Girls, ... a misunderstanding ... when I cook milk porridge (milk + water) ... at the bottom it turns out cereal, and on top some flakes from milk ... stir well, it seems normal ... the taste is excellent. What kind of flakes are they?

I cook almost every day they say. There is no cereal porridge ... but I cook it with homemade. milk
sparta
Annatie, for a couple, pressure 2, 20 minutes.
In more detail. I put a silicone mat on the bottom, on it, our stand for steamed vegetables, on top, washed, unpeeled beets (it's more convenient for me). The beets turned out super!

I cooked for steam ... pressure 3, medium 20 minutes, large - 25. Good luck! Pour in 1 to 2 tbsp. water and put a steam plate, just put a napkin under it.
sparta
Yes. Healthy food, double boiler. Pour in a glass of water, I forgot to write. They write that steamed vegetables are healthier. Rug - so that the steamer does not scratch the saucepan (my steamer legs are not smooth, as with burrs).
In this thread, the girls also wrote the process of cooking peeled beets, it seems. I can't find it. Try boiling in water without a mat or steamer.
Or wait for more specialists. I'm a beginner. I would set a mode like a slow cooker, for 30 minutes, filled it completely with water ..
olga4166
Yes, we do not have it either ... but everyone has a STEAMER ... the silicone mat is easy to replace with a piece of ordinary cotton cloth ... I put a piece from a viscose rag.
olga4166
Think ... today I called the SC ... to find out about a saucepan and a replacement ring. They said that the rings are not supplied at all ... and the saucepan costs 800 rubles ... won how ...

Thanks for the advice, the beetroot turned out to be super, instead of the Selikon rug, I placed the Selikon muffins))))))
olga4166
Anna, the pot and the ring can be ordered by mail .. from Land LIFE ... and even cheaper ... 600 and 200. I'm glad that the beets turned out.
Ofeliya
And where to order a saucepan and a ring from Land LIFE?
I am also interested in the Slow cooking program. What can you cook on it? What is its algorithm of work?

A slow cooker is needed for products that require a long cooking time ... but this is for instructions. Personally, on this program, I cooked a pork layer in onion skins.

And so, I'm also interested ...
Mariy
Yes, I also ordered, now I'm waiting for delivery, I will unsubscribe as I receive

Ofeliya, alas, there are no such pots in Ukraine. Girls buy bowls from Liberty 900.

Like all programs in a pressure cooker, the Slow Cooker mode works linearly. The program is slightly softer than "Quenching". You can cook anything: from meat to baked milk.

It would be great if she looked like Vex ...
The program is not quite similar to "languishing" in a multicooker. Since there is a certain heating algorithm. Here, again, the mode works linearly.
olga4166
Shelena, does a linear program mean that it maintains the same temperature all the time?

Olya, Yes! Maintains one temperature. Slow cookers are different.

I didn't really compare. But, closer to "Kasha", it seems to me. But, you yourself understand, you cannot measure the temperature! And without this you definitely won't know.

Maria, I would advise you to try another recipe for canned food.
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&Itemid=227&topic=295673.0
It turns out tastier than store-bought ones in oil. I do it regularly.
And according to the link given by Olya-sparta, you can cook simply marinated fish. I didn't even think about canned food when I wrote the recipe.
olga4166

Yesterday I baked a vanilla sponge cake on boiling water ... BAKING, pressure 1, 60 minutes ... it turned out MASTERLY! ... cut it into 2 cakes, spread it with sour cream with apricot confiture ... standing, soaked .., I'll try to make pictures later ...

I also cooked a pork layer in onion skins ... 20 minutes, pressure 1, STEWING ... have not tried it yet, but cooked for sure.

Today I will cook pilaf with chicken and canned fish ...

olga4166, Ol, great :-) my pastries didn't work out for the first time, I was unhappy. then, according to Lena's recipe, she baked cottage cheese. casserole, very, very, now I will try a biscuit, I just have Flora, there is an additional ceramic bowl in it, the pastries are flying out. But the curd casserole from the Tekhmagov bowl also flew out. I'll try a biscuit today and maybe I'll order this bowl again. fortunately, it's cheap :-)

And I still have 0517 Fields ... for more than a year ... but SUCH BAKING was never in it, the main thing is not to open the lid until the end of the mode! ... I looked into a small crack ... I kept the biscuit for 20 minutes just in closed Field, and then cooled down directly in the removed bowl. At 0517, a ceramic bowl ... the pastries are starting to sticky ... there are spare wheels ... I will change ...

Girls, yesterday I read your topic all day and night. I liked the little white pressure cooker And yet there is a question about the bowls. How is it? The coating and the bowl are still not very good? And what about replaceable LL? How long is normal use?

I will definitely try to please you with recipes.

Aygul, The stainless steel bowl from LL is wonderful. My at PM, I cook a lot. And they talked about their own bowls on the last pages of the topic. Everything is very individual ...
olga4166
Shelena, But what do you cook in your own bowl, just bake, probably? I got a GORGEOUS BISCUIT in it .... I even took a picture ... :-) Did you change it to stainless steel right away? Why? I still can't decide whether I need it or not ...

so I, as usual, first looked at the last pages, liked it, went with the 1st to read, then I forgot
Shelena
Olya, I cook absolutely everything in my own bowl !!! This can be seen from the recipes.
Simply, when choosing a pressure cooker, one of the purchase conditions was spare bowls. Almost immediately I bought spare wheels. I use stainless steel for broths, soups, canned food, etc. Everything that can then be stored in it.
So I use two because one saucepan is just not enough.

Oh girls decided to share.
I cooked soup - on the soup mode. And she fried soups and cooked with meat. But something is wrong - there is not enough saturation.

I decided to cook in the Stew mode - it turned out to be a funky rich borscht.

Borscht (or cabbage soup, whoever calls him)
I turn on the frying mode, pressure 3
While peeling the onions and carrots the cartoon is warming up
I fry the onion with phlegm + 1 tablespoon of tomato paste.
Shinny cabbage and fry there.
I cut the potatoes. by this time the frying mode is turned off.
I put potatoes, I fill it with water, it can be hot to speed up. Salt and spices (if necessary, I am without them)
On top is a piece of frozen chicken.
I set the Extinguishing mode, pressure 2, time 30 min.
If beef - 50min.
After opening, add fresh garlic, bay leaf and herbs

it turns out very tasty and rich.
Mariy
Thanks for the recipes, the canned fish turned out to be very tasty!
