Yeast-free dough for pizza and pies in a sandwich maker
1 egg, rest 3/4 cup milk
sour cream - 2 tbsp. l.,
softened butter - 6 tbsp. l. (1/2 pack),
wheat flour 2.5 cups,
salt - 0.5 tsp.,
baking soda - 0.5 tsp.
I knead the dough in HP on the "Dough" mode. Cup - 230 ml, pack of oil 180 g. I soften the butter in the microwave for 30 sec.
I really like the pizza with this dough.
Baked for 10 minutes. The filling is bananas.

Today I baked it out of the dead. sl. test. Stuffing onion with egg and minced meat. I did everything as the girls taught here. She laid out the dough as Linados taught: she did not cut anything, a layer of 250g. rolled out a rectangle. Pork + beef did not add any liquid to the minced meat, but added a lot of finely chopped onions (from Elena Tim). The pies that have leaked a little with minced meat, just a little bit and then from one barrel (maybe even mowed the dough a little). According to the instructions, it is necessary to warm up a little before frying until the green lamp lights up, but I put the dough on a cold surface. Since I was not sure that I could quickly and correctly put the dough. The frying time is therefore 25 min. Everything worked out great. The meat filling is not dry, but certainly not the same as that of deep-fried pasties. But it's still very tasty.
