gnaumkina, Welcome!

Very worried about the question of a double boiler, do you need to buy a special plate? What ??? tell me .....
It depends on what you plan to use the "Steamer" mode for.
You can take ordinary baking dishes (tin or silicone), bowls, microwave dishes, etc.
Vegetables for salad can be cooked simply on the wire rack provided.
You can buy a chamomile steamer.
gnaumkina
I want to try steamed cutlets and vegetables. Tell me, girls, how much water should I pour?
Shelena
200 ml is enough.
Shelena
I brought a recipe for another fancy dish:
"Rice casserole with liver and mushrooms."

Pressure cooker Polaris PPC 0305AD (reviews)
I cooked from leftover liver and cheese. The rest was composed along the way. The description turned out to be long, but it is not at all difficult to prepare.
The taste is interesting! We ate it with pleasure.
Try it yourself.

Shelena, Helen! Well, what about looking at night, but such goodies, eh! Today I just bought chicken livers for tomorrow, it's worth defrosting. I just wanted to put it out. And you are here with such beauty! I'll take a note. And I have boiled-frozen mushrooms in the freezer. Just defrost them, right? Or fry all the same. Oh! I had to ask there!
Irishka CH
Girls! I am more and more satisfied every day !!! What a clever girl she is - our Fields !!! Moreover, the manufacturer correctly indicates not SPEED-welding, but MULTI-welding under pressure! In time, in my opinion, it comes out too (well, maybe somewhere a little smaller), but the dishes cooked under pressure are significantly different from the multicooker ones. Yesterday stewed cabbage. Tasty and stewed turns out, like from the stove, once at mom's ...

I will take it into service.
only I cook milk soup with very thin vermicelli. - cobweb. while I stopped cooking on the stove.

On occasion, I'll try. If it goes well, I will report back.
most likely with large vermicelli this trick will work

Shelena, special thanks for the casserole

Irisha, I cook and eat during the day, I write at night.
My mushrooms were slightly scalded (5 minutes in salted water), so I boiled them for another 5 minutes.
If yours is completely cooked, then you can simply defrost.
Or fry, but drain the water (you can cook rice on it).
Store mushrooms can be boiled directly with rice. But take less water (about 0.5 stack.)
Try it!

Mom Nina, cook for health!
"Gossamer", it seems to me, will be enough for 1 minute in Manual mode !!!
gnaumkina
Elena, thank you. Here, I poured 200g. water, put a grate .... is it possible to load beet, carrots and potatoes together? How much ??? for how long???

Galina, can! But the beets will have to be boiled later.
Here's a clear look:

Recently, I cook potatoes with carrots on the "Manual" mode at a pressure of 3, minutes - 10 (depending on the value). Beets - 20-25 minutes.
gnaumkina
Elena, thank you so much !!!! Your forum for me is FIND, I am very glad that I got into a friendly team of like-minded people! One more question, do you need to buy a plate for steamed cutlets? And you need to put it on a stand?
olga4166
Has anyone cooked 5 minute oatmeal in milk in the MANUAL MODE?
Mom Nina
olga4166, I did not cook it by hand. Share the result, how to cook.
Cranberry
I cooked it in half milk. 1 minute on manual, pressure 3, forcibly did not release steam. The porridge has a very pleasant stewed taste.

Has anyone cooked 5 minute oatmeal in milk in the MANUAL MODE?
For such flakes, 1 minute is enough at a pressure of 1 or 2 in Manual mode.
I specially bought 15-minute boiling flakes for oatmeal in SV. More useful.
Here are the links on how to cook porridge from them:

One more question, for steamed cutlets you still need to buy a plate? And you need to put it on a stand?
Galina, you can ask as many questions as you like!
The plate, it seems to me, will be inconvenient to use, since there are no holes, and steam will not be able to pass through it. Better to buy a "chamomile" steamer (silicone or metal). You can put it directly on the bottom by laying a cloth or placing a silicone mat.
In the meantime, you can take a piece of dense foil, make a lot of holes in it and put it on the wire rack from the kit, grease it with vegetable oil a little, and cutlets on top.
Galina, do you happen to have a lower stand for some MB? It is more comfortable. I am using from Brand.
Mariy
someone wrote about a spare O-ring, tell me where to order
Suslya
I brought my Polechka home, decided to boil the water first, poured some water, set the "Steamer" to pressure 2 .. it was quiet, something was bubbling up there .. and now the time hiss like it was 5 minutes, and it’s worth it .. I’m just afraid of her. . can turn off ah?
Shelena
Tata, congratulations on a new, very useful toy !!!
Instead of the "Steamer" mode for lemon soup, the "Soup" program is better suited. Without food, the "Steamer" program is too noisy and scares many!
Suslya
in - in ... now I'm also scared, turned it off and even pulled the plug out of the socket

so, try number 2, I will do pilaf
Suslya
Elena, I fry meat, while frying, you can keep the lid open, but why is pressure 2 burning?
Shelena
Tata, on "Frying" and on "Baking", the "P" icon means temperature! (The instructions show the exact degrees.)
Shelena
I put the recipe!
Stuffed mackerel and boiled potatoes are a duet dish.

The photo turned out to be ugly. I was in a hurry: the camera was running low, and my son stood over his soul, looking with hungry eyes as his mother jumped around the plate from his food !!!
The mackerel was small and unsightly. But stuffing with carrots and onions greatly improved its taste.
Fast and delicious!
Recommend!

Flax, but I can’t figure it out with the Manual mode, it’s written that they’ll just pop out with the "Cooking Time" button .. and the program is selected at the same time? Or no?

Press the COOKING TIME on the display 01 lights up; You expose pressure and time ... that's it!
Suslya
Thank you! now almost figured it out .. finally. I grabbed the lid .. I got used to the fact that my mules from above are not hot, but then I got a burn.

And yet, girls, I can't attach the drip tray in any way, well, it won't fit and that's it, I'm afraid I’ll break off my ears if I push it even harder.
Irishka CH
A-a-a-a-a-a !!! Gopher, Tanya !!! You also bought this Polya !!!!
Count it up, I was just as afraid as you, and nothing came of it. And now she is so happy !!!

The same tundra as me! He's filming differently !!! It is not necessary to pull down, but from the body !!! It turns out to be removed easily.
sparta
Suslya hold the drip tray in your right hand ... and your eyes should be at the level of the drip tray. Under the lid, you can see the ears where the drip tray clings. Now, with a firm movement, insert it under the lid ... right between the ears and it will stand
olga4166
How many minutes do we cook 15 minute oatmeal in the Field? Proportions?
Suslya
aha, Irish decided to buy a pressure cooker for herself, Irkin-goosebump said - weigh it! Well, I went and ordered.

Here's a word! she was the same until she turned to her husband (he inserted it when there was a new one). I will not pass on his words to me!
I wrote practically one to one. Probably, all of us, girls, think the same way ...
Only after my husband's words, I myself decided to figure it out and insert this drip tray. I thought for a long time ...
And yet, it turns out that it works! I thought so, for beauty ... and when I decided to thoroughly rinse the pressure cooker and turned it upside down ... so much liquid poured out onto the carpet! I was delighted with the upcoming scrubbing of the floor and the fact that the drip tray is not for pressure cooker design!

This is still nothing :-) I found a drip tray in the box a month later, I didn’t know that it even existed, and a week later I found that the lid had to be put in the recess, and not worn with it, where would I put it?

sparta
fronya40 into what is such a depression?
I went to search on my

And what is the bottom small recess for? For a cord?
Cranberry
sparta, the bottom recess for the spoon that comes with the set Did you figure out the lid?
olga4166
Girls, omelette for a couple of how many minutes to cook?
sparta
Cranberry, the lid is inserted perpendicularly into the recess that runs parallel to the spoon recess?
Or what other secret is there?
olga4166
Olya, look at the pictures on the first page, everything is there!

I actually found a drip tray in a box a month later
so I, too, did not know about the drip tray, I read that the girls write about it and started looking for it, but it ended up in a sealed bag with a spatula and a glass, I immediately put it in the closet without unpacking it, I still think I don't need it.

sparta, here is a photo from the first page

The lid is in the upper recess, and under it is an ear-hole for a native spoon
olga4166
Maria, please! What did you order?
lisa567
girls tell me, the O-ring absorbs odors, is there an opportunity to purchase additional rings, how are you dealing with spare bowls?
Shelena
Olesya, the ring absorbs odors, but gives practically nothing to the dishes. Having 2 rings, I use only one for cereals and for everything else.
Please read about pots in the topic. We discussed it again on the last 2-3 pages.

Yes, the pressure cooker of this model itself.
Shelena
Olesya, then I recommend reading the review here (this my opinion):

(to the end of the page)
The opinion about the device has hardly changed.

Olesya, please!
Another thing about the "cons" (not only my subjective: girl_wink: opinion):
