And the filling is like this. If you have ever eaten Korean people, then you will surely enjoy them. Cabbage and meat filling always turns out to be very tasty. But, for some reason, they cook for a couple and for a pretty decent time, but we have only 20 minutes for everything about everything. Cabbage would not have arrived, especially the current winter cabbage. What have I done:
The cabbage was finely chopped on the Berner and salted (about 0.5 tsp. Salt). Thoroughly squeezed and rubbed it so that it loosened up. She put it aside and got busy with minced meat. I have beef with pork + 1 onion, chopped in a blender bowl. Then she poured the cabbage with water, rubbed it there and squeezed it out, it became soft. Everything, cabbage in minced meat and add spices, soy sauce, garlic and salt. Mix thoroughly. Girls, this is not a filling, but a pure treasure !!!
Mixed minced meat - 500g
Cabbage - 350-400gr.(ideally 1: 1 with meat)
Onions - 1 pc (large)
Garlic - 2 cloves (through a crusher)
Ground coriander - 0.5 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Black pepper - a pinch.
Soy sauce - 1-2 tsp
The dough was taken by Zvezdnoye - puff yeast-free. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
