Soup with dumplings in a slow cooker Moulinex Minute Cook

Ingredients

Beef or chicken 500 g
Onion 1 PC.
Carrot 1 PC.
Potatoes 6 pcs.
Milk 100 ml
Butter 30 g
Semolina 1 tbsp. l.
Flour 3-4 tbsp. l.
Egg 1 PC.
Water 1.5 l

Cooking method

  • Pour water over the beef, salt and put on 40m or 1 hour air pressure. Chicken on HP 20 min.
  • If cooking right away, relieve pressure, add finely chopped onions and carrots, and potatoes.
  • VD 10 min.
  • Pour milk in a dose, add melted butter, egg, salt, mix well.
  • Add semolina, mix. Then add flour and until the dough becomes a pancake-like consistency.
  • Bleed off the steam, turn on the Frying and put the dumplings in the boiling broth.
  • To do this, take two teaspoons, scoop up the dough with one, and push it into the broth with the second.
  • Cover with a lid for a couple of minutes, add greens.
  • Bon Appetit!!!!

We are just unlucky, the potatoes are not very good, even if they are expensive, even if they are cheap. They brought me a bag from Poland, so heaven and earth, it smells of potatoes and is boiled.

Lerele, The soup (I made from chicken fillet) turned out to be delicious, but the dumplings boiled down into porridge. I did everything strictly according to the recipe, I put flour in dumplings as much as possible according to the recipe "4 tbsp. L." (Heaped tablespoons).
