  • I immediately went to the Internet to look for a recipe, but somehow he didn't look at me, and I remembered that I was making delicious caviar, and we have a recipe here, from Elenka, thanks to her !!!
  • So I put these two recipes together.
  • I must say right away that you can do all this with other devices, wash more afterwards, but it will work without a thermomix.
  • So, I peeled three zucchini, quickly cut into pieces, put them in a thermmix and quickly chopped them. Here I will honestly say that I turned the handle, but did not notice at what speed I was doing it.
  • Well, experienced users themselves know how to do this. Plus, I didn't want small pieces, so that later the caviar would not be mashed, but with small pieces, it tastes better for me.
  • So you can chop the zucchini into smaller pieces, or you can chop the zucchini like me into pieces a little larger.
  • I poured the zucchini into a bowl and put the onions and peppers into the bowl. I also needed a carrot, but I forgot)))
  • Chopped the onion at a speed of 6 for 5 seconds. Added 40 grams of oil.
  • Included 100 'for 7 minutes speed 1. This onion and pepper are lightly fried.
