Ricotta casserole with semolina

Ingredients

ricotta (I have homemade) 450 grams
egg 3 pieces
semolina 3 tbsp. spoons
sugar 3-4 tbsp. spoons
raisins 60 grams
vanilla taste
lemon juice 1 tbsp. the spoon
lemon zest 0.5 tsp
salt pinch
shape d16
any fat (I have margarine) for mold lubrication

Cooking method

  • Beat Ricotta with eggs with a blender. I have ricotta for this recipe Ricotta at home.
  • Add salt, sugar, semolina, vanilla.
  • Grate the lemon zest. Squeeze out the juice.
  • Wash the raisins, dry them (I did not soak them).
  • Add zest, juice, raisins to the mass.
  • Grease the mold liberally.
  • Put out the "dough" and bake at 170 degrees.
  • Baking time 35-40 minutes.
  • Remove from oven.
  • Remove from the mold, allow to cool.
  • Serve with sour cream, yogurt, jam or any sauce you like.

Note

Loved the casserole. If you put less semolina, it will be softer, but it can fall apart. I liked it anyway. Recommend!
