I love very curd casseroles, especially when they are as "smart" as yours, with bananas and no sugar. Thanks for the idea on how to do without sugar in the casserole!

We are glad that you are glad Sometimes you can add "useful" casserole, leaving only one yolk in the recipe, and leave only whites from the rest of the eggs. Well, this is for those completely crazy like us

I bring a huge thank you
My husband and I really liked your casserole, it's very easy to make, tasty and even harmless for the figure
Made from 0% cottage cheese and added vanilla from myself.
I will definitely repeat and dictate the recipe to my friends

Sweetheart "Khryukina" please tell me, is there a casserole of 250 grams of cottage cheese and 3 bananas on your photo? DEX in 45 minutes? I baked in DEX from 600 g of cottage cheese and 3 bananas, so I almost burned out in 45 minutes, I didn't bake inside because of the number of bananas and when the juice cooled down from the casserole. I had my own recipe, but I'm asking about the ratio of cottage cheese and banana.

I made such a casserole 2 days ago. I increased the proportions of cottage cheese by 2 times, and took 3 bananas. in my 60th DEX I baked for 2 hours, baked ... It seems like nothing, but initially trying the raw mass, I added sugar, maybe the bananas were unsweetened, or there were few of them for such a quantity of cottage cheese, and I also added more a handful of raisins. After baking, it looks not very good - baked bananas give some kind of brownish tint. There was no juice as such, just while it was on the plate - it seemed to get a little wet from the bottom all the time until they ate it. For 2 hours of baking, it also turned out a fried crust, as in the photo, in some places I even had to cut it off. So the idea of the recipe is not bad, but the taste is not for everybody. Anyway - thanks for the idea!

Vichka, Yes, in the photo there is a casserole for the prescription amount of cottage cheese. Probably no longer relevant, sorry. I haven't been here for a long time.

taste - for an amateur
Of course! It is much tastier to swell sugar and add butter and sour cream! I myself love this, but on a diet this recipe is just that.
