With which button ... button ... oh? Did you add a button there?
Into the kulibins, eh!

Elena, Anna has a handy husband, made a button. Like this)

Girls, finally got to the Internet, I thought I would never live up to this moment! I was shaping here in the beds, but I took my sandwich maker to the fields and harnessed it to the fullest. There is no Internet, no telephony, but there is electricity! In short, bread was baked in KhP at night, in the morning, in the afternoon and in the evening, Shtebochka-sandwich was working: sandwiches and pies from everything that was available, you would die right now - in the morning I made barbecue in it !!! That is, by nightfall I fried it on coals, but in the morning I remained half-eaten, so I poured it with an egg (fortunately, there are a lot of them) and fried it, served it with fresh garlic-onion (it was swept away with a bang). Six (!) Times I made pies with an egg + onion, they are still tough from yeast dough, I need puff or beer, the beer went well (when I managed to hide the bottle), went great with mushrooms (frozen, boiled for 10-15 minutes + fresh onions- garlic + raw couple of eggs - well, very tasty!). Here, in general, a report ... I'll go still ... with a sandwich maker in my arms.
Linadoc
And I made bread from 1st grade flour + whole grain + corn. Cut, as already mentioned, from the end, fits perfectly in size. And inside - what is there + imagination (in addition to meat sous-vide, I still have raw eggs + any greens + all mixed salt and 1 tbsp. L added + cheese). Nirvana can be created from EVERYTHING!

Do our girlfriends from Ukraine know that they also sell our Shteba?
Here is the link if anyone is interested 🔗
Elena Tim
Our shot has ripened everywhere! Aygulchik, you are aware of all the events! And how do you know all this. That Brownie maker in Ozone dug out, now here in Ukraine she pinched Shteba! In gives!
What are the spies around?

Quote: Aygul
is our Shteba also for sale?
And what does "our" mean? You bought it yourself? And why am I not in courses? Did Kada have time?
Aygul
Elena Tim,
Lenok, and there is a hole in the old woman (c) I don't know anything, and then again! - and the links themselves open interesting

And ours - because she is in my basket, preparing to leave

Did you follow the link? There these Shteb like mud .... 15, 20, 40 and even 45. And the prices are niche

How much is hryvnia in rubles now?
Aygul
Albina, 04/05/2014 rate of 1 Ukrainian hryvnia = 3.1199 rubles.
Albina
Then the price is interesting. The whole question is in transferring money and sending goods

And yesterday I baked cheesecakes.
But I still like the classic flour recipe.
Cheesecakes
500 gr of cottage cheese
2 eggs
Flour 4-5 tablespoons
Sugar 2-3 tablespoons
Mix cottage cheese with eggs and sugar and gradually add flour until the dough becomes tough.
Spread out in the Shtebu with a slide and form triangles with our hands.
Bake 16-18 minutes
Sandwich makers Steba

Very tasty with condensed milk. Cold, too, very, very)
kirch
Mash, why did you focus on flour? Did someone cook without flour? The fact is that I do not add flour to the cheesecakes, but starch, my mother taught me this way and I like such cheesecakes more.
Masinen
Lyud, my mother always did it with flour and I really liked it. I always fried in a pan.
There are just a lot of options for cheesecakes, but they all blow off afterwards.
And these are not.
And you put corn starch? How much is about 200 grams of cottage cheese!
nut
I also always make cheesecakes (as my mother taught) with flour, I also made them in Shteba according to the recipe exhibited earlier - they were blown away literally right away while they were still hot, the granddaughter did not eat, but this recipe is the same as I do in a frying pan - thanks Masha : girl_romashka: Must be set as a separate recipe
kirch
I put potato starch. Earlier there was no corn on sale. By the way, you have to try. I put starch on 300 g of cottage cheese about 2 tablespoons. If the cottage cheese after adding the eggs is liquid, you can use a little more. What am I saying I didn't put in cornstarch. Now I sometimes add Curd from Dr. Okter, and there is just corn starch. Cheesecakes with starch turn out, how to say, like natural cottage cheese, only delicious. Yes, I don't even put sugar in cheesecakes, well, if a little, and after frying, I grease them with butter and sprinkle with sugar, like like pancakes. What to do: I like it to be tasty, not healthy
Masinen
kirch,
I like it to be tasty, not healthy
And me too, druh
nut, Irin, it is possible and less flour, well, it all depends on the cottage cheese. Well, I love my mother's cheesecakes))
And air, I think, is best done in the oven. In the cafe, they are served as cakes.
I am glad that I liked the recipe))

Girls, who needs it, today at Ozone our sandwich maker 2250 rub.

And yesterday I baked cheesecakes.
What beautiful cheesecakes! Mash, how many pieces did you get from this amount?
Masinen
Linen, 12 pieces)
Elena Tim
Not deflated afterwards?
Masinen
Nope, they are plump and porous))
Well, not like a ciabatta, but there are pores)
Elena Tim
What are you? I wonder what is the reason? Was your cottage cheese dry, not wet? And the dough is straight thick, thick, right?
I'm just trying to figure out why I'm blown away. It didn't affect the taste in any way, but I want to get to the bottom of the truth - where I messed up!
Masinen
The curd was dry and grainy. And the dough itself is thick and did not flow.

just trying to figure out why I got blown away.
Flax, did you add soda or baking powder to the dough? It's just that yesterday I also baked cheesecakes in a sandwich maker, and for the first time I added soda, so everything was blown away. So I want to find out if there is a connection between baking soda and "blowing".
Elena Tim
Damn, I also added 1/4 tsp just in case. Was it because of the soda that they were blown away?

Well, here it is: it means that I'm not the only one like that (in the sense of "puffy" ... "just in case" ...) Let's listen now head of the transport department the author of the soda recipe

What recipe did you use?

What recipe did you use?
That is why Cheesecakes in a Steba SG40 sandwich maker
(but in fairness I want to admit that not a word is said about soda in this recipe. In general, I wanted to do "the best, but it turned out as always"
Masinen
This is Galin's recipe. Here she will come and tell the secret)
They were not blown away in her photo.
And I did it according to Galina's recipe without soda and was also blown away. It seemed to me that my cottage cheese was very wet.
Pebble, we are waiting for your answer !! What a secret so that the cheesecakes are not blown away)
Mar_k
And I miss Shtebochki. But soon I'm going home - I'll come off! And I'll listen to the cheese cakes!

Girls, hello! I managed to run over to you for a minute, and then worries about cheesecakes. Today I baked again according to my own recipe. The grandson swept away just like that. Nothing is blown away. There is no soda, the cottage cheese is dry. Not grainy. We sell the Belarusian "Savushkin Khutorok" 5 or 7 percent. Or "Nesterka", the same result.
auntyirisha
I bake according to Galina's recipe, only add some semolina, never put soda in cheesecakes. I don't even have time to notice whether they were blown away or not. When tasty, tasty, what's the difference?
Linadoc
I always add flour + semolina to cheesecakes, but I have never tried starch. And I have never been deflated, I did not even know that they were deflated.
gala10
And it never even crossed my mind that they could be deflated ...
Masinen
I realized I need dry cottage cheese)

When??? When will the torture end with the staff, eh? I am already holding on with my last strength so as not to buy! It is on ozone, but I don't need ... don't need ...

Girls, take it, a very useful thing. I am even soooo happy with my "wound"! Today I made a whole plate of cheesecakes from a kilogram of homemade cottage cheese, and you don't have to suffer - you don't need to turn anything! Time is saved, otherwise fry one side until you turn it over, then the other ... Here the size is the most excellent!
Albina
I am waiting for my first order from Ozone to arrive: it should be the other day before May 9. And there the next one can be issued.

Ir, two moments confuse, namely: there are no replaceable panels (how much are they needed?) And how often will I bake puff pastries. I'm afraid this device will be idle for me.
lotoslotos
Girls, and today I had to not only remove the front panel, but also completely disassemble the whole. So much oil has accumulated in the sides. The gap is large on the sides, it must have become numb. And I found out by accident: I took it apart, wiped it off, and then I think, let me put it on the barrel, and from this barrel, how the oil will pour. So I had to take it all apart, so keep an eye on your barrels
gala10
Manya, why are they necessarily puff? Already they made yeast, and on soda.

Manyash, in addition to puff pastries, you can do a lot more, for example, sandwiches.

But it will end with ozone and it will immediately become necessary ...

Well, yes, I got rid of Tanyul's recipes yesterday: I baked chapatis with whole-grain flour, and since there is no grill, I put tomato, cheese in them, folded it in half and baked it slightly in a sandwich maker. I don't know what I did, but it was VERY tasty, not greasy at all (scary, really)). In general, I do not buy puff pastry and did not bake anything from it. I also want a grill, I wonder when 55 will appear and how much will it cost? I don't need a big one, since we practically don't eat meat.
marlanca
The girls disposed of yesterday's mashed potatoes, added a couple of eggs, a couple of tablespoons of flour and herbs, cheese and ham inside, baked hot for 7 minutes ... 😀👍

marlanca, I also have a pot of mashed potatoes idle. Only this morning I thought where to attach it, and here is your recipe.
