How it was necessary to work with Philo's dough (I learn from my mistakes): cut out a model from paper to the size of a sandwich maker and cut the dough on paper, and then deal with the filling. I have dough in a box, divided in a package of two thin leaves. I made 8 pies out of these two thin sheets, but I needed these 2 leaves down, and from the next package, two leaves for the top. Because it turned out to be a very thin dough and a thick layer of filling. And it's too bad that I didn't prepare the dough in advance, in a hurry I had to deal with dough cutting.
But despite this, it was still delicious. It is better for Filo to use a drier filling and make more layers.
The second batch was my puff pastry pies with cabbage. Since I put a lot of filling in the meat pies, I was already afraid to shift it into this batch, and vice versa, I put a little. And the edges are also a bit thick. And pies with cabbage, probably better to bake from yeast puff pastry. But, despite the shortcomings, everything was eaten quickly. Next time I will take into account my mistakes, if only I could learn to make the edges of the dough thin, otherwise my middle is thin, and the edges are thick.
