my multicooker has an elastic gasket on the lid, either it stretched out from something, or it was like that, but when I put it back into the lid, it bulges and bulges in waves. Is that so for everyone?

Hello! I never take this gum out. Wipe gently underneath. And I take out only the plastic cover itself and the top cover with a plastic window - I constantly wash and wipe them. Maybe I'm doing it wrong. My chocolate muffin fell once too. And the bread is great. Need to try. I really love my device. Of course he doesn't know how to bake in a rice bowl, but that doesn't upset me. Over time, you will also learn to do super-things in different modes. Stewed meat in it - delicious and pilaf in rice mode. You just need to get used to the amount of water. The first time I made buckwheat, I had to throw it out.

I mean, not the lid on the bowl, but the lid at the top - a plastic one, and on it in the grooves - this one with a glass. About 8 cm in diameter.

Congratulations on your success! Yes, I have a crust too. When I make a recipe for the second time, I try to adapt. Time to remove, pick a light crust.

Dear bakers!
I'm burning, I dreamed of a bread maker. After dreaming about branded models Panas, Moulinex and Kenwu, I settled on the 2169W binaton. And it seems to be ready to buy. But I saw a multi-cook bread maker!
I want it. but I cannot make up my mind. Please sort out the pros and cons of this device on the shelves. What you use, what you don't. The most important thing is the quality of baking.
Also of interest are the build quality, usability and ease of use. Do the recipes in the book correspond to the harsh realities?
dopleta
I express my opinion as the owner of both a multi-cook and other multicooker and bread makers. Those who disagree will express their own.I believe that if there is an opportunity, it is better to have both separately. If you are interested, as you write, the quality of baking, then it is quite satisfactory. I don’t use the attached recipes, like many members of the forum, in principle, having burned myself repeatedly at the dawn of baking when using recipes for instructions.
libushe
I wrote and wrote, but the answer was lost somewhere.
He works for me all the time as a multi-cook, I really liked it, they wait for suppers on the timer, breakfasts, he no longer has time for bread, although the tests were successful. I had to put the old bread maker back into operation. I like my device, there is better, but I have enough. I agree that you need to have a bread maker and a cartoon separately. He will not have time for everything. If there is not enough space or finances allow only one, then yes. I'm happy with it. It is better to take recipes from the forum.

The girls, I saw a multi-cook in the Metro on the weekend, looked at it from all sides, but something was so horribly made there ... the burrs on the plastic somehow confused me, then the set included 2 spatulas for a bread bucket, one with a non-stick coating and the second one seemed to be painted with gray paint, but from the bottom the blades were as if filed with a file (it seems that they are from the factory), and one of them easily put on a pin, but it hung on it and probably would not spin, and for some reason the second did not want to fit onto the pin. Please tell me, you have a neat multi-cook, and everything is fine with the shoulder blades? Or is it our metro some kind of marriage brought ... Yes, the metro in Kiev on Petrovka, if anyone wants to see it live.
libushe
Here I am sorry, I have a twin of Binaton - German production. Accordingly, the Germans are strictly with burrs, so let others better answer. It seems to me that this is some kind of fake. The choice is now large, who would buy them with burrs?
jjekk
Thanks for the answer, so I was surprised that for this awful quality the price is 1500 UAH, probably for sure a fake.

Are we talking about the same device? There is one stirring paddle for baking, not two. And that's really something, but there are no complaints about the quality of the coating - the quality is excellent! Much better than Panasonic.
jjekk
We are definitely talking about one device, there is a round baking dish in it, and inside it there were 2 scoops with different coatings, I still thought, what is it, to choose from, which one do you like more and use? And then I measured them one by one on the pin, and it turned out that one was loose, and the other wouldn't fit at all))) I didn't think of taking a picture.
Rina
If you looked at the shelves in METRO, then I can make an assumption - there was one non-native mixer in the binaton.
maruska2
Hazyayushki girls, please tell us step by step how you prepare yoghurts in the Binatone BM-2170 multicooker. I'll tell you about myself - I bought a multivark not so long ago - I tasted rice, pilaf, borsch, stew, different breads - everything is fine, no complaints. But it didn't work out with yogurt. I read it on your forum - but I didn't endure anything specifically for myself ... I did this - having sterilized the bread pan - I poured pasteurized milk there at room temperature and added the Simbilact-VIVO starter culture in powder (I did everything in the same yogurt maker - yoghurt turns out great in 6-9 hours), I turned on the 12-yogurt program, by default 4 hours, I added 2 more ...I immediately alerted that everything began to interfere with a frequency of 15-30 minutes all the time - after all, yoghurt cultures should rest and multiply))) - well, after 6 hours I got not what I needed - thick kefir from below, yogurt on top ... You can drink, but I wanted not such an effect. After reading various tips on the forum - I experimented longer - I didn't put the mixer for the dough, I just put it on heating and then after 30 minutes turned off the cartoon, but I didn't get anything except milk. So - please - tell us your secrets - or is it better to get a yogurt maker and ease your suffering. I really hope for help, sincerely, I
Rina
1. Apparently, the first time the yogurt just stood. I have a yunold from which this very binaton is made, milk is also stirred there, but, apparently, the first hour (so that the dry sourdough has time to disperse evenly through the milk). In my experience, 4 hours is enough. Moreover, if you put it overnight.
2. for the option without a stirrer, try not to pour in the powder, but to use the mother's starter culture (take a little ready-made yoghurt and dilute in milk). Just without a mixer, the dry culture settles to the bottom and remains there.
maruska2
thanks, then you recommend returning to the instructive recommendations. okay. I'll try tomorrow - I'll tell you. it seems like 4 hours is not enough ... and at what temperature are you doing? Thank you!!!

Good day!!!
Accept the new member ...... uh-uh fellow in the forum.
I climbed almost the entire Internet and I can’t decide on a slow cooker yet. Help (HELP !!!) who can. From the experience of using Binatone BM-2170 or Maruchi RW-FZ47?
I've already broken all my brains.
First of all, he is interested in multi-cooker functions: cereals, soups, main courses. I would like to try homemade yoghurt, and it's a good idea to try jam (by the way, does it come from frozen fruits?)
These are the tasks in the near future.

UncleVicR, my opinion, as the owner of both Binatona and La Cuchina (Maruchi's older sister), buy a slow cooker! In Binaton, these functions are not at a high level. It seems to me that I have the right to such a conclusion, since I used five multicooker.
UncleVicR
Thanks DOPLETA
And from the multicooker Marusya or Panas is the 18th. Once I called an Internet store and they told me a strange phrase that the MULTIVARKA is a Panasonic, and everything else ...
Is it true?
Rina
In order to talk about multicooker, go to the section Multicooker. Rice cookers... There, everything is detailed and discussed repeatedly: what is a multicooker, what is a rice cooker.

Good afternoon everyone. I bought such a slow cooker. I am very satisfied, the pastries are great. But here's the problem. When you select the MAIN mode and the FAST program, the multicooker works for 6 minutes, a signal sounds and it switches to heating. This happens every time you use the FAST program. Can anyone come across such a problem?
dopleta

This slow cooker really does not like it when there is little (in its mind) liquid in the dish and turns off if it thinks that it is not enough. Try the same program, but fill more water. If nothing changes, then there is only one way - to the service.

Hello everybody!!! Today I bought 2170 for my mother as a gift for the anniversary. in early April I will make you happy girls, tell me what's what and why. in the sense - I bought it and what's next? step by step in order to bring this "miracle technique", so to speak, "to normal combat," that is, to competently and fully prepare for further normal operation. maybe what "pitfalls" exist and so on. I don't even know how to ask questions. excuse me girls. add what anyone can. and where to get to to see and download recipes for various dishes?
4block
I tried to pour about a liter of water and put it on the FAST program and everything worked. The whole program passed, the water boiled. But it seems to me that the multicooker does not determine the amount of water, but the weight.I will try further.
Rina
The multicooker determines not the weight, but the temperature.
I have an analogue of binaton, the instructions say that for the programs "rice" and "rice pudding" (milk porridge) the temperature is 110 ° C. That is, if the temperature is exceeded, the multicooker will turn off active heating and go into heating mode. If there is little water in some dish, then 110 ° will rise quickly enough.
4block
I understood. This is not written in the instructions, so I did not know, at first I thought everything - I did not have time to buy it as it broke. Now I will be more attentive. dopleta and Rina THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
kacik_2170
Good afternoon to all members of the forum. I decided to write my impressions of Binaton-2170. Firstly, we chose between a simple cartoon DEX and Binaton, but my husband wanted fresh bread, so we decided to stop at Binaton.
I'll start with the cons
- it is impossible to use the "baking" mode in a multicooker dish, respectively, you can forget about everything except the cake and cottage cheese. Although, you can try on other modes, but the multicooker bowl is not very convenient for baking - it is rather narrow and high.
- the cooking time is not set manually, only the programmed modes, that is, to increase the time, you need to turn off the program and turn it on again or another mode.

Pros.
- Convenient for mothers with children - threw in the ingredients, went outside, returned, and at home there is warm food.
- very good stews meat with vegetables
- heats up quickly. (I do the frying on the rice-pilaf or fast program)
- the bread turns out to be delicious, it has never been bad. I make bread according to recipes from a book, but before that I got acquainted with the basic rules of baking on this forum.

the yogurt hasn't worked out yet, but I will try.

Conclusions - for ordinary use and for a small family just right. And for frequent cooking and baking, of course, you need to buy separate appliances.

Here is today's bread on the ultrafast program and high temperature. There is a little flour around the edges, but this is fixable. You just need to keep an eye on the mix.

Hello.
Uh, read this whole topic. : wow: I really wanted to buy this multi-cook at first, but now I'm thinking about it. : -X Here I want to ask you-experienced users of these chefs. I mainly focus on cooking and yogurt. Please tell me whether it is worth taking this multi-cook or it is better to take a cartoon separately, and then eventually a bread maker. I'm already worn out ...

do not need to be tormented. Better to do just that. Moreover, now you can find quite worthy separate cartoon and bread maker, which in total will be cheaper than a multi-cook.

Hello! finally I have an assistant
there are already many questions help
1) I decided to cook pilaf, tried to fry the onions and carrots on heating and it stewed out, the window fogs up and when the lid is opened, the water flows down onto the body. is it like that for everyone?
2) you said cottage cheese dessert according to the book, but we don't have a dessert program? which one to cook for?
3) if we take ordinary Lviv yeast for bread, then count how?

thank you for your help!!!
Rina
do not fry while heating, but slightly protome. How to solve the issue of light roasting, maybe someone here will advise (my German turns off on all programs).

If you are going to use pressed ("wet") yeast, then for bread dough count 1.5-2 g of yeast per 100 g of flour. That is, for a pound of flour, about 8-10 g.

For me, it took the longest to fry only on heating, on others it turned off. But I did it with the lid open, so nothing fogged up or languished, but was fried.

Hello, forum members.I join your community, I decided to buy a multi-cook, yesterday I put it off in the store, looked through both the instructions and recipes, but nowhere did I find the recipe for curd cake and yogurt in terms of the number of ingredients. Who did this write, I really want to try, please.

Good day!
From today on, I became the proud owner of this wonderful machine!
Girls, please, tell me how to fry the meat before stewing? Just in a frying pan, it turns out, because our MPovar does not turn on in the "baking" mode with a large saucepan, and in the recipes everyone writes - fry in the baking mode for 40 minutes, and then simmer for 1-2 hours (depending on the recipe). In general - if possible - describe step by step how to cook pork with vegetables in the MPovar. Thank you for understanding!!!
dopleta
Sveticka, fry in a bread saucepan without a spatula on baking, then transfer to a large one, it's easier. there is another option: turn on the baked goods, as expected, and then quickly replace the pans. But for someone this method works, for someone it does not.

Hello!
I report
Yesterday I baked the first bread! tasty
although the roof has dropped a bit and the middle is crumbling
recipe
'Kayman
Wheat flour - 3 tbsp.
Bran psh. - 2st.
Water (whey) - 1.75 tbsp
Salt - 2 hours l.
Sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
Yeast - 1.1-1.15 tsp
Oil p / s. - 2 tbsp. l.
Baking mode - French, 3h 50m.

Recipe for a glass with a volume of 220-230 milliliters

pilaf and porridge are still good. with the soup, I didn’t guess when to throw the vermicelli. potatoes and carrots taste more intense than usual
yum
I continue to study
the curd recipe did not try the recipe in the book on the back side (I did not immediately notice only such a regime we do not have)

(- fry in a bread saucepan without a spatula on baked goods, then transfer to a large one, it's easier. There is another option: turn on the baked goods, as expected, and then quickly replace the pans. But for some, this method works, for others it does not .)

Thank you! It worked!
(At first I really tried to fry on baking in a small saucepan, and then simmer for 2 hours in a large saucepan)
and today I bought sausages (stuffed but raw) and cooked them on heating (for frying), and then stewed them for 40 minutes - they turned out to be ruddy and juicy. Tomorrow I'm planning chicken thighs with vegetables, bread and a muffin. I'll photograph everything, so I'll post it in one fell swoop.
I had a bread maker before, I have been baking bread for a year already, but after hard work it began to creak during kneading, then the viewing window melted (the oven was brought to me from Germany, but the assembly was Chinese) and the fact that it worked so quickly is normal , I consider. And MPovar bought thanks to this site and your, girls, messages. It literally caught fire, and my husband supported me too. I do not regret - not a drop! The thing is worthwhile. There would be more space in the kitchen - I would of course take 2 cars separately, but so far. Yes, by the way, about yogurt - I realized that in our car it is prepared with constant stirring. I will not be clever, but I cook yogurt for three months in a DAX yogurt maker (China, in Ukraine it costs up to 200 UAH, but for China it is a very decent thing) - so before I start doing this, I hung on sites about "yogurt at home" ... Nothing should be stirred during cooking so that bacteria can multiply correctly, even there should be no draft and no movement of the yogurt maker itself. In general, this process is quite difficult, since in addition to the benefits, you can also breed harmful bacteria and earn dysbiosis.
