Hello! on the forum for the first time) poke how to search for Temko? or tell me how to cook pasta in a navy way?)
Anas * tasiy @
Girls, help! Who knows where you can order an O-ring? in which online store? Throw a link, please! I rummaged everything, I can't find it, but it's 120 km to the service center, you still have to order there, and then go to pick it up!
marinastom
Nastya, today I will try rings from another multicooker (I have Shteba, I bought a ring from Unit for her right away), I think they should come up. I ordered it on Ozone.
Is there a problem in the ring? This is familiar to me. For some reason, the native ring quickly "stretched".
Anas * tasiy @
Thank you, Marina! Probably still in the ring, since everything else works. As you try, unsubscribe, then I will also order immediately. Very bad without a multicooker. I have never ordered anything at Ozone, and Shteba and Unit are generally unfamiliar names for me. The main thing is the size of the ring, right?
marinastom
Yes, apparently, if the bowl is the same in diameter, then the rings fit. I bought ARS bowls and a ring for Mulinex, on multivarka.org.
I regularly order on Ozone, it is convenient that there is a delivery to us in the city (point of issue). It turns out much faster than mail and you don't worry about the contents and safety. Mailers sometimes break.
Anas * tasiy @
marinastom, how, have you tried rings on Moulinex? which is better to order - from Unit or Shteba?
marinastom
Nastya, they are both the same, both fit.
Good luck!
Anas * tasiy @
Thank you!!!

Lana, Good afternoon. tell me how to deal with the site. I just can't find recipes, in the main one I choose the right one, I am thrown out to the forum where they are discussing a completely different recipe.
Kind me

But the ring does dangle. Girls, how tight is it? Why do I ask, it was so new for me, when mine under the tap, itself flies out. And I thought it should be.
I have had this pressure cooker for 3 years working regularly almost every day :) the ring is also a little stretched. I periodically keep it in the freezer for a bit, it shrinks. Well, when putting it on the lid, I always correct it with my fingers in a circle.
Anas * tasiy @
The ring that I ordered at Ozone came from Unit. Fits well, thanks marinastom, !!!
Quote: Good Me
from time to time I keep a little in the freezer,
Thanks, I'll try to hold it too.
marinastom
My own ring has been hanging in the closet on a carnation for a year. Should I also try to hold it in the freezer? Kind me, thanks for the idea.

Hello everybody
We bought this wonderful device 2 days ago. While I tried to cook only meat in French,.
I have questions, I know that this has happened more than once, but so far I just can't read everything.
Girls, just rice and buckwheat on what mode and how many minutes to cook? And how much water, for example, for a glass of cereal?
And if you make soup, for example borsch, is it necessary to fry the vegetables first? So they won't get boiled up if you just put everything at once and turn it on on the VD? And how many minutes 20?
Once again I apologize for the stupid questions, but the children do not give time at all to sit and read and search.
marinastom
I cook rice for 12-15 minutes 1 to 2. Buckwheat is about the same, but water is 1 to 3. You don't need to fry vegetables. But I have adapted to cook the soup in two stages: first I boil the broth (I mainly have beef) for 35 minutes, then I throw it all in for another 10 minutes.

Apple pie

4 medium apples
1 glass of flour, sugar and semolina
1 tsp baking soda
Cinnamon
100-150gr. oil drain.

Apple three straight with the skin. Cold butter, flour, sugar, baking soda and semolina are mixed (grind into crumbs), a crumbly dough is obtained. We grease the bowl with butter and spread a layer of dough, then a not thick layer of apples, sprinkle the apples with cinnamon and again the layer of dough is not thick ... and so on until the dough with the apple ends, BUT the dough must be the last layer. On top of the dough, lay out thin layers of sl. oil and put in our cartoon on the frying vegetables mode for about 40 minutes. Allow to cool and only then pull out, otherwise it will fall apart. Have a nice tea!)))))

isskra, Nastya, it's better to lay it out in separate recipes, otherwise it will get lost in the vastness of the topic.
irman
Anastasia, Marina is right, it's better to lay out recipes, of course, if it's not difficult for you.
isskra
Agde and how, I'm new here, until I figured out what and how! )))
marinastom
Here what I found. Go for it, everything will work out!

Nope, it looks like it was not so. You need to go to the section from which the dish and the red link at the top Add recipe to this section... Something like this.

Thank you!! I thought it was distributed according to the models of bread makers, because many of their friends have multi and everyone has different ones, so everyone has different menus and different menus ...

Hello everybody. Maybe someone remembers. I was looking for a mule ring in the seal. So that's it. While I was looking for a saucepan somehow leaky (I ordered an original pan and a ring from France. I was happy early.
Steam is poisoned from under the lid. Although all parts are original. I don’t understand why. Terribly upset. I have a Redmond and two Fissler pressure cookers that are three times more expensive than Mulinex. But I love exactly Moulinex (.
Branch
Hello, dear owners of the Moulinex Minute Cook CE4000 multicooker pressure cooker! My slow cooker was bought for a ridiculous 500 rubles, so the question "to take or not to take" did not even arise. Of course, you have to take it. Very happy with the purchase.
The first step was to make boiled chocolate.(In my old Panasonic, this cake could only be baked from half of the products. After three unsuccessful attempts, it was baked, reducing the ingredients in half.) It worked! Toasting for 40 minutes. Cream - vanilla pudding + butter.

BranchDid you make the cake exactly on "Toasting"? Maybe all the same at "Roasting vegetables" (we call him OO)?
isskra
Girls, good morning! Something I was poking around and did not understand how to add recipes to the sections with recipes ... Maybe someone knows how this is done ?!
isskra
Branch, very appetizing cake !!!!
marinastom
Nastya, I have just opened the section "Recipes for Mulinex multicookers", it is over the topic where we are talking now. At the top of the table there is a button: "New recipe", press it and go!
Branch
marinastom, not, not exactly on Toasting. I read in the instructions that the temperature is higher in this mode. So surely.
irman
Branch, congratulations on purchasing Mulechka, especially for such a price. You made a wonderful cake.
Branch
isskra, irmanthanks girls. When I baked the biscuit a second time, the lid snapped shut. And the bisweet turned out to be a little lower.
About the foam in the soup. When I cook the first one, after the end of the program, I open the lid. Foam on the sides of the pot. I take off with a napkin, and the broth is like a tear. Then I cooked cabbage soup with beef and left them on the heating. But I didn't remove the foam. And she all slipped back into the cabbage soup. Was upset. But mine said they had never eaten such delicious cabbage soup in their life. I cooked on high pressure for 29 minutes. Frying on frying with meat, cabbage, water almost to MAX. Since the pan was hot, pressure quickly built up. After the end of the program, I do not release the pressure, I wait for it to come off by itself.
About potatoes. For some reason I did not like its taste in any dish (except "according to the recipe of the beginning of the last century"). It turns out to be kind of empty.
About fig. There is no need to say anything. It turns out always and always delicious regardless of how it is prepared: with meat, with vegetables, empty.
About beets. For 10 minutes on VD for a couple, they were a little harsh for me. Added 3 minutes. Well very fast compared to the stove.
These are such sketches after the first acquaintance with the multicooker.
marinastom
I really like beets for borscht like this: I rub them in a grater, let them cook on Frying, then a little water and tomato and on ND for five minutes. Excellent borscht always!
isskra
Branch, thanks for the notes))) I think they will come in handy !!! I have a good bout on Roasting vegetables, but on just Roasting, the edge starts to burn ...

There was a problem - replacing the bowl, read the forums, did not find clarity anywhere. I will be extremely specific: for this multicooker, one to one FITS A BOWL FROM A MULTICOOKER: REDMOND RB - A600, for a long time the inscription on the packaging of the bowl was misleading (and there are two of them (: Bowl for a multicooker RB-A600, and in the other corner: I quote the inscription - "Designed for REDMOND RMC-M30 multi-cooker"). Width 240mm, height 161mm. I bought a bowl in Yulmart. I stood like a glove, the coating is better than my own, I cooked chicken wings, hodgepodge, and soup with indispensable success. When I inserted the bowl into the multicooker it seemed visually slightly higher than my own, but I closed the lid without any effort, the fixation is clear, the difference between the bowls: at the native edge, they are rounded, this one is slightly raised and the coating is better! I was looking for my own bowl in Moscow, I found it - the price tag 1980 rubles, the coating, as it was, was so-so (everyone knows this drawback of this multicooker), decided to look for an analogue with a good coating, I found the price in the Yulmart store (I do not advertise anything!) I am writing - where I bought it). 0011942798

Foerbart,
Thank you very much for the information.
kapystochka
Girls, hello! I scrolled through most of the topic about our mule, but still did not find the answer to a very exciting question. I have some kind of trouble with baking! Only from the third time I got used to the mannik oven, I still can't make friends with the cottage cheese casserole, it is not baked and everything is like porridge, yesterday I tried to steam the cupcakes - it's generally awful !!!! they are like rubber, it is impossible to eat!
Now questions: do you need to turn the curd casserole to bake it better? And at the expense of cupcakes: I made them in silicone molds and decided to try them for a couple because I didn't know if silicone molds could be put in the bowl itself and, if possible, in what mode to cook?
Antonovka
kapystochka,
I bake on "frying vegetables" - everything turns out great. True, I do not bake on both sides - after all, the top side will still become the bottom. I have never baked in molds in Mulka, but they bake in other pressure cookers and nothing bad happens. And for some kind of multicooker, even a specially made silicone mold was made for baking, because without it it burns) I still recommend on "frying vegetables" (the button on the panel on the right, when you look at the panel), and not on "frying (it seems so) - it is more intense frying. Yes, baking in Mulka is just great, believe me

PS:
Scrolled through most of the topic about our mule
- we have two parts
irman
kapystochka, Lena writes correctly, we do baking in the "Roasting vegetables" mode, it turns out great, everything is baked without turning, but if you want, you can turn it over, for browning from all sides.
marinastom
And if you really want to brown the top of the baking, then you can get a grill lid.
