Peanut cake in a Brand 6050 pressure cooker

Ingredients

Chicken eggs 5 pieces.
Flour / s 90 g
Granulated sugar 100 g
Walnuts or what are there at home 120 g
Vegetable oil (odorless) 2 tbsp. l.
Boiling water 2 tbsp. l.
Baking powder 1 tsp
Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
Cream 33% 250 ml.
Granulated sugar 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Grind the nuts with a blender almost to flour.
  • Mix flour with baking powder and vanilla sugar.
  • Beat the eggs for 5 minutes without sugar, then add granulated sugar in 3 doses and continue beating for about 10 minutes more.
  • Pour in 2 tbsp. l. boiling water, continuing to beat.
  • Then add vegetable oil.
  • Now add flour and nuts. Reduce the mixer speed to 1 and mix all the ingredients at this speed.
  • Grease the saucepan of the pressure cooker with vegetable oil, pour out the mixture and put on the "Baking" program - 50 minutes without pressure. At the end of the program, leave it unopened for 20 minutes on "Heating".
  • Then we leave in a saucepan on the wire rack until it cools completely.
  • Shake out, cut - how many layers will turn out - and grease with whipped cream.
