Cooking method

  • Cooking baking powder. The rate is not given for this recipe for pancakes, but for later use.
  • soda 2.5 gr.
  • citric acid 1.5 gr.
  • rice flour (or corn starch) 6 gr.
  • Preparing the tea leaves - this will be a replacement for the egg. Can also be substituted for a banana.
  • Pour boiling water over the flaxseed. Close with a lid. We put in the microwave for a couple of minutes to brew. Leave to cool slightly and infuse. For 15-20 minutes.
  • Strain the linseed broth through a sieve. Set the sieve with grains aside.
  • Cooking the dough:
  • Add sugar, salt and corn flour to the broth.
  • Add boiling water, pouring it through a sieve with flax seeds. Knead the mixture well. Let it cool. We introduce starch and baking powder.
  • Mix everything and let sit for 20 minutes on the table. Add vegetable oil. If necessary, add more water.
  • The consistency of the dough is like a pancake.
