Today I put it on the cooking mode, the water boiled for 40 minutes. and I had a lot of water (condensation) on the removable lid, so it should be ??? I decided to cook pilaf: I fried everything in the "frying" mode, filled up the rice, filled it with water and put it on the "cooking" mode. Waited - probably min. 40 stripes ran around me and the counting numbers did not appear, in general I switched to the "baking" mode - the pilaf turned out. My question is: "I poured water into the bowl and turned on the" cooking "mode, as stripes ran in a circle and run, there is no time counting". How long should the numbers appear?

Cooking mode is an automatic mode. it will work until there is no water left in the bowl. that is, pouring water into the bowl and turning on the COOKING mode, you will wait a very long time for it to turn off.
first, a stick will run on the display, and then (already at the very end) a countdown will begin (from 10 to 0 minutes) after how long this countdown will start depends only on the amount of rice and water. if there is a lot in the bowl, you will wait more than an hour, in the bowl a little - maybe in 30 minutes everything will be ready.
and tsiferki will definitely be!

condensation in any case will be, on any program.

and the simplest yogurt recipe is milk + sourdough. everything. there is nothing complicated there.

I always have condensation! Whatever I do. I don't know if it should be so or not ... I make yoghurt easily. 1-1.3 liters and 300 grams of sourdough. Stirred, poured into half-liter jars. You can add sugar if you like sweetish yogurt. She put a multi rag on the bottom, put the jars with the mixture on it and poured all the jars with warm water up to the neck of the jars. I closed the lid, set the "Yogurt" mode and forgot about the cartoon for 8 hours. Everything! Yogurt is ready!)))

never add sugar or other additives to yogurt BEFORE it is done. all additives are added AFTER. initially yoghurt is prepared with MILK + SQUARE. everything.
everything else that comes to mind (sugar, honey, jam, nuts ...) after the yogurt has completely thickened in the refrigerator.

not all yoghurts take 8 hours to cook. it depends on the leaven, on the milk, on the temperature of the milk, on the ambient temperature. some yoghurts are ready after 4 hours. so after 4 hours you already need to look into the multicooker and if the milk begins to thicken a little, transfer it to the refrigerator at a run. if not, we wait again and drop in every 30-40 minutes.

in the refrigerator, yogurt ripens for a couple of hours and then you can eat.

Polina, sorry for persistence, understand correctly, I want to find out everything from the beginning, so as not to bite my elbows later.

Can you please tell me today I made milk porridge (rice) according to your recipe.

1 cartoon stack.rice
3 cartoon stack. water
4 cartoon stack. milk
salt, sugar, butter (to taste)
The bowl was greased with the drain. butter in a circle over milk

I put the soup on the mode. After 15 minutes. I have milk (foam or splashes), I don't know how, it was on a removable lid inside and the spray came out through the steam valve to the top.

Should it be so or not ???

This steam valve is disassembled into 2 parts, the husband wound the arrow on the closure (to the right as far as it will go). Inside there is a rubber band (which rises with pressure) and a hole next to it. Do you have it ???

Thanks in advance!!!!

of course it shouldn't!
what kind of milk did you take? one of the main problems with milk is bad milk. unfortunately, both the industrial manufacturer and the market milkmaids are cunning. add to milk who is good for what, and then we have problems.
these additives cannot be found on an ordinary stove. but the cartoon shows it all at once.

I have not taken fresh milk for a long time, I buy baby milk powder.

It turns out that it is normal. The question is WHAT exactly are you pursuing when making homemade yogurt.
If you just need some kind of fermented milk product, then you can add sugar and any other additives right away. But then I don't see any reason to bother with home cooking at all, it's easier to go and buy the same useless product in the store. Likewise, there is no point in making "yogurt" at home if you use regular store-bought starter.
In both of these cases, you will not get much utility from the product.

The bottom line is that starter bacteria are quite delicate creatures and they need an almost sterile environment, if any foreign bacteria gets into milk, the end result is difficult to predict. Ie.it will look and taste like yogurt, but its usefulness will be in doubt. And all because sugar and any other additives act in this case as non-sterility. At home, everything is not very sterile anyway, and we will still worsen the situation. In addition, sugar in bread enhances the work of yeast, I don’t know how it affects bacteria in milk, but it certainly does.

I myself at the beginning (even when I was learning how to make yogurt and cook it in a yogurt maker) experimented with additives, but then I read it and stopped.

Well, I can't say anything ...
All my milk perfese tests have been going well. I boiled milk and cooked milk porridge - nothing escaped. And at first I did not even think that problems were possible. Then I ran into problems and began to analyze ... it all came down to low-quality milk. And now I notice that one milk runs away, the other does not. There seems to be no binding to the fat content. Well, the cartoon can't overheat every other time, well, really ?!
When she took milk from the milkmaids, it always ran away, the porridge spat all over the kitchen. If I made yogurt from such milk, it did not work, the cottage cheese turned out to be somehow jelly-like. But I take in the market, and there everyone cheats. I have no proven milkmaids, I am very tormented by this.
I took draft milk from a farm - everything always worked out great. And porridge, and just boil - nothing escaped. The cottage cheese is great, so is the yogurt. Now they no longer bring us milk. A couple of times I took the store, spits every other time. I don't remember the firms already.
So now I switched to dry, there are no problems with it. It's easier for me. But home (in the sense of their own) cottage cheese has not been eaten for a long time.

Ha! found someone to ask! don't you know that "every frog praises its own swamp."

although this is not even the point, just as far as I know, we do not have the owner of dex and perfezza at the same time. there is a marina, but she has PR56 and DEX60.

right now, I'll try to analyze ... stop, so you didn't like the rice in dex 50 or dex 60? and do you already have a multicooker, or do you choose the first one?

And how is it that rice does not work in DEX 60 (does it not crumble?) It turns out excellent rice, crumbly, rice from rice! It's not me that Perfezza is worse or better, I have both that and that multicooker, only Perfezza 56.
Perfezza is a very good slow cooker, it turns out wonderful rice and in general everything works out! But do not offend DEKsik either, maybe it was just that you had a not very successful test in terms of cooking rice? I am happy with both that and that multicooker is the same. The only thing is that DEKSIK is a little more powerful than my beloved Perfezzochka, that is, I have a full ammunition load! One cartoon is more powerful (DEX), the other is slightly weaker (Perfezza), and in general they perfectly complement each other! And the 57th model is also with baked goods, in general, everything is super good !!

clear. Well, let's try to suggest something.

Quote: SOFIKA

The choice is between DEX50 and PERFEZZA57
1) I prefer to choose multicooker with similar bowls. it's comfortable. but it seems that the dex cup does not resemble anyone else.
2) but on the other hand, it would be more correct to choose a fundamentally different cartoon, so that you can play in different modes. So when I was choosing the second and the third, I chose from those with whom the bowl was similar, but so that they were different in function. by chance it turned out that it turned out to be all three perfezza.
3) price. if you take perfzza at an adequate price, then this is one conversation, and if you take a comfy at the price, then you should definitely not even approach it. The 57th is a good cartoon, but its price is 500-600 UAH.
4) and of course the modes. maybe there is something that you really need? the last time I really needed a cartoon with YOGURT. accordingly, the range of searches narrowed significantly.

I always take the cheapest loose long rice - there have always been all the rice one in one and crumbly.
the simplest rice, the ratio of water to rice 1: 1 - is this how it turns out?

Hello everyone, everyone, everyone !!!
Once again about milk porridge (rice). I cooked it repeatedly from milk from different manufacturers, in principle it worked, nothing ran away (because under vigilant supervision), I opened the lid, stirred it.
But today I tried to cook from farm draft milk (we have a farm shop not far from us). I cooked a portion for 2 multi-glasses (I have a big family). The result is CLASSSSSSSS !!!!!!!! Even the frothy milk cap did not rise, not a drop on the lid, the porridge was slowly boiling (I looked into the saucepan a couple of times).
Polinka is 200% right, it all depends on the quality of the milk.
Thank you Paul for teaching !!!!!!

Girls, I have a question about Perfezzo's functions:

I cooked pilaf on VARKA, everything worked out fine, the proportion of 2 m / glass of rice x 3 m / glass of water, carrots, onions, spices, as usual. Excellent crumbly pilaf. At the end of the time on VARKA, I wanted to put another 30 minutes on heating (in the default instructions 20 minutes, although it is written that you can change the time).
HOW TO CHANGE TIME ON HEATING ??? I tried to press the TIME button, then MINUTES - no reaction, nothing lights up. What am I doing wrong???

Also, what is the function of the PROGRAM and TIME buttons ?? At what position does the PROGRAM button work (it seems to me that it does not light up at all).
I have not used them yet, but I would like to know the purpose.
If you can explain step by step, in detail, what to click for what.

do you not like the instruction from 58th? you haven't seen the instruction from the first three models yet ...
as for me a passable instruction. what is not clear - ask, I will try to explain.

KOROCHKA is an analogue of the CRISPY RICE mode in other performances or something similar to PLOV in Panasonic.
this mode is aimed at complete evaporation of the liquid. in the last 15 minutes, a very intense (I repeat VERY intense) heating begins. can burn out at a time.
personally, I practically do not use this mode. but girls make wonderful meat on CRUNCH / CRUNCHING RICE. and the marina generally bakes on it.

The HEATING mode is automatic. Its time cannot be changed. He's 20 minutes and that's it. And he's VERY strong. You probably wanted to leave the pilaf on the PRESERVATION of TPEL?
KEEP HEAT / MARMIT is a mode that keeps food warm. It has a temperature of 80 degrees in total. It is just convenient to dot something on it.
And HEATING is to completely warm up, it is convenient for soup. On HEAT, bring the contents of the bowl to a boil very quickly.

HEAT STORAGE / MARMIT turns on automatically after each program and does not need to set the time. This mode will be on until you turn it off.

The PROGRAM is a delayed start. TIME is the change in the cooking time.
PROGRAM - so that food is not prepared immediately, but after a while.
TIME - for food to cook longer than the default time.

At the moment, I understand the modes - Cooking, Yogurt, Stewing, Soup, Frying.
And there are still a bunch of questions:
1. If you have a question about "Extinguishing" - there it is impossible to reduce the time (automatically sets 2 hours)? And then it starts to burn in 2 hours. You have to walk, stir, but for me the whole point in the cartoon was precisely in my minimal interference.
2. Very interested in "Baking". To master some simple charlotte cupcakes. Such that one button - once and all Is it real? Well, I want a cottage cheese casserole.
3. In the "Fry" mode, you can select a dish, for example "vegetables". Until now, I have used the "Fry" mode as a regular frying pan, without choosing a dish, stirring constantly, because it roasted quite hard. And if I choose a dish, will it somehow affect the temperature? You want to press the button and leave. And then come - and shit, and there are fried potatoes
In general, I can’t properly search the forum in any way I’m looking for recipes specifically for mod. 58, so far I see very little

Who has already cooked, tell me: how much water to pour per serving (3 pork legs, a small chicken cut, a piece of beef) Jellied meat is cooked for 6-7 hours, how to put a delay so that it will be ready for 7-00 in the morning ???

Hello fellow countrywoman, I am also from Melitopol.
Put on the "soup" program, increase the time to 6 hours and the time for the end of cooking at 7 am, and the MV will turn on by itself. And I would have poured water to cover the meat, it doesn’t practically boil away in MV.
Inusya
And I put jellied meat on Stewing for 6 hours, although they and Soup are similar in temperature, but in Soup it "moves" a little more during cooking.
And there is a lot of meat, and the legs and chicken, and the legs will take up a decent volume, I would have poured water to the maximum, otherwise if you then disassemble and pull everything out, there will be nothing liquid ... But this is my opinion.
