So I kind of draped the top dough, it turned out to be straight wavy, but it did not protrude beyond the edges. And when the dough rose during baking, then all the wavy folds simply disappeared. Crasto and cleanliness! There is no butter, and the edges of the pies have hardened, which is beneficial for pies with a juicy filling.
