Marin, I'll try to call, and you seemed to be buying some kind of spare. My bowl is still good, but I mostly use my own one only for frying and baking, and so I cook all the soups in stainless steel and from Lend-Life are also in use.
marinastom
Ir, nothing can compare with the native! I also cook soup and all that in stainless steel. And I tried to fry from Land Life in bronze-ceramic, I did not like it. Maybe I'm already biased at all the others?
irman
Marin, ours is better than any comparison, but they are not available for sale. If I don't forget, I'll try to call on Monday.

Hello, members of the forum! To begin with, I want to say thank you for the fact that my Mulya is in my kitchen, and not gathering dust in the pantry! It's all thanks to you! Take to your ranks!
Akevochka
Girls, yesterday I bought this wonderful saucepan !!! And now, during the first cooking, the pressure indicator rod did not rise !!! And from the small hole at the junction of the pan lid and the base of the working valve, smudges appeared! What's wrong???
Ksyu
Girls! I'm not trying to surprise you with something ... I really love cream soups. I share the recipe: 1 pack of champignons;
1 large onion
5-6 potatoes;
300 gr. beef.
Mushrooms and onions on the "Frying" mode until half cooked, then add the meat and potatoes and on the high pressure mode for 10-15 minutes. I bleed off the steam, then grind everything with a blender until puree, cut the meat into pieces, add greens! Delicious !!!!! Try it!
marinastom
Akevochka , something did not quite understand the problem. Which mode is it all?
(In a whisper. Ksyu, your pussy, what's the name?)

Hello, dear members of the forum, yesterday my husband and I bought a multi-cooker MULINEKS CE4000: wow: Today I tried the recipe for beef stroganoff with mushrooms (from the video recipe), however, I did not add water at all and put sour cream 300 and put not 18 minutes, but 13 minutes, and buckwheat porridge with frying: I poured 2.5 tbsp of water into 2 glasses of buckwheat, LP, time - 7 minutes. Both the first and second dishes turned out to be delicious (y) I attach a photo: https: //Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/gallery/albums/userpics/104694/IMG_20131208_194107.jpghttps: //Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/gallery/albums/userpics/104694/IMG_20131208_184824. jpg https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/ga...4/IMG_20131208_184830.jpg Wonderful saucepan like it !!! Girls, unsubscribe, do the pictures open?

Hello everyone: girl_wink: Today a snowball is falling outside the window ... and I decided to cook a soup with chicken thighs. I was looking for a recipe on the forum, but I did not find a suitable one (for myself), since I am a beginner, I wanted to read step by step ... And I decided to do it myself at my own peril and risk! : girl-th: I am attaching a recipe for beginners, while fresh in my mind

RECIPE HORTER WITH CHICKEN THIGHS:

1. BEET 1pc
2. BOW 1pc
3. CARROT 1pc
4. POTATO 3 cf.
5. CELERY ROOT 1 circle
6. PASTERNAK 2mug
7. CABBAGE 0.5 small. heads
8. Chicken thighs 2 pcs
9. TOMATO JUICE 1 liter
10. FILLING TO BORSCH BEET "TORCHIN" (Ukrainians will understand) 2 tablespoons (it turns out sour)
11. SALT, PEPPER, Dried BASIL, LAVER LEAF, GREENS to taste
12. GARLIC 3 cloves

I cut onions, carrots, parsnips, celery into cubes. Beets - straws. I put all this + hips + 2 glasses of water into the fast car, I close the lid with the latch, the valve is in the "closed" position and on the high pressure for 5 minutes. I don't fry borscht. The mule was warmed up for 2-3 minutes in total, in general, it worked for 7 minutes. After the end, I squeaked, I turned it off and blew steam through a towel. I opened the lid and ... only the beets were a little damp, but this is just the beginning, so I was not upset: yes: I took out the hips (separated the meat from the bones) and put them back in the mule, diced potatoes, cabbage, spices (except for pepper) , refueling, poured tomato juice, water level with the max mark and closed the lid with a latch, the valve is in the "closed" position and on high pressure for 5 minutes. Since the liquid was cold, the mule brought it to a boil for 25-30 minutes + 5 minutes I exposed. After finishing my work, the mule squeaked and I let off steam through the towel. steam left for 3-4 minutes. Opened the lid. The cabbage turned out to be a little boiled and there are traces of juice on the lid (everything was washed). Squeezed out garlic and put finely chopped greens, sprinkled with pepper and: girl_claping: delicious borschik is ready !!! By the way, I poured a saucepan into 4 liters. It worked out to the brim, so that next time it will be possible to pour liquid below the maximum mark.

I painted it thoroughly for beginners like me, because I know how valuable it is to do it for the first time according to a specific recipe !!!
I add photos:

Girls, good afternoon. Has anyone cooked yogurt in our multicooker? Tell me how
ROMIRA
Girls, good afternoon! Tell me, at what pressure and how long to make steamed cutlets ??? And how much water do you need to pour for 500 g of minced meat ?? Thank you in advance
ROMIRA
Girls sos: (when the lid is closed, the basket is lowered directly into the water or should it be ???
marinastom
Place the basket on the ledges inside the pan. If the projections match the recesses, the basket is lowered.

Happy for you, fellow countrywomen!
Although, we are here from half the world in geography.

Girls, I'm here, too, going to change my Elby for something more interesting. While I'm asking the price ... Now there are so many of them that you don't know where to look ... It's a pity, we do not have a comparative topic for many pressure cookers, or at least for some, or is there?
lakerol
here I am from the same .. many girls already have a couple, I thought at least someone would tell the model ... Sometimes there is simply no free time to re-read the entire forum
marinastom
Yes, I have two slow cookers and a slow cooker.
But, if now, having some experience with these devices, I again chose something, I would be as perplexed as you are. There are so many of them that it is incredibly difficult to choose. The spread is huge, both in terms of functionality and prices.
So, girls, I strongly doubt that someone will be able to tell you: take this one and you will be happy. This is not a bread maker. Although there all "the sandpipers praise their swamp."
Lamp
For a very long time I choose a cartoon and stopped at CE4000, but dear hostesses, tell me if it is possible to cook rabbit stew, bake fish and boiled pork in it ???
marinastom
Here here a lot of interesting things, but you will have to suffer, because for some reason the message numbers and content no longer match.
Alenky
: flowers: Lamp! Read the topic and recipes! You can cook everything that you have listed! When I was choosing, thanks to the forum and the girls I chose Mulka! And I have no regrets! But I read and studied opinions and reviews!

If the BUTTON is flashing, you forgot to turn on the mode. The DOT (after the digits) should flash before the temperature and pressure are set, then it stops flashing and the countdown begins.

Girls, once again everyone, HELLO! I want to share my experience, maybe someone will come in handy Yesterday I came home from work and did not have time to cook at all, in general, I decided to experiment with borscht. Instead of boiling the broth first, I decided that first I would do all the frying in MV, as usual for borscht (onions, carrots, garlic and beets, a little vinegar or apple juice), and boiled water in a kettle in parallel. In general, I fried vegetables, put a small piece of pork on top, poured it with water and on high pressure for 20 minutes. It turned out very tasty ... I mean that such a violation of technology in my case did not affect the taste of the soup ...
irman
O1ga in pressure cookers and multicooker we always cook soups like this
O1ga
Whoa! I tried it for the first time))) and it became a discovery for me)))) in the recipes attached to the CF, as a rule, first the broth, drain, strain ... in general, a bunch of problems))
irman
I have never cooked according to the recipes from the book for CF, we have no recipes on the forum.

And I have a book in a "foreign" language. So, just from here!

I was lucky in Russian. I used it (a book with recipes) exclusively at the beginning of my acquaintance, after making unsuccessful cabbage rolls in MV))) turned into a mess. well, I wanted to understand how much time it takes to cook a particular dish, cereals, vegetables ..... only three or four months after the purchase, I guessed to look for forums and found this one)))) now there are no problems at all in using miracle saucepans
Alek-ra
I'm new to the forum, I bought this slow cooker almost a year ago, but I cooked a little. But now I tried to cook stew in it. I did this: I cut the turkey meat into large pieces, salted, a little allspice peas and bay leaf. all this (without water!) at high pressure for 70 minutes, then the steam was not released. the meat is tender, very tasty.

Girls, tell me where to order or buy a bowl for our multicooker? I didn't find them on their website at all. SPB
marinastom
Anna, that's just in your services and bought. Call everyone, maybe you get lucky. If yes, then voice it, pli-i-z, I will also puzzle your fellow countrymen.
tanyukha76
girls, take me to your company. Santa Claus brought me such a miracle! I have never even had a simple multicooker, so I don’t know anything at all. Already according to your recipes I spoke pilaf and soup, cooked tongue. I am delighted. Thank you very much for the amount of necessary information. !!
Now I have a question, maybe I was looking badly, but I didn't find anything about kutya ... How much and how to cook it on HP, or ND? Help me please .
